Last week
The worst service .. I cannot believe how I have been treated .. I am very angry with how choosing your company and buying I new i20 brand new has caused me so many problems . I think the only way is for me to take legal action for someone to start helping me the customer this is the manifuctets fault not mine . Who do I know that this didn't happen before . Why as I am the client have to pay for the damage . Actually I want another car I don't believe that this has caused by this and if the car is new it shouldn't have material that if a rat got can get to it . Secondly you say about 5 year service why then am I paying for this ??? Been left without a car for a one month and a half cause that is how long it will take for the part to come . The Hyundai assistance took my car and they opened the window and mud and rain got into it . And the only this I was told is that they will clean that . What kind of service is this . I will be taking this up with a lawyer will not accept me buying a brand new car from this company that I am the one that needs to pay for this . I want compensation for what has been done . I knew car ?? And I want to speak to a professional because so far I have been the one to be paying and getting pathetic answers from Hyundai Greece it's unfair unacceptable and if my case does not get sorted out I will actually be taking action on this a brand new car this is just unacceptable . I have attached the photo of the photo of what the mechanic said needs changing . As well as the water and mud of how Hyundai assistance took care of it . This car is under guarantee I want my money back and compensation from Hyundai I will not accept this attitude and service. I want compensation a settlement and my money back this is ridiculous to buy a new car and have problems 10 days after . Take the car back and reimburse me . Enough is enough
This week update :
The part will arrive late this week after been told last week that I will have my car this week . No compensation for not having my car paying taxi to go to the places I have to . I want at least 500€ due this disruption it has caused me and it's the least they can do .
I was going to recommend Hyundai to my sister to buy her next car from but after this stay far away .
