My microwave and oven wall combination has been inoperable for more than 8 months. I have contacted the service number and a technician came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. It was ok back ordered. He told me he would be in touch in the next 2 weeks to update me with an ETA. He never called back. I have called several times and I keep being told they will reach out to the technician to call me. They say he should have been able to get the part. It has literally been 8 months and NOTHING. I have a useless oven and microwave so I am cooking with an air fryer and BBQ.
Jenn Air/Whirlpool lacks any type of costumer care. There appliances are very expensive but they constantly break and there is zero concern for customers.

No stars is when I would give Jen air cooktop gas range. The product fails to ignite with the igniter clicking now more than 12 hours, waiting for a repairman that will cost how much do you think? Forgive me for wanting to fix it easily. Or even turn it off. Impossible to turn it off without a repairman. I would like to turn this into their show room and let it click them to death.

Has anyone else purchased a JennAir Combination Oven? Getting error code F2E1? It is most likely a poor soldering job from the board manufacturer in Mexico. JennAir should replace you board for free. Buyer BEWARE!!

I purchased one of you Combination Wall Ovens a few years ago, Model JMW2427DS01. Almost from the start I had trouble with this unit. Kept getting error code F2E1, had technician out several times, he cleaned the board, it worked fine for a month or so but same result. Now the technician is saying that the solder connections to touch keys are "cold solder joints" that were poorly done at the factory. I expect JennAir to provide me with a new board or I will go on social media and let everyone know what crap you actually sell. I am told by the technician that the replacement board part number is: W11236900, old part# W10875280

I placed an order for the oven-microwave combination oven in January and it is still pending. I will never order a Jennair product ever and I recommend that yo do not.

Do not buy a Jennzair speed oven! Control panel fried under warranty, 2 years later replacement panel fried .... no mo warranty ? ♂️Part is $1700 cdn . More than half the price of product in first place . Whirlpool tells me they don't have a problem.

Bought a Jenn-aire double oven have had the mother board replaced once and now it has gone out again since November and have been without since then. The appliance company said they have not been able to get another one!
Have had problems with the refrigerator, ice maker and double oven!!

I bought a jenn-air dishwasher almost 3 years ago with my friends reference. But I think, this was the worst decision I have ever been made. I paid a lot for this unit but I am worry to use it now. The main reason is Rust!! Just after 3 years, the unit interior racks and all interior main cover start getting rust and I do not feel comfortable to use the unit now. It is not healthy. There is no dishwasher in the world got rust in 3 years. I used non-luxury unit before and I used almost ten years but we did not get this problem before. I am not satisfied with this business and I will share my experience in the social media if this problem not resolved from the jenn-air immediately.

My Jen Air model no:JC2225GEKB, serial no: 99941717JC refrigerator has caused complete freezing of the food in the refrigerator compartment. After making some consistent rattling noise in the refrigerator, coming from top end where is the outlet to cool the refrigerator for couple of days, Now has stopped. However now it seems not to be doing anything. Can you please contact me on or recommend a service company in Adelaide South Australia. Thanks

Paid almost 3K for a refrigerator that is older and no longer under warranty. The water/ice dispenser stopped working so had a technician come out from Whirlpool Factory Service. The tech wiggled the paddle started working miraculously! Paid the service fee and within a couple hours it stopped working again. I get an email from the tech the next morning with a service complete message to which I respond that it isn't fixed and to email me back to address. Never heard anything. Email again and still don't hear anything so I call Jenn-Air and Whirlpool Factory Service. We keep getting shuffled from dept. to dept. like it's their job! Still not resolved. Our issue is that we paid for a service visit once and the problem was never fixed. We should not have to pay for another service appointment and now no one wants to help.

I am contacting Jenn-Air about an obvious problem with my Jenn-Air slide in down draft range. The when closed does not turn out the light. I have to push the door shut. This has been true since I bought this range less than 2 years ago. I called customer service and they told me that I would have to pay a service tech to fix the problem. This was your mistake not mine, and you should fix it. I looked on the web and found that this is a cronic problem with Jenn-Air ovens, and there is no adjustment. This problem should have been fixed at the factory. It would take an adjustment on my stove of only .010 inches. Your rep at customer service said she would send me via e mail darwings of the hinge. they never came. I had Jenn-Air range befor this one and a Jenn-Air compactor. You can be assured that this will be the last item I will buy with the Jenn-Air name.
