I purchased the mirror last year. I no longer can afford the monthly subscription. I am hoping that Lululemon will offer downloads for the equipment at a much reduced rate. An idea would be to give members the ability to download classes for a fee or pay ala carte, similar to other streaming services. I would be most interested in a model similar to Apple Music. I suspect you will be losing a lot of customers if we are not given another way to utilize the equipment we purchased. The high monthly fee subscription model will not likely be sustainable.

I won't ever buy from them. Firing employees for that is stupid. I hope it's a world wide boycott.

Firing employees cause they called police. The possibility that the thieves could come back and cause harm was a real possibility .Your company has shown that they have no concern for the safety of employees . Shame on you . Joan Downen

I will no longer shop at lululemon due to your ridiculous policies regarding shoplifting. Your refusal to allow employees to contact law enforcement when repeat offenders steal merchandise is unbelievable. As a consumer and former customer I refuse to pay for thieves. You are definitely not helping the offenders. It's called enabling and you need to do better.

Made a purchase for just over $1k.US and they put a hold on my card for $2k
Why they need to hold twice as much funds to make sure the charge is processed seems criminal and they seemed to think that's standard. If the extra $991 pending is not goen monday I'm reporting them first thing in the morning.

I would like to receive a message back from corporate to discuss the rude and unprofessional sales people and manager at Roosevelt field store. I will call corporate and follow up with this issue

I am a concerned costumer. The Chicago outlets have a lot of issues. Not organized. Two times to try to buy with waiting list and never have the opportunity to get in. I am a frecuente costumer. I don't now what's going on. You need professional persons working and organize this problem. I call in advance and never have opportunity to get in. I feel like I don't like and have preferences. Thanks again
