Called customer service after getting crazy readings for about 3 months and checking against ant 3 know good blood pressure cuffs at the Dr's offices Tried to explain to the rep that I had been using Omron for several years that this was my 3 rd on, I had purchased it 3/2021. She started asking elementary type questions like I knew nothing about even how to use it, read manual, feet flat on floor, standing, sitting down, activity, batteries changed, electric plugged in and crazy stuff! She then said not under warranty, needed to purchase a new cuff that , according to usage that over about 1 year needs to be replaced that warranty ends in one year after purchase! Advertised that could get one free calibration within 3 years, Very deceiving and misleading, customer service agent useless and insulting!
