I booked aone-way flight through Orbitz on Silver Airways. It was cancelled and not re-booked. I paid Orbitz for the flight. I travelled home on a different airway. I was told only Orbitz could refund my payment. I have been trying to accomplish this for three weeks. I was told the payment would be credited to my credit card by April 26. It is now may 10. I called again today and after 20 minutes on hold, I was told that Orbitz never received any information from Silver Airways. No refund or communication from Orbitz has occurred. I will not book travel through them again.
