Rock Band Customer Service

I am a huge rock band fan that has been doing this game for a long time. The reason why I'm writing this review in is because I'm having an issue with trying to get most of my rock band songs back that I was supposed to have on the game. I only have 89 songs. I was supposed to have 923 songs on the game. But just recently my internet connection was temporarily down. But as soon as it came back on more than half the songs that I purchased for rock band were gone. But that shouldn't have made a difference.

I should not have to go to another damn website to find out my problem people need to talk to me directly it's what's wrong with the world I get a rock band 4 bundle pack and the guitar does not work I wanna talk to someone now

Why in the hell is it i have to re buy all of the songs that i have already purchased? This is THE most terrible rockband i have ever played. The recalibration suck soo much i have to reclaibrate for every song. Also since this new update came out they took fleetwood mac songs out which are songs ive payed for. I want my money back asap. Of i dont get my money back i will be taking yall to court. I expect a phone call with in 24 hrs.

I bought a bunch of songs from rockband store on my ps4 and it worked for most of them but a select few it didn't work for and I was wondering what I should do to get those songs that didn't download on my ps4 kinda irritating cuz I paid money and can't even play them
