I ordered 3 furbies for my daughters for Christmas. I tracked them and everything was fine until I got a message from the courier company saying " I refused the order". That never happened!! I called Toys r us customer service. They did not know what was going on. I asked them to send the furbies to my nearest Toys r us and I would pick them up since they were Christmas gifts. They insisted on returning my money and me going to buy them again. I finally gave into getting a refund but when I looked to purchase them...they were all sold out. I never got the furbies as gifts for my daughters...very disappointing! However, I really believe that Toys r us knew they could not provide me with the furbies and that's why they were insisting on a refund. I just feel they should have been honest. As for the package, I'm not sure if it was stolen by the courier or it never even left Toys r us. I have been ordering online for many years and have never seen a tracking message that said..." the customer refused the package." Why would a customer refuse an order that has been prepaid...unlikely. I feel I was really scammed on a product (furbies) that was in great demand and sold out everywhere. I will never buy online from Toys r us again!
