My XMAS order for my kids was delivered to an old address that was on my profile.
Customer service is absolutely useless.
Package was signed by a random person.
No help whatsoever. They won't allow you to talk to a supervisor or transfer to anybody.
Worst experience ever. They keep telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours.
I shopped Zara for years but I will be staying away from them and strongly advise you do the same.
Bought an item on their resell platform that arrived first after 2 weeks. When it arrived it had a big stain on it even though it was advertised as new with tags and now they are saying they don't accept return after waiting for a response from them since the 11th of September (today is the 23rd). Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Zara is doing business only by lying and their customer service is worst ...i have made a purchase and product is missing after i asked police to help me they called delivery boy he was ready to deliverd my product .i intiated pickup and when delivery boy came i asked him to check with image on zara app and i itself taken photos in front of him and after waiting for 6 days first they denied that they received the product,after that i have to asked reference number from bluedart to track same and send they tracking details that it reached their warehouse on 19th may itself.now new excuse they are saying product doesn't belong to zara . How pathetic they are i shared the image also bt their customer service is not helping
If you love adrenaline rush but don't mind losing your sanity, online Zara shopping is just perfect for that kind of experience.
I placed the order to be shipped for my granddaughter's birthday under my daughter's address. They received the wrong shipment with a completely different address in a faraway town. Our package was delivered to someone. My daughter sent me the picture of the shipping label that was attached to the package.
I called Zara and tried to resolve the problem. They refused to talk to me because the shipping address was under a different name. I was trying to explain that the order was placed from my account with my name on it, my email address and my phone number and I paid with my credit card and that it was a birthday gift. The "noncustomer service" rep was die hard. I asked to talk to the supervisor or at least for contact information where I could write a complaint. The Zara "security rep" told me that I could not talk to anyone else but him, there are no emails, contact information nor telephone numbers where I could express my concerns and complain.
That was the second time within one month that they lost my shipments. The first order was placed for my other granddaughter at the same address. They lost it. For some strange reason they didn't have a problem talking to me back then. They were not very cooperative but finally agreed to ship a new order again. But this time they refused to talk to me because I wanted a refund after Zara screwed up twice.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got refunded.
Have you noticed that Zara does not have any reviews" option on their website. They have no information anywhere to write a complaint, suggestion, or opinion. All you can do is talk to a NONCUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK from Timbuktu. If you try to google Zara customer reviews posted by independent review companies, the review rating is 2.2 out of 5. The internet is loaded with customers' reviews screaming about horrible service. The company is unethical, there is no transparency, they don't care about Customer's loyalty. It is just pure greed. It is such a shame because they have cute fashion forward clothing especially for kid but I am not buying there anymore nor any of my friends and hopefully others who would read the reviews.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Customer service is TRASH. They are not helpful. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and when I called customer service about it, they told me to re-order the items and have it shipped to my address while "they look into the issue."
After they "looked into the issue" no one followed back up with me, and they would not give me the refund for the order they delivered to the wrong address. So I paid twice for the same order. I contacted my credit card company in regards to this matter, so they can stop one of the charges, and in doing this...zara blocked my credit card. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY.....STRAIGHT UP TRASH!!!!!
I had such a bad experience I'm Zara fashion show mall. Store manager My was super rude, disrespectful and arrogant. I an regular customer at Zara. I will never go back there again. Zara need to hire more polite employees. Day by day people are getting rude in Zara. I won't go back there. They lost a good customer. They will lose many more if they don't change their employees.
I just spent 1.5 hours trying to pay for my clothes but the system was down and my card kept getting declined even though the bank said they had approved it 30 minutes earlier. I tried 3 credit cards! Finally I was told I would have to pay cash. There was no atm in the mall so I had to get in my car and drive to a Publix to get cash. The manager, Yvonne did not even offer me an apology or a discount for my inconvenience. She acted as if she was doing me a favor! Terrible customer service!
Going to stop ordering from Zara USA. The worst customer service ever!!! Every time I order online either items don't arrive and it takes forever to try get my money back or they send the wrong items.
If you go in store the lines are always so long and there are no staff to help with anything. The worst company to shop with.
Not just today that is 4 days after Christmas and Zara is having a sale, but ALWAYS the lines to pay and the time your customers have to wait makes for a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
Zara in this location has very few registers. The store services women, kids and men. Register employees must tag, hang up and store all returned merchandise - all while there are 20+ people waiting to pay. I don't for a second blame the hardworking employees at this store. I blame your processes and procedures that makes me, and many others I might add, not shop in your store. I unusually peek in and look at the long lines and DONT STOP IN.
Survey your customer base and see if they don't agree w my assessment. Zara is a multi-billion company. Come on- you can do better than this!
I purchased a coat at Zara at the Barcelona airport on 10-16-17 as I needed a warmer coat for a trip to New York this weekend. I wore the coat and the entire weekend I was losing fringe from the edges of the coat. I love the coat but am afraid after much more wear it will be "fringe free" and look awful. This should not happen. Unfortunately, when I received my VISA bill I paid it and threw away the receipt. I have a VISA bill. We were on our way out of Spain so my husband finished all the euros he had and paid only $12.54 on VISA. I have that record. Please advise what I should do. I live in Ft. Myers Florida and there is no Zara store near me. Thanks for your prompt attention.
Quite disappointed with Zara I ordered a size 8 shoes and they sent me a size 9. When I phoned customer service to complained and the french guy who answered the phone was quite rude was arguing that I ordered a size 9 when on my order confirmation it is a size 8. They need to work on their customer service and send the right order.
Worst experience with a return. Purchased online and returned at store. Store would not issue a receipt or refund for 3 items.Then would not return the items to me, (already paid for online transaction) stating that the return process was initiated. To date no refund. Told will take 24-48 hours for refund Have called numerous times only to be told same thing Now they have taken my money, the returned items and I am left with knowing that I will never shop at Zara or Zara online again and that I am out hard earned money. If I could rate them as zero for every aspect of customer service I would.
I was shopping at Zara in Aventura and I needed help checking out where the self service. Rica came over to help me she saw that I had troubling and the top was not scanning she was so friendly and she had a beautiful smile on her face was so nice and so helpful. Exceptional customer service
Dear Zara. I like everything about the store, I'm shopping from Zara Canada. But if anyone reads these commented I'd like to make a time saving suggestion. Please make better hangers for the clothing. It's the only store I shop at that has a multitude of clothing articles on the floor. Staff members can't pick up fast enough. I just walked into the store and had dropped 8 articles of clothing and then spent time fiddling with it, the just throw it onto the surmounting heap of clothing that others have given up too.
Please consider making a small change to this. You will find less damaged goods and better allocated staff. I hear them grunt often when they hear another hanger fall. Happens more than it should
