I CAN'T BELIEVE 2WIRE DOESN'T HAVE 24 HOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! WOW!! What about the 1,000's of us whose service goes down when you're not available!! Wow

Having a problem contacting a representative to get a pass word reset. Had to search the internet to get a phone number (contact phone number not displayed on device web portal) When I called the number 15 minutes after 8:00am PC time no one picked up the call was told to call back later. :(

Phone number is now refering to customer support for product purchased, and will disconect after message.
