Worst product support in thwirld. Over 2 months to receive a response than they close my ticket in a few days without helping to resolve the issue. Good companies stand by their products and support their consumers.

Never expected to get ghosted by a support team but here we are. It's a shame because you make quality products, but you're being dragged down by your abysmal support and outrageous DRM. You can only redeem the activation code once before your only option is to contact support, who will send you an email prompting you for your info and then never respond, so thanks for nothing.

Purchased a Akai portable DVD player with USB port. It's written on the box and on web page that if you plug in a USB you can listen to music watch movies etc. After trying different USB sticks and different formats the bloody thing won't read any of them. That's false advertising. Rubbish product, I wouldn't deal with Akai again.

So far I am unimpressed. Cannot use the MPK Mini I just got because your site won't let me in to download and it seems AKAI does not care. Cannot reach anyone at the customer service phone number. Please fix it!!!

Bought a MPC touch, and the serial number doesn't unlock the mpc software.

I have messaged technical support three times regarding the issue. In their automated reply they say allow 24-72 hours for a reply and it's been a week since I first contacted them and I am still waiting for a reply!

Disgusting!

Got set pro series headphones the left speaker dont work I have not had thm long few months but I cant find receipt they have 3 years guarantee

Awful customer support for audio interface.

Absolutely terrible, over a month waiting for it to be repaired now and no contact, updates.

I was told it would take no more than 2 weeks.

Took months just to arrange the repair.

So so bad!!

We have an AKAI 37" wide screen LCD TV/DVD player and all of a sudden we are getting what looks like little pin points or snow on the screen on every channel. How can we fix this? It is not happening on the other TV in our hom which is a Sylvania.. We are on Comcast but since it is only on your TV it must be our AKAI set. Thanks for any help you can give us.

AKAI product quality and AKAI quality check system is so pathetic that if you buy a TV it will stop working in just 7 days.
When you search on google about AKAI Televisions the main and the most occurred problem is that the TV stopped working after some time. I have seen many complaints but the miserable things is that there was no reply from AKAI Customer Care team on any such complaints. Mine 42 inches 3D TV stopped working in just 5 days, now I regret why I didn't choose any other brand at-least they replace whole unit in such cases when your TV is just few days old. After a one week followup still my TV is not repaired nor I got any satisfactory reply from AKAI side. May be from my experience other customers who are planning to buy AKAI products would learn something and make a right decision . Wish you best of luck in your shopping.
