My aol has been down for a week. I have called 5 times (25-35 min on hold each time).. They are not answering their phones, and they play the same music all time. They don't mind cashing my check, they just don't want me to use AOL. Of which I won't be much longer.

I have made three calls to the service desk with terrible connections. I have reached one person out of the three calls and then we were disconnected in the middle of them getting access to my computer. This was a follow-up call from 24 hours ago with a continuing problem. Terrible customer service. I am on hold now with a projected short wait of 25 minutes. The battery will be dead in my cordless phone by the time I get someone...if I ever do get through.

Very poor customer service . Have been a paying client for many years . Never had support issues until now . First call waited for 40 minutes and was connected . Was told they cannot hear me call another number and they hung up . Have now been on hold for one hour .

I have 60 email in my box.....but when I try to open....it will not list them......have called 6 different aol numbers, all 800's, after I press send it disconnects.......I can make other calls fine. What's up!

There is something definitely wrong with AOL -- telephone services and emails. I have been trying all morning to help get with email and cannot get anyone by telephone.

This has been the worst AOL encounter in all my years, I cannot accest my mail, or it is blocked,
and some email looks like AOL deleted it w/o my OK! No phone or online tech contact at all!
I do not think I should pay for this Email glitch that has been reported all over the Nation!
I get on the Tech links..they seem to seek cash...I have free tech help...why all this road blocks?
This been messing with my email links that are both official/bills/general, since 5am PT Feb 19

I tried to reset my password and now can't even get online at all. Also couldn't get emails when I was online before my old password was erased. I also tried several "contact aol" numbers and finally got the recording telling me there is a 25 minute wait due to "higher number of calls today" Then it says "The best thing is to call back later" Geez!

We are attempting to obtain new assignments from insurance companies and have not been able to access our new email from February 19, 2015. This is extremely upsetting and is sabotaging our efforts to contact people immediatley!!!

I've been trying to contact AOL customer service for hours and cannot reach anyone at any of the six numbers I've tried. I updated my payment info and am still unable to access my email. This is beyond frustrating!!!

My email is broken and I have tried 6 different numbers to get help which is covered under my AOL subscription. None of the numbers works. What is going on. The is as BAD a customer support gets

I suddenly started getting popuos from aol that I could not receive emails and go to settings. I have tried for days to update my password with no success. Since I can't get mail, I will be dropping aol. Tired of messing with it. Thanks,

my experience with aI l has been nothing but frustration my account for no reason was cut off the 1st of January I have had and AOL account for over 10 years they provide my broadband internet connection now I have nothing I have spoken to at least 10 to 12 people about this issue to no avail nobody has been able to resolve my problem I'm extremely upset and would appreciate somebody contacting me regarding this review my knee name is B wackford you can get me at my AOL email only the of my phone I would appreciate some contact as soon as possible

I was a subscriber of AOL's Call Alert feature for years until AOL arbitrarily (and with only one day's notice) discontinued it, leaving callers with no way to contact me while I am online. I recently received a new computer with Netwaiting, which requires my ISP provider to support V92 with modem-on-hold. Well, guess what?: AOL does not (and has not) supported either in years. If they really cared about their customers, they wouldn't make using the internet so difficult. Just IMHO.

I cannot open my old aol account, it says that you detected unusual activity on it and I need to change my PW..I am in Mexico right now, and have not been able to do that. I need my old email contacts and current emails,,PLEASE HELP

I too was a 20 year customer. I used all 7 screen names. AOL had issue with one of them AND CLOSED EVERY ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS, instead of dealing with the disputed one. I only found out about this because I went to access email on 3 accounts and couldn't get through. Not one bit of courtesy for the other accounts. I guess going free makes you invisible. When I FINALLY got through to a human (yet out of the USA) voice, which almost takes an act of congress, they reactivated all but the 1 account. I lost a lot of information. THANK GOD there are other avenues in which to get email now. I AM SO DONE WITH AOL. It is sad how this once stellar product has gone into the toilet. I'm glad I woke up and stopped being a paying customer as soon as I found out FREE was available. The joke of the day: When I finally got someone live to deactivate my account, they told me I can reactivate at any time. ROFLMAO! NEVER in this lifetime will that happen

I am one of the fools who pay you $25 a month for who knows what, but it certainly is not customer service. this is the second day in a row that I have not been able to get into my emails as I am told my password is incorrect. How can it be that I set-up a new password on 12/31 and on 1/1/15 I am told it is invalid. I have tried to set up a new password but have been unable to do so. I have tried contacting your customer service but that has not helped because apparently according to you I do not know my mother's maiden name and I can not speak to a live human being because it is not part of my $25 a month plan, what a great way to avoid any responsibility.

on weekend AOL customer Service is night mer and very poor.AOl uses over sea people for tech.support with very poor knowledge regarding any issues. They are also not polite and hang up on you .
You need to call tech.support during week day, so you can talk with responsible and more knowledgeable technician.

I am a 20 year email customer of AOL. The last three days I cannot sign into my email account that I have used for 20 years. I have spent hours on the phone with so called customer support. The reactivate my account and then the next day same thing. NO EMAIL! I've had not luck today getting any help either by phone or by message. THIS REALLY REALLY SUCKS THAT I HAVE RELIED ON AOL EMAIL FOR 20 YEARS AND NOW CANNOT. Any email sent is being bounced and now senders think my email address is not good! CAN ANYONE IN AOL AT ALL GIVE ABOUT A CUSTOMER?????

Your service is beyond terrible. First you told me that my account had been hacked and I had to change my email address, the one I had for over 15 years. . In the process, I lost over 15 years worth of email addresses. Everytime I have to sign into your miserable service, I check the box that instructs you to keep me signed in, but that's a useless gesture, since, when I shut my computer off, I have to sign in again. Now, I'm told my password is wrong, that I've now had for about 20 years, so I can't get my emails. I have some important emails that I can't access, because your service sucks. When I follow directions to have a new password sent to my mobile phone (what if I didn't have a mobile phone?) I'm told they can't do that right now. How do you people look at yourselves in the mirror--you are all so incompetent.

trying to contact you. but some how can not ? My entire company has installed a system that will no longer allow aol. access. We are talking all public libraries, senior centers and any Frederick county Maryland government office. They have checked and re-checked the new system and the I.T department states, It is an A.O.L. system error. so. hundreds, upon hundreds of your customers can no longer use the system. Just thought you might want to contact them to find out ,
