I have been trying to resolve issues with Ashley furniture in Nampa and that claim headquarters hasn't responded in 2 weeks so we are not getting our money back from them for an order that is no longer available- we are still being charged for this. I will never shop there again and will tell friends and family that it is a company that doesn't resolve issues with clients that have spent thousands of dollars with them. Very poor customer service.

I purchased a living room sectional from your store in Sarasota on 11/4/22. It cost $4000.I have had nothing but trouble with it from the onset. I did not know that the cushions were stuffed with feathers. I was not told by the salesman and I did not ask. The cushions are lumpy and leave indentations whenever anyone sat on them. Since I know you make your own furniture I asked the manager if he could do something about this and he said no. Also the fabric pills constantly. I am an 80 year old widow living on social security and I bought at Ashley because I heard from others that your furniture is well made and will last. That is not my experience. This sectional is poorly made and the fabric is inferior. I recommend that you take it out of your inventory. As for me, I guess I have no choice but to live my last years with lousy piece of furniture.

Bad experience one damaged item needs to be replaced. Mirror missing on another. Turns out the sales person did not order it. Needless to say getting the replacement and mirror (two different order numbers different service departments!)

On Monday I Text messages to confirm delivery for today for both items. After getting frustrated with the text system I called and verified delivery date fortoday. Last night I started getting messages, to me with my name and then my moms name who has nothing to do with this, asking me to schedule delivery.
This morning got two spam calls. caller indentifies herself as Ashley Furniture then a recording goes in to speak of Medicare. Just got another such call.
I called the store. Manager says I did not respond to texts to schedule so the delivery won't happen today!!!

So you tell me. Is this a hack or a con job?
You have been HACKED Ashley Furniture and my personal info is out there now. And no one to call about that as all I get is recorded calls and prompts. I expect a phone call if I fill out this form is that information being put out there as well ???

Manager scheduled my delivery now fir next week. I told him I will NOT be using the text messaging system and this better be confirmed for both items for next week. We will see if I get delivery.

I purchased a bedroom set on 12/9/23. After delivery the bed rails were the incorrect size. The bed frame was returned. Two days later a second delivery with all parts in tact. But installers were reluctant to complete the set up process and damaged two of my dressers and had no intentions of reporting it to me or the store. I just happened to see the damage occur. Reached out to Ashleys reported the damage. They now are using my protection policy to cover their damages and is sending out a technician to access the damage. I've tried to contact a manager at the store for further assistance. No response. There is a disconnect with customer service. Just want my furniture replaced and some kind of compensation for the inconveniences I've had to endure. I would not recommend Ashley's to anyone. Poor management.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE:
The only good experience was Emily, my sales girl at the Ponchatoula store. She was awesome BUT, the Customer service that followed is UNACCEPTABLE. I too wish I would have read these comments prior to paying Cash for my furniture!!! I reported the problem the day it was delivered. Several days later, the customer service person texted me and asked that I flip the furniture over and take a picture!!!!! I am 71 years old, the recliner part of the sofa is attached to the console, I CANT FLIP IT OVER....I did lay on the floor with the recliner in the up position an took a picture 1 inch from the problem of metal grinding on the frame each time you raise or lower the sofa. These texts went on for 2 weeks with no phone call, no I'm sorry this happen, no nothing!!! By now I am livid. In my business of being a nurse, if my Customer service was like this, I would have been fired a long time ago. They asked me for yet another picture.......the ones that I sent was as close as I could get and I let them know that. No communication, unless I text them. Now it is going on 3 weeks and I get an automated message from the Service dept. with the earliest appt. Date of 12/27. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I DO NOT WANT IT REPAIRED, I WANT IT PICKED UP.AND I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A SOFA.!!!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FRM ASHLEY AGAIN. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! YOU CAN SELL THIS TRASH TO SOMEONE ELSE.

Sure wish I had read the comments before I made this purchase they are the worse I ordered furniture from the Ashley in upper darby pa had a scheduled date of October 13th and aftercalling to track delivery i was told I didn't have a delivery date scheduled which was a not true,mean while I have no furniture to sit on and was told that it would be at least 3 more weeks this is unexceptable due to and inconsiderate because Ashley could have a lest sent a message or a phone call to prepare the customer I had to make special provisions to be home for a delivery that hasn't shown a n d don't know when it will this I poor customer service and deser to be reported to the BBB seems I'm not the only one who is a dissatisfied customer with a family who will continue to have to sit on the floor

I am providing feedback as I believe you sincerely need to investigate your operations at Southpark Village in San Antonio. This location simply is in serious need of some leader ship
A simple purchase was so confusing to be made. We wish to take the item off the premises the same day, but they said they couldn't release it although we paid for it with our Ashley credit card

Upon returning a couple they advises that They said it was put back in the stock. Yes, the credit card transaction was supposedly credited. We look forward to seeing that but somethings going on and I'm just passing on.

Additionally, on Tuesday evening of this week at 7:45 pm the doors were locked and closed? The door says close at 9 PM.
They were associates milling around the open sign was off and the doors are locked

The website says 9 PM. I just sincerely think there's just an absence of leadership .

Bought a coach and loveseat. Delivery was 1 month away. Couch and loveseat delivered both torn and filthy. Told me new ones would be delivered in 1 month. Waited, delivered, coach good, loveseat had 2 tears in material and stains. Said would deliver another in 1 month. Waited again, What do you think! Another came with dirt marks, unwrapped indentions from furniture straps. Now waiting 1 month for my FOURTH loveseat! Terrible service, quality. No way will I buy again. When I call Ashley they just give me a song and dance. Just want quality furniture. Is that too much to ask?

I called in about an Item I purchased from your Colten Store, It was a 3 peace wall decor, we given to me it didn't have any instructions about how to attach to the wall nor what kind of Hooks or nails needed? I spoke to your customer service manager Canen, he was very rude I told him if I couldn't get this decor instilled I would return it back to the store he replied to me, That why should the store loose money because I not happy with this art peace I had purchased this on 9/22/23, what kind of Customer service people do you have working for your company! He needs to get more training about how to treat his elders or clients in general, when I asked him to give me Regional number her refused to relay that info. I have other items pending but I have a bad taste about the experience I came across with the way this Caven treated me, I really want to cancel my hole order, beside the vanity I told to put aside while shopping, and another sales person sold it to some one lease a former client, so when I was ready to back up my car to pick up the vanity display they said they were sorry but another sales person sold it to another former client without any consideration about a Item I had already put aside? WOW I should have just walked out at that moment and never returned to this store!!!!!

My husband and I bought a sofa loveseat, We were told delivery would be in two wks. We got phone calls the day before delivery it would be two more weeks
Well being I had plans for guest to come over, I was upset. Went to the store, saw salesman. My husband asked hey remember us, he said not really, wow not good customer service. We went to Empire furniture store. They were great. They actually had Ashley furniture. Delivered the same day. Very happy with our purchase. Customer service is very important. He got the sale and that's all he cared about. Thought his attitude was rude.

Shipping, delivery, and set-up is a train wreck! How a company like Ashley can be this negligent is absurd. I ordered a nice bed in May, 2023 and as of September, I still don't have a bed! I've had this issue every time I've bought from Ashley. Also, the sell you items they don't have! If a piece requires 4 boxes to assemble, WHY ONLY STOCK 3!!??
These people a criminally negligent and should be sued into bankruptcy! Buyer beware !!

Buyer beware!!! We just received replacement #3 for our table set we just paid $700 for. Chairs came fine, bench was fine, table has been damaged every.single.time. Customer service was horrible. The escalation lady we dealt with was awful, getting loud and ugly. Now we are stuck with a damaged table and they want us to carry it to donate it and show them the donation receipt before they refund the order. They will send FedEx, which took 2 weeks the first time before they picked it up. Meanwhile, we are stuck with a beat up table and short $700.

We purchased a sofa. The first one was delivered heavily damaged. We sent it back. The second one came with paint splashes on it, but Ashley and the delivery company requested that we keep the sofa in the home to see if they could fix it - with the option of requesting a replacement if we decided later to do so (if we changed our mind). After not being pleased with what we heard from customer service about the repair process, we requested a replacement. They went against their word and is now giving us run-around. Now we have to wait for someone to come into the home, take the sofa apart, reupholster the portion with the paint on it. So, we are going to get a sofa that has been taken apart and pieced back together - all with a different fabric run. And Ashley will not tell me if they will replace it them if we are not happy with the results. Again, I keep getting the runaround. I should not have taken them at their word and should have sent this one back too. Lessons learned: don't ever buy from Ashley; you cannot trust them; they are not customer focused; they are too caught up in "policy" to do what is right for the customer; local store managers and regional mangers have no power over what happens when you walk out of the store.

Absolute appalled at the lack of communication. I confirmed my delivery for August 25th. I received and email within the subject line that read "hooray, one more day until your delivery". This told me I was scheduled. I opened the email and in bold ready 10:45-2:45 delivery time. No further action needed. I'm fine print I needed to hit confirm AGAIN! Because I didn't see "confirm" in fine print. I got rescheduled for August 29th. No one at my local store could help me. In fact, all they kept telling me was they have emailed corporate with no success in getting a reply back. I then took it into my own hands to which I found out it was pushed again to August 30th. It would be nice to speak to someone with some sort of authority. I have a 5k sqft house to fill and I will NOT BE BACK TO SHOP AT ASHLEY'S FURNITURE.

At the Plano, TX location at 15th and Central Expressway (hwy 75) on 8/4 - My youngest daughter is furnishing her first home and was SO excited to find a bed to match the dresser and nightstands she had obtained secondhand. The LARGE sign next to the bed read "King Uph Panel BED (PKGB192-KUPB) $749.99". That was within her budget and she immediately made the decision to purchase. Her first "big" buy for her new home!! When she tried to purchase, she was told that $749.99 was the price of the headboard only, NOT the storage bed and that if she wanted the whole bed, it would be double the price! She was told that while the $749 price referenced the "BED" on the huge sign next to it, the sign actually failed to mention ANYWHERE, the "actual" cost of the king bed. She told them she thought the sign was extremely misleading and said she could not afford the bed....and didn't have $750 in her budget for just a headboard. Before leaving, her "salesman" told her that it was "ridiculous" for her to think the whole bed was just $749 and that she would "never" find a bed like this anywhere else for that price or any similar price, but that, as a huge concession, they would take $1400 "out the door" for the bed, thus offering her a small discount. She told them that was still way beyond her budget and left the store. I am just so angry about the whole situation. We have been frequent customers of Ashley in the past and never been treated so poorly. My daughter is 25 years old and this was a horrible first experience. The sign is incredibly misleading (especially since the price of the bed is not shown anywhere), she is NOT an idiot and no one even tried to make the situation right by honoring the price shown. Can anyone help?

Kiara misled me and said don't worry about it we will waive delivery and set up and then got on the phone and said oh I can't do that and said order online she hung up in me and took my entire day and 3 sakes people to try to put the order in. How does a company mess up someone calling to spend $2000..00 knows what they want and they can't seem to get the order in. Miata lacked professionalism and said go right ahead and cancel have a good day. This is their management . I asked for district managers name and number and she hung up when all I asked her to do is what she said she would do. They have already EEdge filed delivery once and could care less if you have missed 3-4!days desling with them . She had a power ego and offered something and then did not follow thru . It was a distortion of truth and could care less that they did not be able to get my business .

Over 4 hrs min and and 12 phone calls just to order a couple tens. Horrible ordering system keeps you in the phone forever and in the store is.worse they have to access 2 or 3 systems just for a few items enormous waste of time and that's if you know what you want.
Everytime you call the local store over 20 min hold times short staffed and while they are waiting fir walking maybe study systems and product or at minimum what deals are going on. Nice people but training is needed . You will not get in and out in a timely manner and if you say please don't follow me I'll come find you, they still do. Kiara could not seem to have customer service skills and poor attitude when customer is spending a lot of money . Furniture mall in Duluth had only $99 delivery fee no matter how much you order you get it in 5 days or less and they carry Ashley

I am in a wheel chair and needed a power lift chair. Called Ashley and spoke to a sales rep. I explained my need. He told me they had a number of fake leather such chair for around $600. When I arrived they only had one at $894. In addition, I asked would they deliver. He said yes. I also asked if they would take away my old recliner and he again said yes. Once in the store I learned they would charge me $129 for delivery and gave us a card to call someone else to remove my old recliner. As for delivery try roughly 2 week to 2 months. Most skewed up firm I have ever dealt with. GO ELSEWHERE. Major USAF (R)

Paid over $2,500 for my couch. They delayed my delivery not once but twice. 2 & 1/2 WEEKS LATER, MY COUCH WAS SLOUCHING. Went to Ashley, they gave me a case number and scheduled a technician to evaluate the damage. The technician arrived to my place and said he could replace the cushion but it's going to do the same thing. Went back to the Ashley in Tacoma off 38th and they reinstated that they have a 72 hour no return/no refund/no exchange. Wow...! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY!!!

I paid cash with a delivery sales order

The sectional I purchased for 30045.00 . 6/17 with Premium Delivery cost 349.99. 4-6 week delivery. Same furniture went on sale around first of July couple hundred dollars less. with delivery by mid july. I tracked my order it said August 19th. A couple weeks past my premium delivery. I've never bought furniture from Ashley , after this I won't again unless it get Delivered on time as quoted.

We purchased a king mattress from Ashley's. Upon receipt we found that it causes me shoulder pain since it's too firm. My wife cannot sleep on it as well. I was told by customer service that we did not purchase a 30 day comfort protection policy at the time of purchase. Due to that there's is NO return exchange policy. We were never informed of the policy. Mattresses are a long term purchase not an annual thing. They must expect me to suffer or buy a different mattress. For now we have no recourse about this issue. That being said this is not the last time Ashley's heard from us. Even if we have to camp at their store front till we get this resolved !!

I gave it another try. I ordered online . It even schedules the delivery for 7/1/23. I needed it for company on 7/4/23. It is still not here.
I was moved to 7/11/23. Then today I was told 2 more weeks maybe???

I am a customer. Bought $5000 of furniture from Stella Maglie in 2021 at the Laburnum store in Richmond Va. She is currently an assistant manager at the Williamsburg store. She has avoided me since them not giving men a clock and mirror she held for me. She has refused to communicate about this and has had warrants issued to me for stalking, trespassing and disturbing the peace. I was arrested and have a GPS on my right ankle. Not allowed to leave Virginia. Trial is set for Aug. 8 at York County GDC. Will u hel me by asking her to dismiss all charges? If convicted I may be put in jail//fined. If so I have no alternative but to countrr sue for false charges and arrest. My lawyer will be contacting you very soon . Resolving is in our interest without going to court.

Both of them were very courteous, professional, and were on time. The set is beautiful, and I highly recommend Ashley Furniture and their delivery crew of Matthew and Carl! I recently visited the store in Waite Park Mn.I was looking for a recliner. Matthew waited on me & before I came in I was feeling very stressed & down. When I left I was happy as can be because of your terrific salesman Matthew! He went above & beyond showing me the recliners took my ideas seriously & cheered me up with his kindness, efficiency & great sense of humor.Even though I didn't find the exact chair I would return for another look later. I am 80 yrs young & can say of all my shopping experiences Matthew made this the best!! You have a diamond employee there & I will spread the word to all. Thank you!

Excellent assistance from Carolyn (sales at Newmarket location) and the delivery tracking notices were spot on. Excellent information about delivery trucks location and eta. Delivery guys were polite and fast! Clean up was great. Best customer service we have had from beginning to end in a very long time. Full marks and zero complaints. It was a pleasure to call the store and let them know what an excellent experience this was. They have earned our loyalty with such excellent customer service.

We purchased a dresser from your store in Fredericksburg Va and had to order a new set of feet and one handle. Katie Maciosek provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to assure we received our order. Based on my experience I will shop Ashley in the future!!

I purchased an Ashley recliner less than three years ago. I paid over $600 for the recliner. I now have to replace it because the back of the recliner is broken the wood has split and when you look at it you can see that it's not real wood it's composite. This is the third thing that has needed to be repaired on the recliner in the short amount of time. Ashley Furniture used to be synonymous with the best on the market now it is the worst on the market never again will I put one Copper Penny into Ashley Furniture

Ashley Furniture is fabulous! We ordered end tables and coffee tables from the Avondale store in AZ. Around Oct15th 21 We were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks. We knew it and that would be ok although we were hoping to get them for my husband's 70th birthday party which was in 2 and a half weeks..I received a call from Ashley 10 days later that they were in and could be delivered on Friday the day before the party! Free delivery wow..on a $360.00 order!! They look beautiful as well and match my existing decor!!We bought a dining set, bedroom set and a dinette set in California before we moved to Az.and were very pleased. We purchased or leather living room group 6 months ago at ashley in brownsville texas the total experience was good however the delivery was delayed twice and we were routed to customer care twice and after no response we went to the store and talked to the store manager jason and another guy named the sheriff ha ha yes we cant remember his name but he wore a badge any way both were very professional both jason and the sheriff made some calls and got results and we finally have our couches o there than the delay we are very happy

I loved shopping at Ashley Furniture in Kenosha, WI off of I-94. Rena helped me find exactly what I was looking for and stayed with us until we felt that we found the perfect new furniture for our home. I feel that I made a great decision going to them for my furniture. The manager, Steve was also a great guy to work with. Everyone has a great attitude and seems to enjoy what they do. They made shopping there fun! Thanks guys!!

I was a new customer to Ashely Furniture at the Glen Burnie, Ritchie Highway location. I was scheduled for a Saturday delivery between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm. Prior to my scheduled delivery I surfed the web site as I lost the customer service number provided to me. Upon reading the customer service reviews all of which were horrible for the location in which I had just purchased furniture. immediately, I became a little worried. The day of delivery my furniture had not arrived by the alloted time so, I called customer service. I was prepared for whatever. However,I was not disapointed, maybe they were made aware of the recent responses to there delivery departments bad reviews. Anyway, other than the guys being 20 minutes late they were curtious, professional, and apologetic for being late. Explaining, that the stop before mine was sevice intensive. My furniture was clean and undamaged. The service guy(s) put it together and set it up to my specifications. No complaints here!

My husband and I recently purchased a television set. Since Ashley Furniture was next door to Best Buy (Brownsville, TX), we decided to window shop for a new entertainment center. While we were shopping there, the Manager introduced himself as Trinidad. He was very informative about the furniture and very friendly. He allowed us time to look around the store and came by every few minutes to see if we needed any further assistance. Since we were simply window shopping, we left without a purchase. My husband and I commented about how great the customer service was and how friendly Mr. Trinidad was. Today (5 days later) we retrieved our mail and opened a hand written thank you card from Mr. Trinidad. He expressed how thankful he was for us stopping by and if we need any furniture in the future how he would be more than happy to assist us. A couple of weeks ago, I lodged a very serious complaint about the way my husband I were treated very badly by customer service and the warehouse people where we picked up our furniture. Everyone had a terrible, hateful attitude except the people in the store where we bought the furniture. It was if once you had our money, you didn't have to be courteous or nice anymore. A purchase is a type of relationship. You are selling me the furniture as the merchant and you should be pleasant all the way through the transaction. But it is my job as the consumer to let you know right away if a problem occurs so you can take corrective action and we had a very bad experience in Chattanooga, TN so I contacted you. I said it was my first experience with Ashley and I would never buy from you again, but after talking to Mr. Spencer I am willing to give you another chance the next time I need furniture. We are enjoying it very much and it is beautiful and very well made. I appreciate you taking my complaint so seriously and I assume corrective measures have been taken. And with that in mind I will go to Ashley next time I need furniture because your merchandise is beautiful. But you needed to know how we were treated because as first time buyers had we not gotten the attention we were blessed with I would never have gone there again and told everyone else not to go there. It was my job to let you know how things were going on because I doubt you run your business with a Ouiji board and a crystal ball. Someone had to tell you, so I did. Ashley Furniture , Hires contractors who dont pay their employees , I worked for 30 days and have not received a pay check.I complained to Ashley Furniture a couple of times
