I am trying to set up auto payment for my services. When I try to call I can not get a live person on the phone. The system you have is the most frustrating system ever. When I call a company for any reason at all I expect to be able to talk to a live person not some impersonal frustrating automatic computerized answering machine that does not provide any personalized service. So far your company has been the most frustrating to deal with. I will report to my local congress man and also put this frustration on FB and any other social media outlet so people now who and what lousy service they are dealing with

Atlantic Broadband Technical Support is incomprehensibly bad .. they suck .. they do not provide support .. you utterly waste your time with these clowns ... they have no clue what they are doing, how to diagnose, how to resolve ... have set a new standard for incompetence ... simple as that .. if you have any alternative .. any .. pick it .. they suck

Ive had service for 1 month and my bill is $249.55. Thats crazy. Called and was on hold, now waiting for call back. Meanwhile, im using online customer support. Chatted with woman who sent me over to billing. I keep getting to "#1" in tge queue and subsequently dropping back to #2. I think this will go on indefinitely?

Ha, where do I start? The threatening call to disconnect over a single past due amount that's ONLY 9 days behind? The crappy customer service? The 45 minute hold times when calling? Internet dropping out several times a day? how the hell is this company even in business? Taking my biz elsewhere. I'd rather pay a little more and actually get the service i'm paying for than deal with this company. If you are considering using them... DON'T!

i have been with atlantic broadband for a while and the guide they have to watch tv online was working but now does not work tried a lot of different things but no good i need to get another cable company.

Apparently my credit card got hacked and shut down, and my backup payment didn't take effect like it's set up. So here I am on hold for over 2 hours, no phone options for my issue and no way to turn my account back on. The building is closed , the online chat says it's not being manned at this time. So looks like no internet, no working from home, nothing. Thanks ABB. God forbid you actually have more then 1 employee doing support.

Extremely Bad customer support I couldn't get any extension extra of my payment debt because I cannot pay right now I'm without work for the pandemic been senior and don getting any kind of assistance and the treat really bad more first time was really disgusting.

This is the worst cable company of all time and most expensive.For everything they have I can get you every channel and more for $400 for life.Call me and we can put these idiots out of business

I am unable to get anyone to address my lack of workable channels on my TV package. Reception on major channels list a notice of lack of signal. Cost for service is exorbitant and service is terrible.

Not very happy with Atlantic Briadband internet services! We honestly have had trouble with the internet dropping out several times a day since they took over. They have come out to our home at least 5 times to try to fix this issue. Replaced the modem but still is doing the same thing! Every time they come out they tell us it is fixed and it seems to work correctly for a couple of days then it goes right back to the same problem. Have had to call customer service several times and wait forever before speaking to someone . Then we are on the phone for like 2 hours only to be told again they will have to come out again to fix the problem. Very frustrated just want to have our services we pay for every month work! And believe me it is highway robbery what they charge! Wish they had other choices to switch to because then they would have some competition and maybe things would change. I have seen several complaints about them but nothing seems to change. We also have to be available on there times for them to come out which means loosing time at work each and every time! It is not right and we should not have to have a company come out that many times. Not sure if they use faulty equipment or the service tech doesn't know how to fix the problem or they just want to keep charging customers money for coming out. I was with metro cast before them and have been a loyal customer for many years but am considering going elsewhere at this point. I mean why am I paying for a service that partially works most of the time!

The Agent Said She Would Connect Me Directly To Internet Support Since I Had Already Been Waiting An Hour But Failed To Do Her Job. I Was Once Again Put In Queue For Another 25-30 Minutes Before Having To Hang Up. I Do Not Have 3 Hours To Give Abb Each Week To Solve The Same Issue!!!

Fix You Trash Website... The Landing Page & Streaming Page. They Look And Behave Like Gen 1 Internet Sites. They Are Totally Indicative Of The Quality Of Service - Meaning The Lack Thereof -- And Are Incongruous With The Technology They Are Supposed To Represent.

I've Lost All Patience With Your Abysmal Performance So Now The Fcc Will Hear About A Geographic Monopolistic Entity Which Is Not Providing The Service Contracted To Deliver And Is Possibly Switching Content Streaming Tivo Boxes Off To Mitigate High Server Demand.

You Guys Are Worse Than Sprint & At&t Combined!

Keep getting charged more but my internet etc. slows down all the time. Very inconsistent - also apparently resulting in my tv shutting itself off all the time, I assume due to lack of streaming capacity. Also many movies have a 'stagger' effect - surely you can do better than this, Atlantic Broadband? March, 2020

I have only two companies providing services to the area where I live in Blakeslee, PA. When I moved here last year I subscribed to one of them and proved to be so bad that I had service 10% of the time with the modem showing error lights almost all the time. Finally I was able to break my one year contract and switched to Atlantic Broadband. Last week I call because I had no service. They scheduled a service visit two day later (how good is that when you work from home like me?) The technician came and found a problem in the router and proceeded to change it and also went to check the box in the street and told me there was a problem there and he would send a crew to fix it. Today I got an email with the monthly bill and I was shocked to see the amount I owe them was double the regular price. (from $ 65 went up to $ 130) so I called the company I was put on hold for about 20 minutes before I got a service rep in the line. I was told they charged me $50 because the technician reported nothing was wrong with the service!!!
They finally gave me a one time "courtesy" credit. What a nerve.

I feel that Atlantic broadband should give a credit to customers when we have no cable or internet. We went from 8pm until noon the next day without cable or internet. That is 16 hours. Most places do not charge customers when they aren't providing service.

Customer service is very bad. When I have problems with cable or tv signal. And tried to call _ never get answer . Every time have to wait on hold for at least 1 hour and No one answers. Very disappointed

Atlantic Broadband has the worst customer service of any company I deal with. Abusive waits of up to an hour to get through to a live person while waiting on hold to absolutely insipid music. We are being raped on fees and they have a monopoly in our neighborhood. Fees are rising at 3-4 times inflation. Paying close to $90 per month just for equipment rentals. Truly horrifying service.

Internet went down, again. On hold waiting for a Representative for over 40 minutes. When she answered she spoke half English and half Spanish. Good thing I'm fluent in both. My reply was entirely in English. I'm certain she does this often to throw customers off. After verifying my information, I could hear her opening up a candy/food wrapper and then she asked with her mouth full what problem I was having. Then, in the middle of my explanation she began laughing/talking along with a co-worker. She continued to try to correct the problem doing the same thing - sending a signal to my Router - three times with the same result. She asked to put me on hold for a quick second and yes, you guessed it, dial tone...she hung up on me. No, no return call even though she verified my call back number 'just in case we get disconnected'. Very unprofessional. Way too long to have to wait to speak with a Representative.

Internet customer, appears to be fine, have had for more than a year. BUT Customer service is appalling!!! I can't login in without having to change my PW.Why? It's happening several times.Called CS and they can't see if I have a payment scheduled, how can that be?? No or poor quality info on their part for most questions. Plus they won't take Amex for payment. Would you please add? There's no reason for you not to have Amex.It seems like this Co could care less about the customer. Guess I will just have to change Companies.
