I receive a no caller id and the moment I pick up the call, she started firing question asking do you heard about Medishield life plan. Then I say yes, then she said this is from AVIVA and you know that from this age to this age people are eligible for this plan, then I say yes. Then she in very rude tone said you have already ar? I say Yes, then she said say lah then hang up. Aviva staff or not, a basic phone call manner is to introduce yourself, use proper English, then share the intention of call.
