DO NOT BUY BEATS. I'm embarrassed that I spent money on these. The battery life is absolute GARBAGE. I'm lucky if I get two hours out of them before I have to recharge. I tried to return them but they refused to refund. On top of that the audio quality is not worth your penny. Avoid these at any cost and put your money into a different brand that actually follows through on what's advertised.

Absolute piece of sh1t. For the price, expected them to last >3 months. Left ear stopped was intermittent and then completely stopped working. Being an electrical engineer, opened them up to fix the suspect wire. What I found was an extremely poorly + cheaply manufactured hodgepodge. Design and manufacturing engineers should be fired. Terrible support. Why ship items back to pay the above should be fired morons to repair?

Poor customer service resolution. Does not support warranty for a faulty product where the product breaks for no reason. Very poor customer service for customers who have spent thousands on products. The quality of these products have really gone down hill.

Stopped charging inside the warranty period. Apple bent over backwards to avoid fulfilling the warranty, going as far to find and cite some superficial physical damage (which wasn't even there when I sent it in) as the reason they couldn't honor the warranty. Appalling behavior.

Got headphones for christmas. To bad I can't charge them to use them cause some stupid company doesn't put the charging block with the cable. Cause that makes sense.

I received Beat Studio 3 for Xmas over a year ago. I have been pleased with product that's not the issue . My concern or frustration is after 400$ spent on headphone . There is no information to suggest that there are 4 tiny screws on the band connected to ear piece that fall out . Now I have no headphones cause I don't have screws and 50$ repair kit on 400$ headphones makes no sense. Although I have enjoyed these headphones I hope someone at Apple takes this as a learning opportunity to at least include 1$ screw driver along with replacement screws. For me I will be looking at competition to get new headphones although I'm part of Apple ecosystem . Thanks

I bought a pair of you headphones for my husband 2 years ago and spent more money then we could afford and they started falling apart right away. He doesn't go anywhere because he has a brain injury and music helps him. So I thought I would by something that would last, was I wrong. They sound good,but they fall apart.

Love the Beats studio Buds. Howerever, needs volume control on earpice similar to the function on Powerbeats pro. Perhaps a firmware download to acheive this much needed function. Otherwise great sound and comfort. Please consider suggestion as I am sure others have same suggestion.

I saved for these Beats X and for them to stop working after a few months.
Please please could you send a replacement or even get them working again?
I have the box it all came in as well as the buds so happy to return them back to wherever you suggest.

I await your reply and hopefully we will be able to resolve this matter

The beats studio 3 is the worst headphones I have ever bought. 2 pairs have now snapped when they have become a little cold. I have not abused them in any way and this is not right.. I have had to tape them to listen to them and now I feel like a bum and now I don't want to listen to dre music in his so called headphones. For the price you pay you would expect the product to last. But I had my 2nd pair less then a month before they broke on the one side today they snapped on the other side .... VERY DISAPPOINTED ...SAVE YOUR MONEY THESE HEADPHONES ARE NOT WORTH IT.

Daughter 20 bought Beats by Dre still under warranty with company. Left earphone not working probably due to wire popped out of seem above where you pulled out jack. First they sent wrong product sent back. Then sent pics of headphones /receipt 2 months ago. No one called emailed nothing. Called them back to find status. They wont cover or they would charge me as they consider it misuse. One wire poping out from side of seem that is above where u would pull out jack. If this is misuse then i guess u better not unplug from device they are used with. To not notify me is a complete lack of respect and unprofessional for this company.

I bought a pair of Beats with the wires 2 years ago.
I used them 15 times over 2 years, and the Mic stopped working.I had a pair of $25 dollar ear phones that lasted 5 years.
Beats/Apple said I could repair them for $49.99 plus 5.99 shipping. I asked how much a new pair would be, and it was around $58. The supervisor then got on line , and said how sorry he was, and there was nothing he could do. He then asked if I wanted to send them in for repair. How ridiculous is that!!!!

I am very disappointed in the Beats Studio 3 product as well as the Apple service for the product. My daughter is a very responsible 14 year old who received her Beats as a gift approx 3 months ago. The screws underneath the plate that covers the hinge fell out.

My daughter was over the moon when her grandmother gave her the Beats. She never even wished for them because she knows that we do not spend money on extravagant items like that. It was a huge surprise. She was so upset when they broke. She tried to "hold it together" with duck tape and didn't want us to know there was a problem because she thought we would be upset with her. She thought she must have done something wrong (because expensive means quality?? RIGHT?) or that we would assume she wasn't taking good care of them. She was about to purchase a repair kit from Amazon with her own money and because she is unable to make purchases with out our permission she had to tell us what was going on.

We explained that Apple is a company that stands behind it's products and helped her contact Apple support to request replacement screws. We were told that replacement parts could not be sent but the headphones would be serviced and repaired AT NO COST to her. A few days later we received a box and label from Apple in which she packed up her Beats and sent them off to be repaired.

Next we received an email stating the service was NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
Replacing the screws would cost $199 PLUS labor charges.
TO REPLACE SCREWS.
Screws that fell out during normal use of a product.

Upon further investigation losing screws seems to be a very common issue for Beats. We have found reference to this problem as well as replacement parts and repair "how to" videos all over the web.

My understanding is that we have 3 choices.
#1 continue to duck tape the headphones band and have a sub optimum experience with a $350 3 month old product.
#2 Purchase after market products and try to fix the product on our own which will cause the warranty to become null and void.
#3 pay $199 plus unknown amount for labor to REPAIR a product we can now purchase new for $199.

I am MORE than disappointed. As I said before, this was a gift. We are not an Apple family primarily because the price of Apple products does not fit our budget. We now have another reason to pass over Apple when shopping for products for our family.

As a final comment I would like you to know that I have searched both Apple and Beats for a place to send this feedback. I could find none. Everything I tried leads back to contacting Apple Service and they give information on how to send Beats into be repaired.

I have the same complaint as the other user with the solo3wireless headphones, they are so uncomfortable and tight on my ears, and if add sunglasses, forget about it. And then on top of it, I look at the comments on Walmart.ca and people 3 years ago, were paying $100 less than I did for the same technology. I feel not that smart. I love the sound but for almost $350 with tax, I expect perfection from my headphones. I was wondering, could I please return them?

I recently bought one of your beats product, it's the wireless beats solo pro 3 (?) I believe. I was really excited to order them and finally find out what all the fuss about the beats was. And honestly, I wasn't very satisfied with your product. I love that I can go to the other end of the house and leave my phone on my room and my music would still be playing. I also really like how loud they are and how they can channel out my (also loud) family. However, paying over 300 dollars for some headphones, I would expect that they would at least come with the aux connection. I understand that's my fault because I know I didn't see it in the description of the headphones, but I just assumed since they cost so much. The biggest issue I've had with this set of headphones, though, is that they're not very comfortable to wear. I had them on for an hour and my ears felt like they were being covered by cheap plastic. I have bought cheaper headphones for about 25 dollars and they seemed much more comfortable than the beats. The cushion for the 25 dollar (Walmart) headphones was also bigger than that of the beats. Look, I like the product, but I don't like it enough to know that I payed more than 300 dollars and I can't wear it comfortably for more than an hour. I have opened the box and everything, I'm just wondering if me opening the box would prevent me from getting a refund.

Beats stopped working after 4 uses, called told I would j have box to return in 24-48 hours, never arrived, turns out you don't have boxes and don't know when you will be getting them. I was offered an appt 5 days away at apple store, this product and your service suck.

If the raggedy product stops working before the year is up and they were given to you as a gift you're screwed! Apple doesn't want to utter the words that you're stuck with a product that doesn't work they just keep saying if you don't have proof of purchase we can't help you. This is why I have NEVER been a fan of APPLE products, they don't last long aaaaaney could care less about the consumer.

I was given the beatx earphone as a gift in late May2017. The unit was dead by Nov 2017, went to support centre and got a one-to-one replacement.

The replacement unit was dead now (May 2019), the CS officer told me the motherboard is bad, there is not replacement, if insist to replace, they will get me a new one and will charge me price of new unit. For sure I am not happy with this purchase.

In less than 24 months, I have 2 units went dead. Think twice if you want to buy BEATS.

HORRIBLE! DISGUSTED! FURIOUS! Over $300 on 2 products that can't be fixed, only worn a few times! Not sure how that even happens! Unbelievable! Would definitely talk someone out of buying these!

One morning I opened my Powerbeats 2 Wireless case and my earpiece had come apart, I didn't know what to do. I contacted customer care and in a weeks time I had a new pair without any hassle. I am a completely satisfied customer!!!

I bought a pair of Powerbeats In-Ear wireless headphones 8 months ago. They are used daily, sometimes twice a day, at the gym for workouts. A week ago I noticed that the metal wire that bends inside the rubber to wrap over the top of the ear, had become exposed and broken thru the rubber casing. I called Beats/Apple customer service, my service agent was very understanding and receptive to my issue. He overnight-ed a box (free of charge) for me to send my earphones in for repair/replacement. I sent them in the next day, again using their overnight service on their dime. They emailed me that they had received them next morning and by that afternoon they emailed me stating they had reviewed the earphones, determined they were under warranty and had sent a replacement pair out to me (again, overnight on their account)to arrive within 1 business day! I was and still am astounded at how quick and amazing their customer service is. Within less than 3 business days, problem solved, headphones replaced. I am one VERY satisfied customer. Thank you Beats, customer service/warranty dept!

I didn't have any expectations in having my son's Beats returned or repaired. He's had them a while and I didn't have a receipt. I told the representative I had to expectations but asked what he could do to help. Within a day, there was a box on my doorstep. I returned product and within another day, I had a repaired product on my doorstep. I couldn't believe how quickly the issue was resolved. I wanted to thank Beats for standing by their product. I am impressed! THANK YOU!
