Robert is a jerk I asked for a supervisor multiple times and he wouldn't put one through and put me on hold for 15 minutes. Bissell needs to straight this crap out. When customer states I need a supervisor than you better do it.

I am so disappointed at this vacuum, and would never buy this product ever again. It doesn't work at all and it makes my floors that are brand new look like crap.

Bissell robot vacuum has broken frequently starting 1 month of purchase. Battery failure. Battery cover has broken off about 6 times. Roller brush holder clips snapped off. Latch tat holds debris bin has broken off. The vacuum is made of thin, rigid plastic, tiny screws used to hold covers in place, battery is large and very heavy has no clip to hold in place and only the weak cover keeps it in the vacuum. All these factors make it very succotablto damage even with normal use. Customer service and authorized repair shop takes week to repair the vacuum. Now the vacuum is out of warranty and unrepairable and Customer Care refuses to replace the product.

I have a TurboClean PowerBrush Pet Model No. 2085. It's less than two years old and has not been used that often. The motor is making a high pitched sound and will not shut off without disconnecting the cord from the outlet. I was told that it's no longer under warranty and I would have to cover the cost to have it shipped and repaired. I don't know how they received a UL Certified rating for this product. Buyer Beware.

Bissell does not live up to their warranty-machine i bought is horrible and will not stay going for more that a few months. customer service now says if i don't take a picture of the vacuum serial number and model i will not get service. i don't have that type of phone and have no family left to do that. they said sorry no service. DO NOT BUY from this company-HORRIBLE!!!!

I tried to speak to customer service in regards to coupon being expired on vacuum cleaner bags. I sent photo of coupon and receipts from Walmart only to be told to resend. I resent pictures and was told Bissell never got it. No resolution for $1.50 expired coupon on vacuum bags. Very disappointed.

Wanted Bissell to know how much I hate my crosswave. I got it for Christmas. I was so excited what a let down. It streaks, leaks dirty water and just a nightmare. If I had the box it came in I would return. My husband had it setup. It was bought at Lowes I want to return for a r was fund. This machine is not worth it

They don't care about customers.
I had a problem with my cleaner and they just say it's my fault and won't replace.
I had to get my money back via credit card company.
Bissell, you should be ashamed.

Bissell pet pro from Walmart... I used it twice both times less than 10 mins in a room that is rather small. The product left the carpet very wet, still dirty, and had to refill and empty the tanks after seconds of using because either empty or full. I spent more time emptying and filling tanks than I got to spend cleaning g the carpet. Then I never gotten to finish cleaning the carpet due to the belt for some reason unknown sticking and melting into the plastic area the belt is located in. This caused the brush to quit and the carpet cleaner was no longer able to do what it was supposed to do. So I. The end I got less than 20 min used out of a $105.38 and still have carpet that looks just the same only now it's wet and I have to use a shop vacuum to suck the water out so it doesn't mildew.

The Bissell crosswave is a great idea, but unfortunately it hasn't figured out all the mechanics to make it work. In picking up the dirt it turns it into grime, making the grime stick to the roller and the underside of the vacuum. So the grime ends up spreading and causing the floors to get much dirtier. In order to make it work (at least work better), I had to clean my roller and underneath after every pass in every room. Typically I had to go through each room about 3-5 times to get the floor to that room clean. After owning it for 5 months, it took me 2 months to figure out how to make it work for me and another 2 months just sitting in my garage. Such a disappointment given that's $200 of my money wasted.

First crosswise max unit didn't work, second unit was used 4 times over a two year period and did the same as first, will not charge, $499.00 piece of junk DO NOT BUY BISSELL product quality is terrible, support send same message and you can get that information everywhere on the internet. Could have hired small carpets to be cleaned cheaper, this cost me $125 each use.

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM BISSELL...Love my vaccuum..A piece broke, and now the wand doesnt stay locked in so you cant vaccuum. Looked to see if the part was replaceable.. and it wasnt.. hubby can rig it, but then I cant use the wand... since I have 2 shedding dogs and a shedding rabbit, I vaccuum every day...I decided to order a new one..mind you my other was only 2 yrs old.. I ordered it on 04/3.. told delivery 04/7-04/09 its now 04/08 and it hasnt even been shipped yet!! Now when it FINALLY does get shipped I am looking at another 4-5 business days... NOT ACCEPTABLE... Expect this from "3rd party vendors" but not the company that makes the damn machines! I call and am told they are busy.. well that is a good thing..but its a YOU problem.. not a ME problem.. I did my part..I ordered and paid for the product.. its your job to get it shipped out and to the customer in a timely fashion.. 10-14 days is not timely.. not when you advertise 4-5! I would have ordered elsewhere if I wanted to wait this long for my machine.. I think the big wigs sitting in their cushy offices at corporate need to get off their asses and do something about this as I know I am not the only one with this issue.. and looking at the complaints you have been getting.. someone clearly isnt doing their job! I am giving it til Monday.. if I dont have my machine.. I will be cancelling the order, calling my credit card company..that you clearly have already charged ... and disputing the charge.. and buying elsewhere.. and NOT A BISSELL.. a good name going downhill fast due to piss poor management... And I will advise others to not waste their time or money on another Bissell product.. I have several (vac's and carpet cleaners) Bissell products..but wont waste my hard earned money on them anymore.. good product or not..if you cant get good service or reliable service..what good is the product when you have an issue!

Worst company to deal with. My machine broke while still under warranty and they wont fix it. The parts are apprently no longer available, not my problem given its under warranty. The lady told me not to be rude when i got frustrated at the fact she couldn't answer my questions about the machine. I wasn't rude until that moment. i then asked for a call reference number to contact consumer affairs and she wouldn't give it to me and hung up on me. Sounds ridiculous but its exactly what just happened. Ill never purchase again.

Bought crosswave max 3 months ago already broken customer service very unhelpful but have now got return label but not prepaid so can't have it picked up but unable to. take your to drop off due to health issues.The machine isn't fit for purpose so surely I'm not responsible for return costs-it's a disgraceful company and no management available!

I would like to express my disappointment and anger concerning my model number 22889 vacuum cleaner. The foot hose has split, rendering my machine useless. I have searched your site and other parts suppliers, as has my local repair shop, and find that this minor part is unavailable. During my search, I have seen that many other people have experienced this identical problem. It seems unconscionable that your company provides no remedy for this deficiency-allowing a part that probably is worth less than five dollars to turn an appliance worth hundreds into a useless piece of junk.

I'm a truck driver been trying to get loaded to take the product to Walmart. Been here for several hours they haven't even started getting all kind of excuses. I would not buy the product personally. Would not recommend it after this experience to anyone! Still waiting to be loaded they have not even started. I'm at the Richmond Virginia facility door number 329

I was just about ready to buy a bissell powerlifter vacuum, even though the one I have is falling apart. I did like it when it worked, BUT I will NOT buy anything bissell again, cDo you realize that your customer base is average middle-class Americans & that 74 MILLION votes for Trump? You made a Very Stupid decision having Jill Biden in your commercial. I personally do not want to see an advertisement with the wife of the illegal cheater President. I am pretty sure the rest of us don't want to, either. I am going to boycott you as part of cancel culture and will be posting to others who support Trump also. Do not buy Bissell. Must be serviced in China and all calls overseas. Tried get 30 percent discount on products and when went to PayPal to pay came back could not see order only was accepted without order number or discount. I called bissell and they couldn't see order but I could. I keep trying call and reps hang upnon me

Bought a Gisselle big green commercial. This was one of the worst product experiences I have ever had. First the instructions were horrible. They were nonspecific with poor diagrams and virtually no videos tat could be downloaded to show the machine in operation.
I called customer service for help. The gentlemen kindly explained how much cleaning product to pplace into tank. Then he tried to register my machine. I read off the model number from the machine itself and from the instruction manual.to him. The model number did not register on his computer as a bissell model. No matter how I tried to covey to the representative, that I'm reading directly from the machine and the. Instruction manual the numbers didn't compute, and there was nothing I could do. So I follow his advice to use the machine and the trigger to dispense cleaning solution did not work. The mechanism to open the valve to clean clearly was poorly designed, imprecise in its fit, making the product unusable. With no model number, no product registration and an unusable machine, I feel deceived and have wasted my money. I have no faith in this company, and will never buy a bissell product again.

I bought a Bissell Crosswave at Costco and while it was working was very useful, the concept is great but parts are not, gears should be metal not plastic, specially for the price. It stopped working just a few months after warranty ended, what a coincidence looking at all the reviews this products are design to fail and trash the planet, wow! it looks like I was one of the few that the product lasted after warranty ended, can't belive it!!. I called customer support and they couldn't do anything for me even though they said they report the issue to their corporate they could only offer me a discount to buy another one...what??? Every two years I'm supposed to buy a new one to TRASH THE PLANET ?? I asked where could I get the internal parts to fix it and they offer them only through their service locations but they don't sell the parts to customers they install the parts and want to charge you as if you bought the product new. I wouldn't recommend Bissell, this are disposable products design to fail in a year, or two the most. It would be whole new story if product would last at least four or five years or internal parts were available.

Bissell is a China made product and this company does not back its product . This company will waste your time and steal your money ! Do not buy this product Bissell Pro-Heat has been nothing but a problem machine ! Bissell will not honor warranty and the dealer ( Wal-Mart ) says to call Bissell and when I did so Bissell cowardly refused to stand by their product !! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER BISSELL PRODUCT #RIP OFF#TROUBLE#WASTE OF MONEY#ANTI AMERICAN MADE IN CHINA

My bissell had a problem with the tank lid. I contacted customer service by email. They responded very quickly and had no problem honoring the warranty.

I've had a Iconpet Turbo Edge for about 6 months. Let me first say, "I love it". It works great, I love the charging station design, its not too heavy and despite what some reviews say, the battery lasts plenty long enough. I just filled and emptied the canister twice on a single charge.
I have two simple requests though.
First, tho I love the design of the attachment with the retractable brush. But, the extension is not long enough. It needs to be about 4" longer to reach crevices I try to get at (especially in the car). If you can offer another attachment that is 4" longer, I'll buy it now.
Second, for the next model as I expect to buy a new one in 4-5 years. The "mode" button is too close to the handle. I regularly hit it by accident and have to change modes back to original setting. Can you just swap the mode button and battery display? I've seen other comments about this too.

I bought a faulty machine a couple years ago, the very next day, my husband died suddenly... the last thing on my mind was cleaning my carpets, or returning machines. I put it in storage & forgot about it. Fast forward 4 years, I was going thru my storage & found the broken machine. I had lost the receipt years ago, but it was an expensive purchase, so I decided to contact customer service & see what I could do. They were not only helpful, but very nice and went above and beyond in helping me! I'd like to thank Anne, Gaile, Beth and Vivian in customer service for their help, understanding and hard work! I will be a Bissell customer for life because of the amazing customer support I received from these ladies!

My wife and myself have received excellent service from the first call we made to Bissell Consumer Service to the delivery of our new Bissell. Our support operator was very helpful and courteous(Paul). We called in to state our problem 7/9/13 and received by Fedex 7/11/13 our new Bissell. We were very surprised in the fast delivery of our Bissell. We will highly recommend your Company to our friends and will use you again in the future.
