Had the worst experience with boomingdales. This is a total scam website, and the customer service is stupid and not helpful at all. I ordered three Lancôme cream worth $600 dollars, but they only gave me one. And they refuse to reship the other two or refund!

I ordered 2 expensive towel sets from Bloomingdales online. When I opened the box, 1 of the bath towels was ripped down one side. I called the "Customer Service" number at the bottom of the delivery email. I called numerous times, but could never reach anyone. I waited over 20 minutes of the last call before giving up. Bloomingdales is a horrible company. Poor quality products and offers no customer service support. I'm going to call their headquarters office next. I am so angry I am not going to give up on getting my money back!

Cancelations and any changes what so ever to online orders need to be done within 30 minutes of placing it or you're s**t out of luck. I paid for a rug I'll never receive because I live in another state now.

I purchased a Bottega Veneta bag online and was sent a fake. I then went to the San Francisco Bloomingdale's to get an actual real bag, but they didn't have any in stock and told me to drive an hour to Valley Fair. I called customer service to see if they could help me, and they sent me to Valley Fair as well. I drove for an hour and 50 miles down to Valley Fair, and they refused to give me a bag. Don't trust Bloomingdale's because there are fakes all over.

The customers at blooming are horrible they are tacky dishonest and they feel like they are better than the employees they are racist and it's Bloomingdale's fault for letting the customers behave this way. This is why y'all get mad when you guys have to wait nobody wants to work there because y'all are so nasty especially y'all black card holders y'all are the worst so ugly inside people are starving and y'all acting like idiots for nothing

I placed a order on 9/17/2023 I haven't received it yet and this isn't the first time order wasn't received I thought I try again and the 2 nd time wasn't received am still trying to get my refund from Bloomingdale.com. This is horrible customer service and I will not order online again am not paying for an order I never received.

I ordered my daughter a $200 ECard from
Bloomingdales on 8/5/22.
She never received it. I have called Customer Service 2x
They said would send it to her house since she hadn't gotten it. I do not have the order # anymore.
The person I spoke to last Sat said she would call me back on 8/15. I never heard from her & no ECard has arrived
I am very upset & next to talk to someone about this now!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!! I made an online purchase for which bloomingdales delivered part of the order which went missing and i immediately contact bloomingdales regarding this and instead of resolving the issue, they blocked me. As in my money is gone and i am not sure about the other part of the order whether they deliver it or not. worst customer service i have seen. I don't understand how i am blocked they bloomingdales made a mistake. They never contacted even UPS regarding the package. I want my money back

Bloomingdales customer service both via 800-777-0000 and [email protected] provide bad service. They are not courteous, not helpful and no effort to resolve issues. I am closing my Bloomingdales account, not worth the frustration and headaches dealing with customer service.

I have spend 2 hours and 20 minutes trying to purchase a physical gift card via the Bloomingdale's website, the website chat assistance, 4 telephone calls to customer service and 4 telephone calls to the Boca Raton store.
All of the individuals that assisted me, except the friendly (but not able to help) rep at the Boca Raton, Fl store were completely useless....

Have tried correcting the spelling of 'gmail' in my email address for over a year now. It's in the system as 'gamil', was a typo. Received a $300 gift card from a friend and actually cringed that I would have to deal with Bloomingdales, no way for me to receive confirmation or shipping notifications of my orders, have spoken with 6 or 7, or 10 people over the past year to correct the spelling of gmail, no one can help me, what a joke. A nightmare every time I call, multiple people, hours zapped out of my life over time. I give up.

having a very difficult time with Bloomingdales.. they sent the wrong size for a garmet, did not reimburse me the full price of an item and have not reimbursed a gift card!!!!! I had stopped shopping there for years because staff was rude. Now they are incompetent.. Don't know what has happened to them. Used to be my go to store.

I don't have a Bloomingdales store in my city, so I've been shopping online for 10 years and never had an issue with their customer service. I called customer service regarding my recent bill and the representative was rude and aggressive.
What happened to the nice and polite customer service people??

The worst experience today at Bloomingdale's (soho location) .the lady who claims she is a manager over there had a bad attitude.
I wanted to return Charlotte Tilbury lipstick.it is in saleable condition.
She claimed that since I have opened a box and tried it on my hand it is non returnable now .
I don't agree with that .
Employees should explain to ppl that once they purchase something they are not able to return or even if it is brand new !
But I feel extremely unhappy about the lady who works over there . She is very rude . I with I knew her name

Was approved for this card on 4/16
end of the month I called customer service to inquire about whereabouts of original 1st card and why it's not arriving in mail. Over 10 to 14 business days later.
START TO CONTACT SUPPORT & speak with 16 (sixteen) representatives & supervisors. All giving me the wrong information. No one really solving issues. 4 different cards were sent out and not 1 (one) was delivered to my address. Told it was gonna be 2 day expedition of delivery 2 times and that didnt happen at all. Never recieved any cards. After a month and half of struggling for answers and getting the wrong information and being told to wait. Some representatives telling me that it is coming in a plain white envelope others telling me it's coming Fedx or UPS. OVER a month of waiting and inquiring and no answers or explanation I was forced to close this account. Due to fact of internal investigation and mismanagement and disappearances of all 4 cards . No answers or zero support from the representatives and continually attempting to contact them for answers. Hours on top of hours spent calling waiting on hold. EXPLAINING the same situation to 16 different people with NO SOLUTION and none giving me answers about the location of these 4 cards and most giving me attitude and rushing me off the phone. Forced to close and to do was cancel and not deal with liability since no employee could give me clarification or take accountability. Also this is affecting my credit because it's being reported INACCURATE to credit bureau. 4 cards 16 representatives and supervisors could NOT resolve this matter. I was forced to close. I want answers and I need this to be properly handled and not hurt my credit
I did nothing wrong . I applied for this card, got approved and waited for it to arrive....unbeounced to me this happened and it's an internal problem should not be mine.

5/19 after 40 minutes of waiting I spoke with Ed - a supervisor - only SUPERVISOR named Ed in Clearwater Florida works Sun thru Thursday 3 PM to 12am . Following day I called again, 5/20.Ed escalates it to Presidential status for investigation and he tells me they will contact me within 72 hours. He realizes that this situation is not typical and been going on too long. 5/19 Ed advises me to contact him and do so if card does not arrive
5/20 He tells me that 4 cards were issued on these dates :
Apirl 21 account 1 original
May 10 account 1 replacement
May 14 account 2 after they cancelled acct 1
May 18 account 2 replacement

4 cards without my knowledge
Should of been 2 - original card and then a replacement.
I was NEVER once offered CERTIFIED MAIL or any form of delivery to ensure and track delivery of credit cards.
I had to keep on calling and explaining this over and over again with no type of solution or CONCERN. Never have issues receiving my mail and have lived in this location for years.
This company needs to figure out how to close this card and stop hurting my credit.

I am a black card "top of the list" card holder and the o line department has decided because I used their price match of sale prices "too many times" that I am no longer permitted to shop online. The last time I called I was told by Eduardo the supervisor in Columbia that no American supervisor or any other Bloomingdale's employer no matter how high up could override the .com decision to stop me from shopping. When I informed him that corporate had I fact investigated and apologized restoring my online shopping ability and I listed a number of recent orders I had place he literally called me "A LIAR" and said "THATS IMPOSSIBLE" then told me he would make sure I could never shop there again. I've tried to call corporate 100 times and no one calls back. Even spoke to a lady in fine jewelry that told me she emailed and left a message for the proper department and I should hear back soon. That was almost 2 months ago. I ordered what I wanted and used guest check out. I have $1000 in gift cards I wanted to use, so ha ha!

Two years ago I walked into Bloomingdale's with the attached receipt and card while trying to return a piece of jewelry that was bought for me. The clerk scratch the numbers off and said that Bloomingdale's didn't recognize the card. You will see on the receipt that there is proof of card was given to me. I initially went in with the purchaser of this piece of jewelry. I wrote to your office two years ago and never heard anything. I have been quite ill for some time and am getting back to details that matter such as this. This card sits in my drawer unused. I would like to follow up on this matter once and for all. So unfair.

I have been trying to contact customer service and has been unsuccessful, however i ordered a pair of shoes, and when i received them i can easily tell that they have been worn, one shoe was in good condition the other shoe was horrible and i do not understand how this item could've been shipped in that type of condition? These shoes costed me 300.00 and they were to be a birthday gift however that isn't possible considering that my birthday is 6/4, but i will returning this mess.

thought i would be getting luxury quality knit short sleeve shirts priced at 89 dollars each now 47 dollars what i got was cheap junk worth about 12 dollars each and i am about to send it back. this will definitely kill my desire to shop online

I would like to give a thumbs up to Giovanna Romoli in Garden City. She immediately offered her assistance in helping me find a shirt in the men's department for my dad. She was very polite and pleasant to speak with. Next time I'm in Bloomingdale's , in the men's department , I will definitely look for her.

I am writing this e-mail because I would love to compliment your employee called Mel.
I visited the Bloomingdales Outlet store in New York, located on 2085 Broadway Upper West Side, NY 10023. Your employee Mel went above and beyond and made my shopping experience so delightful. She helped me find the perfumes I like, not double but triple checked for me, she explained the benefits of the Bloomingdales reward cards to me and therefore I asked her to make me an account which she gladly did and I'm very happy I am now a part of the Bloomingdales loyalty program. She was so positive, helpful, kind, professional, joyous and welcomed me with a smile as soon as I entered the store. Your franchise needs more employees like Mel. I am European but I am coming back to New York this week again and I am looking forward on coming to Bloomingdales again and shopping, hoping that Mel will work and assist me again. Also I'm coming with a group of friends and I will let them know to look for Mel when they visit the Bloomingdales store if we visit the store separately. It's the little things that make your day better, but this experience made my whole trip so memorable. It's so lovely to see someone genuinely enjoy their job and help customers, honestly in my opinion Mel deserves a promotion or a bonus.

Once again, very satisfied with my whole experience in your store and will be back again because of the amazing customer service experience !

I had a wonderful experience at Bloomingdale's 59th street in Manhattan when I shopped for a long evening dress. A few of the sales ladies were extremely helpful walking with me on the floor to find options and then cheerfully reviewed the options with me until we decided on the best option. Then it got even better when Elena came to take care of the necessary alterations. She was amazing: Professional, efficient and kind. She quickly understood what needed to be done and completed the work beautifully and on time. I was very pleased with the experience.

I had a great experience at Bloomingdale's in short hills new jersey . The very nice lady that went above and beyond for me works in the kids department . Her name is Grace Abitino. I hope you appreciate her. Grace was attentive, caring and very friendly. These are qualities that are hard to find now days.

I was recently in the bloomingdale's store in the Walt Whitman Shopping center. I was helped by Jessica Restrepo a sales professional. Ms. Restrepo created such a pleasant sales experience that I returned a few days later to seek her out. She is highly professional,knowledgeable about the products on the floor and patient. I observed her helping other customer and was so impressed that i wanted to inform you. I am a college professor in a school of business and have the opportunity to meet many students. I think Jessica's interpersonal skills are exemplary and she is enthusiastic about her career and your company.I wish all your employees had her energy and positive attitude. She is exceptional.

Comment re employee Laura Esposito - dresses @ 415 Conroy Rd, Orlando, Fl store. She was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable assisting me in my selection. I purchased two dresses. Not sure of my final decision. The one selection wasn't available in my size at that location. She ordered it for me. She has continued to assist me re the UPS shipment of the second dresss. Actually, I think i will keep both!
