I've been having cellphone service problems in the last 2 days I have not been able to call out or get any incoming calls. This is very frustrating and a real inconvenience. I have missed very important phone calls and appointments due to this. School is about to start and having this service interruption has added more stress in my day to day. I have been a loyal customer in the last five months and have always paid my bills way ahead of time. Customer Service is so slow and time consuming with no definite resolution of issues.

I have been a loyal Boost mobile customer for several years. At one point, I had 4 lines with Boost mobile. Due to the most recent poor quality of care and service, I wish to no longer support your company and will make every attempt to let all know how your business is being run like a SCAM!!!

For the last two days, I have repeatedly called your customer service line and have spent a total of over 8+ hours, repeatedly being passed to advanced technical support and REPEATEDLY dropping the call! REPEATEDLY meaning 4-5 times I spent hours on hold then the call being dropped when your advanced technical support team puts me on hold. This is no longer an accident. It is intentional because you do not have an answer for my issue. I have repeatedly tried the same procedures over and over that I can be work for your advanced technical team. The issue was supposed to be escalated to a network specialist last night but there was no record of the call in your system when I followed up this afternoon. Your supervisors are never available. What kind of SCAM is this!

I do not need to hear any more apologies from any representative! I need someone to either allow me to make/receive calls or give me my transfer pin so I can move to another carrier. I was told by a retention specialist today that I was eligible for "$50 credit and $25/month service for life" because she was on hold as well for over 2 hours trying to reach a supervisor. She realized how frustrating this process has been for me and my family helping me. I am not able to get my transfer pin sent to me because my phone can not and does not receive calls. You wont let me leave because I can't leave. The problem is with your network, not my phone or the sim card. I can receive and send text messages and data is working.

I went to a local Boost mobile store this afternoon and the representative was also on the phone trying to get help but advanced tech dropped the call, once again! This is their "go to move" because they do not have a solution to this problem. The store was closing so they could not help me any longer. I was told it was a network issue as many customers having the same issues.

You want prior Virgin mobile customers grandfathered to Boost to pay higher prices now. You do not and will not tell these customers that they have been placed on a pre-termination list.

The offer given go me to remain with Boost mobile by your retention specialist was not even honored by the store so again I am being deceived by your company. The store could not do anything but did offer a solution. Their solution was to pay for another line at a higher price. REALLY???

Please address this issue. This is no longer a matter of poor customer service but a SCAM which your company is perpetrating on your customers. I have documented proof of your deceptive tactics and everyone needs to hear about this.

I canceled my service the same day that a payment was put through to my bank account and they have refused to refund my money. Thieves!!

WORST PHONE COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY GUARANTEED!!! PROBABY the UNIVERSE!!! There are NO wprds in ANY language to describe just how BAD they are at ALL leve;s and areas!!! From the mooment you sign up to the day you FINALLY grow a brain and END any affilaion with DISH/Boost, you ARE being ripped off!!! IF you want stable reliable communication, VALUE for your money, a company that provides REAL service including customer service, DO NOT GET BOOST as you will get NONE of it!!! Their "coverage" is MEDIOCRE AT BEST!!! Unuasable the MAJORITY of the time!! Boost is nothing but a SCAM!!!

My name is Robert Kniest back on June 9 I made a payment of $25.93 boost mobile never gave me the product that I was requesting which was the upgrade to the unlimited gigabytes. I had to go to Verizon wireless so that I could use my phone again after nine attempts trying to fix it through boost and now I'm being denied a refund for my $25.93.

I have been having trouble with Boost mobile for 8 months already. Nobody over at Boost Mobile is able to help with the issues. I can't log in because it recognize my email or phone number. Only way to pay my bill is to call Boost to pay the bill,but Nobody how to fix the problem at hand.
In my opinion Boost is full of DUMMIES.

Was told computers were down , pay at a store, go to the store am told the computers down, I have to pay $100 instead of $80 family plan, when computers come up, I'd get a $20 refund next month again computers down go to the store again $100 says my plan was changed to $100 and can't be changed back and no refund.

This company has the worst customer service representatives than any company ever. Do you pay them by how many minutes they keep us on the line? Everytime I call it takes an hour of them asking endless questions first to verify the account ( at least 10 ) and then after an hour 3 times they couldn't answer the question,or resolve the issue. Over 2 months I have been waiting for a sim card, they sent one although I registered 2 and gave them 2 port out numbers, they keep lying saying they sent it, and I can hear them laughing and whispering in the background when I ask for a supervisor

I can't believe how F*up boost mobile has become.they traded service for representation.all I listen to is a bunch of foreign operators that try to make you sound stupid while you try to give them valued information and help negate any issue involving your account info.all the jobs that real Americans need are being used by people that hate Americans.puppet masters.i tried activating an account and haven't had any luck for almost a week.paid 7 times in activation fees and hardware for the account and they keep secretly overcomplicating it.just a mockery of trust.never thought I would be expecting refund after refund.its petty but something's people do just to get a highlight reel.make it worse is that they give you the run around in the phone to speak with a supervisor.you have to get clearance from the person your making complaints about now? WTF!?!?

Poor service..Poor Customer Service! What a ripoff! Can someone give me info to the corporate office? I started service on Friday, June 16, 2023 and I am not receiving calls, or can call out the majority of the time. I went to the store and got a SLAP in the face and was told to PURCHASE a new phone was my ONLY option..I am beyond frustrated to receive the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED?????

Contacted customer service to fix problems with my service and have my phone number changed I asked if they could change to specific area code an was told yes I expected to have a specific area code thy changed it to something else an then told me that I had to wait 30 day for them to change it again I called back and they said that I would have to pay for the change and then they was supposed to credit my account for 2 months nd they refused to credit my account and change my number to area code that I asked for

My wife purchased a sim card but the store couldn't activate the data and said tech support would call. They never did she called them 3-4 times without resolution. She requested refund they agreed gave a issue number but never refunded the money. SO WERE OUT THE 1ST MONTH OF MINUTES, AND ACTIVATION FEE ABOUTV$60. 3-4 time calling with the same result she filed with BBB. STAY AWAY FROM BOOST OR YOU'LL BE SORRY.

I have been a customer with boost moblie for 22 years now, and even with the the times I have had trouble with them shutting my phone a couple days early etc. This time they have taken it to far. I went into the store the same way I always have and handed the gentleman named Stephfen put my money on my phone and I left when I look at my account it says ( we are activating your line now. This may take up to24 hours.) Yet My phone is still not functioning and customer service is telling me to just go pay it again because there is no way to track a cash payment made though the store with a reboost , I am emailing as I don't just have $220 to give away.I have been treated with the atmost disrespect spent four hours on the phone multiple trips to the store and just keep getting told to repeat the steps again with each person I talk to. I am a mother of 3 with a mother I take care who is in critical condition and I can not afford to lose over $200 dollars. Why does a multiline with 3 lines cost $100, but three individual lines cost only $75 (at $25 each)??

And why can't Boost painlessly port me to the cheaper plan? Customer Service says go to a store...Store manager says no one can port multiline to individual lines...and suggests I should go to another carrier and come back...

The pricing and service are suggesting that a loyal 6+ year customer should leave!!

Worst customer service I've experienced in my whole life. We were approved for the ACP $30 discount 3 months ago. Every month I'm still charged the extra and told that they will apply it for the next bill and issue a refund. As of today I'm still being charged the extra 30 after a 2 hour conversation on Saturday. For 3 months I have spent numerous hours on the phone with boost and seven trips to the actual store. Still I cannot get any help.

I have no data. Can't access the site or their new app. I can't get a single person to help me access the my online account also can't reset my billing date any longer. This is honestly a joke. I've had boost mobile for years and years and it has never been this difficult to get help or get a payment made or access my online account. They need to fix these issues that people are having or they're gonna fail with this new update.

Not very happy with the service I'm getting right now I haven't had internet since June 4th, call several times and all I get is they can't find a solution you how frustrating this is, is not because I owe payments my payments are up to date, I've been with your company for more than 10 years, never had and issues until now , I can't use my GPS when I'm on the road because of the internet, I don't understand why you can't find what the problem is. ?????, sure now the monthly payment is coming up and then what just want my service back. And this is your error not mine,

Yesterday right in the middle of my conversation my phone call was disconnected. I call the support number to see what was wrong and I was told that my service was interrupted because of suspicious activities. I asked them what was they talking about and they couldn't give me any information. All they could give me was an email to contact. It was an escalation email. I explain to them that I just paid my phone bill a couple of days ago and that I am a single mother with a child who has seizures and I need my phone. The response that I got from the escalation department was that it could take 48 hours to hear a reponse. This is so unfair because I didn't do anything and I need my phone.

I have waited on hold for manager at boost mobile 2hours. Called back 3 times said they can not hear me. I suspended my account until I replaced my broken phone. And I was told when I get a new phone to call their activate it the reimburse me for buying the SIM card for $10 they're going to give it to me for 20 nothing the notes and I also need to activate phone I'm in college so I have to report to BBB
