I will be paying my bill in full and getting rid of this card. Payment a day late and you guys charge 30 bucks..dont give a grace pierod. You don't sell nike anymore, and whoever you have as a buyer for your wilm store sucks..never have any stylish clothes for boys anymore. Everything starting to look cheap...im over boscovs

Some of the old lady cashiers are rude and act like it's too much trouble to check you out. They have no personality whatsoever. Time to retire!

Extremely poor service in Frederick, MD store today. I waited at the cash jewelry-area cash register for 5-10 minutes while the employee (Lorena) who came into the area AFTER I began waiting in line to pay for items I was holding waiting on other customers. She even rang-up one of those other customers at the register in front of me and walked away. The other employee who was there prior to arrival (helping another customer when I approached the cash register) of Lorena didn't tell Lorena I had been waiting, Lorena didn't ask who was there "first" -- nothing. Both employees ignored me.

On November 28th 2021 I paid my boscov's credit card in full when I received my next statement it stated that I had a balance of $6.45. upon calling customer service I was told that it was due to the date that I paid it not that it was late but they were charging me a finance fee. So in other words boscov's due date on statement is irrelevant because you have to pay bill in full within 25 days of purchase to avoid finance fees....so either way they are earning money off customers even if they pay on time??? I will definitely be careful this card. I do not need a card that charges me when I pay in full prior to my due date

Waiting over 24 hours for someone to call me about my order. No such luck.
I have not received everything that was on packing list. Getting to the point where I am considering sending entire order back. Waiting around for phone to ring is not right when they tell you they will call you within 24 hours. I think someone needs to get their act together and either hire more people to get these call backs done or get people to answer phone.

A toaster oven was advertised in your ciccular around the holidays it was out of stock I was issued a rain check for a Black and Decker 4 slice toaster oven model #17055B for $19.99 never heard from your store about it coming in still have rain check want to know if I can still get it or a different model I want to know why I wasn't contacted if this was discontinued model

I'm not able to contact anyone. I returned my Iitems was going to reorder different items. I was told when the items I sent back was credited to my Visa card I could reorder. Well I'm not going to reorder so I would like you to credit my visa.

We ordered furniture and came in damaged.
They sent out a new couch and that a bad cushion on it ! Now waiting for new leather cushion ! Called in to check on how long, and was told 4 to 6 weeks!!
WOW I don't believe it. Can understand why!!!

We love Boscov's but we always have to hunt to find a cashier. Lots of stations but no people. Kohl's doesn't have this problem

I shopped at Boscovs this morning. Store 18. Reg. 2149. Trans. 21266. I bought 4 items. Sheets, pillow cases and two T shirts. Figuring in my head I approximated the total to be $28.00. After ringing up the Cashier told me the total came to $40.00 and change. I told Him I believe that is wrong. Checking revealed the sheets rang up as $20.00 instead of the sale price of $7.99. I explained the sheets are on sale and there were several signs stating $7.99. Although he did not use these words his attitude was it is what it is. I ask him to call the bedding dept. to check. He declined stating they will not answer the phone. After a minute or two of bickering(nicely) he ask me to accompany him to check. We walked to the bedding dept. where the $7.99 price was verified. Returned to his register where he re rang my items. That totalled $35.00 plus change. Shaun I told him it was wrong reiterating my total, pointing to each item, stating the price of each while totalling. He insisted that the total was 35.00 as that was what the register stated. More nice bickering for several minutes. The employee eventually showed me the computer screen listing the items with prices. He also stated the difference was the tax. I responded: tax on clothes? And if so it would not nearly total the difference. Within seconds I discovered that a T shirt for 7.99 had been entered twice. The employee re rang the items totalling $28.41.
I was in a hurry and my time is very important. I spent a lot of unnecessary time in your store. Also, though the employee was never disrespectful not not once did he apologize.
Hopefully Boscovs can compensate me for my time and inconvenience.

I had an extremely long wait to talk with someone, Maybe even longer than dealing with cable or phone, but thankful for the classical music used for waiting. With the speaker phone on, I continued working. When someone finally answered, he was extremely helpful, courteous, and handled all my questions with ease. I was frustrated with the wait, but they are the best store around and very busy. Put your phone on speaker and go on with your day's activities until they answer.

Waited over 20 minutes 2 times on the phone today and still received no help or live person. Not to mention, the online sight leaves you unable to place orders as well.

Been a loyal customer for years . Spent $30 on curtains today using my Boscov's credit card. Purchased a $5 purse and was asked for ID. Talked to customer service at the store and was told there was no reason for this. My card is signed so that was not the problem. Will think twice about doing business at Boscov's .

Won't ever honor 1yr warranty on big ticket item.was slow in initial response n follow up. Shame on you boscovs. Won't be shopping there anymore will go to Macys.

Have a 1yr warranty on a recliner.was told would not be fixed because i waited 10 mos.to report problem,but im still under warranty.will NEVER purchase any big ticket or anything over $20 again n will suggest to anyone to Not shop at boscovs they don't stand behind the products they sell even if usa made. Shame on you boscovs

I was at Boscov's in the Ocean County Mall in Toms River NJ this evening to return pajamas. I went to the first register I came to after entering the store. The girl at the register said I needed to go to the proper department. I never had to do that before. With an attitute she decided to take my return. I went to leave the store and found something to purchase. I went to one register and no one was there an employee yelled to go to the register across the way. I went to that register and the employee said her register was closed. She said to go to another register, and pointed to a woman and said her register is open. As I was walking to her register she said I'll be there when I finish this. There was a woman standing at the register waiting already. I waited for a few minutes and decided if your employees do want to work, I will spend my money at a store that cares about their customers.

I have purchased 2 recliners from boscov's in May 2016. I received both chairs that need repairs. I've left a message for someone to call me last week. No one returned my call. My opinion I think it's a disgrace buying 2 recliners and they both need repairs. They should have replace them with new ones. I will never purchase any thing again in this store. My mother went to take advantage of the product Rodent Sheriff that was advertised in your mailed circular and stopped by Boscovs on June 11th! Well it was not in stock and my mother asked why then was in advertised in your circular and was then given a rain check. Today is the 17th and still not in stock! My question to you is why would you advertise having a product in your circular that is not in stock in your stores? YOU SHOULD NEVER ADVERTISE HAVING A PRODUCT IN YOUR STORES WHEN YOU DO NOT! My mother wasted time and GAS to go back to your store and You still do not have the product! Not consumer friendly Boscovs, not consumer friendly at all!

We purchaced a couch and love seat a while ago and the switch release broke on the loveseat. It was replaced by a company in Pa. It took forever. Just now, 6/10/16 another switch release broke on the love seat. I am so upset over this purchace. It seemed to be of hogh quality but it is not. We need it repaired again! Help me out here!

Just wanted to drop a note to tell you that I had a nice transaction with one of your salespeople. Wanted some caramel.popcorn. Your department had only had two tins left but, they were dented. There weee three ladies behind the counter and one noticed right away I had a question. She was quick to help. After talking to her she suggested another product. The price was alot more than the one I was looking at. But, she assured me how good the product was and well worth it. She was right! Gave it as a gift and now you have a customer for the Harry and David's moose munch popcorn. Hope you hire Marie after Christmas. As I told her what a wonderful job she did in sales. That was a good experience. We purchased alot of things that day even a couch. I wanted a sweater and went to the back of the store where the was no line. There were two sales ladies at one register. I inquired if they could call another store to check on a sweater for me. They refused and said no one would answer the phone. No suggestions on how to get the sweater I wanted. I insisted on looking up another store the only thing they did was give me a phone number. I wish I had gone back to the candy department as I know Marie would have helped.

Boscov's has been my "go to" place for all ocassions and personal needs for many years! Today I had a unique & most satisfying visit with your employee, Tyler, who works in the curtain/domestics dept at your Monmouth Mall, NJ location. He unselfishly withheld taking his lunch & offered many troubleshooting options to help me locate & custom cut the window shades I needed. Despite his encountering problems with cutting these shades, he again proposed a plan to resolve it & put it into play. I left feeling this employee not only thought outside the box but also demonstrated a phenomenal work ethic that so lacks in our society today. Please acknowledge & celebrate Tyler's commitment to Boscov's & his customers. Thank you

We just had the most delightful experience shopping at the Boscov's in Erie, PA! We were out shopping on my friend's birthday, and two associates really stood out. Tony and Tracy that were working upstairs were so friendly and so much fun! They let us sample some fudge, and we could really tell they enjoyed working together. We left very happy, and felt compelled to let someone know. We appreciated their outstanding customer service!

Beverly at your Concord Delaware office. Today, 7/12/22 Beverly in Cosmetics administered customer service at its best. I spent 2 hours looking for a fragrance that is being discontinued. I did the leg work with Estée Lauder but Beverly helped me obtain the item. She exemplified all of the qualities that a Customer Assistant should have. She help locate the product. I bought 3 of them and it is all because if
Beverly and the online rep who was (Exceptional and relentless). I do not have his name but he was extremely talented bc and helpful. I used this product for over 30 years and now it is being discounted. I am calling trying to get the residual.
What a job but my husband and many others love this fragrance. Kudos to Beverly for her kind assistance.

I have a large credit limit with Boscovs.. I too was very insulted by the letter sent to me with my rewards money iron doll a total of $5 for over $1,000 and purchases.. I also sent the check back with a letter this is insulting to your customers I end up paying $5 worth of gas to get to Boscovs.. Your Rewards program is an insult and a joke I get so much more money with Walgreens rewards program spending small amounts.. Keep the postage and the $5.. Apparently you need it more than we do

I had my wallet lost/stolen today. I called the phone number to report the stolen credit card and the woman who answered could not have been more helpful. She expressed her condolences and was so nice. GREAT JOB. I've been a BOSCOV's customer (she reminded me) since 1998 and now I really don't shop many other places at all. Boscov's has the clothes/shoes/undergarments/etc that I like and need. The staff has almost always gone above and beyond to help me. I also get my hair cut at the hair center there, and that's been a good experience as well. Boscov's in Pottsville is a great store. Thanks to all of your staff there. You make shopping FUN!

Kudos to Theresa in the shoe department at Boscov's Monmouth Mall. When two shoes in which I was interested were not stocked in my size, Theresa took the time to locate something similar in my size. The shoe was a perfect fit - and it was a super sale too!!

service.

I am a long time customer of Boscov's Exton, Pa store.

I would like to comment on Michael Carey manager of the Shoe Department.

Michael always is pleasant and helpful. On my visit today, although the department was very busy, he stopped what he was going to help me find the perfect sneeker and size for my need. This isn't the first time he has done this.

He is an asset and credit to your store and his customer service skill is exceptional.

I have been shopping many years and have never had such good service inthe women' accessories dept,socks,slippers ,etc
I believe the young womsn's name was evonne or yvonne. She went ou tof her way to find the right size of boots for me making several trips to the storeroom..She wa beyond helpful and should be recognized.

lAST MONTH I ORDERED SOME ITEMS FROM BOSCOV'S FOR A WEDDING SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 15TH. BOSCOV'S SENT THE ITEMS AND UPS FAILED TO DELIVER. WHEN I CALLED BOSCOV'S FOR HELP I WAS SHOCKED. THE FOLKS AT BOSCOV'S WORKED EVERYTING OUT ON A SUNDAY, KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME, AND MADE CERTAIN THAT I RECEIVED MY ORDER IN TIME FOR THE WEDDING. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM A STORE. I wish to tell you about the wonderful service I received from Richard Garlick at the Johnstown PA Galleria. He was the only one who tried to help me with my Whirlpool washer problem. I was in the Bosco's shoe department in Media, Baltimore Pike about 6 PM on 8/24/12. It was crowded with people because of sale on summer shoes. The salesperson(a black african american) was absolutely wonderful. She knew the stock, helped everyone with a positive greeting. I was having difficulty with sizes and fit - did not matter to her how many times she went back into the stock room. After the shoe department cleared out for awhile she hustled around trying to clear up the many pairs left around. I hate buying shoes, she made it easy.

I am also a Boscov lover and surprised by the negative comments. I live in NYC and had never heard of this company. I ordered white tier & swag curtain sets, a bed cover, and hangers. Very curteous phone service, quick delivery, and good quality for the very low price. When I made an order mistake, it was quickly fixed by customer service.

July 1, 2012 I made a return in the appliance dept.
I purchased a clock radio and returned it. I am hoping
this gets to the proper person.....C Richard Garlick, Jr.
did the transaction. Prior to my transaction, he was helping another family with their question about the recent purchase of a TV....He is one of the finest salespersons you may have....he was very clear in his helping them and informative for all their needs. So with my return, he was equally helpful and did the transaction quickly with a smile and I felt happy to see he looked at his customers with concern and treated them so personally. I trust you will acknowledge his abilities and keep a salesperson like Richard for years....he is truly an asset and I would be disappointed if I didn't have him help me the next time.....Sincerely, Collette

We purchased a T.V November 27 from the Johnstown Pa store at Galleria Mall. Just wanted to say our salesman Brad was very helpful to us. He was very knowledgable about every product there. We were very pleased with him. If we ever need anything else he will be the first one we ask for. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

I am really surprised at those that say poor customer service. I have gone to the Ocean County stores for years and never had any issues. At times not enough people at registers but that is everywhere lately. As far a dishonest pricing. I cannot agree with that. Not enough stock might be an issue for items that sold quicklyl, but I have gotten some real great bargains! I LOVE MY BOSCOVS. I've got my son now shopping at Boscovs too

My wife and I shop at the Boscov's in Colonie Center, NY. We have often been assisted by Sales Associate Mylah Sorrell. This young woman personifies customer service and enhances the shopping experience. She is always personable and goes above and beyond, in our opinion, to assist shoppers. She has our vote for outstanding customer associate. If possible, please provide this positive feedback to Ms. Sorrell.

I just started working at Boscovs 4 weeks ago as Christmas help. The store is filty and run down, yes, prices and quality seem very dishonest. Really look at what you are buying. The deals are not deals. You are getting what you pay for. Yes, I agree, there is not enough help because that would cost more money. Customers yell at me, and I don't blame them. Dont waste your time, complain to the management...but its probably a waste to do that too. The management treats us terribly, leaves us alone with customers without any training and yells at us and doesnt give us time to use the bathroom. I cant wait til im done. Several temp help has already quit.

i also worked for boscovs i never got the raises that i earned, we are over worked, under paid it would be a miricle if a co worker actually got a .25 cent raised
