I have been a BOSE only customer for years, but now I have to change my perception on BOSE products. A few years ago I purchased Bose Ear Buds and they were fantastic. Then earlier this year they stopped working. I called your customer tech department and they told me that the battery was unable to hold a charge. Then proceeded to tell me I would need to purchase a new set.

Well I'm not used to Bose products failing like that
just to be told I need to purchase new Bose ear buds.
That is totally unacceptable. Never experienced anything like that from such a top brand. I guess I need to shop other brands now. The guys I golf with all have other brand ear buds (Beats, Apple and Sony) and have never had any issues like I experienced with BOSE.

bose coustmer servise sucks. i was calling for my lost package . it was recieved by milton on office by a person name Ankush. and they just ignored and refused i have all the proof with the tracking no they are so cheep worst experience
never ever recomend anyone one to go with this company

Very disappointed in the customer service and sales. The sales people have very little to no knowledge of the products they are selling. I suggest you do your own research on any product you plan purchase from Bose and the customer support doesn't have any idea on how to install their products. They direct you to YouTube videos which are very vague. I had to pay $129.00 just to have Best Buy Geek Squad tell me pretty much everything customer support told me was wrong. If I had to do it all over again I would have gone with a different brand. All made in China and call centers in India. All I can say is good luck to you if you purchase anything from Bose.

I ordered Bose Headphones black friday 2023 deal. They were stolen off my 2nd floor porch 1 Hour after del. I filed a police report and Still Bose refuses to replace them.. They stated it is not there problem. This is wrong! Beware.

I am 80 years of age have been a electronic Tech for the past 60 Years retired 15 years ago In my time we got full support from the Manufacturer.I just spent 2 Hours playing Cat and Mouse with Agents in the Philippines that could not help me.I asked for a Canadian Ph# but found it leading me back to another Agent in the Philippines if this is the state of our technological Advancement in Service I am glad I got out of this racket Years ago NEVER WILL I BUY ANOTHER "BOSE" Product

Horrible. Multiple calls about how my product sent back for repair was damaged in shipping back to me. They first promised they would replace with a similar product of equal value then reneged. Then tvey said I would need to follow up with UPS. I said unacceptable and they said they would take care of and keep me posted of the progress. Never heard back.

Worse experience ever. I will never buy anything and ask other friends not to buy anything from Bose. I returned a product and even after 1 month I have not received my money back. Everyday I contact with Bose Corporation they are helpless and can't give my money back. I need my money back right away.

Well, I'm not griping about customer service (haven't gotten any!) I'm here to state I bought a pair of $300.00 earbuds THINKING I was buying the BEST but man!Am I dissatisfied!The words I want to use, I can't...! I will NEVER WASTE money on ANY bose crap again! Did I say how dissatisfied I am with your product??! Lost costumer for LIFE! I'll go with generic before I EVER buy Bose again!

Bose has the worst Bluetooth connectivity on the planet!! I have the new qc2 earbuds, for 300 hundred dollars this should not be a problem I'm having...Dont buy these until they fix the problem, you're just wasting you're money

Do not buy directly from Bose! I ordered on Dec 2 and my item was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. After 10 days I called and was told January 8th by someone who was obviously in no position to help me could not have cared less about needing an item for Christmas. They had never contacted me or indicated the items was not available. They are really awful.

Bose sleepbuds are junk. First one broke, they sent second. Now the case won't charge. Quiet comfort 2 aren't even confortable. They offered me to buy a refurbished pair from them for $35 more than they are selling on their website, thanks Bose.

I have some earbuds which have gone faulty after a few months. The person on chat is refusing point-blank to do anything but exchange them. Under UK law I have a right to a refund. They are point blank refusing to obey the law.

I am very disappointed with Bose customer service. I expected to solve my tech issues with my headphones by speaking with the source. Not so. First time I called, it was impossible to understand the representative. His English was mangled to the extent that I quickly gave up and said I would call again. When I called the second time, I had the exact same issues with impossible communication. I don't know where their customer service is outsourced to, but the language requirements are not being met. I asked if there were a native English speaker I could talk to. A second person came on the line whose English was definitely an improvement. (Not native). My enquiry concerned bluetooth connection on airline entertainment systems. The website states that it is possible using a Tao Tronic bluetooth transmitter and receiver. This representative proceeded to contradict the website information and say it wasn't possible. When I challenged that, she said it was difficult and easier to connect with a cable and adapter.
Bose is touted as a quality product. As such, they need to invest in their customer service to back their product. Instead, their customers are left frustrated and writing reviews like this.

I Purchased a set of Bose Wireless Headset about 2 years ago at COSTCO For about $200.00 or So. Im very unhappy because of the ear covering. It constantly keeps coming off. I'm 74 now and have bad hearing from the Viet Nam War. A cheap pair of Headsets at least they stay put. The Sound of Bose's are Very Nice, But overall I'm very Disappointed.

Love the products, but as I was ordering a USB dongle for my Bose 700 headphones I had delivery issues and once I contacted customer service they did not know what I was asking. To be precise they did not understand. I was writing with a person however the level of English was so poor the replied did not make sense.

I understand that not everyone needs to be good at English but if you are selling a premium product like my bose 700 which go around 340 then I would at least expect that when I contact the customer service I could at least understand what they are writing back to me.

The most understandable sentence was in my conversation was:
Please no accept, we receive back warehouse. Refund full amount.

That was at least more understandable however I was asking if I can reschedule my delivery.

I don't want to complain but I think an improvement is needed in the customer service.

For the hefty price one has to pay for Bose products, you might be excused for believing that their customer service would be as stellar as their products are; but you would be wrong!
Bose is good at taking in yor money but there after they "seem to care less for your concerns" and issues using their products, especially their "crappy" software and apps!
Especially their apps. I have been asking Bose for over six years to change their app for use on the iPad as the orientation is fixed and makes the app ridiculously hard to use. Also, the app crashes all the time, and is a piece of junk, it forces me to use a language that I do not want to use, and they send endless marketing crap without consent in a language I don't want, yet they refuse to stop, and they have not altered the basic function of their app for from the time I bought my first Bose so-called smart speaker and have not listened requests about language setting options - which there are none. They seem to just "not care", or after getting your money, "never want to hear from you again"! If there was an equally good speaker available, I would dump my Bose in an instant!

We bought a Bose system a couple years back After seeing them in several friends houses and liking the product. We bought a system and before long began having problems with the add-on part that had extra discs section. It was an expensive luxury that didn't work out, we were very disappointed in the product, it didn't work right, we opened it up and found the Warriors were cramped. Customer service was nonexistent almost. It sits out on a shelf in the garage for several years now, probably time to throw it in the trash. Our friends had similar experiences the product was not what we hoped. Very disappointed zero stars

Your rep who answered speaks VERY broken English and informed me that Bose could not repair it.
Totally unacceptable!
The Bose reputation just went down the toilet with me.

I waas promised a product direct from Bose but they missed the delivery date so I had to get the product from a store. Theu wouldn't let me cancel the outstanding order as the product had left the warehouse and said to just return the product for a quick refund. They have now lost the package and despite me proving I dropped it off at the correct location they refuse to give a credit. Their customer service staff give different advice and tell lies.

Quiet Comfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones

Shocked with low quality of US300 earphones which in an international flight gave me the worst moment. The faux leather became oily glue in my face and hands. Cant use them continue degradating

Purchased Bose Sport Earbuds 15 months ago & suddenly the charger case stopped working, I tried to see if I could buy a new charging case but was dismayed to see they don't sell them separately?! Why?!? I wrote to customer service & after lengthy exchange of emails they helpfully suggested I send in my receipt even though was out of warranty & would see what could be done. So far so good.

Then I sent in my receipt only to get a short email back ignoring the email chain it was on top of, stating product was out of warranty & basically that I should write them off & buy a new pair that they generously offered @ 5% off?!? Thanks a lot!

I'm on my 3rd pair of Bose Headphones (previously had the Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones that had design issues where the headphone casing kept coming away from the headphones, I had to have x2 replacements under warranty of those) and I've had nothing but issues with them - albeit different model initially. Bose are supposed to be a premium brand but I am left hugely disappointed that after just over a year my current headphones are now rendered useless due to the charger not working?!

As explained previously I would be OK to purchase a new charging case but am rather perplexed that you don't sell them separately? As stated previously I was hoping there would be some other options than having to throw them out & start again? These aren't cheap items & I would expect to get more than just over a year out of them.

unlike most of the ppl here, i had a really positive exoerience with Phone Support. i could not get my original purchase to work; the rep and i finally figured we needed another model. 'i have your number on file, so i will call you to set up the replacement.' ans she did: 9 on the dot the next business day! that is concierge service. and the merch ain't bad, either

Had an old Bose Mini Soundlink II that stopped working. Bose paid for the shipping costs both ways and had the repaired unit back to me in two weeks. Works like new, and now has a 1 year warranty.

About four years ago, I bought a pair of over the ear noise canceling Bose headphones. When I bought them I initially asked the sales person if they would hold up from dirt and sweat? I used them when I mow my dirty dusty farm yard or I'm on the open cab tractor. Well I can attest that after these four years of usage they have held up unbelievable. I had trouble recently with the earpiece cushions coming apart, ordered replacements on line and what do you know -like new! Thank you so much Bose for a wonderful sounding and durable product!!!

What an incredible company. My dog chewed up my new ear buds and I tried to purchase a replacement control bud. I was told to return the damaged buds and they replaced them with a brand new pair free of charge. Now that is why they are the top company. Thank you

For years I had a 'connectivity' problem with Wife with Soundtouch10 Wireless speakers. For years I would call and speak to their handlers in the Philippines. Barely understand english which causes even more problems. FINALLY after 4 years of owning these speakers, I called the Philippines and the TRANSFERRED me to the 'WIFI' DEPARTMENT? I never knew they had a WIFI department. I was speaking to a British guy from ENGLAND who then looked into the problem and spent an hour fixing my issue. Of course. Problem was resolved. THANK YOU STRANGER FOR WHOEVER YOU ARE AT BOSE...

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Bose for my machine, which had stopped working correctly. I was kept in touch throughout the process, including when a part needed to be ordered and the repair might take longer. As it happened the machine was returned in just over half the estimated time. I was contacted over a week before it would arrive with the exact day that it was returned. It works like new. Bose even repaired the CD changer, which might have been made worse by my trying to repair it myself. The UPS shipping was covered both ways.
I am totally satisfied

I will always buy bose products when I want the best experience and service. They had my soundtouch 300 repaired quickly and it works perfectly again. They also helped me set-up my surround sound because I was dumbfounded on why my rear and base wouldn't work....10 star rating. Keep up the great work!!!

A great customer service! I had problem with my bose soundsport earbuds and when i talked to customer care, they told me that my product is out of warranty but they helped me and sent me new sport earbuds without any cost!

I had one of the best experiences with customer service over there at Bose than I have with any other company ever. They took care of me quickly with no questions asked and it was extremely hassle free. This is exactly why I'd spend the extra money and get a quality product with great service.

Recently I visited the Bose store in Christiana mall. I was greeted promptly by 2 Bose employees. I explained the problem I was having with a dead battery. Rebecca O. explained to me in detail where I could get a battery, how to install it and what to look for when purchasing the battery. I just got off the phone with a Bose customer service rep who was entirely patient, knowledgeable and so helpful during what could have been a frustrating time. I called to get help in setting up a new TV with our entertainment system. Tom, truly a hero, went through and eliminated all the extraneous cords I now longer needed with our TV. He looked up the model of the TV so that he could tell me (somewhat inept) where exactly to plug in everything and waited as I huffily tried to untangle the hot mess of cords that had gone with the old TV. He even helped me with setting up a receptor for my uncle's hearing aids. It was an hour long call and he made it feel like I just called up a tech friend to walk me through it. Will definitely be buying my next pair of headphones from Bose (for real, how do I lose so many pairs of those ones from Apple?)

Really, I never write comments but I received such AMAZING customer service I had to post!My headphones finally broke after 2 years of constant use. I mean constant as in Im probably deaf from using them so much.

After waiting (quite a long time) they told me they would be more than happy to give me a new set at half price! Could I say no to that? I shipped the dead ones in, and within two days the new set was shipped out. I didn't pay a penny shipping wise.

I am very thankful they were willing to work with me to resolve the issue, and they were fully versed and friendly. Couldn't be happier!

I want to start off by saying I don't usually do reviews. I had a very negative experience with a bank that would not reverse a charge that was clearly not my fault just yesterday and I just had to leave a review, one being it should have been reversed and two being the customer service was unwilling to help me ...well today I had such an opposite experience with Bose that I had to leave this review for them! I have owned a Bose wave radio/cd player for over 13 years with never having a problem.Just yesterday the radio broke with a loud humming noise.I called today and although it couldnt be diagnosed over the phone...I was given an offer that I could not refuse for a brand new NOT REFURBISED wave radio! I couldnt believe it! Thank you Bose! you really treat your customers well and go above and beyondto make sure they are satisfied! and yes the customer service was outstanding and the gentleman was very pleasant! five stars and more!

I have to take a minute to praise the customer service provided on my Bose Cinimate speaker system. It is the all time best I have ever received. A very competent tech walked me through some tests and we agreed that my problem was in the Bose system. Bose sent me a shipping carton which arrived via UPS in about one day and arranged for free UPS shipment to the repair site. The repaired system was returned the next week. Bose is a very classy operation

BOSE Solo TV sound system.
I got one for Christmas, I was surprise my wife would spend that much money. The system
cost at least three times more than the television.
While we have three TVs, I watch mainly on a small screen in our kitchen. We had a small
(22") LG set with decent picture but terrible sound. Turns out, that TV had no
audio out jacks ... could not support the Bose device. I bought a new television, was assured by the clerk that it had red and white audio jacks. It doesn't. It does have an orange audio output. I shopped for a coaxial cable to run from the TV to the Bose, Radio Shack was sold out. The guy at Best Buy told me to get a Y cable with red and white on one end and mini something on the other ... that didn't work either.
When I first called Bose with the problem, the technician said that the coax was only for use in Europe and shouldn't have been included with the instructions. When I called
Bose again, I was told to find an old tv connection with red, white, and yellow ... and just use the yellow. I drove back to Best Buy, got a yellow only cord, and Viola!
It finally works. Thanks to Peter at Bose.

I just bought my SoundDock a couple weeks ago and called because I would need to be real close to the unit for the remote, and within minutes, I was told that they would gladly send me either a new unit or a remote! I said if they could maybe just send a battery that would be fine, and what do you know, a month later, I got a battery for the remote and an apology letter for the inconvenience!

I knew going in that things were expensive with Bose, but when you get service like this, they beat anyone, heck, even if the sound wasn't as amazing, I think just based on customer service, it's worth the extra dollars!

incredible service!
I called because I lost a cord from my headphones. Hold time was under 10 minutes (11 am thursday) The agent quickly sent me a replacement cord for no cost. It was my fault, yet the replaced the part for no fee, and no shipping fee! Now that is service!

Their products may be expensive, but with support like theirs, Ill be a customer for life

Quick answer with someone who spoke clear english. The individual was polite, helpful, and we resolved my problem quickly. It was a refreshing customer service experience.
