I have bought recently blowflex max 16. I am getting knee pain and doctor suggested do not do exercise on that device if you are getting knee pain. I am not sure why. So there is no use for me it is almost like 2600$ I have spent

Bowflex velocore is a joke. speaker went out after only a few uses, a clicking noise in the spindle somewhere, the left pedal fell off and now the screen just froze. I'm competent in building and only used this a dozen times or so. just pathetic. velocore is terrible. please dont waste your money - i rarely write reviews so take this as you will.

Disappointed in the lack of commitment to quality and honoring warranty for Bowflex MaxTrainer. Over a month unable to use equipment- no resistance...3 technicians,3 separate visits and bowflex refuses to replace even after the technician said to do so. Bowflex continues to order unnecessary parts and requests for additional technicians home visits. It is the worse!

I'm very disappointed by Bowflex failure to keep agreement regarding their promise to schedule my equipment setup. It's going on two weeks since delivery an still I can't get a simple call to schedule my setup.....

We have a bowflex bike I highly recommend not buying one. We are on are 2nd bike same problems noisy internet never works right they to ride around the city not happening it just sits and thinks... junk bike. try to use there customer service sucks bike sucks.

I bought this junk and it has never worked. Bowflex wants $500 to fix a $2,000 piece of junk. I'm a very sorry consumer.

I ordered a Bowflex Max Trainer in Oct 2021 and had to call customer service in July 14, 2022 because I needed the console replaced. The CSR asked me to perform diagnostic test on the trainer to ensure there was a problem and when that was confirmed, they ordered a new console - that GOD I purchased the 5-year warranty. Next, the CSR provided me with instructions to follow to install the console when it arrived. I am not tech savvy and asked for a tech to come out to install console. The CSR gave me alot of push back for not wanting to scheduled a technician but I was persistent and finally the said she would contact their TPA to schedule the installation. The part arrived 7/18/22 and I waited for 1 week for someone to call me to let me know when they would be coming out to install the console. On August 1, I called to schedule the appointment but that is not how this works. You call their third-party (Guardsman) and they will call you back with the date of the appointment and a 4 hour window; this means you are held hostage for 4 hours - that is IF THEY SHOW!!

On the date of the installation, I've received no follow-up call, text or email so I contact them and was informed I'm not scheduled. So now, I need to schedule another appointment and be held hostage for 4 hours until they show.

I am thoroughly frustrated with this total lack of customer service from a vendor that I dished out $2300. When I pay that much money I expect to be treated like I'm their #1 customer - NOT like I owe them money. It's unfortunate because this was my first Bowflex and it will be my last. When friends ask me about the company, I'll be sure to share my experience and steer them to another company.

Purchased a Bowflex Max Trainer 1-21-2022. Worked great for 3 weeks then one day it displayed "Update Required" Message and would not work. Unit has not been connected to the internet or any external device. So this is preprogrammed from the manufacturer. Unable to get through to anyone at Nautilus for resolution, just on hold indefinitely. Very disappointing that they do not support their products. Any class action lawsuits we could join?

After Ordering My Elliptical At The Beginning Of December. The Order Has Been Lost And Now Cancelled. Guess What - They Still Have My Money!!! Zero Response From Customer Service Via Email After 6 Attempts And Wait Times Over The Phone Are Over An Hour!!! This Company Is Full Of Crooks, Liers, And Cheats. My Credit Card Company Is Now Involved In Trying To Get A Resolution To This. What A Waste Of Time.!!! Product Never Arrived And Is Marked As Cancelled. But They Still Have Money Money - Crooks!!! User's Recommendation: Stay Away! Do Not Do Business!

After ordering my elliptical at the beginning of December. The order has been lost and now cancelled. Guess what - they still have my money!!! ZERO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL AFTER 6 ATTEMPTS AND WAIT TIMES OVER THE PHONE ARE OVER AN HOUR!!! THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF CROOKS, LIERS, AND CHEATS. My credit card company is now involved in trying to get a resolution to this. What a waste of time.!!!

PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED AND IS MARKED AS CANCELLED. BUT THEY STILL HAVE MONEY MONEY - CROOKS!!!

Ordered and paid $3100.00 in full for a Bowflex Revolution. $300 was for their Assembly Team. Five boxes arrived on 12/30/21. They have been in the garage ever since. The Assembly makes an appointment for assembly and then cancels it the day before the appointed assembly time. I've tried to reach Nautilus and or Bowflex to no avail. I have sent e-mail's with no response. This company has no customer service. I have contacted my credit card company to precede with charge reversal. If you buy from Nautilus and every need parts or service you better plan on going to the manufacturer, which is located in China.

Same story as below. Tried to cancel this order 2 weeks prior to it being shipped. Zero response to 3 emails and no answer at customer "service" line despite being on hold for an hour several times. I even tried to get through by calling the sales department and they refused to transfer me. Now I will need to pay for return shipping which will cost as much as the product. This company is engaging in unscrupulous business practices. I hope others will read these reviews and reconsider doing business with Nautilus/Bowflex.

Unbelievably bad customer service. I have emailed three times over 2 weeks ago without a response. I've waiting on hold THREE times for more than 2 hours each time without successfully ever getting through to anyone. This is criminal. All I want to do is cancel my order. What the f*** are you doing Bowflex?

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! To make paying customers wait more than 1 hour on hold for a live agent is completely unacceptable! Easy to buy a product online, sure.. change your mind - basically, not allowed. They will make you try and try again until you give up and accept their BS. Terrible, just terrible.

This is the customer service number for Schwinn Nautilus Bowflex products, currently a week and a half at an average wait time of 45 minutes TRYING to get a RMA number to return a Schwinn 270 recumbent bike. This is a deliberate attempt on their part to not help you, to not assist in returning their products and to not answer the only number available to consumers with access only during work hours when the majority of people are AT WORK. Do not buy from this company, still on hold going on 55 minutes. They staff up the sales team but deliberately understaff customer service. Fraudulent business practices.

I purchased the 2080 BARBELL WITH CURL BAR on 11/25/2021 direct from Bowflex. Mistake, buy from a retail establishment. Purchased for $499, no more then a few days later Best Buy and Walmart had it for $449. Bowflex Corp will not match it, please note that Bowflex like all companies make more profit on direct to consumer sales. Not good customer service at all. Will not purchase again from them.

Sent customer service a message about the treatment of veterans on Veterans Day They care so little that they didn't even respond. You would think a company that cannot even respond to a disabled veteran looking to buy their products on Veterans Day should go out of business.

I placed an order for a C6 bike on Monday. Unfortunately my family did not like it. I called to cancel it on Wednesday morning, before the bike was shipped. Their customer service people was telling me it is too late to stop the shipment. Also they told me to call FedEx to cancel it directly. I called FedEx, who said only the shipper has the right to stop the shipment. It is apparent that Bowflex did not want to help at all.

I"ve owned my Bowflex Max Trainer for about 5 months. I didn't buy it to burn calories but to strengthen my upper body.
I'm disabled after many joint surgeries and my upper body strength was diminishing. Since I can't raise my arms over my head without problems, I needed a machine that could provide upper back and arm strengthening. I have to say, my upper body strength is greatly improved and it doesn't stop there. It's also helping tone my lower body as well.
I love this machine. I can't do a 14 min.workout but if I can do 4-5 2 minute workouts everyday, I'm good. Can't thank you enough.
