  • On May 12th 2012 my wife and I stopped a Burger King in Lakehurst N J for lunch at about 12:30pm. It took about 25 minutes to get two whopper meals. The place was so disorganized that it was shameful. It made me realize why Burger King deserved to lose their second place rating to Wendys. The manager was the most useless person in the place and the help was not any better. We had stopped there several times during on weekdays and everything was much better, perhaps this was because the female manager knew what she was doing. I would not advise anyone go there on the weekend.

  • The Burger King on Rawson Ave in Milwaukee WI is terrible. They keep making my Whopper with cheese wrong. I tell them no onion and add extra ketchup and mustard. The repeatly screw this simply request up. I only go if I have a coupon and then I try to aviod. They just remodeled the store but all the fancy furnishings mean nothing if you can not make the food correctly.

  • I often visit Buger King Restaurants, and especially in my location of Bensenville Illinois off Eving Road & York Road. I say slowly, I wont the [chicken crispy strips] with one order of large fries. Five times in a row, five days, monday through friday; was baged chicken [nugets], everytime !!! This is sickning, I can see only once, but five times in a row? The manager needs to correct this employee wackiness to customers, or fire. I can't look over this, it's plain stupit & ignorant.

  • I have a complaint Store # 11457
    We drive outta city limits to go to your store and purchase dinner.. they messed up my order and when i called back the manger argued with me.. and then said they would replace our meals... So today again we visited your store for our meals that were supposed to be replaced and all were is 4 small french fries... When I called the store again to complain to the manger he argued with me again.. would only give me his 1st name Bobby refused to give me corporate phone #... Great Customer Satisfaction... Right! Have it YOUR WAY! What a JOKE! not to mention.. all the gas I spent on Two trips to your store!

  • Yesterday I went to Bk for 2 Whoppers the buns were burned, no dressing. When I walked in there was one customer at the counter with 4 employees. They obvisouly knew the individual and all stood talking to her while I waited for a god 3 to 4 min. Finally the manager came up and waited on me. It turned out the fry cook was one of the employees at the counter visiting and so my meal took a good 10 min. Even another customer asked me what I had ordered that had taken so long. Now thats ba!!! it was at store # 9334 in Loveland, Co

  • The Burger King on 4639 Irvington in Houston,Tx 77009. I present a coupon from off the back of a receipt for the Fiesta on 4114 FuLton in Houton,Tx that 2min away for this Burger King, but the manager Nancy on the morning shift on Saturday 04/28/12 aroung 8:40am stated that they don't honor these coupons. My question is who are paying for this advertisement and this is the only burger with in 15mile for the Fiesta location. So why have advertise Fiesta bring Burger King customer that can't use this coupon in the same community.

  • Yesterday, I had the misfortune to try Burger King again after an extended boycot of the chain. I ate at store 1458 in Charleston SC. I ordered a whopper and got it the way I wanted EXCEPT IT WAS ICE COLD! Additionally the staff were jabbering among themselves, the cashier walked away fro the front to make a phone call on her cell phone and 2 other staff members were aggressively talking to each other to the point that I could still hear them when I seated myself at the rear of the restaurant. I am back on the do not visit list permanently.

  • ive been going to burger king for a long time now but im at the piont were i might never come back i dont no whats been going on for the past few weeks thow but,this is getting redicules ive come in many time and all i see is the manger yelling at the team members and just puting them down intsent of trying to help,what them are trying to understand ,what ever they ment be talking about i think that very rude as a manger, im a manger at a store and i never not once yell and screamed like that and its aways when i come in every time i no it gets crazy at luch time and dinner time but there no reasons for that at all , if some one wonts to ask me a questions try understand it instent of yelling at them and putting them down like that ,,, yes ive got my food wroge many times but im not worry about no more im worry about that now ,, just feel that very wroge u guys need to fix it or ur going to loss team memmber and coustoms at the same time ,, ooh and if u dont no where this has been happen at its at highway 100 and its that (new manger that kinda big and very rude and had tatoos on her arms and i new she new case i the other manger i no there and there always nice and smileing and telling me have a good day but this one dont care at all

  • On April 15th, 2012, I waited for over 15 mins. in the drive thru for two value plan meals. There were no cars in front of me so I guess the wait time was attributed to lazy employees. They moved extremely slow and was unapologetic. After receiving my order, I realized that they forgot to put fries in the bag. So I went in the store to complain. They acted like they did not care about the mistake and I asked for the manager number to leave feedback, the supervisor gave me the number on the back of a reciept which was a survey call line. Never again!

  • I went into a BK in Summerville, SC, and attempted to use an Entertainment Book coupon only to be told that the register did not have a button that would allow them to give me one Bogo item at no charger, so they could not honor the valid coupon. I suggested they call someone to figure out how to do it, which they eventually did. The problem was resolved, but how many others have been turned away because of this ploy by the franchisee, The Whitfield Family. I declined the opportunity to call their number since discussing a problem of their making with them is a waste of time. I'll contact BK on Monday. The problem was resolved, but it took way too long. They did pony out that only participating restaurants honor the coupons. Fair enough, but put up a sign saying that so people don't wait in line only to find that their coupons are not honored, and certainly not wait until the order has been placed to let you know. I suppose that now I'll call BK if I have a coupon to see if they take it.

  • First they removed the clocks from the dining area, then removed the newspaper rack.
    Now, they have roped off the ordering area making it impossible for a person in a wheelchair or a walker to enter. They don't care about the welfare of their customers.

  • The service and attitude of your managers is why you slipped to #3 , after visiting your Lancaster location today I will not go back again . You manager needs training on how to handle complants , customer does not care that coupons or out or that you were bought by someone , its a managers job to antisipate business increase with time of day , coupons and all relivent things that will increase your business . If you manager does not know how to schedule they need training and need to come in to increase speed of service an quality . Because its fast food you need both to compete and management that understand this .

  • im a mother of nine kids and burger king on jefferson st. in lafayette,la.is closer to our home.the service is bad,the employees dont care,your wait time is discussing.im so sorry im near this location,but even with that i have to spend my money there.today 3-29-11 ticket 517,order 23 burgers-18single stacks,4 double stacks,9fries and a value meal,no line.i understand the wait because of drive-thur.2:37pm. got my food at 3:09 when my boyfriend went to see what was the problem,got home the order was still wrong, so i called they left me on hold for 25 mins.didnt even attend to come to the phone,and i asked for the manager,u will never get anything postive from this store with the employees you have now. it makes your company look bad and im sure im not the only customer that has a problem with this.please,i just want it my way. thats what im paying for.i care about this issue, do u?337-484-6991 thank u.

  • Don't appreciate being served cold meals, salty french fries, rubbery hamburgers and sundae's that curdle. I've visited the restaurant on three different occasions and results were the same each time. So disappointing...it used to be our favorite place to go. (Kaahumanu Ave., Kahului)

  • Today March 15th 2012 I went to Burger King in Weston Florida. I was order 474 ordering a simple order at 6:21pm. Paid at 6:25pm a total of $9.51. Two or three cars went to the window and received there orders quickly. I pulled up paid ( the young lady that took the order and my money was very nice) after about 2-3 minutes she asked me to pull up front, I did. Another 6 minutes went by with no food. ( meanwhile I watched several other vehicles pull out of the line apparently with there food) I got out of my vehicle in the rain and went into the store. I was told my order was not ready and would be out in a minute or two. I asked for my money back and received a cold reception from the manager. I have been a customer for many many years. That's done. The customer service sucks

  • We were at Burgerking on E. little creek road in Norfolk, Va and had a terrible experience there. We had to wait over 30 minutes at the drive-thru {which wasn't that crowded] and when we finally got the food, it was cold naturally.
    My whopper bun was burnt black and tasted like it. My wife had to throw hers away. We did not want to go back to the store and wait some more, and besides that, there was no receipt in
    the bag.

  • I recently visited a Burger King in New Iberia, Louisiana. I originally waited 15 minutes for 4 Italian chicken sandwiches. When I got home, I realized that they gave me 4 regular chicken sandwiches instead. I tried calling them for 10 minutes, but the line was busy, so I went back. The man told me to pull up, and wait on the other side of the building for my sandwiches. I waited 25 minutes, and they had not given me my sandwiches yet. I pulled back through the drive thu, and told them. They had forgotten about me! The woman lied and said that the chicken sandwiches were still cooking. For 25 minutes??? I don't think so.

  • To Whom It May Concern;
    I visited one of your store located in Junction One earlier on about 4pm and I thought you might wanna hear my horrible experience today.I visit this store occassionally whenever Im shopping and for the nth occassion I always have the same horrible experience thats why it made me decide to put in writing.I waited on the queue for about 25mins and the guy in the counter named Richard call the next in the queue without saying please as I thought was a very rude start. He took my order very bluntly and very unacceptable, dont get me wrong I like your food but putting cashier and server like them there is very bad in your business in the long run. A customer next to me ordered a 2 kids meal and the girl on the till says sorry no ice cream,machine broke , and the guy ask ''is there any alternative' she said ' sorry no! ' by hearing this conversation finally made me decide not to come back in the store again..Hope you will actions regarding this!!

  • This was the most horrible experience I've ever had with the Burger King in Austintown Ohio. (Youngstown are)I drive into Burger King for lunch and parked my car. When I stepped out on a rainy day, I stepped into puke on the ground and slipped a little. I went over to a puddle to wash it off my foot. Then I went into the bathroom first before I ordered and it only gets better. When I first went in there, it smelled bad. I looked over to the right where the urinal was hanging on the wall and found someone human feces in there. Place almost made me throw up and I walked out and right out the door. I drove to McDonalds down the street and ordered there. The place was packed and had to wait 10 mintues for my meal but was worth it. No wonder why McDonalds was packed. Everyone is staying away from Burger King!

  • We visited the BK in Ormond Beach Florida. (store #3672) We waited a total of 40 min from the time we got in line till we got our food!The manager there was attempting to expidite food but needs to get his act together! The cashier kept stopping to help him cuz he just had no clue! There was only about 6 ppl in line in front of us and we ordered a double whopper and an origional chix sandwich. Anyone can clearly see this should be fixed! My husband was on an hour lunch break and as late getting back! We have no trouble when we sit in a restaurant and order from a waitress! This was just plain unnacceptable!

  • I have always liked Burger King and have NEVER had an issue with any type of service, until TODAY. I went to your Burger King #3200 located on 51st ave and Olive in Glendale, Arizona on a FIXED income hoping to enjoy my ONCE a month fast food dinner and was told my order could not be completed as requested. Apparently, individual Burger Kings decided whether they will honor buy one get one free with a meal deal or if they will just honor the but one get one free sandwich only. I have always been able to buy a meal and get the 2nd sandwich free when I purchase a buy one get one free deal, but this particular store decided sandwiches only. That alone was disappointing because I am again, on a FIXED INCOME. This being said I was charged twice for my sandwiches. And of COURSE because I was so embarassed I didn't say anything, who wants to announce they're poor? After all of that disappointment and financial rape, I go to the restroom to cry and it looks worse than a park and recreation bathroom and smells worse too. I have never felt like God was crapping on me worse than I did at this Burger King. So after leaving that Burger King I wanted to call and make a suggestion/complaint. OF COURSE the manager who answers DOESN'T want to give me a customer service line number and DEMANDS I give her my suggestion/complaint. I informed her that I would complain to who I thought was neccessary and after asking her name (which she DID NOT GIVE) she finally gave me the District managers number. Why would I complain to someone who obviously adds to the issue and why would I give my complaint to someone who obviously wants to cover their store instead of improve it? So I call the district manager, and it is his PERSONAL NUMBER....w.t.f? SO I leave a message and he returns my call and leaves a message informing me that he is in charge of that store and he wants to know what my complaints are. NOW- I'm torn....is he like the manager of the store? And going to only look out for his well being and reputation or is he REALLY going to help me and the customers who come after me? All I wanted was to enjoy my ONCE A MONTH fast food dinner, and it was such a negative experience I will not be going to a Burger King any time soon nor will I suggest others in my social circle to eat at Burger King either. What my WHOLE point follows along the lines of inform the customer before they purchase that the buy one get one free is for the sandwich ONLY if that is what your store chooses to participate in. THATS ALL I WANTED TO SAY, but the trouble I got trying to get that out, was so beyond rediculous. I hope store #3200 improves because the team that is running that store seems like a team that will ruin it too.

  • TO CEO/PRESIDENT AND WHOM ELSE IS CONCERNED...I had leaved the BK store #7194 of Elizabethtown, Ky. I wish to make my self very CLEAR that I am beyond mad; beyond angry, beyond outraged, beyond furious with what happened. An employee (female to be exact), had said (on her way out with food) that she has been SPITTING on some meat. Here I had eaten more then half a double whopper and fires as she says it as she’s walking out with an unknown size bag of something for a drive-thou customer. I can’t help wondering if she had done that to that customer and with mine. As the lady comes back in her coworker (whom is new) says, “you did not just say that?” and the girl says (sounding proud of it) “I most defiantly did.” I could feel my blood purser SKYROCKETING in anger after hearing that. I nearly even said something to a manager about this and demanding a refund if I was not so angry and outraged. In many ways I wish she had when she asked (I believe could tell) seeing me that upset would have asked if everything was O.K. because I nearly would have expressed how angry I was and still am. What mad what just as bad is that girl said (judging from her voice behind me) ‘there won’t be a phone call…and what are they going to do to me anyway?’ I though of getting up and answering her. It was bad enough lessoning to her complaining why on the floor about she hats being at there (BK) and can’t wait to quit in April, but to hear the rest of what she said…If I where THE UNDERCOVER BOSS I would have fired her for what she said she did, but that’s up to the management and owner/CEO. In some ways I hope this complaint gets to him/her. Hearing what she said mad me sick to my stomach. I do not know if she did do it or not, I will never know. Even if she did do so, how do I know if she doesn't have a cold, stds or something else? I sencerily hope I do not contract anything from this...
    The second complaint is that a lady kept asking for the fish sandwich to be made and how long and never heard anybody answer her the first four-six times she asked and a guy had the nerve to bark back to her in saying I just got here and you can’t blame me. The guy whom said that I know has/had been there long enough to have answered her the first time and I felt that was extremely rude. Regardless’’ if one just got there or not, if it’s that person job to do so when calling for them then that person should do so without barking back. How many times should she have to ask for fish sandwich before somebody does what she asks? I was about to buy some to take home to my handicap mother whom can’t get out before going in of some of those fish sandwich, but out of fear of the girl spitting on food and not knowing if they are thoroughly being cooked I did not buy any.
    I used to work in restaurants and my family has had owned restaurants for sometime and I perfectly understand the demand that it takes to run and keeping loyal customers and to bring in new ones, but it’s those kid of people whom are (in my mind) destroying it by saying what I had heard today.
    I request that maybe somebody goes undercover secretly to improve such problems.

  • Went to a Burger King on Rt 441 in Leesburg, Fl Our Whopper & Jr Whopper were tepid at best. We had cheese added and it didn't even melt. They had no chocolate syrup to make chocolate shakes and the place was dirty. They weren't busy but there was debri on the floor and every table was dirty. This all at 5 PM on a Monday on Feb. 20, 2012.
    Tried to complain to Bk but have to use a long distance number and haven,t found a web site that takes complaints. Company has hit the bottom.

  • We stopped at one of your restaurants in Lynn Haven FL, to get our free burger for doing the survey, what a HORRIBLE experience! We actually got NOTHING free, they made us but two drinks, at regular price and charged for both of our sandwiches. AND the coffee was cold. They gave us the wrong bag, had to go back in. Needless to say, that was time wasted and NOT worth going too. sorry and soooo sad on your part...They had NO idea what they were doing and how to figure it out obviously....really bummed

  • i had two occasions where the service was terrible, once where they took 15 minutes for oatmeal, no one in front of me in drive through and another in which they gave me coffee, made me wait and then had no top, so it of course spilled on me

  • Yesterday, I purchased the Whopper Meal for 2 at store #3825. I saw the manager (woman red-head with glasses) cough in her hand and grabbed the napkins and put in in the bag with the food. I told her I could not eat that. She agreed to have it made over and did not handle my food again. Please re-train this manager in food handling procedures according to Virgina state law. Also she did not get off the floor to wash her hands. I believe it was an accident, but customers depend on the food prepared to be safe to eat. I no longer believe this is the case with that manager.

  • Went to the Buger King on Rt 107 in Salem, MA. Had a horrible experience. contacted the company through the website and never got any response. Contacted them again and still nothing. Vs a problem I had with McDonalds and I was contacted right away. At least if I got a "generic" we are sorry it would have been better than nothing. I guess Burger King doesn't care about their customers. Too bad I like their product better but will go to McDonalds from now on!

  • I went to the bugar king in greenville ms off 82 me and my husband was bout to dine in the ship leader told us I hope u not bout to it here and she told us to get out.and the next day I talk to the manger she didn't do anything about it the magner name is cythia.people have feelin and thats was harsh I will never go back.

  • My experience at the Burger King @ exit 15 off from I-87 In Saratoga Springs, New York really has to be looked at. Ordered my meal,at the drive up, and was asked to move forward,so other patrons could get what they ordered!"NO PROBLEM"!!!Well after about 5-7 min. got our order!!! Not one thing was right!!! Did'nt order chicken nuggets!! Got them!!! Did'nt order 4 sodas,which we got!! Only ordered 2!!!Had a coupon for your $9.00 whopper meal!!!!There excuse for the delay was there was no fries ready!!! NO PROBLEM!!!! Fries were HOT!!!!When upon eating them! BURGERS?????? COLD!!!!!THEY WERE THE WORST BURGERS I EVER ATE!!!!!!!NEXT TIME WILL CHECK MY ORDER!!!BEFORE I LEAVE THE ESTABLISMENT!!!!   • I was @ the drivethru,in brunswick ME,getting lunch for my kids and myself-i smelled I strange smell, when I looked around I saw one of the store managers smoking something that looked lije a cigar but smelled like "grass", when I confronted the employee asking him if "conld'nt smoke that away from the my kid's- his responce was rude n valugar and I will not repete,i just think if you are going to let your managers smoke ??, you should ask them to do so away from the public.i don't think im taking my kids to burger king for lunch-that goodness for Mc'y D's

  • On April 22, 2012, 8:45pm give or take, entered your Burger King at Magnolia and Park Ave. in Tallahassee, Fl. to get a burger and your new fries.
    Never received service even one employee came to the front and returned to the back another employee saw me and continued cleaning a machine and I guess the manager stayed in the grill area and never came to the front.
    Another customer tried to help but no employee came forth. Guest you don't need my business at this location. Don't worry I will never return or take my working crew. Wendys were happy to see us.

  • Burger King on So. Seneca in Wichita, Kansas is managed by one whom definitely has behavioral disorders. Expects customer to listen to excuses and reason for terrible service, where a smart person would deal with it without opening their trap, except to apologize About 1 p.m. on 1/20/2012. Been awhile since been here. Be a while before I even think of returning.

  • I am most dis-satisfied with the service I received this morning at Burger King; located on 8th Avenue South in Birmingham, Alabama I placed an order at 9:28; order #255; was told that there was no coffee available and to pull around to the front door and they would bring it out. 3 people including a post office lady came in and walked out with coffee. I had to get out of my car at 9:36 to go get my order. The oatmeal that I ordered (original) had 0 toppings - nothing; Very bad service

  • As a small business owner myself, I would like my customers to let me know if they are not treated as they should by my employees.
    Today my experience at the Burger King (located at Louise & 49th street in Sioux Falls, SD at 7:00pm) qualifies as a REALLY good example on how not to treat your repeat customers.
    The young lady at the drive thru got my order wrong. Rolled her eyes when I corrected her. I tried to explain to her that I buy the same meal 3 times weekly and wrong total is a good indication of the wrong order. She finally acknowledge the error, yet still handed me the wrong sandwich still. I tried to get the attention of the assistant manager... she said I did not do your order... closed the drive thru window and walked away. She was not willing to even correct the wrong sandwich. Sir, I don't eat pork, yet I paid for a meal that has bacon in the sandwich and I could not even eat and ended in a trash can.

    As you might know, unhappy customers are more likely to share their experiences with their friends than happy customers do.

    Sir, Based on today's experience. because of the lack of training in customer service... YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

  • I pulled into the burger king parking lot at about 10:50 this morning to get the family lunch. 01/15/12 all the worker bees were outside smoking they all skurried inside to wait on me. nun of them offered to wash there hands.when they offered to help me with my order I said after you all wash your hands,they refused and I said I will go else where, they responded fine.     BAD ATTITUDE AND INCONSIDERATE EMPLOEE:

    Dear Burger King,

    I am so pissed off I can hardly write. I've been going to this particular Burger King for over 10 years.. I was never insulted like this before. I am a handicapped senior citizen. I ordered lunch and usually sit at one of the 3 tables with chairs. you worker in the pictures had stuff on all 3 tables Including baby stuff and a baby bottle, I had to squeeze in sideways at a both right next to him. he completely ignored me and was sitting at the first table texting on his phone. while the baby was throwing his keys on the floor and running around my table. he never asked if I needed one of the tables he was occupying. there was another employee having his lunch at the last table. At first I thought the boy was just a rude customer, until I noticed he was talking to the worker next to him and the manager behind the counter. also in pictures. I was just about done eating. then I took out my cell phone and started taking pictures, that's when he stopped texting, got up cleared the table he was sitting at and got the baby off the floor. He went to the side door and talked to his manager, they both looked and the boy went back to work, trying to hide from me. they never apologized or nothing. I really pissed off. I think your help in this store needs a talking to, I'm not looking for any free hamburgers, I'm just pissed, cause I eat at Burger King about 3 times a week .
    I hope this helps you control some of the attitude at this store. What got me so pissed is he could see that
    I was having a hard time fitting into the booth. but was having fun watching me struggle.

  • I have been to the burger king in greenwood Mississippi atleast four times.in the past month and at every visit I am told that their ice cream machine is down. They are either in serious need of a new machine or are to lazy to serve ice cream. In any case it is unlikely that I will be returning to this location

  • We went to Burger king today for a really quick bite, in LA on a wilshire unit. Nothing to complaint about the food, but not one employee spoke English, then in regards to the unit, it is a run down place, dirty all over, the two coke machines out of order. The staff was way behind their orders, they were running like chicken with no neck talking out loud in Spanish......then the napkins dispenser was behind the cashier so you had to ask for pretty much everything. Then I noticed a kid not using gloves while handling food.....overall as I am in the food business even if they had a A" in the window I will never return to Burger King , the King of what...? I wonder. It is such a shame to not run a unit properly....too bad we will go to Jack in the Box from now on.....no wonder they are out of Europe with that kind of LOW STANDARDS......

  • Went to BK in Sylvester GA and boy was that a mistake. Ordered French Toast sticks and was supposed to get 3. When I opened my bag I thought there were only 2, but found out that there were actually 2 stuck together. The bad part about it was that the french toast sticks that were stuck together had raw dough in between. I know that the employees should know better than to serve this stuff. I tried to do the survery to let BK know how bad my visit was only to get the message that they had all the info they needed for this rating period. Guess they have lots of unsatisfied customers. My suggestion for BK, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IN COOKING.

  • On 12/22/2011 I had a very unpleasant experience in your Old Redwood Highway location in Petaluma Califonia. I went though the drive through with an order of drinks and food. The person taking my order spoke such poor English that she could not understand me nor I her. She did not give me all my food and charged me too much for my order. After taking my debit and receiving my receipt, I drove off into heavy traffic without my hot food. Frustrated I turned around and went back. The drive up had one car so I decided it would be quicker to go inside. No apology. No eye contact, no offer of compensation. Just "Oh Yah" She bagged my food and handed it to me. I was one of only two customers in the store at the time and yet was treated like a bother. After expressing my displeasure, I was given a blank look as if she didn't understand a word I said. The young man at the counter thought it was humorous and offered no apology either. I am 63 years old and patronize BK on a regular basis. I thought you would like to know about this encounter as it reflects on all BK franchises. I am so offended by this situation that I plan not to return to BK until I am compensated for my time and cold food as well as being overcharged. It's a matter of principal to demand what we pay for.   • I had a really unpleasant experience with the fact that your food is horrible. I submitted my comment and was ignored. I was given a coupon code for a free sandwich which I gave to my son. When he attempted to use it, your poorly trained rude employee would not accept it and gave no reason why. This shows that not only can you not cook food, but you also have no respect for customers and extremely poor training and management and make it very difficult for a person to contact customer relations. My family will NEVER eat at a Burger King restaurant again.

  • Let's hire people that know how to speak English and understand the request a number eight is a tender grilled sandwich. I asked for cheese and no ice in my soda. What did I get a number 9 crispy sandwich and no cheese though I paid extra for it. I threw my food away and ended up having cereal. I used to love coming to Burger King when I was a kid no more I'm so disappointed in the service

  • on saturday i took a friend to burger king. the man in front of us asked for a slushy and was told there was none. i went large with my meal wanting ice tea. when i went for ice there was none, i went for sweet tea there was none, i went for coke there was none. of course the cashier was the manager due to under staffing. when told no sweet tea he offered unsweet tea no ice. then offered a shake. i accepted a vanilla shake. when i took a drink of the shake it was not cold and was like cream. I have never been so disappointed in a resteraunt ever.

  • The New Orleans Area Burger King Stores are, basically, now a CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE... from the City Park Ave. store stealing our credit card last year to the 916 Veterans Blvd. store shorting us on our order today then calling us Liars about it all, it is a disgraceful operation. I tried to defend myself today, but I lost. Their word against mine. Not only is the Customer now ALWAYS WRONG, but the Customer can very easily be Victimized... basically it's BK's Employees word against ours... we cannot win, but we can go somewhere else.   • I recently visited your store at skillman and abrams and placed a large order at your drive thru window. Most of the order was correct but 4 of the sandwiches were made incorrect, because I was unable to return the sand that night I was told there was nothing I could do, I feel that this is unfair the company i work for requires that a mgr be on duty at all times and I was unable to leave to get the sand corrected and get the fries that were nissing that we paid for. I feel cheated and do not like being called a liar since we handed your employee the list to ring up the order so I feel the mistake was on ypur employee not mine since we gave him the list to ring up the order.I feel cheated and someone owes me for the 4 sand and the fries and and apology for the way I was talked too. thanks for your time, my address is 7324 Skillman street #2304 Dallas Texas 75231.   • I placed an order at the 704 E Little Creek Road location in Norfolk Va and the onion rings I received were petrified they were so old. They hadn't even attempted to drop them back in the grease to warm them up. I asked for new ones and waited for about five minutes for new ones. When I got home I found that these "new" ones looked, and tasted suspiciously like the ones I had given back. So I returned and approached the young woman at counter and told her that the onion rings weren't new and that they were nasty. She got the NASTIEST attitude, rolled her eyes, and popped her tongue too and told me "Well I didn't make them, so I don't know who you're talking to" another young woman said she didn't know if the grease was clean or had been changed... I have no desire to type this encounter in full detail as I would have to right a novel to fully describe the incompetence, ignorance, inaccuracy, and pure idiocy I had to endure as a customer at this establishment. It wasn't even about the crappy food they kept giving me. It was about the crappy attitudes and customer service I got. I will continue to contact Burger King until I feel this issue has been resolved to my liking.

  • I visited the Burger King on the Marsha Sharp freeway a few days ago and went inside. I have been there several times in the past, and enjoy their food for the most part. While waiting in the slow line, I was shocked to see one of the female line workers who was not wearing any gloves, wipe her hands on her apron both on the sides and her backside, and then start placing lettuce and tomatoes on a hamburger she was making.
    She then went over to some area of trash, wiped her hands on that, and then resumed adding more lettuce and tomatoe to another product. She then took a hamburger wrapping that was crumpled and used it to wipe her food prepartion area off, again without any gloves and then wiped her backside again, and resumed food prepartion.
    I was shocked and noticed that none of the other employees were wearing gloves that were preparing food. I immediately walked out and will never return to that restaurant again. I contacted the Lubbock Health Department and was advised that they would send out an inspector to check out the situation, but unbelieavbly they allow non gloves with an agreement in writing regarding hand sanitation, food handling, etc. I seriously doubt if anything will come of this, but will definitely be advising friends and associates to avoid this place like a plague. Digusting, unsanitary.

  • i visited the burger king at 3930 dixie hwy. louisville, ky 40216 on november 24,2011 at 12:49 pm only to be greeted by a rude cashier, she handed me the wrong change first then when i brought it to her attention she informed me they had no pennies. the change was short more than pennies and since she had no pennies or didn't want to open any pennies she still shorted me 2 cents and it worked only to the stores' advantage. there was no ketchup for the fries. the food was cold and the service may have been colder.

  • I visited BK on 11/17/11 at store location 298 at 1:15PM and I order a whopper with mustard instead of mayo and was disappointed when I got home to find out it had mayo on it. I did not want to drive about 7 miles back to BK to exchange. If you want to know why you are losing business well one of the main reasons is because of this type of situation. Each time I have order at various BK they messed up my order.

  • I was at the Walnut st location in Cary NC. To start it had a 94% on the sanitation. I decided to eat in anyways. I only ordered 2 sandwiches and waited about 15 minutes to receive them. Even though i was standing right at the counter i could not get to my food sitting under the heat lamps getting cold. When i asked the cashier for mayo, i waited another 5 minutes before i received that. He waited on 2 more customer at the register before simply handing me what i needed rudely. One of the ice machines was out of order along with 3 of the drink dispensers. As i was going for ketchup i was pinched by the broken handle. The tables and floors were terrible dirty and while trying to make the best, enjoy my meal and watch the TV, all i could focus on was the loud conversation of the cashier with another employee (using vulgar language frequently). Iv been here at this location MANY times of the years and even though it was never even a 3 star place to eat it was tolerable, but i will not be returning as of today until iv heard of some sort of improvement.

  • I went to one of your local establishments,I was very offended by your lack of sanitization. I was served by an employee that was coughing all over everything including my food. I work in A hospital this was very disturbing to me. I looked and I did not see any sanitizers or anything that might protect me or anyone else from being exposed from what this employee might have. I know from my research most bacteria and viruses are contracted from people and businesses that do not take enough precautions. I would hope you will start looking at this.I do not think you will do anything about this,it will cost your company money. I am sending A copy of this this out to all the state news papers in all the states I have lived in. I know they will ignore this, till the day or the time A story is needed at this point. I truly think they will post this in A way you and every other fast food place will have to deal with this.

  • Ordered a BK California Whopper two days ago. Ewwwww!! Probably the worst fast food hamburger I've ever had. Between the ton of mayonnaise they put on it and the completely tasteless quacamole, it felt like I was eating nothing but a bun full of oily goo. I couldn't even taste the meat and the lettuce and tomato were just swimming in glop. My advice: stay away.

  • Brought 4 BK stackers with swiss cheese and mushrooms for $4.99 a piece and boy was I surprised to find that this expensive little item was just that a little item. Thats ok never again will I try that bait and switch. The picture looked great and the reality was a big disappointment. Ive had mini burgers that were bigger than that.

  • I ordered a whopper with cheese value meal with a cherry icee, a double whopper with cheese value meal, and a double whopper with cheese, sandwhich only, and a separate order of onion rings on Friday, October 21 at approximately 6:30pm at the Burger King on Raleigh Road in Henderson, NC. This order was placed at the Drive thru. When we returned home, my son and daughter took their food, we discovered we were missing one double whopper with cheese sandwich. I took the receipt off of the bag, and let my daughter keep the bag for her food, and I left with the receipt to get the missing sandwich. The server was not happy that I only had the receipt, and not the bag. I waited while the manager reviewed the video to confirm that I only received two sandwiches, and not the three that I paid for. After waiting for the manager to look at the video, and then for the sandwich to be prepared, the sandwich was brought to be with an admonishment that the "next time" this happens, I need to bring the bag into the store. I can assure you, there will not be a "next time."

  • I stopped at store 8821 this morning at 10:16am. I attempted to order lunch and was told by the manager that i was too early and that the lunch menu starts at 10:30. I had no problem with this and pulled into a parking spot and parked and waited. At 10:30 I went back through the drive through and the manager again told me that they were not serving lunch yet. She told me to park and come inside if I wanted lunch! I drove up to the drive through window and asked for the manager. This is when I realized that the person I had been talking to was the manager! She refused to take my order and pointed at her clock which was about 10 minutes slow. I showed her the proper time via my cell phone and she just shrugged her shoulders! I understand them being a little behind on starting lunch. It happens. But, she could have very easily taken my order and informed me there would be a small wait and have me pull forward, but instead she was just rude and incompitent! Telling a customer if you want lunch you have to some inside! Really? Its a shame because I enjoy BK food, and this is my local one close to home. I will not be returning.

    I made three visits in one month. On the first visit, I was shorted 20 cents. On the second visit, I was again shorted 20 cents. On each occassion, I had not been given a receipt and had to ask for one. On the third visit, I was charged 10 cents more for a Big Fish Sandw. than the menu board showed. Since I had not ordered anything else, I easily calculated what my total should have been. The cashier in all three cases was Isauro. He is either dumb as a rock or he plays it nicely. In all three cases he made it right AFTER I complained but never once apologized. Why is this guy handling customers?

    I've giving this Burger King too many chances, I say to myself "maybe it was just a bad day and today will be a better one" NOT! Just today I ordered a whopper jr, tenders, and onion rings, well supposedly onion rings, didnt notice they had given me fries instead of onion rings. The food was soooooo cold, buns were hard, and the nuggets were super burnt. I just don't understand what managers are for, why aren't they doing their job and see what kind of food they are handing out!!!!! So NEVER AGAIN will i go to this location.   • Stopped at the Burger king on Wheeling Island in West Virginia worst service and rudeness I have ever had,I took over 45min just to get through the drive threw and the girl taking order was rude!!!!!!!! The was advertisement saying if you bought a value meal you got a ice cream cone and I asked about it and she said I needed to tell her when I ordered my dinner,nothing saying that on any signs,she was rude and I think something needs done to her about her rudeness!!!!!

  • Went thru dirve up at Burker King # 2458 - Carrollton, Georgia yesterday morning at 7:44 and got my usual double croisant. When I got my the office at City Hall I found several long hairs on the sandwich and in the hash browns. Someone there was not wearing a hair net it appears. I deceided not to eat the meal for health reasons.

  • drive thru host was rude, slammed window in my face. Removed name tag and told me he was someone else when I asked his name. Said I wanted to speak to manager he said he was busy that I needed to pull forward and wait he'd send him out. Waited another 5 minutes finally went inside myself and found the manager. He said he wasn't informed I was waiting to talk to him (surprise). Manager took info wanted to give back money, I refused (that wasnt the issue), I just wanted better service and to let him know how "Brian" was treating people.

  • We went through the burger king drive thru ordered a value meal. Noticed the sign free soft serve cone with every value meal went through the pay window. The person taking the money and handing out the orders never said anything about the soft serve cone. Not that its that big of a deal but if you dont want to give the cones away dont advertise that you get a free cone with every value meal. Just kind of rude and annoys people. bait and switch maybe ???

  • On Thursday early afternoon,I pulled into the drive-thru at the Salisbury,NC Burger King on Jake Alexander Blvd. to order a Whopper value meal. I was asked if I wanted cheese added,I declined.I was then told they had no tomato,onion or pickles. I cancelled my order. It just gets me that this early they were out of most of the ingredients that makes a whopper a whopper. They also had 2 food stores in walking distance of the restuarant,thats just poor planning. The next day I was in Kannapolis,NC and decided that I still had a taste for Whopper sandwich so I pulled in to the drive-thru to order the whopper meal again. This time I was instructed to pull to the second window which I did. I was then told I would have to come inside to order since the drive-thru register wasn't working. Now they were answering the drive-thru on a radio headset,there were registers inside not being used,why couldn't they have taken the order over the radio,ring it up on one of the unused registers,take three or four steps to the window,collect your money and complete your order without a lame excuse of why they can't. On consecutive days at two different stores in 2 different towns, I was shown two examples of poor management skills and after reading some of the other comments it doesn't seem like these are isolated cases. No wonder the chain is in such decline. That's a real shame because their burgers have a different taste than most of the other chains. I'm afraid they're headed the same path as the old Ray's kingburger cha.in and that's a real shame because their burger had a unique taste like the whopper

  • I was in the mood for some soft served, and my boyfriend was craving a burger, so naturally we decided to give Burger King Store # 1588 in Brooklyn a try. They have a promotion " Free Cone with purchase of every Value Meal" We ordered the Double Whopper Value Meal, and our meal came with NO soft served, so we asked, and The LAZY and RUDE Burger King Employee, Rafi said "You should've mentioned it, and it was too late..(it was 9pm, and they closed at 3am) " and just stood there with his arm crossed look at us like it's OUR FAULT. *I honestly wouldn't argue about a stupid cone, but it was his attitude that got me so fired up* So I said to him, no where on the poster did it say YOU HAVE to Mention it, or neither did he offer it when he took the order. This experience will definitely deter me from try any new gimmick or products they'll come up with in the future.

  • Sept. 11, 2011 11:00 a.m. - My sister and I made a trip to BK & were astonished at what occurred with the customer before us. He had asked if he could order still order breakfast. The nice employee said "Yes". This employee moved back sign so the customer could read the Breakfast menu. Another BK employee, an African Am.Bk employee, slammed the sigh back into the lunch menu, and almost hurt the other employee's fingers. The customer was shocked at this as was I and my sister and other customers. A manager was next to the African Am. employee and DID NOT have the rude employee apologize to the customer. This was very inappropriate behavior from the rude employee and the manager that allowed her to get away with it. The employee was not reprimanded at all for her conduct. You will be hearing from the unsatisfied customer because I pointed out to him the survey on the back of his receipt for him to use to contact you and tell you about the rude way that he was treated this morning. This behavior needs to be corrected so that employees of BK know that they are responsible for their behavior in a BK restaurant.

  • I just took my 3 yr old grandson to the dirtiest Burger King ever, Store 885 Camp Rd. Hamburg NY. Store smelled like dirty grease. The walls had stuff all over them, the floors were disgusting,filthy corners and my shoes tuck to them. Gum stuck in corners . Terrible service, two people in the store, including myself and I still had to wait. My grandsons cheeseburgers bun was hard. The ketchup dispenser filthy and empty. Need I say more.The dirty smell turned my stomach. What happened to Burger King. There is so much competition in the area, I will be going elsewhere.

  • Store #1230 in Manchester NH is in sore need of some help with order taking accuracy and quality assurance when it comes to filling the orders. 3 of the last 4 times I have been there the order has been incorrect. Some things have been missing, some items have been made incorrectly, some have just been completely wrong. It has reached the point where my family is SURPRISED when the order is CORRECT. The staff doesn't seem too concerned when they get the order wrong, it is almost like they are used to it and it is just part of the job. "Oh well. We messed up again. No big deal."

  • I truly feel your company needs to do a better job of secret shopping your food(Burger Standards) I can not tell you the last time I have gone to your Murfreesboro TN Location on Memorial Blvd and not see my burger come out of a microwave to a tray then to me, I am talking about a complete wrapped burger, I that is not your standard practice then I am sorry, but it sucks, Your Flame Broiled burger must be a thing of the past, instead all you get is a soggy mess that taste like a frozen burger you can get from a grocery store - that was flame broiled months before then packaged, NO FRESH OFF THE GRILL HERE, I am Deeply disappointed- This use to be the only Fast Food resturant my wife would go to, now it seems to make her sick just thinking about it, trying to get it another chance

  • Yadkinville NC store# I beleive is 45.i have never seen a BK so dirty especilly at dinner time,the burgers where cold with so much mayo they had to be scraped off.the ketchup station was discusting and empty condinment packets where all over the floor as where french fries,straw wrapers,napkins.there where No clean tables and we had to wipe down our own table just to sit down.there where pleanty of people working but not one did a thing to clean the whole time we where there.i will not be returninmg to BK for a long time to come nor will my friend,the manager was out side and came in without even looking at the sad condition of the place.i always prefured BK over McDonaleds i can honestly say that has changed as of today.my recept Number is 115 and we where there at 4.42 pm.PLease Do something about this before people start getting sick from room Temp.food and the nasty tables..i did not darego into the bathroom.i would hate to think what it looked like..ty DeloresM Poeltl.

  • I visited Burger King at Monmouth road Jackson NJ for many times after and before a day at Six Flags with the family but I can honestly say today was the worst experience ever. Not only did they get the order wrong several times, the supervisor AND manager was nasty and refused to talk to me or anyone else. Even the customers on line behind us were so disgusted they spoke their minds and walked out. The manager was yelling from across the room at least 15 feet away and refused to help the cashier take the order. The food tasted horrible and they refused to refund the money. We got sick from the food and I'm still dont know the name of the managers because an employee told us she threaten to fired anyone who gave me her name. The garbages were overfilled the tables and floors were flithy. My next step is contacting health dept. All we heard and saw were employees cursing and smoking

    ON SATURDAY MORNING (27AUG11)I HAD MY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ORDERED 3 EGG/CHEESE BISCUITS AT THE DRIVE THRU AND PAID FOR IT AT 6:50AM. AT ABOUT 6:55AM, I WAS TOLD BY YOUR EMPLOYEE THAT THE BISCUITS WOULD BE READY IN 5 MINUTES...OTHERWISE, HE COULD PUT THE EGG/CHEESE ON A CROISSANTS. I TOLD HIM I WOULD WAIT FOR THE BISCUITS...I PARKED ON THE SIDE, WAITING FOR MY ORDER. AT 7:05PM I INQUIRED ABOUT THE BISCUITS ONLY TO BE TOLD IT WOULD BE A COUPLE MORE MINUTES. AT 7:15AM, I WAS FED-UP WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE GENTLEMAN WHO TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A WHILE. I WAS SO UPSET, I TOOK MY MONEY BACK AND HEADED TO WORK WITHOUT BREAKFAST.

    I took by boy after the lunch rush at 2:20 pm Tuesday, August, 9. We walked in and was then the only customers at the counter with 2 employees behind the counter but yet no one said anything to us or helped us, until after a few minutes, I finally asked a young man if he was ready to take our order. Then, we could not find one clean table, we walked around the restaurant with open tables twice but they were all dirty. There was another young man working with a towel, and when I said we can't find one clean table, he laughed at me. We then just sat at a dirty table and wiped it w/ a napkin.

  • Just had the longest piece of hair in my Breakfast Croissantwich. Went back to the girl and showed it to her. She made a face, threw it away and handed me another one while shrugging her shoulders. Supervisor was not informed.
    Called customer service line, was put on hold for 22 minutes. They gave me the option of leaving a voicemail, I pressed 1, and the recording told me the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. Guess you get what you pay for.

    and the Burger King at the Zurich main train station in Zurich, Switzerland.

    My wife is 100% disabled and takes time to enjoys a coke and fries sometimes during her trips to the doctors in Zurich. But throughout the last year my wife has been verbally abused by employees and managers at the Burger King at the Zurich main train station, in addition to having security police question why she was in Burger King. The security police even questioned the manager to express why they were even called to speak to my wife.

    This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from Burger King Europe GmbH and of course from Burger King Zurch at the main train station. I would like a professional channel of communication that we may speak with a Senior Manager to resolve this unprofessional behavior.

  • I visited a Burger King last night in Texas and the wait in the drive thru was so long I drove off shortly after the 2 cars in front of me did one by one. I called the manager and told her she just lost 3 customers in the drive thru and her response was "oh ok thank you" and hung up. What happened to customer service? It will be awhile before I eat at BK again.

  • hi on 7-19 @6:18pm my wife and I ate at store #2010 in eeast stroudsburg pa plaza. the entire time we were there we over heard teenagers hanging out in store talking about smoking bowls and drinking beer,coronas to be exact. this is not a store we would return to. none of the employees said anything to them and one female was talking with them like its a hang out.very unprofessional.kids hearing about bowl smoking and getting plastered at parties on top of that one was standing right outside the door smoking a cigg. this needs to be addressed.

  • We stopped into a Burger King in Jordan, MN and waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes before our french fries arrived. We waited another 3 minutes for 3 of our 4 burgers and was told that was all of our food. We checked our bags and we were still missing chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. And that was after asking the checkout lady twice if this was ALL of our food! I stopped back into the store and there was nobody at the register for the 10 minutes I waited. 4 people in line in front of me and behind me left the store because of no service. After 10 minutes of waiting I finally told a lady behind the counter how long the wait was in the drive thru and that I had been waiting in the store for 10 minutes as well without someone stopping at the register. I told her I was angry we sat for 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru and waited another 10 minutes in the store without any service. She stated they were really busy and walked away. At that point I told her I didn't want the rest of the food and left the store after paying for food we never received.

  • On July 20, 2011, 1055AM I visited a Burger King (store 3691) in Maryville, Tenn and ordered three hamburgers to go. I noticed that the person fixing the burgers was not wearing any gloves. I told the manager that I did not want the burgers and asked for my money back because the person was fixing them with his bare hands. The manager (Leon)said that gloves were not required by law,he was not going to give me my money back and he called the police. The police came and told me that he did not have to give me my money back and to take the food and leave.
    I do not feel that I was treated right by your employee. Please advise.

  • My Family and I attempted to eat at one of your stores in Nash, Texas right outside Texarkana at Kings Hwy and I-30. It was Friday night at 10:00 and we were traveling. We walked up to the counter and stood for a good 7-8 minutes with three people standing behind the counter playing with a baby and visiting with some people. My wife finally spoke up and asked if could order and she said you have to go through the drive through. So we loaded back up and went to the drive through as soon as we pulled up the young lady said I will be with you in a minute. 11 ,minutes later we are still sitting at the window and have not been helped. We backed up and pulled forward again to which the girl came back on and said I will be with you shortly. 7 minutes later we drove off as no ever came back on the speaker to help us. As we passed the window "because there was no one in line during this whole time we could see all 3 employee's standing their still holding the baby! Terrible terrible service and we will not be back. We pass this store twice weekly and have stopped 4 other times and each time the service was terrible! We just thought you should know as we love Burger King but we will now go to Stateline store as it is much better run.

    You advertise Seattle's Best Coffee but I should have known at 12:45 it would not be fresh at all. That I was right on. I should have known better but at a MENU BOARD POSTED prie point of $1.39 I thought what the heck. I ordered 1 item only and was charged $1.59 plus .10 tax for $1.69. I looked at the receipt, then the menu board and noticed the ...$.20 difference. When I mentioned it, I was just ignored. I don't care about the price but I really get set off when a price is not what is posted. Hell we get that at Walmart, Weis Markets, etc. but they do something about it immediately. They do NOT blow you off like you don't exist. Oh and then I swear to you she filled the cup up 2 inches from the top to add insult to injury.
    If you are gonna represent a Seattle Best Product serve it correctly hot and FRESH
    Second, have your register match your menu board and don't ignore a honest question, even if it, it is just for 20 cents.
    When Seattle Best closed in the mall I was disappointed but if this is the product you're gonna get a BK then I will just go to Dunkin Donuts for my caffeine craving.

  • Burger King #16690 Corpus Christi TX. Ordered 2 #1's and 20 piece ckn nugget with honey mustard dip. Paid for food and drove off with 2 bags. Had hubby check bags and the 2 french fries and honey mustard were missing. Drove back to Burger King to the drive thru and the girl said oh yeah we forgot the fires. She gave me another small bag and i said two fries and 4 honey mustard? She said yes. So off I went home and low and behold they only gave me one fries and the 4 honey mustards. The burgers were cold. What the heck, can't get it right the first time??? But the second time??? Keep this up burger King and you will not be open in the Bluff very long. For what you charge for this stuff I expect service not oh we forgot!!!

  • I went thru the drive thru at the Thompson rd store in Syracuse at 5:30 i ordered a chicken sandwich then i was asked to pull forward there where no cars behind me so i stayed at the window the employee came back to the window and told me to pull forward i explained to her that there where no cars behind me and if one pulled up i would pull forward she then told me i was (F---ing) up her drive times and closed the window and walked away i had to tap on the window to get another employee and i asked for my money back and the female employees name he said he couldn't because he would get in trouble so i asked to talk to the employee back to the window and she had no name tag on and refused to give me her first but I'm sure the register was in her name and you should be able to find out who she is. As for me i will not return to this location i could not believe the way she treated me.

  • BK sucks. Bad service. No toys, 3 weeks running. Display had toys, manager did not open display and give my 6 year old a toy.
    4th visit is likely last. I got a lame outdated toy that my son has duplicates of.
    I got home in time to watch a commercial stating, "get a free drink with your Whopper order." Well I did not get that free drink.

  • I live in Costa Rica, used to be a fan of BK since they open in 91. Lately, food quality, cleaningness and customer service is unacceptable. Yesterday I had a Chicken King Sandwich and it was just un-eatable... Hash browns and chicken nuggets were raw! I really encourage franchise auditors to do something, until its too late. Health authorities just close some McDonalds restaurants for not having food safety compliance...

  • Was disappointed @ BK on Central Rd in DesPlaines, Il yesterday around 6pm. I didnot realize there was a Whopper 2/$4 special on & when I presented my free Whopper coupon, she took it off w/o mentioning the special. That made it worth only $2, instead of the 3.50/$4 when I would normally use it. That seemed unfair.

    Also, I ordered the 2 Whoppers different, but both 2b cut in l/2, & 1 w/no mayo. I arrived home w/only 1 cut & both 2/very heavy mayo.

  • I am a regular customer at #927. Over the last 14 days I have noticed a lack of professionalism with regards to two workers in particular( Diana and Diego). These workers are usually in the side office, fooling around and being unattentive to the customers, leaving the regular workers unsupported and long lines. There is an African American worker,in the evening who is great, She is quick,(I think her name is Sarah)friendly and respectful to the customer. Her leadership should be duplicated at the store. I am sure your business has suffered a financial loss as a result of these workers.I for one will wait on long lines anymore.

  • I went to BK on 04/14/11 and ordered a crispy garden salad with rand dressing. I did not get any dressing. I had already opened the salad up and well, I just threw it away. I was at work and had nothing to keep the salad fresh. I called and complained on the voicemail at that BK but no one returned my call. This BK was in Durham, N.C. on Miami Blvd. I was dissappointed.

  • Don't bother with the survey. I have been able to do it, but when I went to the Canandaguia, NY to get my free sandwichI got sticker shock instead. To get the free sandwich you had to buy at least a small drink and small fries. So I did and they charged $1.89 for a small fries and $1.59 for a small drink plus tax. Although these prices can vary between stores, I went a few days later to a McDonalds whose menu price for fries was $1 for small, $1.69 for med and $1.84 for a large fries. So If I don't want to take the survey i can also go to Wendys and get their $2.99 Extra value meal and upsize to medium for $.50 and pay aboutv the same. "Free" sandwich, not exactly.

    but today i got a big disappointment. i liked the buck dbl, but understand that prices are going up on everything. but your dollar single is a joke. the picture shows a big patty over-lapping the bun. when i got it i could hardly find the patty it is so small.

  • I went to a Burger King in Cornwall today for lunch, and I ordered 2 Whopper Cheese, and 2 Large Fries, and 2 Large Drinks, and 6 Double Cheeseburgers on the side. (I ordered for myself, and a friend) Anyways, the lady took our order very rudey through the drive-thru, telling me that my order was gonna take awhile and maybe to order something else. I was annoyed, but said No, in a very calm voice. I pulled up to the window and nobody had even bothered to start my order. So I asked if my order could get done, i need ot get to work, and the lady who took my order said, ya ya hold on a minute, and then proceeded to get the cooks to make my order, and the first thing I heard out of the cooks mouth was "Holy F***, tell these f***ers to eat somewhere else. I heard that, and was so mad I yelled through the window telling them that I will eat somehwere else, and to F*** off!! I will never eat at another Burger King again in my life!!!

  • The BK Veggie burger costs $3.00! I cannot even get one by giving feedback to the company, why bother doing any marketing surveys, then? I don't want to get sick from eating a Whopper, and nobody wants to put up with how I get after eating a BK Chicken sandwich. There are some value meals that cost $3.00! I don't want the free chicken nuggets, and nobody can deal with me after how I get after eating them, either.     This morning I stopped at the above listed BK and ordered 2 Sausage, Egg and Cheese Muffins (advertised 2 for $2), two hashrounds and 1 large coffee. I paid $8.25. I got to the office, looked at the receipt and was charged for Sausage, Cheese and Egg Biscuits!!! I almost flipped! Of course, I could not go back to the restaurant but I will never, ever do business with BK again!! I should have only paid $4.83 at the most but, hence, I was charged almost double. That will never happen again!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!

  • I have never felt so out of place at burger king store 6127. My family and I were disrespected by a young lady who did not greet us, nor tell me how nuch my order was but threw her hand out in a inappropriate manner for my money etc.., she argued with me at the drive thru window and told me what I needed to do and questioned me all because I requested one sweet and sour sauce and one honey mustard sauce. What I don't understand is why are we hiring indivduals with no customer service attire, especially when hard working families are willing to take the time out to spend their money at places such as Burger King and at the end this is the negative result.

  • I have been goin to bk for years and love the food untill i was at the bk store # 12544 in Hamlin,west virginia and had the most disgusting visit i have ever had and it makes me sick that the manager Helen was eating fries while we was at the drive thru window waiting for our food and saw her lick the salt off her fingers from palm to the end of her fingers then touched our fries drinks and burgers and i personally went in while i was parked in the drive thru and demanded new food cuz i am not eatting after nasty people....     an employee came to the restroom & then went to the mens restroom. when she came out she told everyone real loud so everyone could hear[shes still in the restroom you will have to use the mens like i did this one has blond hair in a bun & bad teeth.this employee did this before she also blows nose & never washed hands before going back to cooking].time before she banged on the & yelled are you alright.
    this time everyone looked over to see what was going on.later at 8:40pm the employees were standing around not doing anything but taking when thay should be cleaing tables,floors,ect.we will never go back.

  • Since Taco Bell has closed for rebuilding, both wendy's and burger king have ceased staying open later than midnight, thru the week. I usually stop in on Wednesday or Thurday nights for a late sandwich. Tonight, at 12:15 a.m. your Celina restaraunt was closed. No competition, close early. You don't want my business at night, you don't want it during the day.

  • The Burger King #01183 located in Trace Town Shopping Center in Natchez MS has to be the slowest and most unpolite fast food restaurant in Natchez and the adjoining town of Vidalia, LA. The drive-thru is totally ridiculous! I just experienced giving my order, waiting, repeating my order, waiting ...never was given a total. Got to the drive thru, she was counting her register! As I was sitting there waiting on my order, the person behind me was having to repeat their order too! Obviously, multi-tasking is not taken into consideration at the service window. Most people are on a lunch schedule and if they use the drive-thru they expect it to be faster than parking and getting out and going in and place your order. Not the case of BK at Trace Town! Be prepared for a traffic jam in the drive thru or for faster service GO IN!!! Also......when she gave me my order, I had to remind her that I ordered a drink also. Never said thank you, have a good day, sorry for your wait......NOTHING!

  • went through a BK drive thru tonight and ordered two whoppers, we were told to pull forward along with the car in front of us and wait for our order.(only two customers inside). Fifteen minutes later an employee comes out and hands the car ahead of us a bag. In the mean time a car pulls in behind us and receives their order quickly.
    Finally we were handed a bag, a rather large bag of food. Clearly not what we ordered.The employee was a bit baffled by our response that this was not what we ordered. She then wanted to swap orders with the guy in the first car. We asked for our money back, we did get it, but the employee, whom I think was the manager didn't care one way or the other that we were very dissatisfied nor did she appoligize. This was not the first time that this same bk botched up our order.

  • The location in Marshall, TX has some pretty poor excuses for Management and Employees

    I went to the store to purchase a Double Whopper combo. I had a coupon for a second Whopper free, next thing you know it they are trying to charge for 3 burgers. I told them 6 times I only wanted the buy one get one free, finally I left the store. I will not patronize Burger King again at any location, unless this can be taken care of to my satisfaction. I will also recommend my friends not to also.

    In all actuality I enjoy Burger King, however I cannot tolerate this kind of service. Please inform me of what will be done to correct this.

  • Absolutely the worst fast food experience of my life. Feb 12,2011 in Douglas, Ga. The BK on N Madison Ave. I was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes (and there were only 4 cars in the line), usually an average of at least a couple of minutes per car. I finaly placed my order, paid for it at the first DL window to the RUDE girl at the window. Waited, waited and waited, finally getting to the pick up window. A girl finally comes to the window, looks at me for a second and there I knew my order was messed up. She asked me if "did you have the 4 piece childs?". I paused and said "NO, I had the buck double and the small onion rings'. She ripped up a receipt, and said "hold on, I will be right back". She finally came back and said "on, we are cooking your onion rings, would you move your car up?" I moved and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally a gal comes to my car and asks what I am waiting on. I said my food. She says did you have a large order? I said No, I had a buck double and an onion rings. She says, oh, I don't have that order. I said have your manager bring it too me. I waited and waited and waited some more. I finally got tired of waiting and went in to confront them. I told them I wanted my money back, and the rude tattooed managette said okay I will give you a refund. She never came back with my money and I had better places to be. I left with less money in my billfold and no food. BK has lost a customer for life.

  • I do not usually complain, but after 3 terrible BK visits, I feel compelled to share the experience. The times (one inside) and twice in the drive through, we received cold fries and burgers. All 3 visits the servers were so rude. The final straw was when we asked for ketchup for the fries and the server actually swore. I wish I had her name for you, but unfortunately do not. We also received the correct drinks, but all the food was messed up. It was like we received the wrong order. We ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and 2 fried chicken breast sandwiches, 4 med. fries and 4 large drinks. Our bag contained 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 small bags of fries. Someone really needs to help the store....and replace the rude employees!!!

  • Regarding the store located in Daphne, Alabama. My husband and I drove 4 hours to Daphne today to visit friends. Since it was late in the evening we decided to stop for a bite to eat. After several minutes of debating we chose BK. As I pulled up to the drive-thru the speaker asked to please take me order (he was polite). I asked to please have a minute and he replied to take my time. I said "Ok, thank you." However, the speaker must have left the headset on because my husband and I could hear the workers inside and they were making fun of us. A woman was clearly heard mocking my "thank you" and laughing. I was extremely offended (not to mention embarrassed) and drove off without placing an order. We chose to order at a place next door where our business was more appreciated. I am not sure if the BK workers realized we could hear them. However, I am extremely disappointed in the customer service.

  • After I looked up the BOGO chicken sandwich on the BK website to be sure it was still valid. It was. I drove 5 miles to the BK store and was refused. "We took down the signs so it is over." HUH? The customer is always wrong at Burger King. I'm done with them. Companies are crying that business is bad. I wonder why. It is going to get worse by one family from now on. Never again will I patronize BK. The customer may always be wrong but this wronged customer is taking his money elsewhere.

  • I work in a remote area and if I don't bring my food into work, Burger King is the fastest choice. I don't eat beef so I get the BK Veggie burger. This evening, I ordered a BK Veggie and when I got back to work I open a whopper. I tried to call the store and no one is answering the phone. It is now closed so I'll have to contact the coporate offices. How hard is it to get an order wrong when your the ONLY customer in the place?

  • Regarding store 9909 in Keysville, VA. The place dirty, including the bathroom. Service was lousy, too. Counter people couldn't have cared less. No greeting, no thank you - like they're doing me some great favor. Food was mediocre at best. This store is getting increasingly sloppy. Where's the management? I'm done with this place!

  • I visited a BK in Raytown, Moon 350hwy & Raytown Rd. I ordered in the drive through & was awaiting for my order only to find out it was wrong on 1 item, Fish sandwitch instead of chicken..no big deal, just fix the order & I can go. However the manager had a Very bad attitude problem. Her name was Matasha. She took $1 too much fro the cost of the 1st order & refused to repay it. She thought it was funny as she told me I could sit here for about an hour or more while she recounted the register. Her demeanor was very upsetting, like a child. They can keep the dollar..no big deal, but she should not be working in customer service with an attitude like she has.She was extremely negative towards me. Only because she didnt understand my order correctly. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and could have been avoided. This location had fair service before. We will not be reeturning. Them dollars mean more to corporations now than ever, but the service &n treatment of custoers is getting to an all time low.

She yelled and screames and was extremelly negative towards me. Only because she didnt understand my order correctly. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and could have def. been avoided. This location had terrible customer service, and i will never return. I have always chosen BK as one of my favorite fast food resturants, however, after this incident i think i shall pick Mdonald's=)My issue in Bk was not even close resolve, the manager herself, didnt even apoligize.   • Went to Burger King in Del City, OK this morning because McDonalds was backed out fo the building. Now I know why. When we ordered, they were out of Ciniminis. After waiting 20 minutes for the food, I went back to the counter to find out were the food was and they said the "now were are out of biscuits" so finally after waiting 25 minutes for food we got to eat. I could have made it through the line at McDonalds quicker than that and got what I ordered. Also the corporate office only has a phone number for a contact, not an email and there are only people there from 9-5 Monday through Friday - I guess the comment "we are always listening" means only on their time. So much to "have it your way". That is the last vist to Burger King for me.

    I went in for breakfast 12/15/10 9:00am.
    I saw 2 of the counter ladies being very rude
    to an elderly women who could not figure out
    how to use the coffee container.
    The elderly lady told the girl who helped her
    "I'm sorry" and the girl responded "I'm sorry
    to that your so dumb." than both counter ladies laughed.
    My personal regret is that, I sat there and
    did nothing. I won't do that again.
    I think Burger King needs to have customer service training.

  • I just went with the Family to the location on George Washington Highway, Portsmouth,VA, ordered the original chicken sandwich meal, very sloppy, wilted lettuce. the Whopper meal ,was wrong, was told I guess "i should have told you we dont got no whopper buns" they would not correct it, did not get what i paid for. wont go back. McDonalds is 2 blocks away, now going there!!!

  • Store number 4777... Order number 96. It took more than 10minutes to receive my order, eventhough, there were only a handful of people (maybe 4 or 5, not counting the drive-thru)) waiting for orders. I ordered a number 1 with cheese, but my Whopper was very soggy... so soggy the bottom bun fell apart on my third or fourth bite. The lettuce was not fresh, it was soggy, and quite frankly didn't taste anything like a whopper. The fries and the coke were fine. The ONLY reason I did not return it was my time crunch... I had already spent more than ten minutes waiting for my order, I didn't have that much time to eat once I got the order... and not having breaksfast this morning, I was hungry... I had to get back to work. I am normally a huge fan of Burger King... but I have to say I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in store number 4777 in Atascocita (Humble), Texas. The fellow who took my order was nice, and he did apologize for the wait, however, the quality, or in this case, lack of it, with your trademark Whopper, very much surprised me.

  • I picked up dinner tonight for my family at the counter and brought home. Burger King #9957 in Dawsonville,GA. The manager took my order; 2 BK big fish w/chz add xtra tarter
    1 Whopper no onion add chz
    1 4pc nugget w/side salad
    1 Lg onion ring
    1 sm fry $16.12

    He didn't key the xtra tarter so he informed the 1 male and 1 female in the kitchen area. "They" were unable to understand him. He attempted numerous times, used hand gestures, and even attempted a few words in Spanish! I had to wait several minutes for the fish to cook, I asked the lady bagging the food, are the fries & onion rings fresh? She assured me they "just came up!" I left, drove home (less than 4 miles away)unpacked dinner for myself, husband & two kids. My daughter was happy with her nuggets & side salad. My son was upset because his bag of fries was not filled up. My husband had cold,soggy onion rings (the same ones I made sure to inquire as to the freshness)his BK Fish however was nice and hot (that is what I had to wait for them to cook). I had planned on sharing the onion rings with my husband, but one was enough- I opened my fish took a bite thinking this is going to be good since its "fresh"....WRONG- apparently they only cooked one- this one must have been sitting there and for quit some time. Needless to say, i was NOT happy at this point. I attempted to "heat" it however it just made it worse!!! So after spending almost $20 (hard earned) dollars on dinner for my family- I ended up eating a bowl of cereal, my son made tater tots to eat since we didn't have fries. And my husband ended up heating up some leftover mashed potatoes. It's bad enough that it cost so much to "grab" dinner- but to be unable to eat it because of the lack of quality food really ticks me off almost as much as the fact that neither of the two employees in the kitchen could SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!! I mean really, there are to many English speaking residents in Dawsonville that need jobs and would gladly work there!!!Might be something worth looking into!

  • I had the exact same experience on the exact same order as CodyB (posted 10/7/10 5:37PM) did. I ordered a double whopper meal and got a single. Ordered a fish sandwich that was absolutely awful. I even had to remind the girl at the window about my drink, which she forgot. I even got the same response out of the manager when I called. Clearly, BK's training at both the corporate and franchise levels sucks. And there is no where on the BK web site to complain about this stuff. Like most service based companies, they'd rather bury their heads in the sand rather than deal with the complaints of their customers.

  • The majority of the time I go into Burger King to order but tonight I didn't feel like even though I know they almost always screw up my order almost every time. This time I ordered a Double Whopper combo and a fish sandwich combo for a friend, I was so tempted to sit there in the drive thru and look in the bag to check, but there was a line so I drove off. Wouldn't you know it, I get home and my whopper is a single and my friends fish sandwich was cold and tasted terrible. I was so pissed off I pulled out my reciept and called them and spoke with the Manager. He really didn't have much to say and if I wanted to drive back he would replace it. I said wow, that's so sweet of you (not really) but responded by saying, so you want me to spend more gas to drive 10 miles at $2.80 a gallon so you can make my order right. He then said he didn't like my attitude and hung up on me. I guess my next step is to file a complaint with corp.

  • I faxed a letter of complaint to the customer service dept,and then,sent a certified mail to them,stating that even though I have been a regular customer at one location for over a year,I was told me the employee at the drive-up window(after I complained about my previous order)..."we are tired of your complaints,why don't you take your money elsewhere..."(McDonalds is right across the street from them).I received usps.com confirmation of my letter,but Burger King has never responded
    to my complaint,even with copy of my receipt and person who was at the window that night!I find it incomprehensible that with all documentation the corporate office has not responded!

  • I tried the new Ultimate Breakfast Platter yesterday at 101 Lomas NE Abuquerque NM, the eggs looked like they where left overs from someone else breakfast platter, couldn't even eat them with a fork because the small amount they put in the platter you really had to use a spoon to scoop them up to eat! the biscut was hard as a rock the only thing on that platter that look decent was the pancakes, so if you like pancakes this is where you need to go. I will go to McDonald next time at least there I know they serve more eggs and eggs you can actually eat with a fork!

I can not believe that after staying in the line for over 30mins that they took my order with others and was told that they ran out of sausage aft...

  • on 09/19/2010 i drove up to the burger king located on oakland and 441 in fort lauderdale FL, to get my normal sunday nights whopper 2 for three, i had a terrible experience with an employee who was attending to customers in the drive through. I placed my order and went to the window to pay and collect my food, instead i was given a single whopper, when trying to explain, the lady speaking with a jamaican accent went wild on me, calling me names and labeling me a miserable liar and even went to the extent of slamming the window on my face, i felt so embarrassed by this woman's attitude. This is an employee who is suppose to offer good customer service fighting the customer. That was absolutely ridiculous

I told the worker and manager 4 times they still got it wrong!!!!! Then by the manager she told me I did not order 5 burgers just 4 and I would have to pay the extra cost for her mistake...... What? she refused to take the blame...... Boy was I hot.... I paid then she forgot to give me my change. I had to pull around to front to go inside to get change... What?   • I had a coupon for a buy one Whopper, get one free. I ordered 2 whoppers and a double cheeseburger. I told the drive-up teller of the coupon. He said they would take it off at the window. They took off $.49. The receipt clearly shows whopper/cheese, $2.39, Double cheeseburger, $1.29 and whopper/cheese $2.39. They took off $.49. The bill total was $6.03. I was in a hurry to get back to work , so I couldn't argue with them. There were 2 employees and a manager working on my order.

  • Robertsdale, AL 07.30.10,@9PM. New "2 desserts in one" sundae. Tasted terrible, warm and foamy.Service was without a smile or a thank you.I thanked the young lady for handing it to me, not the other way around. She asked the manager how to make it, & he passed by her barely answering her and not showing her anything.The store was not busy; there had been 1 couple before me & their order was being made by another employee.Not happy at all, I gave it to my dog. Waste of money; made me want to go next door to McDonalds.

  • Went to the Burger King in Marshfield, WI 54409 Store # 05278. at 11:39 7/25/10.
    Very POOR service and place needed a good cleaning. Sticky tables and chairs. took us 10 minutes to recieve our food and this after my husband had to ask for it. We were the only customers in the store and there was 1 at the drive up.
    If I had been a health inspector I would of closed the place do wn. Workers preparing food DID NOT have gloves on and constantly touched food. Our order when finially given to my husband was a mistake got fries when ordered onion rings. Husband 1st picked up the fries to take back and made him take the tray back. The server picked them off our try and put back in the heater holder instead of throwing them out. He had touched them and the food had left the counter. People standing around waiting for their food I watched and another server came out to help wait on costomers and continually touched to push her hair back and rubbed her nose with the back ofher hand just at the knuckle area. Did with with every tray she set up put for the window drive up. Watched this as I tryed to eat and left the food since started to see how the food was prepared. SORRY@!! I work in the health field and I don't and would NEVER do this to my patients. I think you better Check in to it since the manager when waited for 10minutes did't do anything on the stop. Mon, I will be calling the health dept to do suprise check on the store. I also, think you better check into it because this is bad for your service plus name before there is an out break in an infectious problem or problems. Would like a responsive from you what you are going to do. Won't be good for your business if my husband or I say what happened at our visit to Burger King.

    As I approached the counter two of your employees were playing around.The girl called the guy a profanity.I gave her a look,she did say sorry,however she then stated I don't care I get off soon.
    A manager or so called manager was on duty.Nothing was said or done about this.
    Terrible,terrible customer service.I was never thanked after paying.
    So I will not patronize your establishment again.

  • The Burger King on Bolling AFB in Washington DC is pretty close to the worst managed place I've ever seen. They open about 15 minutes late everyday and they run out of food at lunch time. One of the employees is really nice, Susan I think, but day after day I can see working there wearing her down. At lunch the burgers are not cooked all the way through and it takes between 25 and 30 minutes to get through the drive through. You might ask 'why would I go there over and over to have all these bad experiences' ...well there are few placces easy to grab lunch or breakfast so you just end up going there -again- and being disappointed -again-. They need a new Manager, Hire Susan!

  • I will never eat at Burger King again. There was this old-short-ugly miserable woman working at the Hickory Hills joint named Leticia. Every time I went into the restaurant she always patronized me for being fat and heckled me for what ever I ordered. Geez, what the did I do to her? If I'm paying for it why should she care who I am and how I look? There's no reason for you to insult me like a five year old everyday. She didn't want to talk to me, she just wanted to humiliate me. You're just miserable because your 40 something years old and still working at Burger King. I could not file a complaint. A customer service number was impossible to find.

    Ordered a Whopper (Toronto). One tiny end piece of tomato and two pieces of small wilted lettuce. If you ask them to put an extra tomoto on it they charge you 30 cents. No kidding. Have it your way but you will have to pay for it, should be the new slogan. All fatties including myself should stay away from this place and teach them a lesson.

I work about one minute from the restaurant and I always eat my breakfast as soon as I arrived to work. Well when touching the wrapper it was extremly hot and I never know it to be that way when ordering in the past. So the sandwich itself was extremly hot and the cheese that was on it was melted to the point where it was no cheese. So I bit the sandwich and it was horrible,it taste as though it was old and had been heated up. Now I am not satisfied with this at all and will be returning the sandwich later on today. It really makes me not want to visit the restaurant againg after this incident. Not sure if you care but I paid my money to your company and I don’t just give a restaurant money with nothing good in return..

  • I want to know why the quality of food has gone down the toilit ? The fries are awful . The last wopper I had was served to me with not wilted lettece but rotten it smelled it was so bad . I even heard that the chicken sandwiches are being served raw . My mother now has food poisining from eating there . I feel sick soon after eating there . Whats wrong here ? The place in question is Burger King in Pricveille Alabama and the one on 6th ave Decatur Alabama . What happened to the food you used to serve it was good and tastey ? Now its just like Mcdonalds , cardboard tasting . You claim your the best well prove it to your costemers once more . One more thing get rid of that masked guy he is creepy . Why not use a real guy dressed as the King like you did in the 70's and early 80's ? That made since .

  • I went to the local BK on Memorial Day and was treated to the MANAGER coughing into her hand (not her elbow/arm) and then processing orders. She didn't take the time to sanitize her hands with the sanitizer that was hanging on the wall just a few feet from her. Then she'd scratch her head...no gloves or hairnets...If it hadn't been so busy, I'd have called her on it, then taken my money and run! As it was, the place was packed and you could hardly move. Thankfully, she was just putting the prewrapped food on our tray, and I gingerly unwrapped it for my kid. YUCKY!!!

  • Staff is not very well trained. Almost 75% of the time I'll ask for condiments and won't even get them. Sometimes I'm in a rush and drive off before checking or they have me wait in the parking lot for my order and do not bring any ketchup or other sauces.

  • Burger king sucks I went to the store on columbus blvd and they sucked the staff is ghetto and they stole my change and when I tried to report them the manger that was on duty argued with me. I am an manger myself and that is not how you deal with customers. They need supervision and better role models at that store. Just know they lost one more customer. My opinion they need a new manger in that store that knows how not to argue back with there customers.

  • Burger King in our area has a promotion of grilled ribs for $2.19 with a value meal. I have never been so mislead today, I received the grilled ribs which consisted of a bone chopped into three very small pieces. I was highly disappointed with BurgerKing. I think you will need to do better with this promotion.

  • The new BK Muffing would be wonderful if everytime I bite into the sausage I almost break a tooth because of the bone and grissle. Yuck! That is so annoying. I usually just stop by Mcdonald's instead because their Sausage does not have the bones and grissle. BK I don't mind paying a couple of cents more for you to get a better grade of meat!!! This didn't happen once either. I stopped their every morning for a bout a week and every single morning there was a bone in the sausage.

  • I went to Burger King the other day to get my kids a kids meal. I used the drive thru. When I reached the window I was treated to a conversation the workers were having. "He get your F---in hands out of my drawer" "F--k you" He then give me my kids meals and takes my money and again the same conversation takes place and I drive away. If I was with my wife I would have pulled in and went inside and had a few words. But I was not and I did not want to treat my kids to that experience. I called the number on the ticket and left them a message on my experience. Big surprise no one called me or cared about what happened. BK you lost a customer for sure.

  • I had went through the drive through at BK in Joliet (108 N Larkin) and when we got home and unpacked our meal, everything was wrong with the burgers. I had ordered a Jr Whopper and got a normal hamburger, a fish and got a chicken, an XT and got a normal whopper.

    Needless to say, I called the location and got a rude manager. She told me that she could take my name and would get a replacement on my next visit. Well, we wanted to have what we ordered and not substitute our meal. So, I drove all the way back and the counter person informed me that I got what I ordered. So, I pulled the products out and proved what I did not get what I ordered.
    I was not offered any discounts or refunds, but was given extra fries as a reward. Woopie

  • When I went to burger king on 3/30/10 at 12:30 pm for lunch it was terrible the line was long, and it was very hot out. The cashier at the window took long orders which should have been placed inside, not only that when I got to the window, she was on her phone texting. After taking my order she started texting again.When I got to the second window to pick up my order I asked for the companies 800# the manager told me the 800# was the same as the survey # which I found out notto be true. So my question is are you paying people to text on your time and mine? And managers to cover up the wrong of their associates? I have a job also and I'm held accountable for my time and my performance. (Store#9821 ) I wouldn't have contacted you if I felt the manager on that shift would do their job.

  • Bad Experience at Burger King on Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls Canada.

    We visited this establishment on March 20th at 9:30 and the filth of the store was appalling and we noticed that a large number of staff members were standing around doing nothing and no on seemed to want to clean a closed section.

    We returned to the same location at about 4:00 am on the same night and if anything the location was even dirtier and nothing had be cleaned.

    The person serving at the counter had a bad attitude and if he did not want to deal with some of the drunks then he should not be working there and taking his lack of customer out on the customer.

    I wish never to return to this store, nor would I send anyone there either.

  • Today I went to Burger King located on Ridge Pike & Dresher Rd in Audobon, PA. The manager gave a great customer service to me & my friend. Her name is Dawn. The time was around 3:30pm on 04/26/12. Eventhought it was quiet busy she made sure that our order was perfect. Someone accidently made us the wrong Whopper & she gave us the wrong wopper along with the correct ordered. Not because we got one free, but it was to customer satisfaction, ensuring everyone got what they ordered. This was the first time I went to that location and was surprised at the service that I received. Thank You & keep up the great work.

  • I am happy to report that my experience at the BK drive thru in Macomb, IL, was pleasant and positive. I ordered a Whopper Jr.; the cashier offered the options of cheese or bacon; I told him my preference; and I pulled up and paid promptly and promptly received my order. The cashier, Jeremy, was friendly. After a long difficult day I appreciated his positive attitude, and plus I got exactly what I ordered. What dismays me is the impoersonal web site for initially sharing my experience.

She such a very nice person she make you want to go back to where she works. I only eat burgers from Burger King. I well not go to any other fast food store. I think you have the best burgers in GA.   • I enter Burger King in Elberton on June 3rd I was very pleased with the customer service i received from a young lady by the name of Tamika i wrote her name down on my receipt so i could remember such a wonderful young lady. I just had to share with the company what a great job she is doing. When i entered she gave me a big smile and greeted me with joy she brighten up my day by seeing her smiling and so perky early in the morning. She took my order and told me what was what and she made sure my food was fresh and it was and very tasty. Two thumbs up for Tamika.   • Store#7584 The entrance to the drive thru was blocked by a police office who had pulled someone over. As I was unable to get very far into the parking lot, I simply parked to wait until the area was cleared. A young man, Jeremy, came out of the building to take and return my order. What a refreshing experience!

  • i have been working at burger king for about three months now and i work extremely hard 70 hrs a week 5 days a week non stop and thats 5 days if i get a day off. When i was first hired i was told i would be working part time because i am a minor and go to school but once i started it seems that didnt really matter since they take advantage of us and make us work extremely hard and not enough for minimum wage. Not to mention our impatient rude customers.They cant understand the type of work that goes in to work there and so com[plain about things you cant control like them waiting a couple of minutes because they had a huge order. MY LAST TIME WORKING AT A FAST FOOD PLACE.

  • I have been with BK for almost three yrs, I have only recieved one evaluation, and at that time minimum wage went from 7.00 to 7.25,they told me that the minimum wage raise was my raise from bk. That is from the goverment not bk. and I have not had an eval since. We have people that haven't had a raise for three yrs. It's not right!

  • I work at a BK in Wv and it has to be the WORST place ever. Not only is the managment lazy but they encourage others to follow. We have drug addicts who use our bathrooms to shoot up and bums in the parking lot. It's unsafe for the employees. Plus we have the DUMBESt coustomers I have ever saw in my life. They act as though they have never been to a BK yet they are there daily.

  • I work at Burger King Cincinnati Ohio (8525).And I been there already, 3 years. My first time working fast food expierence I thought was hard and the people I worked with were on top of there game, until I started bumping heads with our G.M. She was relativly rude at times, And she showed aggression when it was always something wrong, or dealing with a customer. My thing is, people are supposed to work together and were supposed to make customers happy, and her throwing a temper tantrum of having a attitude problem makes us look bad. And I felt a lil out of place because If I supposed to represent a place I work and a manager isn't at all performing her job to the greatest of her ability then I feel the whole team fails as a whole. Since then.She done transferd to another BK, and we have a whole new management..Our New G.M., He is a good guy and I feel that, he will do whats right to bring new atmosphere to BK and make sure that we get what we deserve. As for the 2 lower managers , the Assistant Manager he is calm and cool and will listin to anyone who has complaints or issues dealing with situations..And the LAST MANAGER He is such a DORK..He's Young got to be about 22 or 23, and he is soo immature.

  • I work at the BK in Fallon NV and I have the worst GM that they could have picked for the job. Not only do we run out of things constantly, he is biased, unfair, and many think he is a racist. He has certain people on the schedule 5 days a week near 9 hour shifts then others with only 2 and 3 days and his response is "I know you're a hard worker but ehh it happens" only the cooks are aloud full time because "they are cooks" Our BK was much better with our old GM John. Our new boss is not only a terrible boss but quite frankly he is a terrible person as well.

  • i worked at burger king in north conway new hampshire.first off let me tell you i will never work there again! the assistant manager is a pervert hitting on every woman employee. he is the laziest manager ever always passing his job onto everyone else. the store manager cant handle the stress of the job always complaining about little stuff that doesnt matter and when he gets yelled at from the district manager he takes it out on the employees,making it a very hostile work enviorment. then not to mention they rehire people that sell drugs in the store and they know about it and dont do anything about it workers showing up hungover and or drunk they get special treatment hello?!!! you have willing people to do there jobs correctly and yet they dont care.certain shift managers bust there a$$es to get the store in tip top shape yet higher up morons and complains about little stuff whats wrong with that picture??

  • i worked at the bugerking of willcox and the boss and the assistant are hostile people to work with i have never heard so much yelling and complaing. it made my days longer then anything. they act as proffessional as can be when the owner is there but then they are back to there yelling ungle people. there is no place to work here in willcox. but i will not go back there.

  • I was just reading the comments by the minor regarding not getting breaks, etc. I am 50+ and get the same treatment at a Burger King. It has gotten so bad that even customers are starting to make comments to management of what they are observing. Of course, customers have made comments in the past...and nothing has been done...it just keeps getting worse...now that younger customers are making the comments to management, maybe someone will take notice.

  • I work at Burger King currently and am a minor.

    Their are very strict laws to employers about minors, such as breaks, treatment, and certain task.

    All of these and more have been broken, They have not given me breaks before, or ended my break early which is fineable up to 11,0000.

    Other fellow employees which are equal crew members, have yelled, made rude comments about my age, and many other things (two of the other employees are his daughters).

    As I am a minor I cannot legally operate certain machinery such as cleaning the fryers, which reach 360 degrees, and my manger forced me to perform this task as well.

    Aside form all this there have been many comments about me being a minor from my manager and fellow crew members. Which is discrimination.

    My manger has also disciplined me infornt of the entire crew before as well, we had another minor once but he threatened her and she quiet.

    This is my first job, and I really want to tell a high authority person but am afraid I will get yelled at by my manager or someone else what should I do?
