I was helped by Kylie cshr#1001302 at str#6009 on 7/28/22. She was extremely helpful and had patience with me in printing photos for my older sister. She got them printed for me! Truly a top star employee with excellent customer service skills!

The employees at CVS Linton Indiana. Has some of the best customer service employees in town. I would just like to take a moment to say THANKS to your staff in Linton Indiana.

The absolute best person at CVS, day in day out, year in year out. I cannot compliment her enough. She's always so respectful and helpful, and always does her best to make sure I received what I needed from the store. Absolute gem.

I've been with CVS for many years. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The store is organized and clean even the bathrooms. The pharmacist Charlie that works there does an outstanding job . He always goes over and beyond to help me and other costumers. He's always so busy, but still has a smile on his face. He is very intelligent and compassionate.
Another pharmacy staff member I would like to recognize Josh. He is always in a great mood and he does and fantastic job.

Today 5/11/22 i was greeted by Tanya at the CVS pharmacy at 5822 Edinger ave Huntington Beach Ca. Tanya was friendly knowledgeable and helpful,what a great experience.Thank you Tanya.-Bob

Wanted to let you know about my experience at the CVS on Hwy. 96 in Warner Robins Ga. The Pharmacist Heather Yarbrough did an outstanding job helping me with a new medication. She was very patient and very informative about interaction of medication. She has a great personality for customer service!!

I was at your store on Lantana today, because I was having trouble getting an appointment for a Covid test on line . This was the third CVS I was at today. I'm elderly and I wasn't able get an appointment on line. I just needed some help. My wife and I met the most wonderful person,Marie, she explained what was doing wrong, and then proceeded to walk us through to our successful appointments. This lady is how we all would to treated.CVS is blessed to have her as a employee. Also on the way out we were helped by a young cashier. This store great employees, and you have to be proud.

Cvs Everett airport road has awsome customer service. The pharmacy team member helped me to schedule my vaccine appointment after another CVS could not provide the service for the appointment I took online. They had the needed doses so I was injected. Everyone has been helpful and communicating essential recommendations.
In these stressful times, I would love this team to receive some appreciation from management. Since the quality of service has convince me to change my pharmacy to come see them. They are the kind of people who makes the success of a business.

I called CVS in Madison, ms. Keisha answered the call. I asked about Boost and she so politely said that she would run back and look for my product. She was so sweet during the call. A lot people would have told me to talk to the pharmacy. I appreciated her kindness so much. I thought you should know how well she works with customers. Please give her a pat on the back. Wevisited the boaigue ny location to secure a covid shot for my wife as she was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. She already had the covid shots but needed the third shot for compromised immune system. We visited the location of the first two shots to secure the third following a diagnosis of brain cancer. The employees immediately set us up for the shot in a nearby cvs in wellwood Ave lindenhurdt ny. All went well. These employees should be commended for working together to help us get the shot.

Store was busy but he was very efficient and expedited all customers quickly and pleasantly. He reminded me of my super coupons and wished me a "good day". Scott is indeed an exemplary employee. I called the pharmacy on Reno rd Newbury park to refill a prescription for my brother in law. I didn't have the prescription number, but the Pharmacy member went out of their way to help me. When they didn't have the product on the shelf they checked stock in the area and arranged for me to get it filled at a convenient location. This person went way beyond and she didn't have to. I have noticed the team at this particular CVS are always kind and considerate to the customers. I wish I lived closer so I could use it for my prescriptions! Thanks for the great service!

I just received my second Covid vaccination at the CVS/Target in West Des Moines. It was well organized and professional - thank you so much

Pandemic-face masks-rude customers whining about said masks. Could get ugly. But here's Amanda manning the checkout counter and you know she's smiling behind her mask. Not only pleasant and friendly, but she took the time to school me on what new products they had and (I was the only one in line) showed me where they are kept.
She, and so many others are working the front end of retail wearing a face mask all day long. Ugh. No complaints just cheery customer service

I had an excellent customer service experience with the location on Greenway in Litchfield Road. The young ladies working are Professional, extremely personable and very helpful, The website does say that they offer a " money back guarantee ", and I was given a card with store credit immediately no questions asked. My receipt was past 60 days, but they were beauty products. The return was done no questions asked. It was super fast and they were super super friendly. I just felt it necessary to post positive feedback.

I had the best customer service experience today , Donald at the CVS in Aston PA was the best. He helped me with a picture cube I was trying to do. He was very helpful and very nice.

I'm new as customer at CVS, new to this city Fort Collins. And new handling all my mom's meds.
Ellie and April at Fort Collins CVS in Target on Troutman Rd have been tremendous in helping me navigate thru multiple Rx transfers, understanding labels, even recommending a discount option when mom was dropped off her insurance for a month. They are helpful in-store and on the phone. April & Ellie demonstrate helpfulness every time. Other aspects of establishing health care for mom in her new city have been a hassle.

But Ellie and April at CVS are hassle-free. Thanks :)
