  • Cellcom will shut your phone off after"your bill is 60 days past due",the problem arrives if you try to pay every 59 days. after 31 days all billed amounts are deemed 60 days past due.In Wisconsin I'm allowed 30 days to pay my current bill.
    Second: for about $6.00 a month you can buy unlimited incoming calls. They don't tell you that some incoming calls are choked and only show up as missed calls, sometimes hours later.

  • Cellcom have provided TERRIBLE service, and I am very sorry that I signed up with them.

    Their representatives offered me up for a "new" pricing deal, without telling me that it was subject to another 18 month contract. When I tried to cancel this "new" deal, it was very difficult to contact cellcom (5hrs on the phone), and still they did not resolve the issue adequately.

    I am very disappointed, and I urge you DO NOT SIGN UP WITH CELLCOM
