I have had a big change in Cellcom over the last few years. Lately they have placed policies in place that do not benefit the customer. I'm a long term customer and would think loyalty would mean something to Cellcom.....it doesn't mean anything, in fact I feel their unwillingness to work to resolve issues is a big change for them. My coverage is terrible on my line but my wife has no issues. Why is that? The answer from Cellcom was simple. Send the phone to the manufacturer......I bought this phone from Cellcom not the manufacturer so my thought is Cellcom sold me junk and they should fix it or send it in...you are after all supposedly should support your products you sell.....or so I thought. DO NOT USE CELLCOM
