I went to the spectrum store today 3/15/23.I didn't get the girls name that tried to help me.I explained that I couldn't get the Internet to work on my phone,She took my phone looked at it less than one minute handed it back told me the sim card was bad. She sent me to another guy to get him to order new SIM card.I asked him if he knew how to work on the phone.He said no but she was going to help him.I told him she didn't know what she was doing clearly I tried to explain phone worked on calls and wifi.They ordered a sim card and said if that don't fix it I will have to send it to Motorola for a new one.Left the office annoyed.Came home called spectrum mobile tech support.The lady I spoke with had me open the settings went to network and. Internet pushed one button.BAM fixed!!!please train your employees or simply tell them to keep their mouth shut when they don't know what they are talking about
