They are going to go out of business for terrible customer service.People want great deals yes...but customer service is important too.What a useless department!!!I hate this company Anonymous 8/17/10 8:05AM

they are so frusterating!... i left my lap top off to fix it 3 months ago and i still havent got it back...and to top it off they threw all my stuff from my lap top away my wifi connection and a cd to clean the lap-top and now they dont want to return anything or be responsible for what they lost

Frustrating! There is no way to contact Circuit City. I cannot find a receipt but think I may have been incorrectly charged because as the sales person was ringing me up and I thought I heard $1400 or $400 but as she was talking I happened to see my GPS on the counter that was brought up from the back for me and proceeded to buy it. I have tried several times to contact them but although they the phone goes through to customer service, sales, support, noone ever answers. I am going to try and get back down there this week and hopefully there will be a manager who can help me.

They should rename it "no customer service". That would be more to the truth. They lied to me and sold me a discontinued product at list price and now won't step up to the plate and fix it. It's no wonder they are closing their stores.

Customer service department is useless. I was hung up on 3 times. Will never purchass another thing from Circuit City and will tell all my friends not to deal with this company as well.
