Cuisinart's "Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill" coffee bean grinder is loud and very loud. The customer service is non-existent even though their website says "Cuisinart Cares". OXO Conical Burr Coffee Grinder is so much better.

Recently bought Airfryer Toaster Oven (CTOA-122). Love all the features, but I'm terribly disappointed with the baking pan. After only three months, the pan is discolored, rusty-looking, and difficult to get clean (even with steel wool scouring). Not the quality
I've come to expect from a Cuisinart product. Is a replacement available? Thanks you.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. My 2 previous air fryers over a 5 year period were eventually replaced under warranty. Had to dispose of them due to the same dial issue.. Replaced and bought a brand new one, which is still under warranty. Lo and behold the same problem. After 3 weeks of not even being able to get some one to reply to my email , and several phone calls later, the very unhelpful rude customer service person tells me this new air fryer is not guarantee because I had returned and had replacements for the other two. NEVER EVER will I buy from them again.

I needed assistance with my Cuisinart SS-10 Series. The representative was impatient, disinterested and unwilling to engage in a proper conversation to resolve the issue. Unable to communicate professionally, she terminated the call without notice. This representation makes me evaluate and consider other products.

My husband absolutely LOVED this coffee maker.
I have purchased this coffee maker TWO times. First one I didn't realize to check warranty after it started leaking, so I bought another.
The second coffee maker started leaking after approx 2 1/2 yrs (has a 3 yr factory warranty) from when we bought it. I contacted Cuisinart to replace due to leaking in two places. They told me I had to CUT the cord off of a WORKING coffee maker (working but leaking) and email pictures to them of CUT cord and the coffee maker, and wait 7-10 business days for another to be mailed to me. This is NOT okay. That means we're out of a coffee maker for at least a week to wait for the new one. I WILL NEVER purchase one of these EVER again. This is the absolute worse exchange policy I've ever experienced. I asked them if I could mail back to them the leaking unit once I received the new one, and they said "unfortunately no". INEXCUSABLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be shopping for another coffee maker and never buying Cuisinart again!!!!! Do not buy from this company, specifically this model! (Model # DCC-3000P1 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker)

Warning... don't ever make a mistake with your order. They do not help with return shipping fee. It cost over $20.00 to return a coffee pot mistakenly ordered.

I spoke to a cuisinart customer service rep for canada, this woman should not be in Customer Relation, she was so rude even her tone was rude. This company needs to put someone who has etiquette and is respectful to their customers.i am now considering to buy Breville Toaster Oven.

A: Received the SS-15 a about 2 years ago as a gift. The plate is so rusty now that I am afraid to use it; in fact, I don't think we have used it in over a year.
I contacted Cuisinart and they offered a 20 percent discount on a new unit if I buy from them.
My issue, after reading all the negative comments at Amazon, why would I want to but another one if it is just going to rust out?

P.O.S. This piece of pile shouldn't even be called an appliance

Hi - I'm writing to share my deep disappointment in your Airfryer - I bought one in 2019 and the timer didn't work from the start. That lasted 2 years. In the meantime I bough one for my daughter and I replaced the one that broke in 2021. It's been 18 months and now that one is not working either and my daughter's is having the same issue. The air fryer button stopped working first, then the convection bake button and now the bake setting. I chose cuisinart because it's a brand I trusted but I'm beyond disappointed that this is happening again.

Cuisinart you S*CK, Im done with your product making food look like sh*t. Tired of prepping food and wasting it on your shi??y pans. How many times do you have to season a pan before you can cook with it and not have something stick to your garbage product..... Thank for wasting my money a$$ho/es

We are very disappointed. We purchased a cuisinart coffeemaker model dcc-3400 and the button on top of the lid completely detached at the second use. Upon cali g customer service, a person named Kimberly offered absolutely NO help other than telling me to cut the cord and send a picture for a "possible" (not guaranteed) replacement, which would leave us with NO coffeemaker. This is completely unacceptable for a new appliance that we bought with the confidence that the company would stand behind its defective product. We are very disappointed.

Two months ago I purchased a. model cpt 640 toaster. Without a doubt this is by far the worst appliance I have ever bought.2 weeks after I got it most of the time the toast would not stay down when I finally got it to the toast would pop up not done

Shame on you for selling such.a.inferior product.

I am very frustrated. My brand new Cuisinart Coffee Center is leaking from the bottom when I use the individual (k-cup) feature. Cuisinart Customer Service offered to replace it in 10 business days if I cut the power cord and then email them a photo. I don't have a backup coffee maker so I would have to go 2 weeks without a coffee maker unless I buy a replacement first. It seems like there should be another way to handle this but when I expressed my concerns with customer service I received a reply stating that this was my only option to receive a replacement.

We have had several Cuisinart DCC-1200 coffee makers over the years as they make great coffee and are a reliable machine. We purchased our most recent machine a few months ago and it has been a great machine with the exception that the calibration numbers on the side of the carafe have worn off. We have never had this problem with our other carafes and so I called Cusinart. I was told by their represenative that this was not a manufacturing issue on the part of Cuisinart, but that it was a problem with dish detergents changing their ingredients due to Covid. Really??? The Covid card. We have been using the same dish detergent for years and we find this excuse unbelievable. We will think twice before ever purchasding another Cuisinart Product.

I'm madder than hell! After spending many hours researching air fryer oven combo appliances I decided to purchase the Cuisinart T08-70 at Best buy today for $229. I'm 77 years old and live by myself and it's hard for me to lug heavy stuff around so I wanted to make sure I had checked all the features and specs of this air fryer to avoid having to return it. I nearly broke my back bringing it from my car into my condo; I unpacked it and when I went to plug it in it turns out their plug only has two prongs instead of the customary three and it won't go into the outlet. All the outlets in my condo take three prongs as two prongs were outlawed in new installations years ago for safety reason (or so I thought). I remodeled my place 15 years ago and it was MANDATORY to only HAVE TRHREE PRONGED OUTLETS.

Shouldn't this oddity have been listed in the Cuisinart specs for this product that so carefully I scrutinized on line? NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I PURCHASE A CUISINART PRODUCT!

I am trying to get a new coffee maker shipped out since the one I bought in November is leaking The rep said I had to cut the cord send a picture before a new one will be sent. In seven to 10 days. I use my coffee maker several times a day this will not work and why was this not stated in the warranty. This coffee maker is going to cost me money

Customer service sucks. I've been trying to get a hold of them on the phone line for the number they give you and I've been on hold for 45 minutes. I'm trying to or get a part that was not sent with my product I ordered

Posted by iratecustomer

Awful customer service. I've been on hold for an hour now. No representative has picked up the phone. Don't buy from this horrible company.

Dcc1200 where is the water window. Can hardly read the clock. How long is the lid on the carfe going to stay on. Very poor

Purchased a $200 ss15 coffee maker that is leaking and clean light never shuts off within the warranty period. They want me to cut the cord off the coffee maker, send them a picture before they will replace defective coffee maker. This is ridiculous and is horrible customer service and product warranty. I'll have to purchase another coffee pot and wait 20 days for them to process the return and send me another coffee maker. So disappointed!

Expected to cut off electrical cord take picture and send in to company before placement will be issued absolutely ridiculous

Thank you for your prompt acknowledgement of my feedback re glass fogging over after boiling my new kettle. However, can't thank you for your response, as I never received one!!

Theses are made of stainless steel, NOT SUPPOSE TO Rust. But or 5.5 qt pan has dozens of rust hole on bottom. Also the lip is cracking around the top. JUNK. Call, told no warranty. JUNK

Cuisinart FPC100C

For the past year we had this food processor it was one issue after another. When we reach out to customer service, it takes a long time to get a solution offered.
Every time we try using it to cook a soup or for a risotto for example, after approx 20 minutes the blade stop turning and an error code appear on the screen.
The cause of this issue was suppose to be the base.
We received a new base after I don't remember how many weeks...
It fixed the issue the first time we used it and then the same problem happened.
So then we reach out to customer service. They said that the cause was not the base but the bowl.
We used it 2-3 times. It was fine and then again, the same issue.
I simply want to stop wasting my time with cuisinart food processor and be reimbursed.
For the cost of that product, I was only able to use it less than 10 times.

If you want a food processor, you are better off to find another model.

Had a leak issue with my 2 in 1 coffee maker. Called the support line and talked for 5 minutes and they decided to send me a new coffee maker without me even suggesting it. Received it the mail a little later and no issues. Best customer support resolution I could have asked for.

Customer service experience was absolutely amazing! After several cleanings, they K cup side of the Cuisinart coffee Center, SS 15 series was still having challenges brewing a cup of coffee. I called they sent a replacement. I cut the cord and send a picture. The total time to replace the machine was less than five business days. Thank you.

We recently broke my friend's new Cuisinarte glass saucepan lid from a new set that her son had bought her for her birthday. We felt awful, and emailed Cuisinart customer service to see what could be done, if anything. Even though the set was not under any warranty they replaced the lid for us. I'd give them a 4 out of 5.

I sent email telling them problem with my wine opener a few days later I received a email asking me some questions. I answered 4ight away. 2 days later I was told a new one was on the way.

I owned and loved a cuisinart on demand coffee maker for many many years. It is a model Doc 2000. It stopped turning on a few days ag! I went to your web site to see if it could be repaired and told it was no longer repairable, and I was offered a 20% discount on a dcc 3000, which I ordered. It came yesterday. I unpackaged it and followed the instructions to prepare it for use. All went well until I went to plug it in. The cord it came with is 5 inches and won't reach a standard counter outlet which is about 9 inches above the counter! What surprised me was that you did that on purpose! For my convinience! I now have to find an extension cord to reach the additional 3 inches to reach the standard outlet. Your lame reason for the short cord doesn't make any sense at all! If this was a cost cutting action to keep your prices lower, it is I'll advised. You're just pissing off your customers! If I ever buy another coffee maker it won't be a cuisinart no matter how well it works!!!

Bravo, Bravo
Best packaged item I ever purchased. Instructions were excellent. Assembly was very easy. Very sturdy product. Thank you Cuisinart.

My two year old cuisinart food processor stopped working. Others I've had have worked for decades. Cuisinart sent me a label for free shipping, I shipped the item and within a few weeks they sent it back to me, repaired. Very satisfied!

I just received a Cuisinart ice cream maker as a gift. Thank you, thank you for using recycled compressed paper/cardboard as your inner packing material!! This can be easily recycled in our municipal yard waste as it easily breaks down and becomes part of the compost I will by for my yard next spring. This makes a real difference and I don't have the guilt of throwing away non-recyclable packaging. Kudos and keep it up.

WOW.!!!!!
Could not have been better resolving issue of fry pan delamination. Cuisinart is sending a replacement. NO hassle, just great empathetic customer service.

Love, love, love, all of their products. For the first time ever I called them yesterday for help locating a replacement lid that I dropped and broke. The rep was very kind, professional and efficient. Thank you Cuisinart. I've used your products for many, many years and have never been disappointed with the quality of and performance of any of them.

I had my cuisinart CMW-200 for almost a year when it stopped working. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a return shipping label. After a few weeks, a brand new CMW-200 was delivered to my door. The service was beyond my expectations. There was no hassle and only an acceptable delay before warranty was honored. Wonderful service.

I have an 9-10 yr old Cuisinart Grind and Brew thermal automatic coffeemaker, Model DGB-650, serial # 01006C. I makes wonderful coffee. I clean it with vinegar water every week as directed. After yrs of service, it stated to toss the gounds of coffee all inside the machine. after talking with customer service, I suggested that my old machine might need new grinder and lid parts. Shonta, Cuisinart agent for customer service, said she would send me complimentary new parts. The parts arrived within 5 days rather than the 10-14 days as advised and my machine is working as before.Shonta was very polite and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with customer service.Give it 10 stars!

We recently purchased the Cuisinart Soda Maker. As we enjoy drinking bubbly water, we were excited to be able to produce our own. However, it is impossible to find the CO2 cartridges locally. By the time we mail the empty to Cuisinart in N.J. for $9.95 and exchange our empty for a filled co2 cartridge for $16.95, we have spent almost $27.00 for the 14oz cartridge. It remains to be seen how many 2 liter bottles we can produce vs. paying $1.00 for a 2 liter bottle in the grocery store. Almost all of my small appliances are Cuisinart products but I am very disappointed in the lack of support for the soda maker. Cuisinart should decide to support it or buy it back.

I bought a Cuisinart in 1976 or 1977 at The Greenhouse in Bellingham, WA. It still works perfectly now as the day I first brought it home. It had a 30 year guarantee. But a product, (that was expensive at the time) about $300, is well worth it if it lasts 36 or 37 years. I have had to replace absolutely nothing on it. I bought all the blades that were available. I am a gourmet cook and use it frequently. I'm absolutely amazed. So are my kids who are now 40 and 46. They comment on its long life every time they come home. I see all the negative comments here and maybe I'm not on the correct website to give kudos to your product. It absolutely the best thing I ever bought for my home. I more than got my moneys worth on this product. I took a photo of it today turning cookies into crumbs but didn't know how to get it on this site. Thanks for a great product.

the first time i contacted customer service it was very pleasant and they sent me the item (mixingbowl for food processor) fast, unfortunately i was only able to use it only once because the same problem occurred while i wanted to use it, the piece that broke off of the bowl to start the motor broke off of the second bowl, and i am not a happy customer about this...defective bowls???

I got excellent service from Cuisinart. Exceeded my expectations in many ways

Excellent customer service, poor product (ceramic knife) that broke upon first use.
Requiring a substantial fee to send a replacement is, I believe, against the law (Magnuson Moss Warranty Act) and should be stopped.
CS contract organization did promise to replace my broken knife without charge. Hope it happens.

Excellent customer service, had my issue figured out in 5 min, thanks!

So far, so good. Replacing EM-200 w/o proof of purchase!

Posted by Anonymous

Customer service is great. As for the product...less than great. For the second time in less than a year, a plastic part in my otherwise stainless steel can opener has broken. Customer service is sending the part, free of charge...but that doesn't change the fact that, counting last time and this time, I won't have a can opener for several weeks. This can opener cost around $50; I bought it because I thought the name Cuisinart was synonymous with "good product." (The last one I had was a Sunbeam under-the-cabinet which cost $10 and lasted 25 years.) Why would this company stick a crummy plastic part in the most highly stressed part of a stainless steel can opener???

Coffee maker went up in smoke, called customer service immediately. Very nice and sending replacement with no cost and not many questions!

I have the Keurig Cuisinart coffee maker and I have been fighting with it for about a year....it takes no less then 20 minutes to make a small cup off coffee....I did everything....de-scaled weekly, used a paper clip daily...and no luck...I finally broke down and called the help line....Jamie was so helpful...new maker on the way within 10 minutes...I should have called about a year ago....
