DELPHI Customer Service

Very very rude customer service I ordered a fuel filter for my truck that crap out I called Delphi / Amazon who I ordered it from Amazon told me to contact Delphi and when I did they told me there's nothing they can do to help me I have to go through Amazon to get my warranty however Amazon is saying no I have to go through Delphi themselves as they were the person who sold the product never will I buy another part from Delphi

Very rude representative. Didn't have any solutions to go about my problem and seemed eager to drop my call. This is not great customer service.

I just received a frit maker that I ordered from Delphi but there were no instructions in the box and I don't know what the magnet is for. Is there a way I can download instructions from your site?

I called, the recording says they no longer support Delphi 200 Navigation GPS system, they discontinued this item in 2007

i have a " Delphi 8" Overhead with DVD Player" And with some dvd's giving me a"Regional codes not read" errors.. Please be so kind and send me the steps to overcome this error and not a tellephone number without a international dailing code please because i live in South Africa and 1.2234099ds. doesnt make any sence!
