I recently ordered checks from a company who used DHL. I tracked my package because I used my PO Box for shipping address. DHL said they delivered but they did not. This is going on for weeks and you cannot talk to a person who will handle your complaint. I will never use them myself again, and I will go to every site. I can to tell how these people do not care about customer service. Who knows if the driver is writing checks on my account. Don't use DHL it's highway robbery!

A DHL delivery man failed to leave a package shipped to me from Australia, even though I had visited DHL's regional office to request that the package be left at my front door arrival. A neighbor saw the DHL man take the package back when I was not at home, and since I do not have a tracking number, they will not bring it back for delivery. I have not had this problem with FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service. Shabby.

DHL sent notice that delivery was made to my office with MY signature! No such delivery was made and they insist that it was delivered! There were many witnesses in office and patient to verity no delivery man came into the office! Let alone me signing for it! The driver did call and asked me to call him but left no number????? The driver lied about the delivery and getting my signature. The proof of delivery has no evidence of such NOphoto! NO proof of signature, No proof of address delivery too! There is no number to contact anyone in person to help with the situation, it is absolutely horrendous service! Thieves and liars!

DHL is the worst shipping courier to ever exist, they handle business and treat customers like garbage plus the customer service agents are extremely rude even yelling and hanging up the phone on frustrated customers. An international shipment was sent to me in the U.S on November 7th 2023, I tracked the package and it got to Atlanta on November 10th, 2023, No further movement since then, I researched and made several complaints why my package wasn't moving until an escalation was put in and a text message was send on Friday November 17th that a duty had to be paid which i wasn't earlier aware of. I made that payment the same day and package still not delivered. I waited over the weekend still nothing, and I have called several times since Monday November 20th and a supervisor assured me that my package has since been released by customs and I should receive yesterday. This Tuesday November 21st and yet still no package. I have had sleepless nights for 3 weeks now tracking a package and this is a very shameful behavior of DHL and they should be ashamed of themselves and bad reputation all over the internet. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE??

Worst experience from DHL.

From August 2023, Till now (Nov 2023) a parcel, which was supposed to be in India from Sweden is either not delivered or returned.

Wrote tons of mails and abided to all instruction from DHL.

Yet, they are not ready to either deliver the parcel to mentioned address, redirect to another address or return a parcel.

Last line of each mail from DHL includes,

Please revert for any further clarification we would be more than happy to assist you.

But none are ready to help inspite of multiple mails and effort from customer.

Really worst service.
I donot recommend this service to anyone globally.

This is my first time have a lost package with DHL and the customer service is horrible. My package shown arrived in Jacksonville, FL on 8/3/23 and I reach out on 8/15/23 to find out why it has been over a 10 days period and the tracking still show in Jacksonville location. What kind of a logistic system that the package does not show a finished delivery yet no one responsible to reach out to the recipient to find out. After I reached out, the person handle my case is Samantha and her extension is x53127. She texted me the first time on 8/16/23 with her extension to call back. I tried to call her back several times and every time Robert at extension x54308 picked up. For the next 3 days, Robert kept promising me that the team is tracking and let me know the progress and unless I called no one reach out to me.

I tried to call Samantha again no luck after the 5th times with her extension and all I get from Robert's excuses for her is she is too busy to pick up my call. I asked Robert to connect me with her supervisor. Monica, the supervisor called me while I was at work and left me a text to call her back at 8002255345 with no extension number. I tried to called back and not one know her name and there was no last name either. I called the other service number 877-297-6031 but no one know either. What kind of an organization is this? From the top to the bottom, no one taking any accountability whatsoever. Today, Samantha finally messaged me Not call by the way to tell me that the package cannot be found and that she will close the file. She tell me to reach out to the shipper for further assistance. If she was my employee, today would have been her last day. The only reason why a business is still in existence is for the customer. Over 250,000 employees at DHL would have to seek employment else where and here you have a customer service that doesn't care about the customer concern for their package.

I can see this is going on with USPS because it's a US government based where the employee and the manager doesn't really care. But this is publicly trade company like UPS and FedEx. You should be more responsible and has better accountability. I checked the Better Business Bureau and it's sad to see that DHL only have 1 star with over 800+ complaints. I guess why I'm not surprise.

ZERO Stars. I paid an extra $50 to have it delivered in 3 days before daughter left. HA! She's come and gone and parts came 2 days later. (Slower than if I used standard shipping.)
Delivery driver said "None of the drivers like coming out here" (40 minutes from downtown Houston) How unprofessional can you get! DO YOUR JOB!

Drivers will steal your package and claim they delivered it. I have a Ring Camera and have proof they didnt deliver the package. Dont use these guys. Dishonest.

After recieving a slovenly phone call from a driver pretending to be the customer service department at 19.45 on the due day of delivery mumbling something about staff shortages , I was promised delivery the following day. At 1800 that day I called customer services who informed me my package was at a different depot, but would be delivered the next day which was a Saturday. It took 3 attenpts to make this call, at a cost of twenty pounds including phone charges. Indeed one effort involved enduring the call handler whining about how he had been taking these calls since 9am. Needless to say the package never arrived on the Saturday either. I can only assume that the business model employed by the company is to be as indolent as possible with deliveries and to rack up the cash from exhorbitant phone charges when disgruntled non recipients phone to complain. For anyone looking for a speedier more reliable service I suggest a geriatric on a tricycle

My son had send parcel on Apr6. We are on May8 and I didn't get it. The problem is we can't talk to a human being customer service. To check what is going on. Very bad service and they are not cheap in prices. I don't think you have a good business. Very bad

DHL is the worst delivery company. It's the scum on the bottom of the trash can. They leave you're package in one destination during travel to meet the dates. Then lie on the phone to you as trying to make you not see it in tracking. As what you see! Horrible, disquieting, lying company.

If I could give DHL a ZERO I would... I have been waiting over three weeks for a package, which I spent a lot of money on... After messaging DHL the only response was "A specialist has been assigned to deliver your package. You will be contacted by SMS within the next two hours." After that, someone sent me a message saying "Have contacted the operations to deliver ASAP and currently awaiting reply". That was two days ago, now my package is on "HOLD" ??????????? WTAF is wrong with this company??? I'm about ready to contact the company I purchased from and ask for a full refund.... :( So disappointing.

If you are ever given the choice of delivery between DHL and a mule with a broken leg... Choose the mule!

absolute trash company. Wont even attempt to deliver, wont call, wont help further, dont care. I will never use them again and I'm now seeing that many are complaining about the same things. I'm surprised DHL is still in business!

Delivery service with DHL is substandard and downright embarrassing. I took the day off work to ensure I was at home to receive my package. As I waited patiently between the estimated time frame for my delivery, I received a text message stating that no one was at home to accept the delivery. When I played back the cameras in the front of my house, there is no indication of a DHL driver attempting a delivery. Further, there was no delivery tag on my door indicating there was a delivery attempt. It is deplorable that DHL continues to hire drivers who are lazy and contempt in their role. @DHL, shame on you for failing to elevate the customer experience time and time again.

Claim they attempted delivery multiple times but I was home and saw them drive by. My package is often just left, and I am not notified as requested in my delivery instructions. Poor customer service and some drivers not even stopping at he correct address.

Supposed to have my package pick up from 9:30-12pm as I booked the time online with the confirmation by email. I didn't even dare to go to the back of my home during that hours, but driver didn't show up & lie to claim on systems no one was home. What's a lazy driver. I called help center and the lady told me on her systems that the time to pickup from 9qm to 4pm. What the hell wrong with DHL systems? Lazy ass and fraud systems cause me travel to drop off after spending the whole day at home.

I have a had a parcel sent from United Kingdom to Zimbabwe. It arrived in Zimbabwe on the 14 of November but have not yet received it. They only action after making calls and their airport department is very rude. It has been the worst experience I have faced and will not use them again.

DHL is the absolute worst delivery service I've ever had to deal with. They either do not deliver to my house and text me to come pick up my parcel days after expected delivery date. Or they update my tracking status to sorry we missed you when I deliberately wait at home for the delivery and no one is seen on my drive way camera attempting to deliver a package. So frustrating, I would never recommend DHL.

Whilst driving along the M54 towards Telford this morning 11/3/16 approx 08.20, A DHL van joined the motorway(LN65 LHA).
The driver showed excellent judgement and caution, then displayed courtesy to other drivers.
As a professional driver myself, I would like to point out positive behaviour on the roads.

I buy items from overseas and I always use DHL they get items from Hong Kong to my door in two days they are by far the fastest shippers they don’t let items sit in there warehouse they go from the plain to the delivery truck love to use them I wish I had the option to use them when I order stuff on line in the country.

1) I spoke to your customer service officer named Adrian. He was very helpful and proactive. I just want you to know that he is a valuable asset in your company and he needs a raise. Please let everyone know how helpful he has been. More power to your team!

2) I would like to commend your employee, Adrian for providing such good customer service. I have called your line to ask for a courier service in Singapore, but apparently DHL isnt the right company to call. He responded to me very politely and gave me an alternative number to call and explained why DHL is unable to provide such service. I find this very praise worthy as not all customer service staff i talked to provided alternative options to me especially if that option is not a part of their business. I would appreciate it if you could include this commendation email on his evaluation files. Please train more cs staff like him as he has displayed the qualities of a good CS officer.

3) I would like to commend on a Customer Service Office Mr Adrian who answered my call on 8th Feb 9.40pm and assisted me in all areas of queries on my package. I was making the call from Malaysia and the reception was really breaking but he tried and pick up all the words and even have the ability to reconfirm my email address as it was different from the company name.
He is the best customer officer I have ever encounter all these year. Kindly forward this email to his boss or the relevant department.

4) Team,

I would like to share that Adrian has earned himself yet another compliment this year!... This would make his tally to 5 this year.

The customer is most impressed at the way he handled her service call. The words fantastic was used to describe her experience when Adrian was attending to her shipment, and after knowing that Adrian is part of the team that I manage, she quickly wants me to ensure that he is complimented for the great service that was rendered. Customer said that Adrian was very clear and handled her call really well. The experience made her feel safe that her shipment was in good hands and has boosted confidence in DHL.

However, today’s experience took an opposite turn to that.

I am very thankful for the great experience that Adrian has given customer, as it has greatly buffered the negative experience that customer is currently facing with the same parcel. (This was an escalation that I handled this evening). . If you were to read the trace, you will agree that it has very serious repercussions. I have to admit that it if weren’t for the very positive experience that Adrian has rendered to the customer the day before, the escalation this evening would have taken a very different turn

Team, this scenario is a very classic example that if we consistently hold high service standards with our customer, they can be a little more forgiving when things go wrong. Adrian’s excellent service to the customer, has allowed me to handle the escalation better.

5) Dear Sir,

I would like to commend Mr Adrian Soh on his helpful and polite service rendered regarding a shipment to London. He provided very clear and concise information, and was impeccably polite in his instructions and queries. He also highlighted the limitations of the UK customs and advised me wisely against shipping food to the UK to avoid inconvenience.

I hope that other customer service personnel strive to be as thorough and helpful as Mr Soh, as he has reaffirmed my decision in using DHL as a courier.

I just ordered a part from china. It was shipped from Hong Kong on 2-15-13. I have it in my hands on 2-18-13 at 1:00 pm. I think DHL service is the best.

I'm a DHL Express staff myself but from South East Asia, in Singapore. This is a good company to grow in and welfare is world class as well.

One thing about being in Customer Service is to be able manage expectation, of all types. You can't judge and expect the customer on the line to be thinking like you do, and make them follow your processes. Unless a totally ridiculous request, a customer is always right and they can be very rude with you.

I wont come online to complain about the company i worked for whether it's current or even after i left the place. If you do so and even give the names of your immediate superior then people will question your integrity.

Talk and discuss within the management itself, may leave if out of choice but don't hurt the company or the people still working in it.

I can't vouch for other location but in Asia, DHL is the best. Start and expand any company in Asia because people are positive and hardworking, try calling any DHL rep. today and see for yourself how patient they can be, am proud to be their team.

I personally worked for DHL at 18 parkshore drive in brampton. That is where the call centre is located for DHL Canada, during peak season the managers : Ariel, Asif, and a few others that I should not mention......told us to LIE TO CUSTOMERS and tell them the systems are down! Only because they are afraid the GOS ( grade of service ) will fall under 90%, also they did these call back sheets where customers would be called back within "4 hours" which was another lie aswell. There is very poor communication with the whole company, we were advised to lie to customers and tell them that the drivers do not carry cell phones, so they are not entitled to call upon pickups/ deliverys. There are many lies DHL tells customers and do not blame the CSA reps like myself, it is the managers who tell us what to say. They do a great job in training, but they stop there. "Coaching sessions" were ran by uneducated people. More than half the staff there have no education what so ever, one of the main job qualifications is someone who is not in school, they clearly rather have Agency workers who cant spell the word " deliver", and spell it " delivar".....They do things like "quality" where 2 brown girls look for your worse calls and try to tell you how to do better. The quality girls especially FATIMA are very biased. I worked there for half a year now, and it is a very very very poorly run operation. Email : [email protected] for any customer complaints. Also half the staff is overweight, very low employee moral, every1 is miserable and talk about how they have no money. There are a few really good people in the building there, Abdi Mohamed and Sherry Philips are great workers/ supervisors. Im giving my honest opinion from some1 who has worked in the call centre for a litle while. No bias what so ever. IF you are looking for a honest courier company, DHL IS NOT THE 1. They also do alot of focus on "empathy" with customers by saying I understand, I can relate to that, which is ALL BS, because if DHL really understood...they would go out of their way to make sure packages are picked up and dropped off timely with call backs to notify customers, instead of saying sign up for text mssg notifications/ online tracking system that tells you peanuts! "your package is in the ontario service AREA" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TO SOME1 who is in dryden, ontario??? Very small issues that can easily be corrected, but management is very poor at times, and the "floor walkers/ team leaders" really do not want to take escalation calls, as whenever some1 escalates a call, we are to tell them " a supervisor will call you back in an hour with regards to your complaint, because they are not available" which is complete BS as the supervisors are either eating lunch, watching aircraft videos, talking in one corner.....when there are 5 CSA REPS( customer service agents) with their hands up looking for assistance.
Thanks DHL for your time, and next time use better criteria when picking your employees because you dont know what just hit you.

DHL is the worst company and working for DHL is a joke. Their management team in the USA is deplorable!

The USA Customer Service call center in Tempe, AZ is all about stalling and hope the package shows up some where close to the right location.

Save your time and money and use Fed Ex or UPS ... even the USPS is better than the down sliding DHL service.

AS A DHL EMPLOYEE who has been told North America cant seem to make a profit i ask, how much did it cost to send all the employees a GOLD ACHIEVEMENT award for not getting hurt on the job? how much did it cost to give out soccer jersey's that only fit 25% of the employees? and i sure would like some more soccer balls for my kids, or maybe some jellybeans. RIDICULES! IN STEAD THEY CUT EMPLOYEES
