After purchasing the dehumidifier, reading instructions, watching online videos, we have been unable to make the product collect water. This product is not easy to use. After waiting on hold for over an hour, one of the first comments from the phone rep was whether or not still under warranty, and I just wanted help making product work. I am supposed to wait another 34 hours for an e-mail response. Working full-time and already exhausting reading manuals, it is not practical to troubleshoot via email. I will know better than to buy another Danny product.
