We spent the night at the Days Inn in Manning,SC on January 5,2023.
We have never had such a bad experience.
The bathroom floor had broken tiles sticking up and was very uneven.
There was no tv remote in the room, went to office three times and none of the ones they gave us worked, couldn't even get the tv to come on.
The furniture was in bad shape and very outdated.
The room smelled musty, but the bed at least was clean and semi comfortable.
We spoke to the manager and didn't seem real concerned.
The security latch was broken off.
If it hadn't been as late as it was, we certainly would have tried to stay somewhere else.
After checking the reviews after we checked out this morning, I guess I better check them before checking into another one of your facilities.
We weren't even asked if we wanted to move to another room,they had lots of empty rooms.

I recently stayed at Days Inn Charleston.In all my travels around the world for forty years I have never been awaken at nine am to the sound of a loud leaf blower outside my window.When I called the office to complain this was a regular occurance at 9am on Mondays and Fridays.We were in the room for a Childs recovery fro brain and spinal surgury with world wide specialist at univercity hospital of South Carolina.I find this to be a very bad business practice and personally would likea refund,an apology from the CEO and an assurance that this practice will be stopped.Otherwise I will publicize this with the hospital,the construction and line men organizatiins and many other companies and tourist industries I have connections with.

I need to speak to someone that can remove someone from their employment privilege. The lady who works Days inn Wyndham in Riverside she would not give her name just forced my reservation to cancel on purpose leaving my friend and I in the cold with no place to stay. I spoke to someone earlier today to extend my stay one more night and they were nice but this lady tonight has no business respresenting the name you guys carry. She even called me an ass____because I'm a little frustrated because I'm at work and I work in gasoline dispensers so I don't have time to be chasing down this reservation and the guy from Wyndham told me to give my friend the confirmation email that was sent to me so she could get out of the cold. We both work so this morning before check out time they were already forcing my friend out of the room. I was at work already cause if I was there it wouldn't have went down that way. I know how your company operates my company Jones Covey books us rooms with your organization all the time and I'm gonna get them to go to a different hotel from now on. I am the manager there so I have so say over this matter. Not only that my nephew works at ABC world news I'll make sure this gets to the right reporters hands. That's how pissed off I am about this. This is wrong and you know it. If you want to contact me id rather solve this before I do all that.

The Days Inn Motel in Lacey Washington rips off Military members and Vet by "over charging" US verses what the local Civilians say they paid. I stayed a total of 4 times, a couple days each time with my friend and Service Dog in Training with me at all times. Well the last time I stayed a guy came out front, plain clothed, at around 9:30pm at night, smoking a cigarette right in front of the front entrance(not 25ft as required) and very rudely yelled out at me, "you can't park there...move your truck NOW! WOW..My friend just pulled up so I could unload our groceries, then she's about to move Sir, was my reply..He then said "I don't care what you doing, I work here(not revealing his Job title) and you can't park there. So I grabbed the raining bags and my friend pulled off and parked? So the front desk clerk stopped me and asked me why I argued with that guy, he's security here and close friends with the GM. I told her I had done nothing wrong, just unloading groceries. The next morning, this same desk clerk called my room to tell me that my room was reserved for tonight and I needed to leave? I came to front desk and she rudely told me the reservations were made before and they were booked up? So I asked for my $200 deposit and she rudely said "when housekeeping checked my room. OK, fair enough. So 15 minutes went by and still not cleared,so I asked the front desk clerk about how much longer, I got appointments at VA. She said wait a minute, went in the back office, came back and said she talked with the GM and she said there was "no way" I was getting my deposit back because of how loud I was talking? I said that can't be legal and asked to speak with the GM. She gas me a number to call, I walked out front and called to find out she gave me a "fake" number? So I called the police. Police got there, went in and talked to the desk clerk and came back outside to tell me that there wasn't anything they could do, the front desk clerk lied and told the police that I had an illegal pet in my room? The exact same front desk clerk that checked me in the first time I stayed and seen me, my friend and my SDIT on several occasions??? So this Days Inn basically "STOLE" my $200 and I want it back. I am a US MILITARY VETERAN that served my Country proud and Honorably. I didn't deserve this treatment and disrespect.

They were under 95% construction we were sent to the way back at the hotel unloaded our car and we're greeted by 10 people and a pitbull try to get into the hotel door entrance there was no door knob on door, which meant we were not locked into the hotel and anybody off the street could get into our hotel room. Unloaded the car in two trips still were scared of the vicious pitbull and the 10 people drinking and smoking locked ourselves in our room and my 95-year-old mom and I were scared to death so I had to drive up to the lobby and complain and he said I could not get my money back so we just left and now I'm trying to get my money back after a week and that has not happened this is a days inn Wyndham in Columbus Indiana and the front desk clerk when he was called lied and said he was not under construction.

Days Inn by Wyndham cave city Ky. We booked this hotel last minute. I only chose it because I thought it was affiliated with the Wyndham hotel chain. When we checked into the hotel the lobby was very un-inviting, there was a girl sleeping on the couch in the waiting room. It was 6pm when we checked into the hotel. We were given room 119. We opened the door and I was completely disgusted with what we seen. There were holes in the walls, mold all over the furniture , in the bathroom and along the base boards of the outside walls. There was a cockroach behind the dresser. The bathroom door had feces smeared on it and the ceiling was all peeling. The linens were completely filthy, looked like they were washed in dirt. I took several photos of the room.
I went back to the lobby to request a different room or my money back. There was no one available, we waited 20 min and no one returned. We went to dinner then returned and still no one was available at the front desk, we tried calling and got a recording. We went back to the rom to wait for someone to return. We began feeling ill and just left. We had a 6 hour ride home. I called Expedia to request a refund, we were told the hotel had a non refundable policy for cancelation, I contacted Wyndham hotels and was given a complaint number and was told I would hear from someone in 48-72 hours.
2 days later I got an email from Penni Atwell the Manager from the hotel. Her response was because no one else complained about the room and they have a no refund policy for cancellation there would not be a refund. I sent her all the photos that I took, she then responded with , the room needed some minor repairs so she will send a $10 gift card to hotels.com and I would have to contact them to get the $10. This was a total insult the room was $127. I asked for a copy of there cleaning policy to help stop the spread of Covid 19 and any other diseases. Her response was she has done all she is authorized to do.
It has been 18 days and I am still waiting on a response from Wyndham hotels.
Wyndham has always been my first choice for hotels. I was disappointed in the lack of concern they have for the safety of there patrons. I will no longer use Wyndham hotels. I also should have used my better judgement and not booked at a Days inn

I work for Days Inn over a year and a half had no problems till I left for a month due to my daughter needed surgery I came back and got nothing but disrespect from employees and other top officials then I lost hours due to an employee that prostitutes does drugs drinks constantly drunk on the job smoking weed on the job and around the building I was told that my job was not professional enough and I asked why because I am not drunk doing drugs prostituting the place is very nasty and me being a front desk manager seen a lot going on at the hotel if you complain about any bed bugs or roaches they will put you on the Junior on our list and kick you out for nothing you can be a gypsy which are still people and they kick you out so you're not allowed there and make up a lie if you're black complain you're definitely going on the DNR list so please my people stay away from Days Inn there's an employee there that has a drug addicted husband lives on property and steals things that are left downstairs that were left in Rome very unprofessional rooms are nasty half-ass cleaned half of them have roaches and bed bugs seen my own two eyes

I have pictures I am sending to the inspectors of Youngstown about this hotel. Exposed Wires, no smoke alarm, shattered safety locks, dried blood on the floors, insanely dirty floors that turned my white socks dark brown within 20 minutes, a hole in the wall where the door was kicked open by someone at some time, metal protuberances sticking out from under both mattresses that would have caused open cuts had we not moved the bed linens and discovered them, rust over every available metal surface, multiple outlets that didn't work or only worked enough to cause a short/spark when plugged in, dangling wires and the necessity to UNPLUG items to be able to use a lamp. THEN... when we complained of these LEGITIMATE safety concerns and canceled our room within the hour of parking and finding food for the night we were told because we had checked in more than 15 minutes there would be no refund and we were NOT even offered another room. Also, your front desk man (John) raised his voice to my elderly mother, was disrespectful and dismissive of our safety concerns being 2 women in a room with NO LOCK. I have put the pics and my review on: Trip Advisor, Google, and Yelp. Your manager never reached out. I will be reaching out to her next. I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge.

It needs to be brought to whom it concerns about this nasty dump with your name on the sign here in Lawton by Ft.Sill. This place is pitiful. A nasty stinking dump.We booked 3 nights here for our grandsons basic training graduation and because we had two Chihuahua dogs,we were forced to take a stinking,smoking room or lose the the money we had already paid. Days Inn used to be my go to hotel but I'll never reserve another one that I can't look at first. It's not right that our money wasn't refunded after we saw the garbage dump we had to take. Ya'll should be ashamed to rip off the traveling public like this! I'm a Wyndham Rewards member too!!!

Arrived at the Days Inn in Brampton Ontario and booked a room. Upon entering I saw that there was dried coffee dripping down the bathroom door so we requested a new room as this one didn't seem clean.

Before even taking our shoes off in the 2nd room, we noticed there was dried food on top of the night stand. So we went to reception and asked for a refund since they were obviously not cleaning the rooms properly and wanted to go to a different hotel.

The receptionist told us that as per policy we would not be receiving a refund because "we weren't satisfied with the first room and still wasn't satisfied with the second room". I shared that both rooms were dirty and we hadn't stayed in either room. She said she had experienced this before and didn't refund the prior customers either !!

Waiting to hear regarding the formal concerned that I have filed. $200 for 2 dirty rooms unused.

The hotel in riverside California by the Tyler mall are scamers you book a hotel thought priceline and when you show up they lie and then charge for a night when you didn't stay in motel and canceled the other reservation

I checked in to the Douglasville,Ga Days Inn on Thursday Sep 15 2021. The trip has been business related. The company I work with is Spar inc. I have already made a complaint with the company I work for about the accommodations. At check in we were ask to pay a pet deposit. Which we did with no problems. Half way through my business trip. I come back to my room which I was locked out of. We go to the office thinking it was the key. At which time we are told pay them 100 dollars right then or we would not be allowed back in our room. A room which was paid for at check in by the company. Because of a pet deposit which was paid.
I paid another deposit to be allowed back in to my room.
The front desk employee is very rude to both me and my partner with other guest in the office. Does not return my change. The hotel housekeeping staff let's themselves in to rooms that are clearly marked do not disturb.The rooms have bugs as well. I have never been treated so poorly or out right robbed by hotel that I paid to stay in. I dont mind paying a deposit for my pet. What I mind is being treated as though I lied an was hiding her. I walked her daily around the hotel. Checked in with her. And told staff she was here.

Good morning, this was one of the worst INN booking ever!! with price line and with this INN. it was BAD from the start. I was traveling with my 6-, and 7-years old daughters. we arrived at the INN at 2:24 am tried hungry and just wanted to rest because we were going to the water park for the weekend, only to find out the INN would not honor my reservation every with my confirmation number. I called Priceline customer service to no avail. My girls and I had to sleep in the car all morning was told by price line customer service the only available hotel was the Red roof Inn and they could not give me a price. My girls and I could not check in the hotel untiI, 3 pm on Saturday. This is unacceptable at the least. Customer service canceled my confirmation since i could not use it. against my better judgement I use Priceline again and booked a room for Saturday. we checked into room 109 finally, we got into the room and use the restroom only to find out the toilet was broken and once we flushed water was everywhere. that and someone else hair was all over the bed. we had to wait another two hours for them to find us another room. We moved to room 110 which, was on the other side of the building. that room had roaches and bugs at that time my girls and I was too tried and we just shared space with the roaches and bug. Our Saturday was shot we couldn't do anything. Saturday Night was the worst if you can believe that because they are not use to anything crawling in the bed or on the tv or the table or in the restroom, so you can imagine how this was for them. Now they are afraid to go to any Hotels or INN's. The hotel staff acted surprise because of my complaint at this point i have had enough of the craziness. we left the INN before checkout because they were scared of the roaches. we made it to the waterpark and stayed for 45 minutes only to be told due to lighting we they are closing the park. So what started out a daddy daughter weekend turned into a nightmare. So, this is what happen to us. I have been with Priceline for years now. so what is Days INN going to do for me. This was in Valdosta Ga the date was augusta 27-28

Was literally harassed by a manager, she came up and accused us of saying we called the place a crack house and her a crack head when we only seen her once. That was at check in. When we checked in at the hotel she was passed out in the chair. We were trying to wake her up but we couldn't until we finally went back and woke her. The room next to us smells like weed and the hotel itself has a strong musk smell. Worst experience of my life

Booked room when I arrived I was told they wouldn't rent to me and my card was charged for 280. Refused answer calls left a complaint haven't hurd anything.

The room reeks of cigarette smoke. I made the decide to stay. The add'l for the door is broken. I was undecide to stay here or the Suite in front.
Truly,made the wrg choice.
With Covid,not as many booking..This hotel could/ should be cleaner. I would not recommend Days inn to anyone.
Most hotel you are not allowed to smoke. I have never been a smoker, the room truly reeks of cigarettes/smoke.
I know nothing will be done, the survey is a waste of everyone's time.

Very disappointed with the room.Truly need renovations. TV clarity not the best. I was truly disappointed.
The saying is yrue..You get what you pay.
I would not recommend Days Inn, I am sure the have the financial resourses to improve the quality.
The receptionistwas very helpful & nice.
I will not stay @ this Days inn again.Old linen. I have photos to justify..why I am didappointed.

My parents and I stayed in the Days Inn Hotel in Sikeston, Mo on June 1, 2021. We asked to see a room before booking it due to my parent's disabilities. The gentleman at the front desk said to wait there and he would be right back.

When my father and I looked at the room, it smelled okay, like someone had just sprayed room freshener.

We went back to the front desk and paid for the room. We returned to the room with our luggage.

We left and went to dinner. When we returned, it was little bit musty. I put some drinks in the fridge located in the little room/closet in the room. We all went to bed.

When woke up, the smell wasthe smell was unbearable. It was coming from that closet.

My mother started vomiting. I got extremely nauseous and started gagging.

It smelled like something had died and was rotting. Whatever kind of dog it was, was locked in that little room long enough for the smell to permeate the walls and carpet.

We tried to hurry and take showers to get out of there as soon as possible. I let the water run for 10 to 15 minutes. It never got hot. So we just got dressed and left the room.

As I checked us out, I explained the situation to Melissa at the front desk. Let me first say, that she is the one good thing in an otherwise horrible experience at this hotel.
Melissa asked me to write to you.

I believe that the gentleman in charge of the front desk at the time we came in, sprayed enough room freshener to mask the smell to get us to take the room. This, to me, is unacceptable and should be investigsted.

I believe my parents should be refunded the entire stay.

. This Days Inn in Lancaster PA Dutch Country is the most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever walked into. The hallway leading to the room had a stench that was stomach turning. The room was unsanitary and caused me to have an asthma attack due to the overwhelming smell of smoke. The beds had 7 stains on both the sheets and Duve cover and there were pubic hair in both beds. I tried to cancel my reservation and have called 5x and went back in person 2x and I am being given the runaround by both the local hotel and Wyndham corporate is telling me they will get back to me in 7-10 days. This hotel is unsafe to stay in, had trash an discarded clothing in the parking lot as well as a non working bathroom in the lobby. Don't waste you money or jeopardize your families health by staying here

We stayed at Days Inn Willoughby in Willoughby, Ohio this place was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The sheets were dirty and smelled like smoke. The floor had garbage on it and was lumpy and sticky. The mirror has never been cleaned. If I get lice or bed bugs from staying there I will definitely let you know about it. Because of this bad experience with Days Inn I will never stay at another one again.

Days Inn in Myrtle Beach South 3650 Waccamaw Blvd South Carolina 29579 is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. The costumer service is extremely rude, I've been calling for three days to speak to a manager, calling evening and mornings and no manager is ever on site to call me back or speak to. All the other hotel workers tell me they can't help me, my account was charged $203.87 THREE times after we checked out. On top of paying $588 for our two night stay! The employees are extremely rude when I call and can't offer me any help on my account or refund. The hotel was dirty and not up to date. A complete SCAM! I will never stay at a Days INN ever again. This place should be shut down

Lastnight I went to the Days Inn with my two kids got to the room and I asked for a non smoking room upon entering it was BERY SMELLY and the room seem like no one had put real effort to clean the room I called the front office to let the front desk know and see if someone could come to check the room out being that my kids where staying with me I didn't want them to sleep like that when I was called the front office from the room and explained the "MANAGER " said he didn't have time for " my sh*t" and stated I can stay in there for one night with my kids and the next day he would give me another room I was OK with that I just wanted him to send someone from maintenance to come see why the room smelled so bad upon me saying that he HUNG UP ON ME ... so I walked to the front with my kids and then asked why would he do that ? Hang up I just wanted to make sure he could send someone to atleast help for the night he got really upset and told me he was "Tired of my bullsh*t and that I could leave me and my kids and return the room key I was asking him could I still stay because I didn't ever say I wanted to leave but if he wanted me to leave I would but I would like to have my money back to get another room he stated he couldn't give me the money but could give me a clearance letter to try and get my money back from the 3rd party website where I booked through but said I needed to give him back the key first so upon being in the office he seemed really agitated and was cussing me out with my kids there in the car watching the whole thing so while waiting for the letter he was still cussing and yelling and I was getting a little frustrated too bevy he was supposed to be a "Manager " and was treating me that way for no reason at all I was trying to give him respect from the beginning but in the midst of it all he said he had changed his mind and he won't be giving me a letter at that point I was telling him he has a boss to and I will figure out how to reach out to them for his disrespect.... This man comes from behind the counter and starts yelling in my face he pushed me down my shoes came off he basically pushed me through the whole lobby when my shoe came off I tried to pick it up and he tried to kick it and kicked me in my arm I recorded most of it even him coming at me when the police got there he took over 30 minutes just to get the password to view the camera and then only says the only footage he can pull is me and they can't see him because of how the camera was but I have a WHOLE VIDEO of it all from the DaysInn Ocala Wyndham I never expected or experienced anything like this in my life and I'm really hurt this was my first and last time trying to book with you guys and if I can please get the video to someone that can help I would really appreciate it

Lastnight I went to the Days Inn with my two kids got to the room and I asked for a non smoking room upon entering it was BERY SMELLY and the room seem like no one had put real effort to clean the room I called the front office to let the front desk know and see if someone could come to check the room out being that my kids where staying with me I didn't want them to sleep like that when I was called the front office from the room and explained the "MANAGER " said he didn't have time for " my sh*t" and stated I can stay in there for one night with my kids and the next day he would give me another room I was OK with that I just wanted him to send someone from maintenance to come see why the room smelled so bad upon me saying that he HUNG UP ON ME ... so I walked to the front with my kids and then asked why would he do that ? In Albuquerque NM, this manager charged my card for a night and then proceeded to tell me that there is a 100$ deposit, and the reservation line knew that, and then acted like the guest services line when I called to complain about it. The mentality of some one like this is definitely not someone who should manage anywhere!! Yikes!!
