regarding delayed baggage reference number DTWDL26143
I dropped off my bag at the outdoors baggage check at JFK ( Sunday December 15 2019)
The attendant asked me for a tip so he would " take care of my bags"
When I got to DTW flight # 5037 , not only was my bag not on the carousel but I was told that it was on the next flight and that it would be delivered the next day .
Unfortunately I flew in to attend company party last night . and my clothing was in that bag Which was on another flight, along with assorted gifts .
I fly Delta every 3 months. This is not Spirit airlines which is inexpensive , we pay top dollar to fly Delta And My expectations are understandably higher . I am extremely disappointed and expect to be reimbursed for my inconvenience. I also just became a " Clear " member , more money dropped into a less than efficient system, that I al already paying top dollar to use. Also your security officers are less than pleasant in the manner in which they address the public ( as a health care professional married to a law enforcement professional am well aware at how the public should be addressed) and spend more time chatting with each other instead of checking our bags at security ... while we , the customers are trying to catch our flights.

Luggage issue!!!! Extremely disappointed in my recent flight from Valdosta to Paris. Paris to Morocco. My luggage was apparently processed as layover vs baggage claim. So from wed- Fri I had to wear same clothes. THEN UPON RECEIVING LUGGAGE, THE LUGGAGE WAS SOAKED AND FILTHY. I TOOK OICS TO UPPOAD TO DELTA. THis was so disappointing for flying Delta again. I'm not one to usually complain but this was unacceptable.

Horrible experience at coffee bean customer service first w an employee the manager was even worse he literally couldn't even communicate with me he just walked away in front of my face. None want to deal with lazybghetto low efficiency unwilling to work and appeal care ppl. It happened at delta terminal Atl airport. I literally switched the whole terminal to go get nice tea. Next time I won't purchase delta cause ppl who work in that terminal are real low ghetto functioning ppl. Not everyone I'm generalizing. But my particular experience was bad.

Wheelchair wait time is abominable.I waited 45 minutes to get someone to take me to my gate in Detroit. The attendant was very good, but the wait time cut into my time to eat a sandwich and go to the restroom. We should not have to arrive 3 hours ahead of our departure just to be able to have wheelchair service. The attendant told me they were shorthanded. Delta is always shorthanded. There were no porters and no curbside check-in at Midway Airport in Chicago going to Detroit. I was told curbside and porter service was "suspended" due to reduced need. Well, I have need and had great difficulty trying to move three pieces of luggage inside to the Delta counter with no help. The limo driver had to stay with the car. You are not taking care of those of us who need assistance. Each time I arrived at the airport in Chicago, Detroit and Austin, I had to wait for the wheelchair to arrive at least 20 minutes. This is not acceptable. I will consider Southwest and other airlines in the future.

delta in detroit was unacceptable , however Ali Banihashemi of the wheelchair service waS EXCEPTIONAL. He showed concern and assistance far beyond what one could expect.

I have a broken foot and need wheelchair help. From Spokane to Seattle I was helped and treated great. When I got to Detroit no one was there to greet me. Tried to flag down 2 different attendant's both said they didn't have time and would send someone. No one came so I walked down with my foot in a boot cast to try and make my flight found a delta ticket agent and she called and ask for help to come. No one did! She called 10min later and they claimed no one called. Finally a manager showed up and apologized gave me a $15 voucher wheeled me to my new gate. I missed my flight. I now had to wait for 5 hrs for the next flight. He assured me he'd check on me regularly. NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN! 4 hrs later I hobbled to my gait using the wheelchair he left. This isn't service and a 15 dollar food voucher doesn't cover the enept handling of the situation.

My Daughter was trapped on the runway at JFK airport tonight for 6 hours. Flight 0046 to Amsterdam. She wasn't even given food. I will be contacting every news agency about the deplorable conditions these children were subjected to. I will also take legal action against Delta airlines for what my daughter has gone through. You will be hearing from Mr attorney!

We both required wheelchair assistance in Detroit .we were on Flight 1700 from RSW.
The young ladies that helped us were excellent. They both were small gals and we both were large folks.
They were able to manage and could not have been more courteous

My wife and I had tremendous difficulty getting the chairs we had requested. Then came Ahmed and Uche. These two gentlemen were the epitome of kindness, compassion, and professionalism. If we had the ability, I'd have given each of these guys a hundred dollar bill. They did a physically demanding job with smiles on their faces, and made our miserable day because of missed connections, a much more enjoyable one.

Waiting for a flight in Terminal 3 at LAX. Seriously when will there be more seating here? This isn't even a particularly busy travel day and there are people sitting on the floor.

Worst flight ever. I will never fly Delta again. I will tell everyone I encounter how absolutely horrid you are. Your desk personnel blatantly lied in my face about the delay. I work in healthcare and speak with hundreds of people per week and I will make it my mission to persuade anyone who�ll listen use any other airline but yours. I'm also a sky miles member

I am writing this memo on behalf of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Ft Belvoir VA. We are now only finding out that, although this was cancelled in Defense Travel System, the Carlson Wagonlet Travel Ft. Belvoir location did not refund a ticket for Prasad Kuduvalli travel 23Aug2017 ticket 0068639272178 $3661.46. Any assistance you can give us returning funds to the government would truly be appreciated

You can improve by teaching your flight attendants to help and talk to all passengers with kindness. In a period of 35 minutes i asked for some headphones 3 times and they never gave them to me. Then, when they were handing out snacks and drinks they skipped over us. I have traveled a lot and have never been treated like this.
The flight attendant's name is Courtney, she is young with blonde hair.

On Fl 844 dc to atlanta originally scheduled 1:45pm. It's now 6:45 pm and still on ground .Will miss international connections with no explanation for delay. Original explanation was weather at 3 pm in atlanta now no reason. Appears no communication with dispatch or willingness expend any fuel for risk of expense

My husband and I recently flew on delta from Nashville to Atlanta and onto Orlando. On the way there, we were delayed supposedly by weather for 30 minutes. Which I highly doubt. Because we waited on the plane for 30 minutes and then two pilots boarded and the fog suddenly lifted.. on our return flight , my husband and I were sitting in the back row. As soon as we left the airport, the air conditioner started leaking and pouring water down onto my husband and the stewardess. So much water that my husband's arm was soaking wet. The stewardess was also wet. She gave him paper towels, but said that was all she could do. We realize it wasn't her fault but nothing was done . She said well I'm wet too! Very disappointed and will not fly delta again! Had another bad experience with deltasa few years back and decided to give them another try. But never again!!!

I mistakenly hit the wrong month key on my return date while booking on-line. I didn't notice that the itinerary was incorrect until a friend pointed out that I'd be returning during the wrong month. After being on hold for over 1 1/2 hours, the customer service rep said that I'd have to pay more than the original round trip fare, just to change my return ticket...and that she was giving me a good deal. After complaining about this, she hung up on me. I had to book a one-way ticket, now almost doubling my original cost. Talk about bad customer service and zero flexibility!

transferred 1 million Hilton point to Delta, which would have equaled 90 thousand Sky Miles Points. Delta only gave me 10 thousand, and after calling daily for over a week to their Sky Miles support line, I have yet been able to talk to a representative. e-mailed concerns get a response stating that it can take a month or more for them to get to the e-mail. Their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced.

My daughter and her boyfriend have been without their luggage for 3 days now. They are both active duty military. Your airline misplaced there luggage on a connecting flight from Venice Italy to Amsterdam. They then flew to Detroit for another connecting flight to Indianapolis. We have called multiple times just to be on hold for over an hour at a time. They only have so much time to spend with their families. I find this unexceptable! They are serving our country overseas but yet they can not enjoy the holidays with there family because they are constantly trying to call Delta to locate their luggage. Its really upsetting that this is consuming their time. Both of them have not been home to see their families in almost two years. Customers should not be treated this way especially the men and women who are serving our country. Delta Airlines will not be an option when booking any flight for me or our families in the future.

On flight 5263 LGA to GSO. I paid $264 to upgrade to first class. Such a disappointment. It's no different than economy class. The restroom is in the very back of the plane, no coffee for the flight this evening what is it exactly that I am getting. I paid for the upgrade which more than paid the luggage fee. I will never do this again or fly Delta when possible.

A group of 9 women purchased tickets for a non-stop flight to Tampa from Cincinnati for Oct. 24, 2017. Our non-stop flight was changed a week before our flight to a 7:15 a.m. departure from CVG to ATL and connecting in ATL to TPA.
Both of these flights were a confused, overbooked mess at the gates! Flight crews were delayed in arriving for both flights!
Delta had enough passengers booked to fill both flights - the non-stop smaller plane to Tampa leaving CVG at 9:15 a.m. and the
7:15 a.m. flight to ATL and departure from ATL to TPA.
Delta issued an apology - BIG DEAL! Our earlier departure (7:15 a.m vs 9:15 a.m.) and length of flight (from 2 hrs. to over 4 hrs.) were a huge inconvenience for a group of 9 traveling together and having selected a non-stop flight at a reasonable hour.
The chaos at both gates (CVG and ATL) due to over booking made this Delta flight experience result in delays and totally
unreasonable for our group who had purchased tickets in advance and learned of the changes to flight itinerary shortly before
departure. No explanation was offered nor was any attempt to compensate for all of the inconvenience.
Delta lacked any concern for us as passengers.

On October 11, 2017, I flew on Delta flight 2164 from JFK Intl. to San Antonio, Texas. The only flight attendant who was professional a, courteous and had a smile for everyone was the first class attendant. Sunshine Judie's to him. The attendant in economy were automated robots. The plane was filthy and the attendants did nothing to pick up trash in the aisles. They just stepped over it. Someone could have tripped over it, fallen and sued the airlines because of their negligence. Will never fly Delta again.
