This must be the worst company for customer support. The help line is permanently engaged and it is impossible to get connected to an agent for help

This company is crooked. They removed the use of one of their printers when windows 11 was updated. You can no longer print tape labels on the DUO. Since I am a teacher on the west coast and they are in Conn. I can't sit on hold for 20 minutes during their limited business hours.

If after a year they cannot figure out how to update their driver, they need to do the right thing and ship us a label maker to make up for the loss of functionality. They have also shipped their support offsite to India/Pakistan, so these people dodge helping you and give you the runaround since they are clearly not empowered to do anything.

My Dymo Tetra crashed with strange readings
Customer service replaced same in Aug 2021.
The new printer crashed with smamr issues, "tape jam" and Low battery messages.

CS is not allowed to replace a unit twice.

How nice, just let the public go on buying a faulty product.Shame Dymo, once upon a time my favorite company.

Now Dymo is a member of the "swamp".

Have been trying to contact Dymo for over a week about a printer issue. Have left messages on the web site (received only form responses with a case number) tried to open a chat from the site ("No representatives are available"), and have called numerous times (only to be put on hold for 15-20 minutes until I gave up). Submitting this on 4/27/2021

Rhino 5200 screen lights up but remains blank and cannot use. Tried with batteries and charger. Tried user guide troubleshooting steps. Never used in harsh conditions and kept in Dyno hard case when not in use.

My hold time was less than 5 minutes. The rep was polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend Dymo Customer Service! Maybe they took the complaints posted previously on this site to heart and did some more training to improve. :-)

I emailed dymo because I could not get my 4xl to print. The test print did fine but when I went to print a label through dymo it wouldn't print. I also tried through PayPal. Well I contacted them and because I used a third party at one time she refused to help me in any way. It wouldn't print from dymo either. For a machine that costs over $200 I was truly disappointed in the lack of customer service.

impossible to get through to help center on phone - links don't work - just keep taking you back in circles to the main menu. emailed consumer care trainer - told her the problem - she said she would forward my email to a supervisor and have someone call me right away - that was 6 days ago... and I'm still waiting...

Dymo recently provided the worst customer service in history. I work at a university and purchased a Dymo Label Manager 450 for the office. This machine turned out to be faulty so I went through the process of replacing it with a different model which I heard was much better for our type of use. I shipped the faulty machine off (I had to beg for help with the shipping cost) and months later I received the replacement machine which cost over $60 less than the original purchase. I had to follow up constantly to get the new machine and they had the nerve to say they would ship us this new machine "complimentary". It was not complimentary as I had already paid $150 for a bad piece of equipment along with $50 in tape that can't be used, and the cost of new tape. Very frustrating the way they made it feel as though it was our fault their machine didn't work.

Dymo are impossible to contact in the UK and their replacement parts are not available anywhere. ABSOLUTELY USELESS

Lousy phone service and ordering on web page is just a bad. On hold for 10 - 15 minutes and no answer.
