Tried to find information on exportability, spent 20 minutes in auto-attendant hell going in circles, always finding myself at the full Sales mailbox. Finally got someone to talk to when I said I had a breach. I provided him my contact information.

I called the wrong support line the first time, the man was very helpful and connect me to the operator. The operator told me that they could not connect me to any departments, I needed to have a specific person I was calling for, was very rude and then hung up on me. Worst customer service I have every encountered.
