i placed an order today is supposed to be my delivery, and no one has called. Been trying for 3 days to get a hold of live person. and nothing. I will never order from Electolux family store again. i will make sure that no one at my work and my husband's work orders from this store again.

What a run around trying to get a solution for a new ELectrolux dryer that arrived at our home March 16th 2024. I noticed a dent on top & at the back of the washer.
I brought this to the delivery man's attention. He took a picture & left a description on his cell phone. I have spent much time over the past 2 days to have someone help us.We don't think it is damaged internally but the dent is a cosmetic thing

I would like to call into question the professional service attitude and competency of the some of support technicians as well as the manager of the service center. I had purchased an electrolux oven EOB8857AAX in Jan 19 and this was covered by an extended warranty purchased through Harvey Norman.
The oven failed in Sept. 2023. I called for service and when the technician came, he said it was the controller board that filed. However the part that he brought was not the right one. So he said he would check for availability and I was told a little later that the new part would arrive in 8-12 weeks. Anyway so I waited and come Christmas & New Year, there was "no response" from Electrolux. So had to nixxed the planned menus for the 2 occasions and change to something else. Come 2024 and I reached out to Harvey Norman with regards to the matter. Then one day out of the blue in mid Jan, the Electrolux technician called and said he was in the vicinity and could to fix the oven. Anyway no one was in the house that day and could not accommodate. So a few days later, the call center called and fix an appt at a latter date in Jan (about 2 weeks ago). When the technician arrived and changed the part, during testing he found another part was shorting out my power circuit and also needed to be replaced. I said ok and pls. proceed and was told Electrolux would reach out to me. By Wed the following week, still not hearing from Electrolux as it was nearing CNY, I called the Harvey Norman helpline and mentioned the outstanding matter. Lsast Friday morning, the manager from Electrolux SC called and told me that the part was not immediately available and would expedite the matter and she would reach out to me Monday (which was yesterday) earliest. I stated that this not satisfactory as it would mean impacting on my CNY plans and requested that she call me back on Friday evening with a solution and timeline. NOTHING was heard that evening nor on the Monday. Thus I reached out to Electrolux Service Center today and was then told the oven part is now obsolete and they had notified Harvey Norman accordingly, but not to Me! So they had just passed the responsibility to Harvey Norman WITHOUT bothering to inform me.

Awful. Their entire system is set up to frustrate the customer away. Long hold times, referrals to chat support that isn't for the issue you are experiencing, denying of claims for bogus issues, whatever they can think of the take the warranty money and then not expend any money on everything.

I have called seven times in two weeks to get my washing machine repaired under the extended warranty. I am told it is in "escalation" every time I call yet no return call with a service repair scheduled. I told them today I want a new machine or the purchase price of my warranty back!! $240+
I live 20 minutes from St. Paul, MN, a major city. It should not take them this long to find a repair service. I am beyond angry.
I worked in customer service for 11 years and this is terrible. What Electrolux needs to know is that for every GOOD experience a customer has, they will tell 3 people. For every POOR experience the average is 14! You do not want bad word of mouth or social media coverage these days. FIX MY DARN MACHINE!! It's five years old and the motor is shot. My 20+ year old Kenmore was still going strong when we replaced it with this. Live and learn.

electrolux admits i was sold a unrepairable fridgidare freezer from home depot(10 months old)--was forced to buy a replacement as they don't pay for food loss--their repairman says if it can't be fixed in 30 days(that was 3 1/2 months ago) they must replace it--i will never buy anything from home depot again as any contact i've had with them is a joke!

I purchased a washing machine in November last year. It started playing up in July. Less then a year after I purchased it. I contacted Electrolux on the 23rd July to ask someone to come and fix it. As I'm a single mum with 2 young children and can not do the washing. It is now the end of August and after numerous calls. It still has not been fixed and the customer service line are giving me the run around. I have never seen a worse company and will not purchase anything from them again. They haven't even replied after I have emailed a complaint.

I purchased an Electrolux ELFW4222AW Washer and its companion dryer. It was delivered on July 28, 2023. The Washer stopped working after four days. After troubleshooting with an Electrolux representative over the phone (following several calls, two representatives who barely spoke English, and another who was not knowledgable and disconnected me) it was finally determined that the problem was electrical. A repair person was sent on August 3. I had to be at home and available from noon to 5pm, essentially a wasted afternoon for me. He determined that the electrical panel had failed and a new one must be ordered. He did not have one in his truck even though it was known that the washer had an electrical problem. The panel was shipped to me and another appointment was made on August 14 from 8am to 12pm. It is now 3:30pm. I have been at home waiting since 8 am and unable to reach anyone at electrolux by phone following three attempts with each hold time longer than 30 minutes. I received one message from electrolux at 1:45 that the technician would arrive at 2:50 but he hasnt. Now I am on hold again for longer than 30 minutes. I regret purchasing an Electrolux washer and dryer. I need to replace several old appliances this year and I can assure you that I will never purchase anything made by Electrolux. Further, I will tell friends, acquaintances and family about my experience and strongly recommend against purchasing Electrolux.

Sorry accidentally hit send.
After receiving new appliance with bent rack and then replacement for rack was the wrong one I called again and representative said they had already sent me a replacement rack. Yes for a different appliance. She reluctantly agreed to send another replacement rack. It arrived yesterday and is bent worse than the first one.

Also several problems with new refrigerator (pending).

And new dishwasher never worked from day it was installed. Weeks later a tech came, found the problem & repaired dishwasher.

Before purchasing 4 new appliances I had a fully functioning kitchen. My Whirlpool appliances were 21+ years old and working fine but showing signs of their age.
I regret purchasing these Frigidaire/Electrolux appliances. I had a great experience with the brand years ago. No longer true.
You won't get good products and you will not get reasonable assistance with problems.
You will get to spend HOURS trying to get thru to customer service that couldn't care less that your new appliances are bad and that reflects the attitude of Electrolux/Frigidaire as a manufacturer.
It is offensive that I have to purchase extended warranties on appliances that have been bad from the day they arrived. It sickens me that I have to give more money to Electrolux because there's no way these crap appliances won't need service to get a few years out of them.

This is extortion. There is no recourse after paying thousands of dollars for new appliances 3 out of appliances have problems.
I have spent more than 10 hours on hold thru various calls to "customer no service" department in the Philippines.
Many times after more than 40 minutes the "customer no service" representative picks up. Asks you to hold and the call disconnects.
One example microwave came with a bent rack. After hours attempting to get a replacement they sent a rack for a full size oven. Would never fit in microwave. I Phoned again hour on hold

I bought washer and gas dryer of Electrolux brand from home depot on 2/17/2023, today is 6/19/2023. I requested dryer repair because of engine noise, not drying on normal position and took so long to dry, broken filter two times,... they can not fix it and postpone my service appointment again and again several times with the part shipping delay or other false excuses. Customer service will put you in the loop and waste your time. DON'T BUY THIS BRAND!

Bought a new Electrolux washer and dryer 3 months ago. Dryer model # RLFE753CAW1 has made a clanking noise since new. Tech had been out 3 times now putting in new rollers then a drum which apparently took him less than an hour to change. (Something fishy here). Problem still persists. Now Electrolux wants me to pay for another tech to come out and they will credit me the amount I paid for the tech. Can someone say get bent. Not gonna happen. Their dryers are garbage save your money and buy anything else. My next post is going to consumer reports. I'm not done with these guys yet.

The customer service with Electrolux has been less than poor. It is inadequate for the amount of money I spent to purchase an out of the box new gallery oven. It was installed in September 2022. I recently had a chance to use it twice this year after it was serviced by two of their techs. The oven was declared a factory defect by 2 electricians I had to pay out of pocket to check my electrical outlets, etc to ensure everything on my end was operational. My underground transformer blew up when the 1st tech came out. The ove cut off after working 45 mins before cutting off which left my lasagne half baked. I have been placed in an escalation file and cannot physically speak to the person assigned to my case no matter what time of day I call. None of my messages have been returned or respo did to and Electrolux denied the store I bought their product from, permission to come to my home to repair this double oven. They have not repaired it to work past one hour and have refused to replace my over, give me a store credit, and/or return my money. I am at my end of expecting them to care about my situation or resolve it.

We ordered an Electrolux dishwasher recently. We paid a $120 surcharge for installation and removal of the old unit. I had carefully measured the space and was sure the new unit would fit. The installers arrived, said the unit would not fit, said they couldn't even take the old unit out without cutting it up which they were unwilling to do. They left the new unit sitting in our dining room, left our kitchen a mess, and just plain left. The Electrolux customer service rep, having been told all this, replied with " Do you want a refund of the installation fee." Yes, very helpful. Thanks. We called our plumber who removed the old unit (but had to leave it in the alley as he doesn't have disposal facilities) and installed the new one. Everything fit fine. No cutting up of anything was required and the new unit is working rather nicely. We're out the $400 we had to pay our plumber to do the job Electrolux was supposed to do. We can't actually seem to get the original installation fee refunded and my my has spent hours on the phone getting a run around and being told they will call back, which they never do, and we yet have to pay to dispose of the old unit, all of which was supposed to be done by Electrolux. I think they should pay our plumber and for the disposal as it is not our fault they didn't send competent installers. At the very least I want our installation fee back. I don't know how to repay my wife for the hours spent on the phone with them getting nowhere. Bottom line: Electrolux customer service is a nightmare.

sorry guys, like to add to my last message. The manager Cess, told me that cosmetic items only have 7 days for replacement. We were never told that when we make the payment. They like to take your $$, not follow / backing up with their products. What kind the policy is this.

The whole customer services team sucks, it is not that they can't solve my issue, it is the culture in that office.

We were planning of switching all appliances to Electrolux, I guess NOT any more.

we bought a gas stove-top on Sept 2022, one of the 5 burners head was defective ( discoloured ) not silver ant more. we called the customer services 3 times, even talked to the manager and was told an defective part is not under warranty as the stove is working.
it is very disappointing to have a brand new stove

I purchased EFLS627UTT & EFMC627UTT in May 2020. The dryer motor failed and needed to be replace. I sent Electrolux an email and never heard back from them. I would hope that you would get more than three years out of a new dryer. I would not buy their product again and would recommend you check the reviews for this company before you buy.

i bought new fridgair chest frizzer on jan 08. only froze on bottom they sent repairman , and he said it had to be replaced!
have talked to electrolux 11 times since report was sent to them on feb 15th. just a complete run around. have 1500 $ worth of bad beef . and as of today i still don't have a new freezer. 7 weeks since there repair man informed them that the freezer was defective. don't buy anything from them!!!!!

Call out service - terrible - when I rang to complain I was informed there is no service
available because the machine was made in 1978. If that is so why did the call centre send out a service person in the first place. Machine was not even turned on. Service person left saying could not get reception on his phone and he would look for spares and call back with a quote. 3 days and nothing. Did not cvharge. I called the service centre back to make a complaint and was informed there was no complain because the machine was made in l978, If that is so they should have a disclaimer on their service appointment on their section informing customers what time frame of products they will service what the age cut off point is. I have had a refrigerator serviced 18 months ago and the serviceman involved what very good. I will think twice about purchasing an Electrolux product again both from the attitude the of service person and the response I got from the person answering the call at the Electrolux Service Centre

Worst customer service people ever! I tried to talk to a supervisor, and when she answered the phone she would not identify herself or provide an employee number. I had originally called to get some help with a design issue with their dryer - model #EFME617STT0. This model had a bad lint trap design that allowed lint to bypass the lint filter and clog the blower. The new model has a clamshell designed filter that works much better. I felt like they should provide these replacement parts for free or at a greatly reduced cost. They would not even discuss the possibility due to the fact my dryer was beyond the warranty period.

So it's been 3months or so for me to but electrolux washer n dryer set. I have called the service dept numerous times, they have sent outside vendors for the problems. The problems are not fixed. One of the contractor said that there are defects in the machines. That contractor removed n adjusted the sets. He even removed a deverter by the fan. Noise has not been fix. Lint in the dry has not chsnge. Lint is sticking to the clothes n door gasket. This upsetting n lot of time spent on phone. Help!!!

I purchased my Electrolux cannister vacuum in 1984.I also own a Rumba. I recently had my 5 grandchildren, ages 14 - 5 for a week long visit to my 1000 Sq foot home by the beach. My electrolux still runs perfectly and cleaned my home expertly!!!

I have had the best customer service from Elecrolux that I can remember since the 60's when people actually cared, my refrigerator stopped working and was deemed not repairable by the Electrolux dealer. I was advised to contact Electrolux as the unit was out of standard warranty, i was told by them to have the dealer send a letter stating the problem was in fact an internal gas leak that could not be repaired, they sent that info to Electrolux. The next day I received a call from Electrolux customer service saying that my claim was approved and they offered me a replacement at a huge discount, I mean HUGE discount, the fridge was delivered and installed within 4 days to my home in country Victoria.From start to finish they were helpful and pleasant even looking up purchase date and location from the old serial No to confirm age etc. Easy to complain when things don't go as you would like them to and we were prepared to buy a new fridge so this was a great surprise. well done to all the team at electrolux. Wish all companies had customer service this good.

I've just had the best over phone customer service from Electrolux customer service center! Wow!
We just had our Electrolux fridge delivered today. Not too sure it my husband , myself and my best friend are completely dumb ! Or there is a tech problem with the freezer?
So all was good with new fridge , except couldn't get the freezer to freeze.
The fantastic Lee from customer service was amazing! Not sure if she gets the acknowledgment? Or if it even gets to her!
But people if you have a tech problem with your ekectrolux fridge , let's hope you get the fabulous Lee to look after your problem!

We have a large Guest House in Aberdeenshire and everything in carried out in-house. When our Electrolux Wascator TT300 dryer through a wobbly I trolled the internet and was passed from pillar to post by Laundry 365 only to be told they don't cover Aberdeenshire. Tried Electrolux but was just about to give up as there call centre is mainly for domestic when finally was given a third number to try sadly can't remember the name of the person that gave me it but well done. I called and got through to Dean Kingston when things started to happen and he even tracked the machine back to the initial installation in 2000 as I purchased it as a reconditioned machined. Everything was sorted even down to the engineers visit fee paid. I was then talking in the pub and someone mentioned a reset button that is well hidden following day found it and the machine sprung into life. Dean Kingston's after sales service did not stop he sorted refund and even e-mailed me that he even chased up finance to make sure my fee was refunded. All I can say is some people go to work for a pay packet and a few to offer a service well done DEAN KINGSTON. All rating below are based on the service I received from Dean.

Hello Electrolux Canada, very disappointed with your service call centre. The guy who answered the phone was rude and tried to rush me off the phone. I was just looking for an alternative authorized repair company. The first one you gave me said they are busy until the new year. The guy did not give me his name but clearly hated his job and hung up on me after I asked if he was having a bad day. If I can't fix my 5 year old top of the line Electrolux Range, Your representative has made sure I won't buy Electrolux again. I know things brake and some times need repair. LG service is amazing. Please have LG train your staff.

I had purchased electrolux microwave 4 years back..it stopped functioning..i call customer support and really appreciate the way they handled the complain and solved the issue. I will give thumbs up for the excellant support in thane.

I have been dealing with Electrolux for years and to be honest, I am finding out that their products are truly a piece of crap. However when calling the customer service line, I would get connectted to some jerk that didn't know the product and didn't care about my complaints. I finally got to someone that listened and helped me with my issues. From now on...I always request to speak to Charles C. (that's all he give besides his id#), he knows so much about the products and how they operate. If it wasn't for this guy I would have went back to GE along time ago. Charles has a wonderful phone voice and shows great concern for Electrolux customers. So if you ever call in to the call center and actually wants some justice only ask for Charles; he's the only one that know anything about the products.

I am employed for Electrolux in the Anderson South Carolina plant. I have never seen such unethical treatment of employs in my life. There are plant managers who watch porn on company computers, they curse at their employees. The factor has a brand new AC unit but they never run, with the rare exception of when there are visitors in the building, otherwise they won't even acknowledge our complaints about the heat. I have seen numerous people pass out due to the excessive heat, but of course the management staff display little concern if any. I don't think that it is ethical in any manner to have cool air in the office areas were the managers stay, but no air for the hard working people on the floor who are passing out from heat stroke. There was also an incident that involved an older man who did not feel well and asked to go home, His request was denied, and the man eventually had a heart attack and died on the line. This man knew that something was wrong and pleaded to leave, but the Mangers would not let him, so he lost his life for the sake of production numbers and to all who doubt the truth of this story, you are foolish. Electrolux has no sympathy for their employs. They make you work as temp for years on end. I would estimate that around 70-80% of the employees are temps, which means that they are not receiving their full pay, benefits, or vacation time. I know many people who have never missed one day, in three years and still have not been hired in. I believe that Electrolux is no place for a Christian to work. I had a dear friend who was cursed at by the second shift plant manager for reporting sexual harassment. She was the victim, but was told that she should have kept her mouth shut and just continued to do her job. Apparently the second shift manager was friends with the person who committed the harassment act, and because my friend reported it an investigation was made, and the manager was angry, because one of his own was on the hot seat. My friend was the one who was punished for reporting the act. She was put in a job position in which she could never get hired in, and she had no interaction with the rest of the plant. I think out all of the offenses listed above this is a most grievous one. I am not one to condemn people, but I believe that the people who run this factory are going to be punished most severely come the Day of Judgment. I don’t understand why they refuse to hire people in; we cannot make it on temp pay. I think this injustice must stop. I plead to all Christians who read this regardless if you are a Catholic, Protestant, or Mormon, you must help draw attention to this evil it is evident that God cares for the poor, and Electrolux has little regard for the poor and needy. If I did not have a family,and was not a college stundent I would have already left this place of misery,but I need what little money they provide me with.
