twice I have purchased ink only to be sent the wrong one and can not use it in my printer....out $120 on ink I can not use....how do i send it back and get a refund!

The website does not allow downloads for my product . It keeps going in circles back and forth. Vry bad. How do I down load reset the printer "cartridge replace" error that is not solvable WF-2650 printer

I just bought new Epson xp7100. while trying to set up it got an error message 000031. took it back to best buy, and asked for help. they could not set it up. so I bought the same model, and found the same thing to be true. tried to get Epson support. phone number not working. online help wants me to pay for help. I won't buy another epson.

Bought a Epson printer in January and printed 7 pages before it broke. Called Epson to get it repaired and they wanted to charge me 69 dollars to replace. Negative and wanted to replace my brand new printer with a refurbished. Negative I did not but a refurbished. Took them 3 phone calls and they basically told me they would not be fixing the printer. Wasted my money on a broken printer and now have to buy another. Save yourself time and go with a different brand. These are junk!!! They will not even stand by there own equipment.

An extremely poor, rude, unreasoning, and execrable company I have never met! Put EPSON on a blacklist.

I experienced how terrible and outrageous the service EPSON provides because of the problem of "recognizing a cartridge"! EPSON totally locks my printer and scanner because one ink cartridge cannot be recognized. I normally use the printer and do not find the problem in other cartridges which I bought together with the so-called "unrecognized ink cartridge". It is unreasonable and nonsense!

I email and call EPSON for a solution but they keep changing staff to handle the problem. They even open 3 case numbers for the same case without providing a concrete solution but keep using "saliva strategy" to shirk responsibility make me feel totally helpless. They overly waste my time for a month with no solution but to demand their customers repeat explaining the case again and again.

I request to replace a new printer since it is within warranty (with warranty invoice attached), but they are unwilling to do so. I provided all essential photos to prove the problem including the control panel error message, ink cartridges, and printer's serial number. They keep ignoring the problem makes me feel very angry. Finally, a supervisor called RoXXXX made a promise that he would send me new ink cartridge to test the printer to see whether the chip is abrased. If so, he would arrange for a new printer replacement. I have sent all the evidence he required and waiting for his response, and obviously I get NO reply from any of the staff of this bad company after 2 weeks of waiting.

I have already wasted lots of time dealing with this issue which seriously affects my work progress. On the day the problem was found, I work very busily and in hurry to use the scanner, but EPSON totally lock it! There should be no correlation between ink cartridges and scanner but what they threaten me is locking all services and suspending the printer with no sign.

I feel very exhausted and disappointed with EPSON. No such problem is found in other brands like CANON and HP. I feel regret buying EPSON's product with poor service although it is within warranty! I found many clients complaining online about the same problem afterward. Obviously, EPSON makes customers trouble! What an unscrupulous company!

Our epsom printer sometimes prints but too much of the time, does not. We simply can not count in it. We are dealing with yet another night of no printing, after restarts and unplugging. What is odd, is that it just stops. It prints, than it just stops. Why 9n earth would we continue to by this printer? It is awful and unreliable.

I have the Epson WF-2830 and it is by far the WORST piece of crap printer I have ever used in 30 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just purchased online only to realize my father had already purchased. Called at 7:30am to cancel duplicate order made at 1am. They said they could not cancel order as it was already in process. What a load of crap. I personally like their products, but customer support and policies are severely lacking in SUPPORT. Just an extension of sales.

Tried to go online to purchase ink for my F-170 sublimation printer and Epson does not sell it, just directs you to companies that are commercial companies only. I am a home crafter and I don't want to purchase large volumes of ink. What do I do?

Buyer beware, products are not refundable for non-delivery. Buy your ink from a reputable dealer, not Epson.

I bought a multi pack of Epson ink.i tried to find the correct in for an EPSON 3750 but received 512 ink rather than 502. I tried to return the ink when it didn't fit but instead because I opened one of the ink bottles, I was unable to return any of the ink, including the 3 unopened and sealed bottles. It's an awful return policy! Please don't buy from Epson but buy from Amazon!

Epson customer service has gone downhill in the past 2 years.
Epson customer service in 2019 and before was excellent. Whenever there was an issue with the printer they could not resolve, they replaced the printer with a refurbished one even if the printer was out of warranty. When I call today on a 2 year old printer, they told me it was out of warranty and could only refer me to a repair center, at my own expense or give me a small discount on a replacement unit. I told them that if an Epson printer only lasts 2 years, I will not be buying another Epson printer.

They shipped me the wrong cartridge and wouldn't replace it.....so I had to eat the 55 dollars.
Never ever buy anything with EPSON.

Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4630 - Every time I replace an ink cartridge, it says there is a paper jam when there is NO paper jam. And every time I change an ink cartridge, I have to take in to be "repaired". This is routine is unacceptable, and the printer is JUNK in my opinion.

My previous Canon printer was totally unreliable so I decided to switch to Epson. I signed up for their ReadyPrint service as it was much more cost effective than shelling out nearly £50 every time I needed to replace ink. Everything was working fine for a year, my subscription was taken on the dot each month, Epson supplied me with replacement cartridges when mine started to run low. In February, I received an email from Epson saying that they were unable to take payment and that there was a problem. I contacted my bank, who checked my card and my account. All was fine. The problem was obviously at Epson's end. I contacted Epson who said they would look into it. I heard nothing. I contacted them again and they told me that my complaint had been 'elevated' to Level 2 and they would be in touch. In the meantime I should re-enter my card details with them. I tried that twice, and twice I got an immediate "Payment Failed" email. I checked with my bank again and went to see them in person. They gave me full details of where the problem lay. I passed this onto Epson, and was told, yet again, that they would look into it and "would be in touch". I am very soon going to run out of ink and will need to install the replacement cartridges they sent me. However, due to this issue and as they've been unable to collect my subscription (their fault not mine), my printer will lock and will cease to function until it is resolved and they send it an unlock signal. I need a printer for my business, and because of this, I will soon be unable to function. It is now three weeks after the problem first arose and I am still waiting for them to sort it and am no closer to resolving the issue. The problem is with their subscription service and not with my bank or card. No help, no updates, just fob offs, platitudes and passed from pillar to post, representative to representative. For crying out loud. I am a customer.

Ordered ink for my printer, 4 cartridges; only 2 arrived. Called Epson, told them the issue; was told I would have to call back the next day. So I called them back, was told that the 2 missing ink cartridges would be sent. Package arrives the next day, IT'S THE WRONG INK. I spend 45 minutes on the phone trying to get a return shipping label so I can send the wrong ink back to them and get a refund for the 2 cartridges never received but charged for fraudulently. Epson REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND!! This is not the first order they bungled but it will be the last. DO NOT BUY FROM EPSON.

I will never buy an Epson printer again. It is a money vampire. Just sucks through the ink and the cartridges are so small you have to replace almost daily and I do not even print much. Also, tried to use non Epson cartridge and it was not accepted. Went to the store and bought an Epson cartridge and still not accepted. They will not honor the guarantee because I had used non Epson cartridges. The machine is just 3 weeks old!

A very important concern about this company. Love their printer but do not like the company stance on using non-Epson ink cartridges. Have had this printer for about 1-1/2yrs using Non-Epson ink bought online. Worked flawlessly. But Epson sent a firmware update and it no longer recognizes the ink cartridges. Looked online about this and this is one of the Epson printers that has no solution to downgrade the firmware. I called Epson and spoke with multiple people and eventually corporate offices. They told me that using Epson ink is not a recommendation but a requirement. They could do nothing. At this point I am just going to buy another printer. I cant stomach buying Epson ink for 2-3 times the money just out of principal. They literally ruined my printer which was working fine two hours ago. There is a class action lawsuit against them for this exact issue right now...

I have a EcoTank ET-4766 printer that I like very much, but the paper-feed went bad after 6 months use. Calle customer service, but was kept on hold for an hour. After several attempts gave up. I thought maybe I could get a replacement, but gave up trying on the phone and buying a new one at Costco, which as a very good warranty program. Sorry, but can't say the same for Epson.

WF-R4640 Epson - $1200 printer for offices

U.S. Customers Given Dumbed Down Options and removed selections available to everyone else.


Need: Print A5 paper (half paper) for a small spiral notebook.


Cassette Tray 1 and Tray 2 both have sliding guides for A5 Paper.
There is no option to print A5.

In Print Preferences - there are no options for A5 paper. I followed online instructions to create my owner "user-defined" size although I thought it was strange.

User-Defined is the only way to select A5 paper

Epson Deliberately removed the option in the software to print A5 And User Defined paper sizes from all print trays (except Rear paper feeder) for U. S. Customers only.

Other countries have the ability to choose A5 paper and/or define their own paper sizes for use in the paper trays.

Note* 2-sided printing is NOT available from Rear Paper Tray.

Model: WF-R4640 $1200 printer. for business use.

Bought a XP 3105 a couple a weeks ago and so very sorry that I did.Will not let you print B & W when colour cartridges have run out.Awful printer and would not recommended it to anyone .Will be putting it in the bin and purchasing a HP printer as I had one prior to buying this piece of rubbish.

I bought 220 ink cartridge on accident instead of 202. They won't do an exchange on my ink so I just bought an hp printer instead screw epson.

Epson updates software which stops printers from working if any of the cartridges are not official Epson. They are evil. Our printer worked fine until I updated it. Then, despite an official black cartridge added, it refused to work using the other colors which had worked fine

Thus company is out to get you. The software updates clogs your PC. Then it stops your printer. Screw your, Epson, I'm buying Canon. End.

This is the WORST company to deal with ever. Do not order or use any of there products. They do not have a return policy online and customer service is rude, rude, rude.
I think I may need to make a complaint to the ombudsmen or fairtrade people. Obviously from the comments below everybody has the same experience as me. NOT good enough Epson.

I did all of the below multiple times and my computer is never found. It shows in printers? I decided OK. I will use a portable device. A usb drive. Surprise surprise. Only JPEG ant TIFF files are supported. I doubt very much that you would be aware that those are not only outmoded, but very not so good for graphics files. Take it back or I will put I will put it on the street with a FREE sign on it but not for Mac. I decided to try to use this machine as just a copier. FAIL. Paper jam every time. So. In conclusionI - I cant connect my computer via your driver. I cant use your file formats via USB. I cant even copy on this copier. I am not going to try to set up a dedicated line when I shouldnt have to. That is an insane imposition. I have never dealt with such an intractable customer service regime in my 40 years as a professional designer. Page after page of thanking ME for contacting support. You are F...ing Welcome. Rather than shipping this piece of s..t back at my expense I will put it on the street with a caveat emptor label.
