Their review of violations of community standards couldn't be worse if a robot did it. I have reported actual bullying and people scamming, but they seem to want to get rid of pretty pictures and silly posts that aren't offensive. They couldn't be much further off the mark.
I am a Digital marketer and I have a Very bad customer service by Facebook support team! The dont reply to your inquiries, nor they respond to any technical problem you might face that could be a huge damage to your business. They could only reach you back in case you need support for running ads (to squeeze your pocket)... Too materialistic. they could let you lose your account in a glimpse of an eye.
My clients lost their account with no single support or even follow up. Can't wait to go for alternatives
Facebook support literally doesnt pay attention on whats the matter but provide General-Non helpful answers as if it is an AI thats answering to my problems. I had an issue with some ads that were created after a breach on my FB account and when I contacted with FB's support they didn't provide any helpful answers but also answered like 4 days later ....
It seems as though Facebook doesn't feel they need to have customer service support but more an afterthought. they have aggressively grown their marketplace (also a lot of control over sale ) without ever considering the additional services needed for the customers who are having bad experiences or are being scammed. They are horrible to get a hold of they are horrible to get a resolution and when you do sometimes they don't even follow through. They really need to get their act together
I have had an ongoing problem with my business account that Facebook has IGNORED and NOT BEEN HELPFUL but instead has hampered my business!! They do not answer my requests for help to resolve my account that was hacked months ago and instead simply block me from advertising, refusing all my requests for help. Has anyone ever sued Facebook for loss of income due to their faulty practices?
I'm the administrator of a group page and as such I should be able to see the members that have viewed my blog. Not just a number but the members names. PLEASE fix this. I cannot be harmed by seeing this! Very disappointed in Facebook's arbitrary manner in taking control away from group administrators in this way.
I run a small business selling my artwork and Facebook advertising restricted my page from advertising for no real reason. Customer support has been one of the worst experiences of my life and I've been told countless lies along the way that "we'll get this fixed" and it never does.
Page has been restricted for almost a year now and I've lost all hope now.
Worst communication for a large company. If your account is hacked you no way of getting it back. FACEBOOK has ignored ever attempt I've made thru emails. With No Phone or chat communication how is someone supposed to verify his or her identity. Yes I know you can take a picture of DL or form of picture ID. Did that twice and never received a email one back. Facebook need to secure the users information a lot better than what they have in the past.
I sell a few things on Marketplace. I had about 10 itmes on there for a fun weekend sale, I had a brand new Grease gun and then facebook deleted my post and I got locked out for 30 days because I used the word GUN.... but didnt uise it alone, used it in a sentance..... BRAND NEW AUTOMOTIVE GREASE GUN..... tried to appeal, they wouldnt even listen to me...

They have disable my account meant taken all of my photos memories conversations business contacts all attempts to contact any one at Facebook had no results there is a spot that says you can download your information at any time that is not true for 30+ days that my account was disabled pending review I can't download my personal information and was denied access every single time what gives you the right to take my personal photos conversations and not allow me to retrieve them? If you are down to a 2.2 star rating in the App Store that is absolutely mind blowing that you have not even tried to change thisI have read some of the reviews good and bad very few good available and there are a lot of bad that are even worse than mine but all of them seem to be leaning towards unjustified disabling of accounts or entire groups I want The ability to retrieve my photos that are ear-replaceableBecause they no longer exist other than on my Facebook account and the conversations I have 11+ years with my wife children family and business contacts I would never ever recommend Facebook to anybody at this point in time in fact I would advise them strongly against ever even downloading it and the person that made the false accusation against me because the auto correct changed one damn word and nobody got to my review or even a head any sort ofCommunication with me to try and clarify the situation still has over 10+ accounts tell me how that is fair Facebook you are a racist unjust and none understanding Company and I use that word very loosely as there is the lack of a better term because a company cares about their customers because the customers what makes their company I hope everybody that reads this review does not download your app now to every Buddy else that is been unfairly disabled discriminated against I'm there with you you have my sympathies at some point I hope there's a class action brought against Facebook truth after private information images and private conversations
I have been user of Facebook and Messenger for over 10 years in the past two years I started using the marketplace very heavily along with messenger due to the virus losing my job of 13 years it is the mainstay of my income to support my wife and three kids recently I received a few notification stating that I had used some monetary rights to a song that just happen to be playing in the background on a radio in my vehicle nothing I can do about that other than Let them mute that portion of the song which is barely audible in the first place and a second notification stating that I had used five seconds of America's funniest home videos content which I absolutely did not do as I film the entire video on my phone and it had to do with repairing my car which I was unable to dispute every attempt failed with a message stating that the link I was following was broken or not available to me but now my account is disabled because I chose to call somebody out that was running a scamming post in a buy and sell group for vehicles within 30 seconds of my comment my account was disabled with the statement of bullying or harassment all for shedding light on someone doing something against the community standards was my message appropriate probably not but I was not the only one making similar or like comments I wonder how many of them had their accounts disabled as well this disable ation of my account is having a major financial impact upon my family and all attempts to contact Facebook in many different manners has had no results of any kind i've had a few friends search the persons name to find out that they have many many accounts under the same name but yet I make one comment about his standards and I am banned for 30 days provided that they get to my review in time or my account will be permanently disabled from my understanding which I do not think it's fair or justified I have used the report a problem section under the option of other pleated to have someone contact me provided my email and phone number and yet to receive any sort of response and I can almost bet that this review will not be allowed to be posted
Absolutely the worst social network and I dont even know how they imagine they are a company!
My profile was taken over fully by hackers. I can do nothing. Facebook doesnt help, doesnt care. They let my login details leak and now Im left with all the misery caused.
Horrible. That and losing 12 years of photos, all messages and my admin possibilities in 4 different private groups
I was hacked on my facebook account and locked out. This account is attached to my business accounts. I also lost access to them. Then I started getting charges from facebook to my bank account for almost $5,000 dollars.
I have tried many avenues for the last ~3 weeks to get ahold of facebook and they have not customer service that can help. They are horible.
