I'll never shop at Famous Footwear! I ordered crocs for my daughter to be delivered to my house which I did and paid for with cash at the store, still have the receipt and confirmation email. After a month I got an email saying they were out of stock the Cadillac blue crocs. And I'd be issued a refund. I've never received it! I went to the store and told them and they can't issue it. I've called the main Famous Footwear number to be put on hold for an hr to be told the check was issued, which is a joke! It had been 2 months I never received a Check so she said someone would be calling me back. I've never heard back. It's now been 3 months. So I guess I gave famous footwear $55.00.

I placed an order online on July 22, 2023. After a few mins. I got an email, they cancelled my order due to the fact that they can't verify my address. I always use the same credit card and the address on file is the same. I even checked my bank and the have the correct address. Since it's a Saturday Customer Service is closed. I called Monday spoke to two customer service they said I shouldn't be billed because order has been cancelled. Well, I got charged for an order they cancelled and they said I need to wait for 10 days for a refund. I said can you send me an email so I have a proof that I will get a refund? They said it's the same email we sent you when your order has been cancelled. I got charged for a cancelled order I just want a proof I will get a refund and they didn't want to send me an email, they just want me to wait for my refund which is really annoying. Why would you bill a customer for an order you cancelled? I also emailed customer service 2x and NO REPLY at all. Do you even read emails Famous footwear? Horrible customer service.

I went to your company about a week before my vacation. In Deer Park Outlets. The sales lady was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products. I asked for a really good walking shoe and right away she said ASICS ortholite are the best. I wear them every time for vacations.Needless to say these are the worse sneakers I have ever had in my life. It was so bad that I couldn't even walk by the afternoon. My feet were killing me. I even tried inserts nothing helped. It completely ruined my vacation. By the 3rd day I had to purchase a new pair of sneakers. I would like some type of compensation for the sneakers I will never wear again.

Troy,Mich. store decided to close at 5:00 instead of 7:00 p.m. which is on your website. A handwritten little sign on the door closed at 5: 00.Wrong! Bad business. Are we supposed to read their mind?

People work long shift kids in school all day we all have busy life's right
When we get done with all the important things we do day to day have time to get some necessities we need shoes for our busy life's right
Then finally get to the store and look for roughy 15 minutes try a pair or two on then get told you have to leave that your store closes at 7pm like wow! I couldn't believe it! I walked out with nothing looking to buy at least two pairs. I work for the United States Postal Service and we work so much that I had a little extra time so I could get some shoes!
Seems so impossible anymore for anything all the stores close early now. Probably will not make it to your store again.

Your store manager Melissa Walker was the rudest person I have ever got help from . She couldn't help me with finding the right size I needed at and really made you guys lose a good customer I will never shop at this store again .

I'm a frequent customer in the North Platte store and because of your rude, and sarcastic employee named Collin 2 of your best workers left or should i say forced out! I find that the Gm or whoever made that call should be investigated for being such a poor manager! I've been in there many times where your employee Collin had his friends in the back and being. Rude to customers like myself and talking about other employees including his store manager Jill, i myself will go higher up over this unprofessional employee it's unfair that he gets his way by crying wolf to higher ups who would rather listen to him ainstead of keeping the employees that actually do their work and bring in sales! The 2 employees are very sweet and very helpful whenever I'm in there with my children and my wife and now after learning of this crap your company will no longer get my business as well as a lot of other people who've i told about your store! I really hope you reconsider keeping these employees and let this cocky snobby guy Collin go instead of him becoming your boss and acting like a baby

Purchased a shoe online, and the sole started to separate after only wearing it twice. I contacted customer service and was informed that if the store can not deem the shot defective, there's nothing else they can do. So, basically, I am forced to keep a pair of boots that can not be worn and cost me over 60 bucks. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I made an online purchase for a pair of boots that I never received. I have contacted famous footwear customer service several times and currently this matter is not being resolved. I was told that because I had a missing item in the past that I could not make a claim against the product that I currently ordered. As a customer and a value customer I have never experienced the horrible customer service that I have experienced with your company. I have done all the research on my own with fedex the delivery of this product and cannot get anyone to help me with refunding me for the purchase I never received. This is not my fault that the item was lost stolen. I would greatly appreciate someone assisting me and getting me a full refund for the boots that I never received.

I walked into my local famous footwear in lacey, wa and because a disgruntled employee at the Kohl's store across the street and I don't get along he called the famous footwear and said all this defamation of my character and said that I was a shoplifter even though I have never stolen anything from anywhere and the employees along with the store manager kicked me out of the store on his false accusations. Not to mention the embarrassment I felt while they all looked down at me when all I was trying to do was buy Christmas presents for my niece and nephew.

I'm very disappointed in your store my mother lives in Arizona and I live in Iowa and she's so desperately wanted to spend $300 at your store today and buy me some shoes but she simply could not I got a district manager out here in Iowa and he said there was absolutely no way he could accept her money 0 the end so I would feel sore and took a picture of some shoes that I that she could buy me and sit for the the numbers and then I went online and picked out another pair of shoes because I simply did not want to drive back to the store again my mother went to the store in Arizona and try it again now the shoes were only equal to 150 hours and the second pair that said online for $50 the guy told her was only available in Iowa and I had to go to the store so now she wants me to call the shores see if they will hold them till morning because they're closing an hour anyway it doesn't matter and of course says no my mother now has to drive to Walmart and send me $50 through the Walmart system now I have to drive to Walmart which I am ready doing and pick up the $50 and tomorrow I have to again drive out to the mall to your store to try to buy some shoes for $50 better on correct supposedly that will probably be there maybe they will maybe they will stop the point do you get the point probably not you just lost at least a hundred fifty dollars baby $200 if I can't buy anything at your store but I can buy for 50 hours then you've lost a little $200 do you care I wonder I doubt I'm just telling you there's got any better way why do you not what to receive already I told her why didn't you tell the store clerk at your store just to pick up any shoes in the whole garden world I'm sorry I didn't mean to say bad word but why don't you just pick up any issues any shoes at all I didn't even care what they were I just mail them to me and I would go to the store here in Iowa and I'm going to change them and she said no she asked the card and he told her no that was not possible either are you serious are you serious that man could not pick up any shoes at all man woman or child any size of any color from his store or from online and take her money and ship them to me yeah I'm talking to this! Now!! What is you people's problems

The layout of the store requires employees to use ladders to access shoe sizes. This of course takes up more time and limits space in The store to shop. A layout that helped access boxes or a accommodating tool would be wonderful to utilize space.

I ordered sneakers for school for my daughter. She has worn the sneakers 6 times and they are falling apart. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to try and get a replacement pair of shoes and Famous Footwear refuses to do anything abt it. They state even though they sell the shoes they don't make them and they will not stand behind the product they sold and let me get a credit to buy her new sneakers. Their customer service is terrible and useless.

I ordered a pair of kids shoes on the 4th of Sept. I still have not received them even though theyve been in transit since the 8th. They were supposed to be delivered on the 9th. Everytime I look at the sight they have changed the date. Now I'm looking at the supposed date of the 15th. These were for a six year olds birthday who has never owned a brand new pair of shoes on the 9th. He is soooo disappointed pops and grandma haven't gotten him a gift. If your having this much trouble with fed ex you all need to do something. This is very bad customer service. I won't make this mistake twice!

Have been going to the epping nh famous footwear for 3 days straight during open hours and lights are on but doors are locked No where says they are close there are are people inside they are paying no attention

Like a lot of folks I purchased a pair of sketchers, wide, to use when riding my bike. They were literally worn from my car to my car's bike rack. The soles have gotten dirty (I'm not aware of any roads that aren't) from the half dozen times i needed to adjust my shoes after getting off and back onto the bike. After the first 5 miles I endured but had to change shoes after the second 5. So, what am I to do with a pair of shoes that seemed to fit nicely in the store only to kill my feet after wearing them for a short time bike riding - not even walking!

This experience has soured me on Famous Footwear and will not longer patronize their stores, nor recommend them to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a pair of girls converse- I received two pairs of boys timberland boots and another persons TOTAL INFORMATION BILLING INFO STREET ADDRESS AND ALL! Which means- this person states away also got my information most likely. The return process was terrible- took over a week to get the money back and ad to REORDER The original pair bc they don't process "replacements". Thought I'd give them a second chance and order my son a pair shoes too and they changed the free promo shipping I was given bc of the huge hassle with the previous order to 23$ air shipping during Apple Pay checkout. They were less than helpful when I called as soon as they opened asking them to fix the shipping- so I'm stuck with the $23 shipping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE CROOKS THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered in the store in Arnold, a bookbag for my daughter. Was told it would be 3-4 days. We are on day 9 and STILL have no bookbag. She needed this bag 3 days ago. It sat in Wisconsin for 4 days. Now in St Peters and hasn't moved. Was told it would be delivered now by Sept. 2nd. I have requested 3 refunds and was told to enjoy my new shoes. WHAT! I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER NEW SHOES.

I was in the coon rapids location yesterday. Looking for a shoe for a wedding as I was getting very frustrated. Because I couldn't find the match to the shoes. A employees was walking by with trash and she looked at me. And said do you need help? I said yes she said let me take this trash back. She returned immediately and I told her I am getting frustrated. She don't we will find the shoe that you need. She was very determined to find it and she did.she was very helpful so when I went to check out I told the manager how amazing she was. And that her customer service was top tier. As she the same employee was checking out another person. And the customer she was checking out said to the I totally agree with you. The manager said oh yeah we like to hear that and I am sure she does to. The manager said it in a way that didn't sit well with me. So I decided to write in on my experience with the employee I believe she told me she was the assistant Manager. Her name was silia if I spelled it correctly. But you guys need more employees like her. I will continue to shop the just because of her customer service it was amazing.

To follow-up on my purchase of ASICS ortholite. I called and spoke with Sandy from the complaint department and she was amazing. I will be returning the sneakers and getting a full refund. Thank you for all your help. I truly appreciate it.

I have to tell you how OUTSTANDING the customer service we received from Tabby at the location: Pavilions @ Talking Stick, 8930 E Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale. We were at a different location and needed a different size and asked the employee to call to be sure they had the size and could set it aside, since it was a long drive out there. Tabby answered the phone and immediately said she'd look for the shoe, came back on the line and said she'd put it on hold. When I called later that day, to get their exact address, she even remembered me! Then we arrived at her store, Tabby immediately greeted us, helped with several other shoes and walked us to help find them, went out of her way with excellent customer service AND suggested we could order the shoe to be shipped to us in different size, wow! Tabby was super friendly and incredibly helpful and should definitely be acknowledged for this excellent customer service. Her location is way out of my way, but I'd go back in a heartbeat to have her help me!
