Bought a Fender Mustang GTX 50. I think it's a great amp however I'm disappointed in the tuner. I find it doesn't always work. I have downloaded the latest firmware.

So incredibly difficult to find a neck plate for my original Fender HM Strat. I checked with a dozen Fender dealers. Nothing. Then just ask directly from Fender. Altword from Fender: A list of 20 fender dealers. Okay. Also with this zero result. And then you would think that Fender would have a good service ... There are plenty of other brands that do have a good service and I'll stick to that.

I recently (Nov 2019) purchased a brand new 2018 Fender Player Strat from a retailer. I'm not sure if it was dead on arrival but the middle pickup went open circuit. I contacted Fender EMEA (I believe this is Fender Europe based in East Grinstead, they seem to be just admin and box shifting). They told me I had to go via the dealer I bought the guitar from. I contacted the dealer and he received an email from Fender EMEA and they said any replacement pickup would have to be sourced from the factory which would take months and in any case they would need the guitar back so their technician could determine the exact cause of the problem. Now I know for a fact that the pickup is open circuit and I'm perfectly capable of replacing it myself. I don't know what the cost of shipping the guitar to them would be but I can buy a new pickup of similar specifications for under £30. I won't be buying any more Fender products.

Avoid at all costs, purchased a new Signature model strat, and received it with major issues. Their customer support is nill and they wont reply. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Honestly Avoid Fender at all costs. It sure isn't the company it once was. A Big costly lesson learned, and will be putting it in the hands of the UK Citizens Advice as unfit for purpose defective item received, and reading online I find I am not alone with issues on 2019 fender guitars.

Customer at Fender sucks. It was not alway that way. Talked. to A rep today for a truss rod wrench that I did not receive with a 900.00 guitar. ELeigh said I had to email my receipt to prove it was new. A 2 cent part was going to break Fender. I have spent nearly 8000.00 in the last 3 years to talk to this ........ Very sad .Fender I hope your proud of yor workers.

i have been servceing fender fsince 1974. and now i need a service manual to service your equiptment, and you tell me you will not sell me a service manual. I am very diapointed with Fender for not helping indepent servicers.

Bought a Fender guitar. Sounded bad and technician found that neck was badly twisted. Fender informed that will take 5 months to fix the guitar. As today guitar has not been fixed. Customer service is awful. Do not buy Fender

I purchased a Stratocaster neck and a Stratocaster Prewired pickguard and paid extra for the overnight shipping. I ensured that the order was placed well within the cutoff time for overnight shipping only to be told that FEDEX would be delivering it late. I am not at all happy with this as I am still waiting for my delivery; however, the lady I talked with in Customer Support was very nice and agreed that I should have my shipping fee returned.
