purchased appliances-full kitchen set August 26th, 2024 delivered Sept 30th 2024.
all plugged in, started using November 30th/dec 1st 2024 (kitchen remodel finally completed)
dishwasher door pulley broke after second use, we fixed ourselves
stove burning items- need to "pre-heat 10-20 minutes longer than directions say" (who knew?)
now...for horrible service/warranty Fridge/freezer started freezing everything second week of February, turned down controls a bit, troubleshoot from manual, nothing worked, lost groceries. called manufacturer started feb 26th, got a lot of "due too high call volume call can not be complete" finally got ahold 2/28, explained situation of freezes then too warm, they schedule appliance B&B company to come out. March 8th, repair guy says its two parts wrong from build, will replace. march 18th they come out and fix. We put food in it, goes bad after 2 days..freezing and thawing , now too warm again. We call wednesday, they can come out march 25th, they change the thermostat, hours later, freezer is sweating and fridge warm. Again we losing food.
call the manufacturer they said they can't replace the fridge. Why? fridge only plugged in for 4ish months, 2 months not working, repairing for a month...still nothing. at this point 3 new parts? nothing... not new fridge, refurbished at this point. Supervisor emails appliance company

Worts customer service. Been without a working fridge for 3 weeks. Tech took 3 days to come out and just read the code we already gave him. Ordered parts 19 days and we still do not have. Why did he not order as soon as he had the code.
Why did Frigidaire not over night the parts. I will tell everyone I know yo not buy Frigidaire. Less than 7 months old.

Never Buy a Frigidaire Refrigerator as they are Poorly Designed/Manufactured and fail after only 3-5 years of gentle use. Customer Service is impossible to get a hold of and they will not fix the problems !
There is a major Design and/or Manufacturing defect on Frigidaire French Door Refrigerators with in door ice and water dispensers. Our 3 year old Model FFHB2750TS has a huge ice formation at Ice Maker Drain which caused the plastic to break. This is obviously a major design and/or manufacturing defect and completely UN-acceptable for a 3 year old $2,000 Refrigerator.

Our brand new out of the box free standing gas range caught on fire when we plugged it in. All they cared about was if there was any damage to the house. We asked for a new oven and were told it had to be looked at by a repair man. We are on week 4 and the third part and still no replacement or compensation. I wish we would have just let the piece of junk burn. Never buy from Frigidaire.

DON'T BUY FRIGIDAIRE OR ELECTROLUX

On September 2, 2023 we took delivery on our new Frigidaire 24.8 cubic foot chest freezer which was purchased from Lowe's. From the onset the lid gasket leaked causing ice buildup on the freezer's interior. Towards the end of September 2023 the Frigidaire repair person came out, confirmed the gasket leak and ordered a new gasket. That was in September 2023. After dozens of calls and ALWAYS being told that the gasket is on backorder and not in their supply chain, on January 24, 2024, I was told that the gasket is a "nonfunctioning item and not covered under warranty." I was refused a return authorization and left on my own to purchase and install a lid gasket from a 3rd party vendor.

Customer service from Frigidaire is a joke - it is nonexistent. The only published number is to the Philippines. That said, here is a number you can call: 706 651-7011. The number belongs to Frigidaire's escalation person - Rita Moss. But don't expect her to answer the telephone - it goes directly to her voicemail. Also don't expect her to return calls - she doesn't. Worst customer service ever. I am surprised that Frigidaire keeps here employed (or maybe that's exactly what the company wants). Another number is to Electrolux, the company's parent, in Stockholm: 011 46 8 738-6000. There you will find some nice people who tell will tell Rita to call you. But again, don't expect Rita to help.

Horrible customer service! We have a five year warranty and they will not honor it! Everytime we call they say to call back and tell us something different! We asked to speak to their supervisor and they say they don't have one! Customer service is the worst I have seen! We even got hung up on!

We purchased our refrigerator on April 16, 2023, from Lowes in Hot Springs, AR. On November 19, 2023, the freezer stopped working. On November 20, 2023, we called Lowes, and they informed us we would need to contact Frigidaire since we have a warranty on it. We called and the male requested that we unplug the fridge and wait about 15 mins to plug it back in. We did this and it did not fix the issue. In fact, it made the refrigerator go out as well. We called back and were told a service tech would be reaching out to us. We did not receive a call until November 29, 2023. Several days after Thanksgiving which we had family coming in for dinner, we lost all the food in our freezer and refrigerator causing us to purchase just what we needed for thanksgiving and use coolers to store food. The service tech told us he could not fix the compressor. That it would have to be someone else, and they should be in contact with us in a couple of days. Since we had not received a phone call or email, I called December 4, 2023, and the lady I spoke with told me we should hear something within 24 hours and if we did not receive either a phone call or email to call back and they would replace the refrigerator at NO cost to us. So, I did as she told me and called back on December 5, 2023, with the ref # she provided. The male I spoke to was very rude and told me I received bad information from the day before and we should hear from someone within 72 hours. I went online with Frigidaire website on December 7, 2023, and sent a chat message asking for any updates. Was told to call back within 24 hours. I called back on December 8, 2023, and was told they still had not found anyone to fix the type of compressor we have on our refrigerator, that they are still searching. I requested to speak to a manager and was told they did not have the phone number for a manager. They only communicate by email. They have been searching for a tech for over a week and refuse to help us in any way. We are now almost 23 days without a working fridge that we paid over $2361.46 for and only lasted 6 months. I would expect us to have more than 7 months of use out of it. As you know Christmas is fast approaching and we will have even more family at our house. This needs to be resolved quickly. We have never had so much trouble or experienced such rudeness from customer service before.

Horrible product and customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service! We bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator and it quit working after less than 36 hours. It was then replaced and the next refrigerator quit working in less than four weeks. We have contacted Frigidaire multiple times and they are extremely slow in getting back with us and getting the problem solved. When you spend over $2000 for a kitchen appliance you expect it to work properly and yet Frigidaire seems to go out of their way to make things worse for their customers. They continuously push back on any opportunities to help the customers through their problems. It's absolutely one of the worst experiences my wife and I have endured when buying large appliances. We will ensure all of our family and friends never purchase Frigidaire products again and do everything in our power to promote their inadequate customer service, extreme dedication to poor quality and horrible product reliability.

Do not buy a refrigidaire continued from11/22/23 A repair from electrical us came as scheduled on 11/22//23. The frig had not been plugged in for 24 hours. It was not explained that we had too. And why would we keep in plugged in when does not work. The frig was moved to the garage because we had to make other arrangements to keep the $2000 worth of meds cold and using the frig as a big ice chest was not working. Let alone going everyday to get ice at our expense. Well hothead tech plugged it in and the fans start worked working. So without taking any of the back off, he thought it might be a leek in the hose that's provides the water to the frig but could not tell without the water being hooked up and left. I spoke Frigidaire this morning explained that I was not comfortable hooking up the water and have it leaking on an electrical motor. And if he had taken the back off he might have seen the water marks. While they will be sending another tech out on Wednesday. To be continued

Bought a refrigerator in September 2023. Stopped working in November 2023. Their service department sucks. When I finally got through to repair, it would take four days to get here. I tried to explain that I have over $2000 in meds that need to be refrigerated. I had to go to get bagged iced every day and used my frig and freezer as a big ice chest. I called the day before scheduled repair and told that they had to order the part and it could take 3 to 5 days.and they may to reschedule my repair date. I asked what part. No one has even looked at the frig. Again I explained about my meds and the food that was spoiling. It did not matter this was there policy. I got angry with the service rep and hung up. I went to Lowe's where I bought the frig to see if they could heap. They called them and found out that the service agent canceled the work order. So I had to make another one. I called and had to wait another week. So we unplugged it, moved to the garage an got something to handle our medication Today the guy from Electrolux showed up to. But because the frig was not on for atleast 24 hours he and not hooked up to water there was nothing he could do. They never told us to keep,it plugged when we scheduled appt. it was kind up a double standard. On the first appointment they. Could just bring the part and fix it and now they have to see what is going wrong. Please read other comments. They are so similar to mineH

Frigidaire has me angry right now, I bought a brand new, very nice, very big fridge in March of this year. And it stopped working the beginning of September. So here we are into month 3 without a refrigerator, living out of an ice chest in the driveway, and mind you I'm disabled so getting in and out of the house is really really hard some days, and all Frigidaire does is jerk me around every time. We waited almost 6 weeks for a part and I can't believe Frigidaire even sent it out because they know what the problem is with these refrigerators, and they should have known that this is the wrong part that they sent the first time. Biggest piece of crap they have ever made. And I'll tell you I loved my refrigerator because it worked great for the 6 months that it worked and I love the features on it but no, I'm done! I'm still playing games with Frigidaire's customer support team, and I'm still playing games with the service company they keep sending out to my house. Every time I've called they've told me oh we'll send a Frigidaire certified service person blah blah blah and they keep sending the same company who keeps messing it up. This is not the kind of customer service I expected and I am highly disappointed and I will not recommend it to anyone. It's too bad no on from Frigidaire will respond to me, I have spammed this same message all over facebook.

We purchased a Frididaire Convection stove for our home in the SF Bay Area. We like it so well, that we ordered one for a vacation property in the Central Sierra Nevada. The power burner on the new stove has not worked since one week after purchase in May, 2023. Just read my most recent correspondence with customer service below and you will understand how unhappy we are and how awful their customer service department is. Note that their contracted repair service made three trips to our home to repair the stove, but stood us up 4 times. Also, they have repeatedly tried to deliver it to our billing address, not the house where the stove is:
Dear XXXX,
Thank you for your time today. You have told me that you have sent this item to the Escalation Team. You have told me that you will call me in the next 24 to 48 hours to tell me when we will receive the replacement stove. You will tell me what the outcome will be in 48 hours or less.

The Third Party delivery company has repeatedly tried to deliver the stove to the billing address. I have made it clear during our conversation today and in many others prior that the delivery address is:

PLEASE do not arrange delivery from Nevada. Your delivery truck can't make it over Highway 4 due to road restrictions. PLEASE understand that the snow is coming and that you cannot wait much longer to deliver this replacement stove from a California warehouse.
When will we receive a replacement stove for one that is broken? We made the original purchase in May, 2023. Today is October 27, 2023. It has been 6 months.

I purchased a frigidaire Hoizontal chest freezer from costco sept 19,2020 as a gift for my mom. Model FFFC09M1RW Serial number: 1D02553135. It stopped working after 3 years and 17 days. Your support line staff person stated you offer 1 year warrenty. That's it, they provided information where i could contact a repair person. Informed all repair costs are now the responsibilty of the owner, an 80 year old lady, who has more wear on her running shoes than on this appliance. It is shameful the quality of your product. I recommend the engineers go back to the drawing board... WOW! Very disappointed in the quality of your product. off to the DUMP! I'll spread it around for you.

Absolute garbage. Do not buy a Frigidaire refrigerator. We had one for only about three years and it stopped cooling. Bought a new one four days ago and this one immediately had the same problem. They've cost me far more time and money than they are worth.

Can't get in touch with corporate Frigidaire who makes parts for Kenmore oven door. They discontinued making the hinges and there's no replacement hinges. Am I to throw out a perfectly good oven because a manufacturer will not supply parts they previously made? Why aren't our congressional representatives putting a halt on appliances made by Frigidaire? I will get to the bottom of this. The "green" initiative surely doesn't want our landfills cluttered with discarded appliances.

We bought a gallery frigidaire fridge last november and started to have problems 3 months later. We had the serviceman come 2 times regarding the ice machine and then three times regarding the freezer seal. Our freezer compartment was totally covered in frost. We were required to remove all the food from the fridge and freezer for 24 hours prior to him arriving at our home. We asked fridgedaire for compensation regarding all the problems we have had and they declined our request. I would never buy a fridgedaire appliance again.

Sorry sorry warranty service especially when product is under 12 months of purchase! What a joke no service technicians in my area and we will call you back in 2-3 days, been told this twice already. Fridge ruined my lvp floor underneath from water line leak about 4 months after purchase.They don't care!

Worst appliances ever we bought ours as a package with a stove microwave dishwasher and refrigerator. The dishwasher was the first to go. It never cleaned properly it let the dishes dirty, so I finally just pulled it out and got a Maytag. The stove is literally falling apart the plastic part where the back is where the clock and stuff has been cracking for a couple years just poorly designed the black paint is all off now and around the burner part, the refrigerator, the icemaker started breaking apart and then we stopped using it. There's rust all behind the icemaker part. Terrible brand would not recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a stackable washer and dryer less than 2 years ago The washer had a defected drum which was replaced under warranty. Now the motor has gone on the dryer. I did not get extended warranty as I didn't think I would need it. Please stear clear of Frigidaire. So dissatisfied with the quality.

Unable since October 2022 (11 months and counting) to get replacement part on cooktop purchased July 2022. After 5 months of local service company being unable to get part, I contacted Frigidaire directly. They set up service with third party service company. After 3 months and many long online chats (the only way to reach them) they canceled my service due to unavailable parts and supposedly because Frigidaire was going to replace cooktop instead. After multiple calls and initial denial of plan to replace unit, a supervisor agreed to replace and said original dealer would contact me to arrange. After no contact for two weeks, I called dealer who confirmed replacement plan and saidthey would contactme when unit arrived. A month later, I called again and was told Frigidaire was now going to arrange directly based on communication the same day as my prior call ( a month earlier). I contacted Frigidaire again and was told install would be the following Saturday and I would receive 30 minutes notice. Apparently that is all the notice I would have received had I not called. I asked for number and name of entity that would install. Called and it was number for a medical insurance company. Two more calls back to Frigidaire resulted in two other numbers neither of which are valid numbers for any business that delivers and installs appliances. I'll wait at home next Saturday, but seriously doubt anyone will show up as I did same three times for service provider Frigidaire arranged previously.

I have the Frigidaire refrigerator with top freezer. Model # FFTR1821TW8

The design is incredibly flawed. The number of times I hit my head on the sharp square freezer arm when coming out of the fridge is really dangerous. I've never experienced this before and it's awful.

I wish I could manually remove it, but it's not possible. Please design with safety in mind! If there are any options to change out this arm, please alert me.

I purchased the Frigidaire High Humidity 50 Pint Capacity Dehumidifier for $279.00 from Wayfair on December 3, 2022. However, it automatically stops after running for a few minutes. I've contacted Frigidaire three times in total, requesting a replacement or a fix for this issue. They confirmed my approval for a replacement, but I haven't received any email with the next steps. I've checked my email, and there's been no communication about the replacement. It's frustrating because it's been about a month, and I'm not sure if they're lying or just delaying the process. I don't understand why their customer service isn't resolving this quickly, and I'm hesitant to reach out to them again.

After a frustrating month of trying to get my 4 month old refrigerator repaired I connected with Service Representative Vilma Washington. She was kind, thorough, professional and took the time to track down the parts I was told were ordered but never came and expedited the parts hopefully to arrive before the service tech on Monday. Vilma should be your poster child for all employees and she deserves a raise.

Had to make 8 phone calls for simple request, on hold over 20 mins 3 different times. Multiple numbers made getting the correct department very difficult. Awful phone systems to navigate, but actual reps were friendly, VERY scripted but pleasant.

Our dehumidifier stopped collecting water in the bucket so we contacted Frigidaire Customer Service by email. We received a quick response and as the unit is not serviceable, an offer to buy back the original. As we no longer had the receipt, we were advised to send back the letter offering the buy back, and the original serial/model number off the back of the unit. A refund was received within 10 days of the initial inquiry. Excellent service and a good way to keep your customers coming back. By the way, we have again purchased a new Frigidaire dehumidifier.

We recently had a microwave go bad after 6 months. I called their customer service dept. and they handled it right away. They got back with me even sooner than they said, they were courteos and helpful. We had a new mic the next day.

I received prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable customer service from the telephone number 706-860-4110.

The person who helped me told me I could order the parts needed myself and get them together with instructions on how to uninstall and install: Freezer and refrigerator door gaskets.

She offered to call me tomorrow morning for the order because I was getting another call as we were talking.

I called Frigidare and spoke with a rep about my Dehumidifier. LAD704DUL. It will not drain in to the hose. I had a 25 foot garden hose connected to it. The rep stated that the hose was to long. i could not believe them, how could the hose be to long. So i got a shorter hose, still having the same issue. The next rep asked me what diameter the hose was, i said a regular garden hose, she said i needed one with 1/2 in diameter. Ok this is enough, why wont this stupid thing work? I tried what the rep told me and it worked. I called back to find out why this worked. I was informed that the dehumidifer just drips the moisture into the bucket, or the hose. There is no pressure. Because the hose was too long, the water couls not reach the incline and it was backing up into the bucket. I asked, why with the hose shorter would it still go into the bucket? The rep stated that the hose being a smaller diameter, makes a damn effect, to where the water hits the small opening and stops it from going out of the hose. I tried this with both style hoses and it worked on the 1/2. Man i was so frustrated i was about to junk the unit. I am glad that i was able to talk to the great people at Frigidiare. Saved me a lot of hassle. I looked on line and people were having similar issues. If they could just understand the unit like i did, they would save themselves a lot of time. Great Job Frigidaire. I hope to have many more years with your applainces.
