Can you please tell me how is it that the sign on the door for your business hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on 35th avenue and Peoria but I get there 5 minutes till 10 and the lady at the door talking about that they were closed? I don't understand but what an inconvenience for myself that I am on a bicycle with my trailer trying to get me a bag of dog food for my dogs.. now that's some real poor customer service!! I understand that they want to go home but that is their job if they don't like there job they should just stay at home.. I thought it was supposed to be the convenience of the customer not at the convenience of the employees? But maybe you could probably explain a little bit better for me? i have been custoner od fry ince moving to the area in 2920 i also had the privilage of been good friend with Charles Fry for 9 years to the day he died incredable simp;e intelligent man when i shop at fry on 64 and greenway i see his name on the wall and say hi to him tyhe reason i am writind is that the store has been going down on quality service and i saw incredable things about service and management why the customer service many times closes because MANAGER TOLD ME DON'T HAVE ANYBODY TO RUN THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE that is a very idiotic answer get yoUrself to work many customers complain about service i feel terrible seeing the name of my friend going downso law you have to do somethind about it in any business dealing with pulic SERVICE is the number 1 that was my main concern in 42 years in the restaurant business SERVICE be first hope this will help to improve the store for my FRIEND 'CHUCK FRY'

I have had the worst service at Fry's. Every time I place an online pick up order I get a notification that they're going to be late. Today was the worst. I placed an order at 7 AM for an order to be picked up at 3 PM. I got there at 5 PM and was told that they were still two hours behind I gave up my tickets to see a basketball game, I had to purchase food for my family to eat dinner, and I waited all evening to pick up my order. It is now 8:30 PM and still no order. I called customer service and get an attitude Because they're late with my order I've lost a few hundred dollars in tickets had to sell out more money to buy my family dinner and I get an attitude from customer service . I stopped shopping at Walmart for this purpose. I feel horrible for the employees that have to work for their pick up service. They're underpaid. They work in the hot sun with no help. Managers should be ashamed of themselves at 107th Ave., and Indian school. This is the worst service I've ever had in my life. Fry's just lost a customer
Declines my debit order held all the funds I had on card. The whole reason it was declined was because they held it before the transaction was canceled still don't have my money back customer service instore 555 e grant gave a 1800# & disregarded anything I'm trying to tell them. Completing a debit purchase while I had funds on card should have been possible but nit only was I unable to make purchase transaction canceled still holding my money none of them care that what they held is my child's dinner for today sorry for the inconvenience doesn't cut it when my child has to wait 7 days for funds on order to eat. Total BS. & the fact Noone cN hold their cashier accountable or even look to see what she did wrong is beyond. Bad customer service!!!
Frys pharmacy at Pat Tillman in Surprise, AZ has done it again. They had my prescription for 2 weeks, didn't touch it or look at it until today when it's due and I'm completely out to tell me they don't have it and it'll be another 3-4 days before they can get it. This is medication I can't be without for a week. This is the 4th time they've pulled this. This is a poor excuse for a pharmacy. They do things how they want, when they want and your health isn't considered at all!
Deli dept need to know how to sell a product that the sign states 14.99 8 pcs meal 2 legs 2 breast ,2 thigh 2 wings now other sign states 8 pcs of chicken 8.99 baked spicy fryed I asked 8 pc of legs they say can't sell like that PUT IT ON THE DAMN SIGN you lost a 400.00 a month from me aldis Alberson safeway here I come
I wanted to let you know how much I can't stand the new lids on the Simple Truth Baby Spinach plastic boxes. The lid is horrible to get off and it DOES NOT stick like they say so most of the spinach goes bad because the air has gotten in. PLEASE get rid of this lid. It's horrible. I usually lose half the box and at $3.50 a box it's VERY irritating.. I have numerous people who agree with me. Looking forward to you going back to what it was or doing something else.
I shop very rarely at the Fry's on Campbell and Irvington and every single time I do go to the self checkout, their "sensitive" machines always cause issues to whereas I have to end up waiting for a rep to come over and correct what I have already scanned OR it will not register what I have scanned, so if I have 10 items already scanned, it will register 6 or some stupid crap!!!UGH!!!...SO FREAKING IRRITATING!!! All I'm ever told is: "Oh, the machines are very sensitive" blah blah blah!!! I get it that they are trying their hardest to prevent theft in this crummy economy, BUT geez Louise...EVERY time...It's beyond ridiculous! I know the reps are instructed to just tell the customers the BS that I see through, so it's not their fault. I try to go to self check out for a "quicker more efficient" experience, and I see the people in the cashier's lines moving faster out the door than the people in self service because we all just stand around waiting for the reps to make their idiotic machines allow us to continue our purchases!! I'm starting to hate Fry's more than Walmart. Smh.
Frys will promise to refund all your order for a bad shopper , and doesn't follow through and wants you to keep getting in touch with them, no refund yet! Bad customer relations, I will never shop at frys again or Pharmacy, no contact, I am out! For good, 73 year old widow ?
I just want to say that if you can I would shop another pharmacy then fry's I will be switching myself after this review I have chronic pain for a long time and I'm to the point where I need pain meds every 6 hours so I get them every 30 days supposly they have this pab, name James that's power tripping over there and making me wait 31 days so I'm in more pain now because I come up short 4 pills now.i guess they don't know how to count.they think there doctor's too. They told me I can pick them up later in the day and then they call me back and tell I have to wait till tomorrow,so unprofessional!! I'm done with them! Also I'm handicapped I had $400 worth of food on senior day and need a bagger, the cashier ask for help from a worker and she said I'll think about it. The cashier was in shock with her reaction.she finally came over 5 minutes later and told me to back off.i already we as standing on the other side of my cart with a mask I told her where's your mask I couldn't move anymore without being in the next baggers way.im also double vaccinated.i called and complained about her. She's no longer there. Shouldn't come down to that. Anyway this fry's went downhill!!

I've been a customer for 37yrs. Back when this local was a "SMITTYS". YES, Smithy's. O usually get 7.5 to 8.5 oufbof 10,service and like your stores. However, the pharmacy is also my MAIN supplier of my life giving/Saving meds. 9X out-of ten I receive a smile and a hello. Today. HOWEVER, was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
Mu cashier was DREW. He has weighted on me several times and EBERYONE has had a co flict!!!! While retrieving my meds., i asked Drew to please shred the paper work as I have been. using there meds. For the last 5+yrs. and have plenty copys. He replied yes sir, accept for the drug interactions sheet. I asked, a simple question, "EVEN THOUGH I'VE NEEN THING THEM FOR THE PAST SIX YRS.??,
OH MY GOODNESS, O E MIGHT HAVE THOUGHT I JUST LOCKLED HIM IN THE KNEE CAP.. He BANGED his finger down on the counter and said "ITS THE LAW SIR" Sclldonge as of i were his 5yr. old child. I exclaimed "I haven't received one of these in a long time.

He replied. Nope, ITS THE LAW!!! Again. In a rude and unkind manner.
This young man has treated me rudely before. And I just chalked it up to a bad day.
Well, enough is enough.
I've been letting his poor Behavior slide and this time I'm not going to let it happen I've had enough. Please reprimand this young man I know I'm not the only customer he treats rudely I've seen him talk to other people this way as well very short fuse of this young man maybe he should just fill medicines and not cashier. Or learn how to deal with the public. If he doesn't like it let him go find a new job. Walgreens Walmart CVS and several other pharmacies are closer than the fries is and I could take my business there. I would prefer not to have to do that but if this young man is rude to me again I may have to do that.
I had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Marnie in the Seafood Department at the Frys Grocery Store at 9245 W Union Hills Dr. Peoria, AZ. She was kind and caring and very helpful to me. I know if I need assistance again at this store - she will be the person I will go to for help!!! AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE! SHANNON - frequent shopper at this store.
Let me just say! I've always been really comfortable with shopping at the frys on carefree highway and ..... ave I have a lot of anxiety, panic attacks and I also have PTSD ! I have never been treated so well in my life by people working at this location. I enjoy shopping here and have been helped out in more ways that go above and beyond expectations of the staff.
I shopped Fry's store 84 Highway in San Tan Heights, Arizona yesterday. I avoid shopping there and any Fry's and haven't in 4 years. I go there for a random item I can't get else where or when I'm close and to lazy to go somewhere else. Nothing has changed except the employees manage to look more miserable than at Wal- Mart, the atmosphere is more draconian and oppressive than the last time and there is even less people per department to help.
What did make me fall over though was that THE store manager was actually ringing the cash register. A change since I rarely if ever see them in the store on their floor.
Although my interaction was pleasant and polite what irked me was that she did not accept my one pathetic competitor's coupon for $2.75.
Really? I mean seriously? I had not been aware that the coupon policy changed. She informed me so.... politely. She did not, however, apologize. She neither used the good judgment of a manager in providing exceptional service nor exercised the part of the coupon policy that said, "they reserve the right to change it at any time". Uhmmm...ever here of "Customers first"? I believe that had been Fry's mantra for the longest time.
I took my competitor's coupon which was $2.75 off of any purchase of 3 12 packs of Coca Cola product (Fry's had them at 3 for $12.00) and went to Safeway. Safeway had their Coke at the same price. Although Safeway DOES NOT accept coupons like this when I spoke to the manager about my experience at Fry's and explained why I now shop at Safeway regularly and always will he graciously accepted my coupon on Fry's behalf!!! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I sent a complaint letter to Fry’s; I did not expect any response whatsoever. The store manager replied and apologized, then replaced my dirty, used and incomplete GPS with a new 2014 model at no cost. He seems sincere about winning back consumer confidence. In the same amount of time we spend complaining here, we could remedy the situation by contacting the store and explaining the problem.

He has been doing an excellent job for you in that store.. All displays are well done and stay filled.. Any questions his staff is there to answer..
i'm usually as critical as the next guy but my experience on early Sunday morning Feb. 27th was very good. i was laptop shopping. the sales people couldn't have been more helpful and everyone in the store was friendly. of course it was early on a sunday so maybe that's the key
I have bought many things from Fry's over the years, and have returned a number of those. Say what you want about Fry's, but their return process is painless and what it should be. They have even been able to get me a receipt for an item that I purchased years earlier (which I needed for a warranty issue).
