I had refilled my phone. A few days later, the funds were gone completely! I had put $10.00 for three months. I would highly not recommend H2O wireless!

Paid for prepaid ATT Wireless service at my local store, after checking the phone compatibility, only to find that voice would not work. The agent had to shout at the phone representative for s refund . To no avail. Plus they're holding my phone number hostage for five business days, ie a whole week.
Under No circumstaneces give your money to ATT Wireless, H2O wireless. Worst customer service at predatory marketing.

The worse customer services. The phone always cut off in the middle of conversation. Hard time to understand the representatives cause you just can't understand what they say. They are rude and would say something " that's my third time to talk about it" when they just can't say English right. Terrible customer services!!! They need hire some people who don't have an attitude at work and who can say English that can be understood!!! Terrible!!

No one speaks English very rude and nasty I waited over 45 minutes 7 different times same day had to use 611 because these idiots don't log notes I need an American who speaks English I want to cancel account right now

Every month my international balance get hacked by some hackers. They steel my money. When i contact H2o, h2o says " they cant do anything" they suggested me to change my mobile number. How could you change a number when you belongs a number more then 12 years!!!

I am an h2o wireless customer. I have not been able to receive or make phone calls since 3/7/21. I called customer service no one answered.

Cannot reach H2Owireless the last 5 days for help with re-setting APN for 5G change over. Impossible to reach them (hours wait on phone). I am seriously considering porting to another carrier, but I now see others cannot release their numbers. It is not like they are cheaper than AT&T/T-mobile etc. pre-paid services any more. I was too busy to check the last few years, and now they are no longer competitive. They now turned into a regular scammer. What a shame.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no customer service. For one week, I have been trying to reach them at all different hours and all I get is a message that they will be with me shortly. I stayed on the line for 2 hours and then got disconnected. I tried a live chat and no specialist ever came on. I tried sending an email asking that someone call me and after waiting 6 days, still nothing. I have no phone service and can't reach anyone at H2O for help. I can't even speak to someone to cancel my service or find out my account number so I can have my phone number released for porting. I don't know how they stay in business. I will not be surprised if I hear they went out of business.

Trying to transfer to another provider. Unable to transfer until H2O release the phone number. I have tried for over a week to get a hold of someone at H2O. Each time I was on hold for over an hour and then got disconnected. DO Not use this company. No responses to live chat or email contact either. Horrible customer service

I have never experienced a horrible customer service. I was on hold for 30 minutes and I had to deal with two very rude associates and one of them hung up on me. This is unbelievable, absolutely no way to treat a customer who is always on top of payments and here we are dealing with this issue. Unbelievable! I will not recommend anyone to get this service.

SCAM!! I've been using this service for 9months. My 9th month I paid my bills for 2 more months. After this I was not able to send text messages! After you send 500 text messages while with this company it blocks it. I have an iPhone so I can only message iPhone users. I now have to get a new number and sims card. They will not refund my money & I will have to pay for new service so my credit doesn't roll over.

Bad data connection not able to speak to the proper people regarding getting back my prepaid cash on a 3 month payment and no data service while out and about. THE ENGLISH SPEAKING LANGUAGE IS NOT GOOD that's what you call communication ( what )

Very poor service there is no tracking mechanism. Once Escalated issue need to escalate every time when you ask for status. No ticket number provided when escalated. Still not clear any technical department to resolve this issue.

I switched to H2O wireless last week and I haven't been able to receive phone calls and I can't send or receive text messages. I haven't been able to use my phone for almost 2 weeks. I have spoken with many CSR and no one will help me.

I was their customer for quite a bit. It used to be a good company, really good value for money. However, recently I mentioned that in several occasions a big chunks of money disappeared from my son's account. First, time I had a long and pointless conversation with their "award winning customer service" - total waist of time. They were trying to come with ridiculous explanations that there were a lot of messages sent from this phone. In fact the argument was about $50 taken from account out of blue - no any call or even a single message was associated with the transaction. To get access to your records you need to go through some ridiculous procedure, something like notarized letter or more than that. After my angry review on their site, money come back. But now it happened again. This time 40 bucks disappeared. Also I mentioned double charging happens for small transactions. It look like a systematic theft. The company turning into a rotten rats' burrow.

The greeting you first get is "....you will be assisted by award winning representatives". That was the total opposite of what the greeting says. I bought a new simcard (with a plan). I tried activating the sim with two representatives and it did not work. They asked me to wait for an hour to see if it will work. I waited. No one called so I called them back. Representative number 2 recommended I buy another simcard (more money spent). I got a second sim. I called to activate the line and I got an extremely RUDE and worst Indian sounding guy. He tried activating the second sim and it failed. He said to me "you need to buy a new phone.........you already spent 10 minutes on phone and I have to hang it up". I thought this was a very rude way of dealing with a new client trying their service for the first time. WORST SERVICE!

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. They are wireless Nazi's. My phone was stolen. They have no stores within 100 miles of me that carries their product. Won't allow me to port my number to a new phone unless i get a sim card of theirs put in another phone then they will text me my account number which will allow the change. DId that and still more hoops to jump through...that was my business phone...this is ruining me and they barely speak english...so dis satisfied. I would never reccommend them or use them again.

They are doing a number port out from last 18 days. still H2O cannot complete it. they got my money $30 and not doing properly. when i ask for refund since the port out is not successful they are ignoring it for no reason. because the reason is their policy. now i have to pay $30 to them for no service provided. i am frustrated.

Overall H2O is ok, but they still have a long way to go. If you are someone who wants to send pictures this may NOT be the company for you. I don't understand all of this but I do have an iphone 4S, which was unlocked so the transfer was not too bad but after the fact I shortly found out that I can only send pictures to other iphone users, this alone stinks... I was told that it is because of our service provider. So,i believe it is high time that they fix this issue or they are going to loose a lot of business just from this feature alone. Do you know hou frustrating it is not be be able to send a picture when you so desire?

actually I was having technical problem with my phone... I called them and I get the solution very fast... probably I was talking to a indian but at the of the story I got a good customer service....5.... im not satisfy with the holding time... i got what i wanted ...
