I purchase a Hamilton beach microwave for Christmas in December , and the paint on the inside is peeling of , I don't have my receipt. So can't return to the store what do I do

I been messaging them for five months now four separate tims five including today no ones every got back with me. My warranty will be ending soon and no one is at lol try to contact me in the last five months I have a microwave thats needs to be replace . Am 57 and never had a microwave rust all in the creases I hardly use it but when I do I dry it out because it's full of steam This is dangerous to a person health and is very ignorant not to contact me back. I sent pic that microwave looks like it never been touch besides the rust. I will be contacting consumer affairs and a lawyer if needed
I purchased a Hamilton Beach microwave this summer at Walmart. Just recently the microwave was sparkling fire. Thankfully I was in the kitchen and was able to turn it off and unplugged it. I called Hamilton Beach to tell them what happened and was asked do I have the box or the receipt. I'm like who keeps the box or receipt for an appliance for months. I don't. If I knew that the microwave was not going to be any good after 4 months then I wouldn't have bought it. They ask for the info that's on the back of the microwave. I gave it to them. Then I was told to take it back to Walmart. Walmart said for me to call Hamilton Beach. Now this is a run around. Hamilton Beach said it's nothing that they can do. I'm like what I paid 79.99 plus tax for this microwave and when I purchased it. It didn't say to keep the box or receipt because it will catch on fire. I left a message for corporate to call me and I haven't received a call back yet!
Hamilton Beach obviously does not honor their warranties they don't honor their word they told me they was going to send me an email how to return a product which is faulty and they never done that. I will never ever ever buy a Hamilton Beach product ever again. And neither will anybody in my family after my experience experience
I purchased the 2 in 1 toaster oven from Hamilton Beach approximately 6 months ago. It does not toast well at all. On the highest setting you have to go thy2 complete toasting cycles to get any color at all. They said I could ship it back at my expense and then they would send a new one. I don't want a new one given that this one doesn't work. I want a refund.
Hamilton beach upright freezer. The freezer quit working after a year and a half. I called the customer help line and gave them the model number and all my info. She sent me a email that I had to fill out and summit to the parts. I got a email back from them saying I would get a answer on the part with in 48 to 72 hours. Well I did get a answer back and they don't have the part it's a temp sensor that controls the hole freezer. I don't understand that they sell the product and it's was manufactured 11 of 2020. So it's only 2 years old. They told me to contact my local refrigerator shop and have them find my part. I already tried that and they had no luck and that's why I contacted the manufacturer. So as a customer I recommend not buying from Hamilton beach.
Ordered an item online which was shipped in the normal retail packaging with no outer protection. Paid $11.90 shipping and received the item with the box open and item too damaged to use. That was 3 1/2 months ago. I jumped through hoops with Customer Service and returned the item for a replacement. They have had the item for almost 3 months but won't replace it or refund my money. Trying to get a refund has been a labor intensive nightmare and I will NEVER order from them again. How a once trusted company has turned into this is beyond me and their loss!
I've submitted two other requests for them to contact me and I have yet to hear from them. I submitted a third request and hoping they'll respond this time. There's no email address to send them anything. Just a form and a mailing address. Who has the time to write a letter and send it in the mail? That will take too long for them to receive. Not sure why they don't have an email on their website.
Purchased on Amazon Hamilton Beach deep fryer. Upon first use chicken would not cook all the way thru and burned on the outside heat was not holding consistant. When dissassembling for clean up found that when the black liner was removed from outer shell it was lined with cardboard, yes cardboard not a insulating material. Sent CS a message no reply Left feedback on Amazon of same and spoke with CS they were kind enough to refund me in full without returning the unit which that I'm grateful However approx $60 in oil & food lost. I would assume this issue could be potentially dangerous but it doesn't seem that it matters to Hamilton Beach. I will not buy another one of their products.
I bought a hamilton beach microwave from Walmart in August and it had stop working early December...I filed a claim with hamilton beach and All-State haven't heard from either one...I have sent numerous email to both nobody answered yet...I have a one year warranty but what good is it if they won't honor it...either replace or refund...simple..hamilton beach is suppose to be one of the best products on the market but in reality they are CRAP...don't waste your money.
We are very let down with a micro wave over we bought from wal mart our old oven was Hamilton Beach we had it for years but this new one is junk it started with problems in first weeks we've only had it approx 6 months it's going in trash right now really let down by your product don't think I'll buy a Hamilton Beach micro oven again thanks for listening to my problem
I've purchased a Hamilton Beach 10qt Slow Cooker direct from the company of Hamilton Beach.Yesterday I used it for the first time and the Slow Cooker ruined over $45.00 worth of food because the horrible smell of the 'Rubber lid seal' In fact even after 2 hours it never reached "Hi" temperature. The soup smells and taste like burned rubber rendering it uneatable. There are countless phone numbers for costumer services,none for a human contact.Their costumer service is a same as their product- GARBAGE! Unless someone is actually hates them self, don't buy this garbage because you will have nothing but trouble with their costumer services
I purchased a replacement coffee carafe directly from Hamilton Beach and it's been 10 days and I still haven't even received a tracking number. I tried and couldn't get through by phone to speak with with someone
or receive an email that at least allows the ability to reply to a human representative. I'm so disappointed. I'm trying to cancel my order but I haven't been successful yet. I thought replacing the part directly from the manufacture would guarantee the best fit instead of a compatible part. This well known and established company should be ashamed to have such negative reviews and non responsive customer service. Will Never buy another product from Hamilton Beach again.
There is NO WAY to contact a human. The recording says go to the web site. The same thing happens when calling the Canadian "support" number 1-800-267-2826 or the other US support number 1-877-474-1122. They have ignored & not responded to multiple emails. Basically "BUYER BEWARE" if you purchase a Hamilton Beach product there is NO WARRANTY SERVICE. SO if you expect them to honour the 5-year warranty on a kettle, forget it. they just lie.
No way to reach customer service or a live human. Phone numbers redirect to the website form which does not respond. No chat function. User manuals are useless. Bought new stand mixer which is not working correctly and need technical support. No way to get any help.
Run as fast as you can from this company. STAY AWAY. I received a Hamilton Beach toaster oven as a gift in December 2021. The bottom heating element worked sporadically for the first 2 months and then stopped working totally. I contacted customer service in August 2022 via email, they have no phone customer service. They tell me it's not covered under the 1 year warranty because they have to go by the date in was produced as stated by the serial number. I was a long time loyal customer. Never again......
Their dual coffee pot will stop working correctly after just a few issues. They state that the delivery system is clogged and you need to take a paper clip to clean all needles which the water flows through. Well I am on coffee pot #2 and they both have not worked right. I make a single cup and two ounces will flow into the main reservoir even after cleaning the needles per their instructions. It's a lot of money for a product that does not work correctly and actually is a hassle.

We purchased a 1100 watt /1.6 c.ft. Hamilton Beach (HB) Microwave(MW) in Novemeber 2021 from a nearby Walmart (WM). In August 2022 the MW stopped heating completely. Since it was over 3 months, we could not return it to WM. Since it had manufacturer warranty of 1 year, we called the customer service (CS) tel nr listed in the manual on each page: 855 3131612. To our surprise,it was WM CS nr, not HB CS tel.nr. The person told us to take it back to WM:even after repeated insisting it is over 3 months and WM would not accept it, he insisted. He said if necessary ask for the WM store manager and he would talk to mgr.
We took the heavy MW on Aug.13 to WM CS. The CS lady,her boss, her boss all said they will not accept return because it is over 3 months. After standing for over 1 hr,pleading, showing WM wall board of "customer satisfaction" and insisting we talk to store mgr, they brought in an young person with a tag "COACH". He was polite wanted to help. He talked to his boss as well as the online cust.serv from our phone,we had talked. After a long time pleading, he finally agreed to exchange to a new HB, but none was available till next day. We went next day, after going over all that happened with CS again,she agreed to call the same "coach" of the previous day. After waiting, waitng, the young man showed up, thank God brought us a new, similar HB. WM lady said WM won't give any new receipts or proof of exchange and no warranty applies for exchanges, although we still had 4/5 months in the old HB left. This is unfair.
The arguing, hours of waiting, standing in front of many people who have lined up for returns is embarrassing, tiring and frustrating. WM should not have printed their CS tel nr on a HB user booklet. One should not call that nr after 3 months of store return warrantyexpires. Beter to call HB CR nr directly for manufacturer warranty info.
WM store CS training, lack of return procedures, knowledge .their indifference, impolite behavior need much improvement.
Hello, my name is Tanya McMullen and I am writing to let you know that about 28 years ago, my Dad purchased a 4-cup coffee maker (Proctor Silex - Type A10, Model A8004)I just want to tell you that 3 generations later, my Grandson (12 yrs)is making coffee in the same pot. I have not replaced any parts, and it works GREAT!!! Amidst the many complaints you may receive, I just wanted to share what a great product you made...Looking forward to 28 more years!!!
My experience with HB service has been very good and responsive. I have had a problem with two Scoop single coffermakers, but your representatives have been very helpful and courteous. We are still in the process of an outcome, but I have been treated very well.

Reading other reviews on Hamilton Beach literally gave me nightmares. However, when I contacted them, I spent less than 2 minutes on hold and the representative that helped me couldn't have made it any easier for me (I think his name was Seth).
While I would have preferred not to have to pay the shipping cost to receive a replacement blender, it wasn't an unreasonable amount, and I expected that I would need to pay it.
The complaints I've read I'm sure are valid complaints, I'm just relieved that I didn't have the same experience.
We also had a problem with a leaky brewstation because of the tank. We could take the unit back to BedBath Beyond or pay the $2.99 shipping for the tank replacemnt, It was worth it to me to pay the 2.99 vs the hassel of going back to the store. We received our tank in just 4 days. We love the brewstation but were disappointed in the faulty tank. HB must have had union workers in the US that forced yet another company to go to China. However, I learned customer service is in north carolina. They speak English and were polite.
