First I called CS in advance to add childseat to the booking as I couldn't find this option during booking online. They confirmed that I will get child seat. In fact no child seat, they advised me to buy it. Next to it nobody informed me in advance that office in Dubai Marina is closed 21.04.2023 and car should be brought to Airport. Knowing all this info in advance I would have cancelled my booking. While driving to bring car back 20.04 in the evening my car was hit, it was not my fault. So we went to police station. Nobody from hertz office did not want to help me, I was really in stress. I spent 1 hour to get police report, it was sent to CS. I called CS to send recovery team to pick up the car as it wasn't fully drivable. They told that team was sent, I was waiting there 3,5 hours!!! And called to CS 3-4 times they told all the time that recovery team is on the way. In fact recovery driver contacted me 21:30 after 3 hours of waiting to know my location. I provided location 3 times to CS. It took only 25 min for recovery driver to come to police station. So as you see recovery team was not sent immediately. After car was picked up I was left in the middle of nowhere, no taxis around, time 22:30, my phone was almost dead and I couldn't call as I spent all 60 minutes talking to CS. I will never rent car by hertz. I don't recommend this company
