Making a truck payment for my husband's truck. I feel like I have to jump through hoops to do that. I'm authorized to make and talk about account. They make you feel like your a criminal. At least 15 questions to make a payment. Believe me I don't want to pay anyone's payment for them.

I have banked with Noblesville since I was 14 years old. I've always been treated very graciously until June 1st. Where I realize everybody has to go home. Everybody wants to leave their job but I came from a job. I came from a busy town that's tore up. I live in a different town and I just can't get back at 9:00 for their convenience the next morning as I'm standing in line to do banking. They was rude and unprofessional. If I acted like that in my job I would have been terminated. Come back tomorrow. Is this how you treat your customers very disheartening I will not be banking that Noblesville Huntington Bank anymore. Thank you

Several years ago Huntington bought out a smaller bank in the region. Some things got better and I think their overdraft protection is far better than the bank that they bought.

But everything else is WORSE. One time I had a cashier manager lady right after they acquired the former bank count $20 bills and it was only like five of them and I wanted to ask her for a receipt when she didn't hand me one but I didn't want to embarrass her, so the next day I look at my money to pay my rent and she didn't even give me the right amount and I didn't take any money out of the pile that she gave me. The next day they dismissed me when I complained about it and told her to her face she was an idiot for having to count the change so many times, not hand me a receipt, then get the withdrawal wrong or outright steal it.

But my main issue is with their processing system and online activity. This is the modern day and age and often if someone sends you money it goes through about 75% of the time right away. Even on weekdays it screws up and forget after noon on a Saturday or Sunday or Monday those are days where electronic activity not only doesn't work but if you try to do anything on those days your account goes haywire.

Late fees for credit cards are higher than city banks but get this. I payed both my Huntington credit card and Citibank card a day late on President's Day weekend. Citibank did the normal thing and docked it out of what I payed and acknowledged that I payed immediately. Huntington didn't acknowledge it for two days and hit me with all kinds of fees and then I KNOW that I payed three times because I actually got sent negative in my bank account for the second time I payed yet I had over $100 in my bank account for the second payment so I would have had to have payed over $100 to go negative. Huntington says that payment was .09 cents.

Do not bank with Huntington.

Worst experience ever!!! Worst than TCF, what happened I thought it would be better. First of all ATMs are always down in my area I always have to drive further away very inconvenient. Second, there are no tellers on drive thru service. Then when you try to go in there's no parking and a long line. Will close account and look for a better alternative. Very disappointed!!!!!

I opened a checking account about 10 days ago. It was very easy and simple to do. At the completion of the application it says your "card is on the way! Would you like to fund your account?"..sure why not. I did a mobile check deposit for $500...2 days go by, and the check was cashed and I know this because its missing $500. So I open my app up as quickly as possible and for the last 3 days I very been locked out of my account and password reset tool does not do anything. I spent hours on hold and 2 days talking to probably 8 different people I could barely understand. Each and every one of them all said "there is nothing we can tell you??
WTF?
SO The Huntington National Bank has Stolen money. F**K YOU HUNTING BANK! F**K ALL OF YOU.
Now, if I go and take money from them, i go to Federal Prison.
I'm going to a branch this morning and whatever there excuse is, I want nothing to do with Banks that are BAD BUISINESS.
If you read this and are thinking of opening a checking account? DONT NOT BANK WITH THESE CLOWNS!

However, one goot thing came of all this, you stole only $500...but my business partner and 8 were going to bring all of our accounts to you. THANK GOD! I can see myself trying to explain to my partner why we lost $150,000. Keep the money. It was well spent looking at the scheme of things.

This was a good bank long time ago but now it's not they will tell you anything just to get on your way went to their branch the other day done a deposit and there so called new updated ATM took my deposit and then shut down without showing my deposit went into the bank they say we fixed it they lied they didn't fix nothing all my payments went back unpaid plus all their fees all they had to do was be Honest

I placed an order through phone about a new debit card for my wife on Oct.1st. The operator confirmed that after 7 to 10 days we will receive it. But so far nothing has been reached. Today at 545pm. I called the customer service, I faced a rude and unfriendly person. She wasn't talking unless I asked on the phone " are you there". That was so embarrassing and rude.

What the heck did you do to make paying my monthly payment to my Personal Credit Line a pain in the ass!!!! It used to be so easy to go to Credit Line hit make payment, then go to which account you wanted to use enter amount make payment and get confirmation code and your done now my account needs a "NICKNAME", come on who thought of this mess. I just hope my payment is $500.00 made on October 13, 2022 went through!!!!

Dont like the debit card policy. Can't get a new debit card for at least 3 business days and then you have to wait for a pin or go to the branch and get one. The Bank should cater to its customers especially when your bank debit card has been hacked. Go with VISA at least you can go to the local bank branch and get a new card right away. This is your customers money not yours. fApparently, you don't realize this and make your customers wait needlessly for a new bank card. This is uncalled for. I May do my banking elsewhere based on my experience and those on this site.

These comments are only made for the Huntington Bank in Allen Park on Fairlane Drive. The Huntington Bank in Lambertville Michigan is 1000 times better when it comes to customer relationships. And when they send you your receipts, drivers license, debit card, the one in Lambertville always puts it in an envelope so as you pull the whole envelope out and you do not leave your items in the shoot like the one in Allen Park. Then when you go back to tell them that they have your license and debit card, and you try to explain to them that they should put it in something so that doesn't happen they're extremely rude to you.

Horrible. They don't know anything and are very rude. I filed a dispute to get my money back from a fraudulent purchase and they have dropped the ball. I followed everything they asked me do and never submitted my claim. I have spend over 5 hours on the phone with more than 5 different people and received over 5 different responses and nothing filed. They told me to reach out to the merchant which I did numerous times and asp sent them email proof that I did it and they said it was received and would get my money back. This is my money and more than enough information was sent to file, review and pay out my claim. Hoping to contact someone else but I don't think it will help. The worst service I have ever experienced and I have Monday years in the banking industry. I can't believe that you can't get your own money back. I have never heard of this.

I've been hung up on 3 times today sent home from work for being on hold all to get zero help with the wrong information your rep gave me .... and your supervisor Xavier is one of the most in professional people I ever talked too im living in real life problems and got absolutely disrespected I do feel ... but I will be closing this account and doin business some where eles sad thos is how you treat your long term customer

They cheated me out of over $500. I returned an item to Bed Bath Beyond and saw the credit on my bank activity, only to see the same amount debited out days later. I spent two months on the phone and submitting documents and was never credited back my money. So, I am out my purchase and my money. I got Covid and almost died and just gave up fighting it any longer. Very shady.

My problems are when i am suppose to get refunded from somone the refund and transactions dissapear then they try to say "OH U MUST HAVE JUST SPENT THAT MONEY AND NOT NOTICE It? this is crap, I Watch my account like the hulk! what i see is all the transactions being messed around with and this has been happening for several months, i keep a close eye when i buy something and then watch the balance, the main problem is when, i am suppose to be refunded and i get assurance from the person refunding me, and it will sit in pending then suddently dissapear and my balance never goes back up pretty much saying the bank kept your money and the refund transaction completly dissapeared. now tell me that im not getting screwed here.

Huntington had the nerve to take over or buy out tfc bank on ecorse road, and it's the worst customer service ever not enough employees the wait line is too long they have only two tellers one for drive-thru and one for the inside this Bank is a hot mess and they desperately need help I'm looking for a new bank. ATMs Harley ever work they're either out of money or you can't even put money in what a waste of time with this Bank.The poor service at Huntington Bank is unacceptable.

Hands down the worst customer service I've experienced with a banking transaction, that is if you can actually get ahold of a service representative which I was not able to do after being on hold for 2 hours.

They have lost my Social Security checks. Since they took over Tcf thank they've lost my Social Security checks separated my accounts. Customer service put you on hold disconnect you say they're going to call you back they call you back to tell you they're having technical difficulties and hang up on you. As soon as this is right now I will be taking my money out of that bank. I was with Tcf bank for more than 45 years never had a problem. Huntington is the worst bank in the world I would not recommend it to anyone. Senior citizens need their checks and your switch has lost our money. And you tellers could be a little bit more polite

I wanted to give .....Rob Harris ....who works at the Huntington Bank branch located at the OSU-JAMES CANCER HOSPITAL 460 W.10th Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43210 a big thank you for his help....he was extremely helpful when our brother was a patient at the OSU-JAMES HOSPITAL. He put forth extra effort to assist us at a time in need and made sure we got the very best service. His professionalism and care was the best.My bother and myself have been long-time customers at Huntington Bank for our banking and real estate needs. Huntington needs more employees like Rob Harris. The Huntington Bank is so caring - and the customer service rep are outstanding. Inviting as well as providing solutions no Bs. To say they are great is one thing but it is the way they preform their duties makes all very special. You have a new branch manager I would also give him the ok. O I almost forgot they all smile too.I also pray you will except my comments -
