I have been using Husqvarna mowers and lawn tools for many many years,But now their warrantee servise is the worst,My mower has been at Byrds Equiptment in Branford Florida since September 14 2023 and they still cant get the wire harness part #587232102 I would like to get my mower fixed and add 4 months on to my wasted warrantee time,the last time I wrote this letter,the sais Sorry ERROR try again later,I am really surprised by their BAD warrantee servise

Took my 350 chainsaw to Paul Baker at Bakers Repair in Centerville Iowa a year ago and contacted several times in which I finally picked it up in pieces in a box and he blew the dust off of it and charged me $70 not running after a year. I think something should be done to a thing before a year!!!

Oh my God I cannot believe how bad Husqvarna service is. I've been disconnected twice after being on the line with them for a considerable amount of time and oh by the way the only way to be on the line with them is through a chat You can't talk to anybody I wish I knew this before I bought my Husqvarna leaf blower I would have gone with a different brand. I thought Husqvarna was a good name was a good product and all I want to know is why the plug in their manual for my Husqvarna 150 BT leaf blower doesn't fit it's the wrong threat they call out in RCJ 6y spark plug guys it doesn't fit

I'm the owner of Hucks tree service in Monroe Virginia. I purchased a new Husqvarna 555 chainsaw auto tune. Long story short ran pretty good for a little while. Then it quit running strong. I put it in the shop on 460 owned by bobcat of Lynchburg, Virginia, they said it was the carburetor. Then they said the carburetor was on back order. They had the chainsaw for almost a year this month . When they finally got back to me, they said the motor was bad. It was not under warranty. They claimed they contacted Husqvarna and said that they wouldn't do anything about it and handed me my entire saw back in parts in a big box for the record this is the second Chainsaw like this that's lasted a little over a year. I've been in business 27 years and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on Husqvarna chainsaws one I will never go back in Concord equipment on 460 highway between Appomattox and Lynchburg and I will never buy another Husqvarna chainsaw. There's no honor no integrity no customer service left in this country! Sincerely , HUCK

The worst company to seek support. Once you purchase an item, Husqvarna is has your money and is done with you. A bottomless put to throw money in. As long as you don't expect support nor do you expect your product to work without a bucket full of money to pay repair bills (which are numerous); husqvarna is great.

I paid $1,181.59 to Mower's Direct, online, on 5/16/2023. Order number LMD3481739. When it broke the first time I used it, I contacted the seller. They refused to stand behind the $1200 piece of cheap junk they sold me. I have had the opportunity to use this piece of junk 5 times in 3 months. The rest of the time it's been broken and / or in for warranty service.
I have 8 acres to mow. I mow for 30-60 minutes each night after work. I wanted the bagger so my property wouldn't look like a hay field.
First, it is a generic bagger made in China. Says right on it: "NoBrand".
Assembly: Instructions are for multiple baggers. They don't tell you which instructions are for which models (they don't list the models). You will waste considerable time trying to figure out why the instructions won't work for your mower. I even had to trim a piece of plastic to get it to fit my mower.
Quality: There is none. It's all cheap, flimsy plastic parts. When I put it together, one piece came apart immediately. Another part has since cracked. A third part has bent to the point it is almost useless now, and soon will need to be replaced. The belt has burnt through twice now, trying to push grass up a clogged chute. The little red wheel that is supposed to spin to indicate grass is moving through the chute doesn't spin. That's because the grass isn't moving.
Operation: I have to stop every few minutes to disconnect the chute and clear grass from it and the blower. Eventually the belt burns through because it's trying to push grass through a clogged chute.
Support: Non-existent. I've been talking to Husqvarna chat online now for 3 months. That's the only support you can get. After the chat is over you won't hear from them again unless / until you start a new online chat session.
The mowing season is about over. The bagger is in for warranty service again. We have spent about 6 hours to-date loading and unloading the mower to take it with the bagger for service. This time I just sent the bagger so they could replace the broken parts. When I get it back, I will dutifully hook it up and waste about an hour baby-sitting it until it breaks again. Then I'll take it back for service. Once that is done, it will sit in the barn until next season when it breaks again as soon as I use it. Can you guess what happens then? Warranty is over. I have the honor of either continuing to pay to repair something I can't use, or, as Husqvarna so clearly hopes, I'll just kiss the $1200 goodbye and quietly go away. I am looking for an attorney to file a class action lawsuit, since I see so many people having the same bad experience I have had.

I bought a Husqvarna backpack blower six months ago, I have used it two times. The last time it would not start. It has been at the service center for two months. Waiting on a back ordered coil wire. Their service is horrible.

I just spent over an hour and a half on the road to deliver my Husqvana saw for a tune up and chain tension part replacement. I bought the part. I called the store- M.S Berkoff at 2114 Coyle street in Brooklyn and asked if they did service. Tune up and part replacement. They said yes.
If you can beleive it; when I arrived with the saw I said ; I just spoke to someone about servicing this saw. They said we do but we don't. I asked can you tune up this saw and they said no. I guess stupid is as stupid does. Remove these people from your service list..!!!

I bought a husqvarna z254 zero turn.in 2018 new. Belt broke Iin 3 days and have to replace deck parts all the time.If the company knew this was a bad deck why did they not have a recall. I am constantly buying belts spindles for the thing. I'm on a fixed income and this mower is taking alot of money. You need to send me a deck belt and spindles. I also have the chairssaw. Used it 3 times and its tore up.l

Absolutely horrible parts fulfillment department. You buy direct on-line, it says order will be fulfilled within 1-2 days and sent by FedEx. Their webpage for order has no Tracking link whatsoever. I called the Parts Department after 4 days and they said it will take another 2 after Memorial Day before they gather and ship the product, so at that point I'm at 10 days before even shipping the product and my $14,000 professional Zero-turn is sitting instead of doing the work it was intended for. I asked why they don't send or have tracking info, the Husqvarna couldn't care less. USELESS is too good a word to describe the company's attitude towards the customer. Given I have several of their products, you can be assured I'll never by Husqvarna products ever again.

I have had a nightmare of a time since I decided to buy a bagger directly from Husqvarna. They could not get it delivered and Husqvarna refused to help and it was their shipper. Then when it got shipped back I am a week out since it was delivered back to Husqvarna and I still have not received my refund. I was told as soon as they had it I would get my refund. I have yet to talk to anyone as you cannot get them on the phone. They eventually answer an email but always late and never a commitment. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never buy from Husqvarna direct.

I purchased a st124 husquvarna snowblower in November 2021. It was assembled by Canadian tire. I used it twice and it malfunctioned. Canadian tire said to deal with husquvarna directly. I had to take the snowblower to a local service dealer. I did not receive the snowblower back until September 2022. Husquvarna sent the wrong parts on multiple occasions. I attempted to start it in November 2022 and it didn't work. Husquvarna only agreed to extend my warranty despite me going an entire winter without a snowblower. When I complained, they only gave me a $50 gift card. I am now without a snowblower for a second winter. Husquvarna is a terrible company and has horrible customer service. I would never recommmend purchasing any products from them.

I bought a Weed eater in 2021 and not long after that the Weed eater stopped working-little to no use of the equipment for the money spent. Took it back to a dealer in September 2022, and the warranty wqs still good till October 2022. I have been back to the store several times for either a replacement or my money back. Neither has taken place. Money spent and I remain without working equipment to cut my grass. It's now November and I have no weed eater and I'm out of almost $300. In my opinion, this is poor customer service and I won't use husqvarna again. The lack of responsibility on their part is degrading and lacks the concept of putting customers first.

I had bought a husqvarna leaf blower. It lasted 4 months and they blamed the oil mix was not done properly. I have mixed oil for 30 years and never had a failure in my stihl equipment. They did not back their 2 yr warranty.
I would not recommend a y of there products because they do not back them up.
Please buy a stihl product and save yourself the money.

I purchased a Forest Green Shell jacket (sku # 531168350) yesterday after my check was cashed roughly around 3:00-3:30 pm Eastern Time zone. I made one purchase of this jacket & I was billed with THREE SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS. First time dealing with Husqvarna. I normally go with Sthil apparel. Will never recommend anyone and everyone shopping with them. Like the old saying goes, stick with what you know. Well now I know to stick and stay true to what I know. 3/10 stars!!!!! I'm tight on bills and with working in the tree business obviously everyone should know it's work permitted as every job out side. Plus with everything going up this helps nothing what's so ever. Very disappointed with my "3 purchases". Do not mess with them.

I've been waiting for 2 months for a spindle that I've already paid for. Every time the anticipated date of arrival comes up Husqvarna moves it back 2 or 3 weeks

I used to always buy Husqvarna lawnmowers, but I can no longer continue to do so. My 5-year old Husqvarna lawnmower requires a $20 part (the front baffle). It's a simple but essential part: it keeps rocks and other items from flying out of the lawnmower. I have contacted Husqvarna no less than 6 times, and each time they say the same thing: I should not operate the lawnmower without the part, they no longer sell the replacement part, and hence I should not longer use the lawnmower. I have, of course, searched online for the part--but it's not available because Husqvarna evidently wants to lawnmower to become obsolete so that I have to buy a new one. I keep asking them, Can you suggest an alternative part? But their response is the same: I need to buy their part, and it is no longer available. Well, I will no longer be available as one of their loyal customers.

We own 2 blowers and 2weed eaters an they have the absolutely worst batteries. Impossible to speak with anyone and email will get you nowhere. No wonder Lowes stopped carrying them!

I bought a new lawn mower last August. Used it last year and it was great. Properly shut it down for winter. Started it up this year with new oil and gas and have had nothing but problems. Now it's been in the shop for about a month with no answer to the problem. If this is how they do business than I will buy other equipment from a better company. They better get this solved before I call my attorney.

evidently your customer NOservice has'nt changed. trying to find info on yta transmission to no avail. now tjey say there is'nt any authorized repair centers in the Atlanta area. I stand here with a $1600.00 mower that I bought from an auth. dealer that I cant use or sell.

I bought my TS 348 XD in April of 2021 new. It cost nearly $ 4K. The fabricated deck has failed near the blade cover. I saw on the internet others have the same problem. The metal is very skinny and snapped. I am trying to contact the corporate office to confirm the warranty will cover this [3 year bumper to bumper] and no one ever answers the phone. This is not how to treat your customers.

Over the past two or so years of being a customer at the Husqvarna Sewing Gallery in Livonia MI I have become aware that Pat (I do not even know her name but her cashier ID is 633039) is pretty much the main reason I shop here. It's certainly not the store itself which expanded into the vacant spaces adjoining it about 18 months ago. The store itself has had an issue with heating as well as lighting which is woefully inadequate for a store that needs good lighting in order to see what one is doing on any given machine. Half of this huge space has no lighting over the working area. Pat has continually assured us that she's been working with corporate to rectify the situation but to no avail. She's just a tiny lady and must work with her coat and gloves on at all times. How frustrating for her to work in such an environment and yet she is always such a pleasant and kind person to us, the customers. I have never met anyone in my area more knowledgeable or willing to help in any capacity. Personally I do t know what I would do without her patience and knowledge. There is nothing she cannot help me with and believe me my issues have been all over the map.
I just hope that corporate does the right thing and helps her with issues that she should not have to concern herself with. She is always available and more than willing to help all of us. She is beyond amazing and I hope she is recognized for her value to your company. Thank you so much for allowing me this platform.

ive had excellent outcomes with any issues ive had with husqvarna products including riding lawn mowers string trimmers and chainsaws. My dealer/service tech goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is treated fairly.I feel husqvarna is a great product and Jim Brawn at Snows Saw Shop in Atkinson Maine is a top notch operator!

I purchased my husqvarna 800 awd with Honda engine. First let me say I like the lawnmower. I have returned the mower twice and now on the third in less than a month. The first was damaged straight from the box. There was no damage to the box so I concluded the damage occurred during packaging. The second mower, during my second cutting, developed a wobbling left rear wheel. I checked to assure the wheel bolt was secure and it was. Appeared the wheel mechanism had a factory defect. Lowe's has been more than great in resolving the problem.
