Last week
The worst service .. I cannot believe how I have been treated .. I am very angry with how choosing your company and buying I new i20 brand new has caused me so many problems . I think the only way is for me to take legal action for someone to start helping me the customer this is the manifuctets fault not mine . Who do I know that this didn't happen before . Why as I am the client have to pay for the damage . Actually I want another car I don't believe that this has caused by this and if the car is new it shouldn't have material that if a rat got can get to it . Secondly you say about 5 year service why then am I paying for this ??? Been left without a car for a one month and a half cause that is how long it will take for the part to come . The Hyundai assistance took my car and they opened the window and mud and rain got into it . And the only this I was told is that they will clean that . What kind of service is this . I will be taking this up with a lawyer will not accept me buying a brand new car from this company that I am the one that needs to pay for this . I want compensation for what has been done . I knew car ?? And I want to speak to a professional because so far I have been the one to be paying and getting pathetic answers from Hyundai Greece it's unfair unacceptable and if my case does not get sorted out I will actually be taking action on this a brand new car this is just unacceptable . I have attached the photo of the photo of what the mechanic said needs changing . As well as the water and mud of how Hyundai assistance took care of it . This car is under guarantee I want my money back and compensation from Hyundai I will not accept this attitude and service. I want compensation a settlement and my money back this is ridiculous to buy a new car and have problems 10 days after . Take the car back and reimburse me . Enough is enough


This week update :
The part will arrive late this week after been told last week that I will have my car this week . No compensation for not having my car paying taxi to go to the places I have to . I want at least 500€ due this disruption it has caused me and it's the least they can do .

I was going to recommend Hyundai to my sister to buy her next car from but after this stay far away .

The Hyundai Elantra 2016 had 3700o miles and was stolen once, class shattered three times. After fed up with the response of having brought car in for recall after so many instances, the car was broken into 2 more times. This is from 2023-2024. Just sold it because of the stress we experienced and was disappointed that he value given was based on hard to sell, theft reports, and overall bad experiences from customers. We sold it at Carmax today for 7000 dollars which was a the best offer based on the problems! Stay away from these cars we learned our lesson by there low response rate to their problems

We bought a 2016 Hyundai last month (12/2023) from Elgin, IL Hyundai. The sale paper on the price/spec sheet on the said it came with a cargo net. It wasn't there but we were told they'd order one and it be there by the end of the week. Also,the keys were remote lock,etc...keys. Both of us have poor site(I'm disabled) and would really like to have functional keys. The ones they gave us had the push buttons torn out and, again we were told they'd order them. A month later, weeks after we were told we'd receive them, they have not called us. 'Til this experience with the deception and lies I couldn't decide which was worse of, unfortunately are all necessary, a lawyer,a politician, or used car salesman. Hmmm, I let y'all decide as to which I finally chose.

Bough a car 5 days ago radio stopped working phoned Hyundai work shop and told me car cannot be seen till new year left me without radio over Christmas car was brand new worst service I have ever got with a new car

Hi All. My 1st ever comment will be never buy Hyundai cars. Someone unlocked my 2023 Hyundai elantra car, early morning. No window or any other damage. How they enter in car not sure. My car was locked. I tried to report to Hyundai customer support, they were keep disconnecting and finally 1 tried to helped but later I came to know, she took my VIN# and deleted all notifications sent by Bluelink app. I had seen all notifications came to my mobile and from there only came to know somebody tried to stole my car. But customer support person instead of helping, deleted all notifications .Highly disappointing. I connected to dealer to inspect my vehicle to see how someone unlocked my car when Hyundai claims its secure. But they said they dont have any appointment till May-2025. I was on phone for around 5 hours and all customer support person behaviour were weird. I didnt know, about lot of car theft incident happening for Hyundai before buying car otherwise I wouldnt have bought. I will never buy Hyundai car. completely unsecure. I will tell my all freinds, social media freinds. Please dont buy this car.

The fact that I was looking to buy a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe to replace my 2007 , whewwww! Glad I had to come to the Faulkner dealership in Phila pa for a recall inspection. They provide absolutely nothing if repairs are needed, l. No loaner, you have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed for rental car. I am so disappointed in Hyundai. Sorry, I will not be purchasing another Hyundai with this kind of customer service.

My experience with Hyundai was disgusting.i was shocked with the response or lack of response or solution to my issue. The paint pealed away from the top of the windshield and the roof. Clearly not my fault. Looked into it more and it's been a on going ISSUE with Hyundai. Now the damage just happened about a year ago. I didn't wait a long time to contact Hyundai to see what could be done.however Hyundai had me go to local dealership near me which I've used in past up to recently. They looked at car information was sent to Hyundai I guess and I got a call from dealership informing me that I was responsible for 40% of cost to repair car. Which was going to cost me about $950 dollars and I only had like 5-7 days to take the offer or it was no longer valid. I told women from dealership I wasn't paying it absolutely was not my fault or responsibility. She gave me a # to contact Hyundai customer service what a joke . Eventually someone from there contacted me Amber. I explained situation she said she'd look into it got a call back from her was told nothing could be done. I was still responsible for 40% I said no that's crazy. She said she'd look into again again came back with no resolution besides me paying the 40%. She tried telling me that the extended warranty had expired,I said ok but again I did not cause the damage and I wasn't even aware there was a problem so how could I be at all responsible. Hyundai has a class action lawsuit against them for this problem. I am apauled that Hyundai isn't taking care of this. I was even thinking of purchasing a new vehicle not a chance in hell now. I will never recommend them to anyone I will tell anyone who listens to avoid Hyundai at all cost . They are the worst company ever. They need a star rating of minus 100 and that's being nice. Stay away from Hyundai they do not back up there products. Horrible customer service/#support

I have a 20/20 Hyundai Elantra that I absolutely loved. Sadly returning home to Arizona from Wisconsin with only 25,000 miles on my Hyundai I broke down in the state of New Mexico on a Sunday. I incurred over $1,800 inexpensive to get my car back to Arizona. My car was towed to Larry H Miller Hyundai in Peoria Arizona and they were absolutely wonderful and fixing the broken motor due to the fault of Hyundai Corporation. I then proceeded to submit my $1,800 Plus in receipts to Hyundai Corporation who has just informed me that they will only return $672 of my money. Hyundai Corporation has let me down and I will never buy another Hyundai again. Shame on you Hyundai Corporation and shame on the people you call case managers. I will be informing every and anyone I know to never purchase a Hyundai

I sent Hyundai finance my final payment and they lost it and I called from customer service to escalate to payment in California with escalation support work from they made me feel like I didn't make payment so went to western union and sent them the proof of payment and they finally found payment but haven't called me back and I wanted my costs included for my proving that I made payment I only wanted a hundred dollars and they won't pay so I'm looking for advice on suing Hyundai

This company is a circuses when it comes down to fixing people's cars. They said it would take 1 YEAR to get my car a new engine. I can NOT take it to any other Hyundai service center due to a claim being open at a dealership already. They do NOT have rental cars, & I would need to pay out of pocket for a rental car for 1 YEAR & maybe get reimbursed after that YEAR!!!!! Horrible company no one should ever buy anything from them.

I have a 2021 hyundai Santa Fe, and I am really angry with the service that Pontmkin Hyundai is giving Costumers with Service.

My car air Conditioning broke and I leave in Miami, where it appers 94 farenheit inside my car. And this guy Rei Napoles who says he is the Service advisor refuses to attend my car. Even if I told him that I transport my neighbor who is a 90 years old women. And that we cant get in the car if it is that hot.

I will never buy or lease a car from Hyundai again never, ever in my life

On Thursday September 7,2023 my 2014 Hyundai Sonata Limited (With less than 23,000) miles just stopped while I was driving with no warning or lights on dash! I managed to pull off the street and had the vehicle towed to Evansville Hyundai Service Department ... the local Hyundai Ofiice has been SLOW in looking at my vehicle. I was told today it is in the bay and agent is completing the inspection...I have asked for information as to the warranty of the engine and was told I have 1000,000 warranty, extended warranty and service warranty ... why then can't the agent tell me if this repair is covered!!! Have also been told it could take a week, a month or 2 months for repairs. I'm a senior citizen and need my vehicle and need to know for definite if covered under warranty...I live on a limited income and this issue is causing stress and anxiety. Can you help PLEASE!?

This is the worst purchase I have EVER made. My 2017 Tucson stalled 2 years ago while driving on the 405. I had to tow it in for repairs. They apparently recalled thousands of this year's model for engine failure without warning me. Extremely dangerous. Long story short; took me one month to get approval for rental car and 5 and a half month's for them to complete the repair. WAIT, there's more. Two years later after claiming I had a brand new engine. It happened again. And nobody has a sense of urgency. I HAVE TO WORK TO PAY BILLS AND CANNOT AFFORD A RENTAL WHILE THEY DELAY AND NEVER CALL ME BACK. I plan to sue this time for lost wages and breach of contract. Another Class Action suit is coming.

We bought a used car here a Hyundai Genesis coupe, but, of course, that process is all smiles, handshakes, yes sir and no sir, we'll do whatever it takes to make the sale and make you happy. But heaven forbid you have to go into their shop. My son's car has been there maybe a total 7 months +/- this time both times there's always an excuse. Well, we're waiting for the warranty company to call us. Then it's, well, maybe you need to call the warranty company, with weeks in between the back and forth conversation about that warranty and if I wouldn't have called them " dealership" we'd still be waiting. Well, they ended up putting a new motor in it. That motor came with a warranty. I've asked several times because it's back in the shop again with a blown head gasket, I asked them to check the warranty on the new motor, it came with a one year, 12000 mile warranty, Because right now there are two warranties: the warranty on the new motor and our extended warranty. So in order to fix it, they started with the extended warranty, which, for me, I thought the new motor warranty ought to cover its only got maybe 300 miles on that new motor. It took a month of asking to find somebody to do that. Finally I was told that the new motor warranty was going to cover it and cover most of the parts and labor, next email I get was now they want all these tests ran on it. Communication is non-existence. You have to beg for somebody to talk to you, I finally had to go by there to get someone to talk to me. Finally, the car was diagnosed. "this time " when it went in after the new motor was put in it for the second time for over heating, It has blown a head gasket... that's what we were told, so let the warranty calling begin. So my sons friends sees it being driven Sunday afternoon and calls him, somebody from the shop drove it over the weekend without telling us, so my son calls guy over the shop, he says, yes we forgot to tell you about this. Why dive it, to evidently to do those tests on it. I guess the mechanic drives it on Saturday and Sunday to get it up to a certain temperature...can't do that during the week. So I guess he took it home and worked on it. I'm not sure how much more damage was done by driving a car with a blown head gasket leaking water into the oil system, but after the test was done at the "mechanic's house", had to be there because my son went to the dealership Sunday night to see if his car was there, because remember we didn't know it was gone off the dealership lot, for the weekend he thought it was stolen. But after the test we are now told the head gasket isn't blown!! So now we're back to we don't know what's wrong with it...I'm sure theres another month or two we wont have the car, just beware of using this shop if anything ever goes wrong with your car. And I think there's a high turnover rate every time I go I talk to somebody new.



I'm trying to get in touch with a lawyer now to try to figure out this North Carolina Lemon Law!

Not receiving my reimbursement and have asked several times for a manager to call me with the reason for denial. No one will respond. Call and was left on hold to speak with a manager for 1 hour. Finally just hung up.

They acknowledged that I paid for this car in full on June 12. I have to date not received my title.

I sent the mileage statement with my check and have since uploaded it to my account. I have sent several mileage statements by mail as well as three MV2488 from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has sent them at least three MV2488 which they simply forward to me, blank (so their excuse that the USPS lost the papers is rubbish).

We have spent endless hours on the phone to India trying to resolve this.

They took my money and refuse to release my title. This is fraud.

My car i20,sports 2019 model failed on road,thrice in the month of June 23, third time hundai alandur towed on 28th June 23,till date the problem not fixed and the car not delivered.There is no concrete reply from service station.

I've been dealing with a warning chain that goes off every 30 seconds for three months now, I have contacted Hyundai customer service over 10 times/they always say they will call me within 3 to 5 days. I never get a call the dealer says they don't know how to fix the problem? I've even escalated the case and asked to have a manager call me now when I try to log into that case it shows it's not existent even though it has not been closed. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life and I have been in the automotive industry for 40 years , I've sat on hold for 30 minutes trying to get a hold of an advisor. I do like my Santa Cruz, but I will never buy another product of holiday because of their customer service.

Bought my 6 month old Hyundai from Tates in portslade West Sussex .
Customer service was very good because l asked so many questions and made a few phone calls to Ian Stocks who l would throughly recommend if you are looking for a Hyundai
This is my third Tucson and when l had a gear stick problem years ago the service centre they have were also very quick and professional and cleaned the car afterwards for me as a bonus

My wife bought a 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy. Bluelink worked great for a month, then they do an update on the app and now our phones aren't compatible now with the app. So now we're forced to buy new phones. This is not right Hyundai do something about these issues if your gonna keep using this app. Love the vehicle but very upset with this Bluelink issue.

I just had a service done at Roseville Hyundai. While the Custer service there was great with William Habib, I did want to mention what I saw as far as the entire experience.
Meet and greet was great..
wait time was awful. 3 hours Note: my appointment time was 7 am. My car was taken back at 7:45. My car wasn't touched until 8:30 ish.
The live stream video is appreciated, however it makes it challenging for the customer to sit and watch for an hour while nothing is being done to their car.
Check out was good. It was clear that Ms. matta? Whom was on a call was not enjoying the conversation with the customer due to her facial expressions. Makes me wonder if when I call, are they rolling their eyes at me too?? A little uncomfortable.

I live in Orlando, Fl. on a 3,500 road trip my 2022 Tucson ( 22,000 miles) transmission failed in Savannah,Ga. Transmission replacement went well. Vehicle was transported back to Fl. No Issues. There were some discrepancies in the replacement vehicle reimbursement, but ultimately all was satisfactorily resolved.

Recently my car had completed 3rd free service. Based on the checking list wheel alignment has to check & wheel rotation should be done. Unfortunately both the works couldn't complete by service center & the reason they said was the wheel alignment machine has got some problem so they didn't. After few days I have taken an appointment online with Hyundai portal and booked a service with another dealer . I have booked for wheel alignment purpose and the dealer confirmed the date & time. Prior to the appointment date they called and said the alignment machine is not workable condition and they don't know when it will be get it repaired. In that case I should get it done outside garages?. I don't understand why both the dealers having same issue & a company like Hyundai is least bothered about its customers convenience .

Emmanuel Fortune did a superb job helping me set up a service appointment at Bob King Hyundai, in Winston-Salem, NC. I had tried for two months to get in touch with their service department and no one ever returned my calls or messages. Emmanuel was very professional, courteous, helpful, respectful, and all over a nice fellow!!

We recently purchased a Hyundai IONIC 5 and are planning a trip. We live in Murfreesboro, TN and wanted to travel through Mississippi. We weren't able to locate many charging stations in MS, but we saw an ad that Meridian, MS Hyundai may have an EV coming in, so we called to ask them about charging stations in the Meridian area.

Every person we spoke to was exceptionally helpful. No one knew the answers to our questions, but one employee, Paige McDonald, went well above and beyond to find what we were looking for. She asked a couple of people in the office and then took our number, made some calls, and called us right back with info on all charging stations in the area.

We were not purchasing a car, so we feel that Paige was an excellent customer rep and we appreciated her so very much.

If you're ever in the Meridian, MS and are shopping for a car, go by and see Paige!!

My Kona is in the collision repair shop for the next few weeks after having been in an accident last Wednesday when I was hit very hard by a speeding driver. I wrote the note below as a thanks to Hyundai's Blue Link service but I'm pasting it here because I thought others should see it as well.

...,,Your Blue Link guy who started talking to me immediately following the accident (and who called police, fire truck and towing) was immensely helpful to me when I was in shock, hurt and burned by the airbag. He "appeared" before anyone else was on the scene; I was so dazed, I thought he was someone who was actually there in person -until the smoke from the airbag finally cleared, and I realized that I had been talking to my car! He stayed with me even after I was barraged with all the first responders. I'd recommend him and that service to anyone. He was such a comfort and a calm voice during a very scary time; I'm grateful you could send him to me so effortlessly.

I took my fathers car for services at your Exeter showroom. Was greated by a lovely lady named lizzie. She was very pleasant and happy. Booked the car in lizzie made me a coffee and said I will come and get you when the car is ready. It was so nice to be looked after so well. Lizzie should have a bonus. Please thank her for her help

This must be the best so far the 12 00 engine is brilliant.have no problems on motorway.and fuel consumption is great.

I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Tucson at Phillips Hyundai in Bradley.The passenger side front spring cracked and broke off. I talked to my personal mechanic and he told me to take it to the dealer, that I should not be driving the vehicle. I then took the car back to Phillips for inspection.I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car, and this part was covered. The service department at Phillips told me that I needed a new battery and a new serpentine belt, As far as the spring, they couldn't find one and told me it may be mid March before they could get one and sent me home. I requested the Hyundai corporate phone number. When I called corporate, The woman I spoke to advised me to contact another Hyundai dealer. I then called Darcy Hyundai in Joliet, Il. I spoke to a Ralph Jennings on the phone. Ralph listened to my concerns and agreed that I should not be driving the car. Ralph asked me to call him back in 30 minutes. I called back and Ralph told me to have my car at Darcy Hyundai at 10:00 am the next morning. I was so thrilled! I made arrangement for my son to take the car for me as I had to work. My son arrived at Darcy as scheduled, only to wait over 4 hours. Not because Darcy Hyundai didn't have all the plans in motion, But because Phillips Hyundai would not release my warranty information to them. I personally called Phillips 3 times from work and was told Mike, the service manager was with another customer and then in a meeting. I again called corporate and got Jeff. Jeff contacted me several times, contacted Phillips Hyundai, and finally got the warranty number to Darcy Hyundai.
Ralph Jennings told me, both springs were damaged so he replaced them both. My battery was at 60%, and that nothing is wrong with my serpentine belt. Ralph replaced 2 bulbs that were out and even washed my car! I have truly lost all confidence in Phillips Hyundai in Bradley!
I hope you will recognize the valued employees you have. Jeff at corporate, Thank You for all your help! Ralph Jennings, You restored my faith in car dealerships. Your honesty and knowledge is so rare these days! I will never take my car to any other dealer unless you work there!

Have recently purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. Have so far been very pleased with the vehicle and the purchase experience. Would like to suggest an upgrade to a safety feature. Do like the brake hold feature, but when engaged , the brake light goes off. This may lead to a vehicle approaching from behind to think that my vehicle is moving and they may not stop. Hopefully , this may be an easy fix to have the brake light stay lit when the brake hold is engaged.

I am working as a admin in a hyundai service dealer,i am writing to complain a salesperson name HJ AZMI from SIME DARBY AUTO HYUNDAI SDN.BHD. SHAH ALAM due to his very bad attitude. One of his customer came to our place for his 2nd free service,but HJ AZMI didn't do his duty to stamp the sales dealer chop on the free coupon. After i called to Hyundai Customer Care Line,i get HJ AZMI mobile number and i call him to request him to bring the sales dealer chop to our workshop. HJ AZMI told me that his sales dealer chop was missing,so that he have to extra chop can bring over. HJ AZMI ask me to fax the free coupon to his office , he will fax it back to me after he stamp the sales dealer chop on free coupon. But,i need the original sales dealer chop to submit to warranty department. I called to Hyundai Customer Hotline again to get help because of the sales person of this vehicle don't want to come to our workshop,customer service suggest me to call HJ AZMI again,if he still don't want to do his responsibility as after sales service then i have to ask customer to make complain to hyundai customer services hotline. Once HJ AZMI knew that i am the one who calling him before,he start to cursing foul language and don't wan to hear about what i am saying.

In the end,HJ AZMI did not show up his face and i settle this case with warranty department.

I know i am not a Hyundai's customer,i have no right to make a complain here.

But i really like to tell everybody about HJ AZMI bad attitude,he didn't do his

responsibility as a sales person,don't wan to give cooperation to service dealer and didn't respect me. He are the worst sales person i ever meet.
