My company is in the USA! If we have issues, in the middle of the night, we often have to speak to people WHO DON"T SPEAK ENGLISH, NOR DO THEY HAVE ANY CONCEPT REGARDING OUR ISSUES!

The service, once connected to Atlanta, was very good. However, getting there was an agonizing experience. I believe we first went to India, then into some sort of cyberspace void before arriving at IBM HQ Atlanta. It took way too long. Praise the Lord there was good service at the other end. Otherwise, only He knows the extent to which the misery would have spread.
If anyone from IBM is listening and is unable to solve this dilemma I am available for consultation starting at $25 an hour telephonic and $100 an hour and up in person.thewildprophet 2/17/09 10:54AM
