You know I've gave IHOP in Rockingham chance after chance after chance it's ridiculous this store is still open it's ridiculous that corporate still not have fired that manager Melissa she's terrible terrible terrible manager her lack of satisfying customers is outrageously bad she got an attitude about how bathrooms continue to smell the food is awful every time the service is bad bad bad but that manager she needs to be replaced now shes not a good choice to run that restaurant at all she doesn't present herself to her customers for issues going on about customers what I've seen is the server takes care of what the manager Melissa should be doing her job correctly I asked her name and got it from a server. One refused to give me general managers name so I got it from another server I found that to be odd I've even called the restaurant no answer never on the phone I have pulled up in parking lot and have seen several employees engaging in illegal drug use in parking lot several times im done with spending money on the place im over it's my 26th time I've been there every time it's terrible food service manager bathrooms I'm done with IHOP in Rockingham the best thing for that place is to be shut down it's a waste of Richmond county space my friends my family all bad experiences there alot of people in Richmond county complain about the place and the manager Melissa Harris sad how a general manager will not do her job correctly it's nusiance the restaurant is terrible

Went into IHOP in Rockingham bad bad bad management bad bad bad place pulled up there was a server by the name of Sabrina outside by the side door where you pick up orders looked to be smoking marijuana i get out my car the whole parking lot smelled like marijuana I went in in anyway and by chance how I knew the servers name she ended being my server she reaked of pot smell she seemed to be very very high on something was very rude not attentive my drink stayed empty I had to chase her down for a refill several times. Her speech was very slurred when I asked for a manager she told me she was the manager and that her other manager didn't have time to talk to me I asked managers name and she told me Missy I never seen heard talked to missy as I needed to I don't know if she knows her servers are doing drugs in plain sight in her parking lot either it was very out of sorts I was seated at table 31 so I saw where my server was hanging ignoring me brought me terrible food attitude was awful I mean very awful I guess she wanted to stay high more than waiting on her customer and that was my first time last week ever going in there I figured I try it uhuh no way I'll never go inside that place again the service was bad the manager was obselete not seen when I asked to see her about what I witnessed out in the parking lot the place needs to be shut down the end disgusting place

Horrific experience. The place was filthy. The servers were nasty. I went there for my birthday to get my double blueberry pancakes which I have eaten for the last 20 years.
The blueberries on top were not the compote that I normally get. This place is a disgrace. My friend got the eggs benedict. The eggs were scrambled not poached. I suggested Ihop and I am mortified.

We went for breakfast at the rainbow and spring mountain location, our waitress name was Britany, she didn't have a lot of tables but she was so slow the whole experience was bad it took a long tome to come and get the drink order that when she came we gave her all the order at once after she brought the order out like after 20 minutes she didn't come back to ask if we needed more drinks i am not a bad person but she didn't deserve a tip I still left her one but i love tiping but she should be more alert and thinking ahead of the costumers like come to check but bring another soda show some kind of care

Something has got to be done about your location on I-55 South in Jackson, Mississippi. The last three times I have visited that location the service has gotten progressively worse. On my and my wife's visit today, Dec 25, 2023 was the worst experience we've ever had. The waiter started out being very helpful but that went south very quickly. My wife ordered water and I ordered sweet tea. (We're talking 3:00 pm.) He came back about 15 minutes later to inform me that they had run out of sweet tea and were only serving unsweetened the rest of the day. Then 15 minutes later he returned and there would be no tea available for at least an hour. He went ahead and took our food order. 45 minutes later we find out the order had even been turned into the kitchen. The "General Manager" came to talk to another customer and I ask him if they were having to go to the henhouse to get 3 eggs, he back to kitchen to see what was happening and discovered that the order hadn't even been turned in. He apologized but 10 minutes later, still no food. We just got up and left and went to Dennys, which was full because of them had also left that IHOP because of the lack of concern for its customers. I can tell you the problem with that location but it would just go in one ear and the other; it's run totally by blacks that would rather have their "tunes" up high and simply ignoring the customers and the white Gen. Mgr. didn't seem to care or couldn't do anything about it. I don't even go in McDonald's in the area anymore because they are run by blacks that just plainly don't care. I won't be back to that location Ever again!!!!!!!

I don't get to see my son very often since he became homeless. On Christmas, he called me and I asked him if I could meet with him and buy him a Christmas breakfast at his favorite restaurant, IHOP. When we finally got a table, I asked if I could get two waters and a coffee. She said my server would be with us in a moment. When she finally got to our table, we asked for two waters and a coffee. after about ten minutes of waiting and watching the server serve everyone around us, I asked again about the water and coffee. She said it would be just a moment (by the way, our section we were sitting was only about half full, several empty tables). By the time we got our drinks, it had been about 20 minutes. We gave our food order when she brought them. after a regular wait time, she brought my son him pancakes but said my order was not up yet but she did not want his pancakes to get cold. Well they were already cold, and we informed her of that while I asked for a refill on my coffee but she did not offer to do anything about it. She came back and "dumped" coffee in my cup and it splattered everywhere. she walked away so fast that I wasn't able to catch her to ask for a rag. (I had to go get my own) at that time my son said the pancakes were awefull and I asked him if he just wanted to skip breakfast and go. So I went and found a different server to let her know that I would like to cancel my order and told her what had happened. She was very nice and said don't worry about paying anything and asked if I wanted to talk to a manager. I said as long as I don't have to pay for it I was okay. Then our server walked up and said "they were in a hurry from the start anyway!" then looked at me, and in a very snotty voice, said "well a merry christmas to to too!" That is when I said that I would like to talk to a manager after all, but I waited for a couple minutes and no one came out so we just left. I have to tell you, that was the WORST experience I have every had in a Resteraunt. And by the way, we were not in a hurry, I wanted to spend as much time with my son as possible. I ended up going to the grocery store and buying him some milk and cereal to eat for his christmas meal.

Okay, So me my kids and my friend went to the Jonesboro Arkansas IHOP restaurant for a nice dinner, well that's not what we got! So for starters, we wanted to try the Wonka Drinks and they were out of the Wonka stuff for the drinks, then didn't offer or give us the Wonka menu. I also know that kids EAT FREE. So my friend ordered a coffee along w her soda and time goes by and by and didn't bring the coffee out and the server literally said she forgot and she didn't even care, didnt ask us for refills and when i did try to get a refill of my strawberry tea she told me that their out of tea? And didn't offer me anything else and I said I'll take a dr. Pepper and never even got that drink either. The silverware was dirty!! And we got different pairs of silverware and they were all dirty! We ordered our food and it took over 30 mins if not longer and when we got me and my friends food and not my kids food we waited for their food to come out and out food is already not hot and has been sitting in tge window for the server tk even come get the food, and we has to ask if my kids food is almost ready which is only pancakes!! And took again over 20 mins for theirs. And by the time that came out it was cold, our food was cold, the server didn't care and we talked to the manager and she wasn't helpful either. She said she would give us a discount? And still was going to make us pay for the kids food and still pay 33 $ when it was almost 50 or 60 $ when the service was awful and when I asked fir a Dr. Pepper the server never even bring that as well!! They didn't care that the customer was unhappy and the fact that the food , service and the fact people were literally walking out bc of it and we gave as much time as we could and kids are getting rowdy bc their hungry and waiting for their food!! I'm too am a manager of a food chain and I know things get crazy and understandable but how it all played outvwss totally uncalled for. I never had a bad experience at iHop before but it's been awhile since I ever ate there at the restaurant or the food but I do know something needs tk be looked into of your JONESBORO ARKANSAS LOCATION because if not it'll be closed down before to long!! Please help this problem!!

We had dinner at 9.00 pm on the 17.december 2023 with 6 people.13061 n Cleveland ave North Fort Myers...The server was unfriendly and slow..the Food was the worst we ever had .the 2x 55+ dinner looks terrible on the plate and is not tasty at all..the pancakes from the regular menu are thin and I got half pancakes under the full once..so sad

We took our grandson to IHOP after his Christmas pageant. There wer 4 of us, he is 4 yrs old. It took five minutes to be seated in the almost vacant restaurant ( two other couples): After placing our order, we waited app 40 minutes to receive our food in the now empty, except for us, restaurant. They were out of ice tea (again, 10am in a vacant restaurant). Grandson's food was supposed to have bananas and strawberries on the side, but did not. French toast came cold. I had the only meal that was correct and hot, but no butter on hard toast, which I should have remembered from previous trips to IHOP. We didn't complain, just ate what we had because we needed to get home. A horrible experience at this IHOP at Steelyard Commons in Cleveland, Ohio. Oh, and to top it off, we were given a code to take a survey at your site which is no longer active.

I have always loved ihop and he has always had great pancakes ,burgers and omelette a bit I feel like it's going downhill like so many other resteraunt's. When a Resteraunt starts cutting back on their food in size or portion and exchange cream in their great coffee for cheap half and half that lasts 5 months out of the refrigerating ruining the coffee then eventually people won't come anymore to the Resteraunt and eventually they close which I don't want for ihop. If a Resteraunt has to increase prices alittle but keep the same portion and real cream for coffee people with come and thinks it's worth it. IHOP please go back to real cream for your coffee, increase the size if the pancakes that used to be so much bigger and I will bring my friends more often

I have ate at the I Hop in Oxford Alabama since it opened 20+ years. It recently changed hands or management and the service has gone to the dogs! The servers are quit good and extremely pleasant but the food service is pitiful. It is not uncommon to stand waiting to be logged in for seating for 10 minutes or more. No one at the front of the store to greet and seat. I have seen many couples and groups leave because no one would acknowledge that they were there. I used to eat there 4 to 5 times a week but have dropped to 1 or 2 times a week now. In the last 5 times I have been there 3 of those times my food came out cold. It was not the servers fault as I heard them call her name and she brought my food right to the table. They also seem to be out of a lot of items on the menu since the new management has taken over. I do like I Hop and try to eat at one when I travel. But the Oxford store has been my home store for a long time and I hate to leave but it seems to be an unpleasant place to eat anymore. 11/4/23 - IHOP on 180 Aiken Mail We Arrived here about 5:30p. Mgrs name is Susie or Susan???
My family and I ordered our meal. Meal came out in timely manner, a little cold but that was not the problem. The problem occurred as I am trying to eat I hear a ruckus on the other side of the structure where we are sitting, kitchen is on that side I assume. I hear Arguing, fussing and fighting. Complaints about cleaning, who's doing what and who's not doing what and on and on. It was loud and frankly getting on my nerves. I had all I could stand. I could not finish my meal. I asked for a Mgr. This was quite unprofessional, embarrassing to say the least. The mgr is summoned, presents to our table and lo and behold it was her mouth I heard, the loudest one. She stated "oh, I'm sorry in a matter of fact tone, almost sarcastically as If she didn't know. I told her it was very unprofessional and difficult to enjoy a meal when listening to all that arguing or fussing. I asked her, was that you making all that noise snd she responded "yes." At this point there really was nothing that could be done because I was disgusted and wanted to leave. I asked my husband to let me out so I could sit in the car and wait till he and my daughter were done. This is very poor mgmt, customer service/relations. When my husband and daughter got to the car, he stated that she took my meal of the ticket. That did not help calm my nerves and regardless should have never have happened. That is not a good way to run a business. She needs training in customer service, how to communicate with her staff, be a leader and be an example to her staff, not the ringleader.
I have never experienced such a thing in my life. Very unprofessional.
Please get her some training!!!

We were at the IHOP in Garner, NC, the place had customers but was not busy. We were seated and sat over 15min with no recognition from any staff. We decided to leave and a waitress was there and I asked her if we were her table and was told they were short staffed and there was no one waiting in that section but she sort of grunted and said she would wait on us but we told her we were going elsewhere and she did nothing to keep us as customers. Will never go back to this IHOP, it goes from bad to worse, management sucks

I ate a lot here, spent a lot, and was polite. Here's the evening server I was gifted with. I requested strawberry and banana pancakes. Later she told me that they're out of bananas. I politely requested that the cook make it without the bananas but I asked if I could get a proportionate discount. I mean, the price on the menu was for the whole thing (bananas included). Very condescending look from her and uncalled for matching smile. She gave me an analogy using a burger and fries. "If the customer doesn't want fries, the customer still has to pay the same for the burger and fries dish." Unfair analogy because I didn't request that bananas get left out. The restaurant was out of it! I was still polite and soft spoken. When she made it clear that she could not discount the meal, I just asked for the double blueberry pancakes instead. Her response, "now you tell her (the cook)." Sorry, I'm not going to walk on egg shells to avoid having a server get bent out of shape. I requested the double blueberry pancakes right away after I got the news that there were no bananas "and" she couldn't discount the meal. Speaking to the server, "if that's a coping mechanism that has been working well for you, my advice is not to use it on a valuable customer." Avoid this place in order to avoid her!

I am disgusted to what I saw and endured three and a half weeks ago in the IHOP in Rockingham nc I try to go there for community support but after what I witnessed and saw I'm disgusted and apauled I'll never go back to that establishment again first and for most I stood in the lobby on a Saturday and was ignored and walked by by several severs and a manager for 20 minutes finally a small lady with dark hair very attractive came up to me and ask me how can I help you sir I said yes mam I've been standing here 20 minutes and I want to eat in she apologized and kindly took me to her section of the restaurant and apologized again and introduced herself as Tanya she took my drink order which was iced tea with lemon and was very quick to get my beverage to me while still apologizing I gave her my order of a short stack with added fresh blueberries and 2 bacon strips as I waited 36 minutes on my order I also took notice to a family whom was sitting in her section Tanya that the family offered her a job in thier restaurant establishment she was attentive to my needs and tried her best to appease me i was getting very disgruntled to my food was taking so long it was a Saturday as I think I stated I finally got my food after 36 minutes of waiting l went into the men's restroom and overheard sounded like two male employees cursing and talking awful about the establishment as I said nothing as to go back out to eat my breakfast I observed a female at the pos system with dark hair whom looked either high or out of sorts i observed her name as being sabrina saying to herself how sick of the establishment she was I was wowwed as Tanya my server did everything she couid to please my experience i started speaking with the couple whom offered her a job in their establishment which was a restaurant and they stated she was a awesome server and she should be recognized for her kindness professionalism and her hard work I agreed totally. She was an awesome server she rocked the establishment 10 stars for Tanya I told her about my experience in the restroom she apologized again for that and said im sorry sir you had to hear that I apologize again I asked to speak to her General Manager she said okay I'll get her for you and she your GM sent a crew leader of some kind which was female and dressed in servers attire came to my table and stated our GM is busy how can I help you I told her of my experience that I did not want to talk to a server or crew leader I wanted to speak with the lead manager and her answer was she's busy right now she doesn't have time to speak with you right now but I was upset at that situation no discount or nothing was offered second I paid for my food regardless and might I add i handed Tanya a generous tip she was worth it she worked very hard compared to what I saw in other parts of the restaurant i heard cursing and screaming coming from kitchen area as addition to what I heard in the men's restroom as I left I was parked facing Murphys store in rear of parking lot near a walled in area i had a severe strong odor of marijuana hit me in my face I heard f this f that from behind the wall I was mortified it was loud and the marijuana smell was overwhelming why is this GM being let get away with the astrocities going on in this restaurant in Rockingham this is not the first time I endured this issue i feel you need to replace or fire this so called GM she's not doing her job correctly the servers to me look like they are more professional than your manager i hope this issue will be addressed properly and I will never spend my heart earned money there again i was disgusted and beyond mortified with your establishment and your gm for her lack of care for her restaurant ill never go back I was disgusted

I cannot comprehend why you removed from your menu 'Harvest nut and grain' pancakes. Many of our friends, us included, came just for those religious pancakes. Probably we will go elsewhere from now on. Disapppointed!!!

Visited IHop today in Racine Wisconsin. It was the worst experience ever. Poor customer service, and poor quality of food.
My waiter with the black sports cap ran around like he was lost. The syrup labeled "strawberry" was really original syrup. He took the syrup off my table and put it on the table across from me!! He did not change the top. The tall slender lady, acted very confused, she gave me coffee, never took my order until after I said something. The guy with the black sports cap FINALLY decided to take my order.

We are currently at IHOP in Hampton, VA and their service sucks! I don't even like making bad reviews I'm always pleasant and keep quiet because I know it's a tough job but this is ridiculous we been here 3 hours and just got our drinks there was tables available just not clean and we waited 1 and a half but told 25 min wait we get our table and waited 30 min just to speak to someone about who was waiting our table no one ever came!! Then when they did she took our order and said she'd be back with drinks.....25 min to get drinks who knows how long it's going to take eat at this point I'm curious so I'll wait......they need management this here sucks looking at all tables no one's happy self for the many that came in after these tables and been served food and drinks!!!! Imagine that

The IHOP in Siloam Springs AR has poor management. February 14, 2022 we arrived 6:00 am for my granddaughter's 12th birthday before school. We were the first to arrive but had to get a to-go box for her food so she could eat on the way to school at 7:40. They were packed with customers but we should have received our's food first. I complained to someone and they said they had to take care of everyone else. I told her we were the first to arrive... she argued with me. I was hoping it had changed but we went last week with a group of 8 (family). There were just a few customers in there but had to wait a long time to get our food. We Loved IHOP ( great food) in Rogers AR (30 minute drive) and we were excited it came to Siloam Springs. We are disappointed in them.

Had breakfast at ihop Ocala, FL today. Good food. But most importantly, the service lady who served us was superb. She is Paoly/Polly. She did a great job in giving everything we need. She went beyond the routinary works others do. She's really great! We thank her so much... ?

First of all my sever was Nyla S., she did an awesome job even though she was the only sever there. The other person called in a quite. Nyla handle everything really well!

Now my complaint, back in October or November I sent in a compliment in on Nyla. I let her manager know how well Nyla did. She suggested that I let corporate know and they would send her a gift card. She has yet to receive her gift card and I find that unacceptable. I don't send in compliments in regularly but I thought that Nyla deserved it. Please make this right. We go to IHop at least once a week, we were there on 01/11/2023 @ 6:48pm.

I frequently eat at the IHOP in Boca Raton, Fl. on Glades RD and St Rd 7. Tonight I went there and was greeted by Jayson, who explained that he was the only server tonight and it would take a little time. It was ok by me! I have to say that Jayson was amazing! He handled a nice amount of customers by himself. The food was hot and he was so nice. It didn't take long at all. He really stepped up to the plate. The people in the restaurant were all calm and happy. He set the tone for that. He worked very hard and he should be commended for a job very well done!

I just want to leave a compliment for Jabalie Mike at the IHOP location at 15620 Panama City Beach Parkway #100, Panama City Beach Fl 32413. He was great at the register, he sat people, served food, and cleaned tables while keeping the flow of the customers. I just wanted to say he is an asset to the IHOP family.

We went to the IHOP on Dilson Ave. in Middletown, NY. Our server was May. What a fantastic person she is...she was at our table and we had drinks in minutes..our food was hot and just what we ordered...we've been back twice and make sure to request her ..she gave us an excellent experience!!

On last night we stop to eat at the IHOP in Williamburg, Va. Normally we wouldnt stop because of previous bad experiences. However we really wanted pancakes and french toast. To our surprise once again they were very short staff. There was only 1 hostess, 2 cooks and 1 kitchen personel. To our amazement the staff held their own. I would like to give a special shout out to Taylor Holmes. She was totally awesome. She was very attentive to ever customer in the restaurant. Not only was she the greeter, she was also the waitress as well. She nevered over looked anyone and still took time out to speak with all the customers. Despite the rudness of others she maintained she smile and politeness. With so many bad reviews on this company, I do hope and pray that the company show her some well deserving appreciation.

I had a waiter named Michael at the IHOP in Sherman Texas; he was amazing. My service was excellent. He waited on a table next to mine and the customers were being so extremely rude and demanding!!! Michael handled them with patience and professionalism; I'm not sure I would have been as gracious as him. Kudos to Michael for being an exceptional waiter??

I went to the I Hop in Colorado Springs on Stetson with my sister, daughter, and 3 grand babies, and was waited on by Jeanette, and she was amazing. Literally the best service I have had in a long time. You don't see her level of skill very often anymore. Just wanted to say kudos!

We stopped at the IHOP in Grapevine Texas Thursday night at 11 pm. There was only one employee, Calab and he wore the hats of the host, server, and cook. He attitude was amazing and very friendly.

Yesterday my wife placed a phone order to IHOP #5516 @ 1217 Omniplex Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45240. (513) 671-5042.
The order was received by Shaniyah M.
Check # 32194664.
Wife states that she was very pleasant while taking the order.
I arrived at the store for the pick up.
Shaniyah pleasantly greeted me and was very courteous and thorough.
Most of the order was on point ( wife's eggs were not cooked as specified) however, we were happy and very satisfied with her customer service.
We don't know what type of recognition that employees get for this type of service but we feel that Shanayah M. deserves the highest recognition for this experience.

I am having breakfast at I Hop on Appalachee Pkwy in Tallahassee and just had to commend my waitress who is the only one here today appears no other help. She has greeted, seated and bussed the tables answered phone and exhibited excellence service with a smile. I ask her name with her not knowing I was sending this message and it is K K. She should be highly recognized as a absolute attribute to your company. My compliments.

I brought a group of clients to the restaurant in Bloomington Minnesota late at night and was very impressed by the quick and friendly service. Our Server was Jennifer, and she immediately made us feel at ease. Our orders were placed quickly and we had drinks and salads at once. The food was exceptional as was the service, and I will be returning for future client meetings there. Thank you.

Julian and Ami, waitress and greeter both made my husband and I visit very pleasant and welcoming.. Ami the greeter was anxiously excited to greet and sit us in the 10 minutes promised. Hello I was in Ihop today I am a regular there and I must say that I am very much amazed at a new trainee they had today she was smiling so much and we felt welcomed she was meeting our every need and for once I didn't call on a waitress I didn't have to wait on a refill I don't know her name but I do know she has beautiful long blue braids I think and my husband actually told her ma'am it's to early to be this jolly we will be back

Never Delivered-Wrong Order received
Hi, I placed an online order through (store) app/website and it happened that I never received my order. I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through (store), you have the authority to process the refund back to my card. That's why I'm here asking for assistance since I am not able to call your support line.

I was an employee at the Rockingham Nc 74 highway location smh that place is a terrible hostile work environment sad sad place to work general manager she needs to be removed and relieved of her duties asap she's useless she gives her card to do comps for food to her servers she doesn't want to deal with it and that's her words she doesn't deal with customers complaints what so ever when her big boss Jonathan or CEO comes in paul she tell everyone to cover her and puts on like she does her job no she doesn't she put on on hell of a show for Mr Johnathan and CEO it's sad as a former employee I wonder how she landed her position of a gm it's unbelievable she dramatizes with her server cooks etc she talks to her employees like trash and does not show manager professional techniques she will fire someone and tell all their personal reasons to other employees all out loud in the store so everyone can hear i thought a GM was not allowed to discuss another employee terminations with other workers loudly among the whole kitchen staff and store or servers etc etc she does t handle customer based complaints correctly she has her servers do it she will make a derogatory comment and hand the server her card so she doesn't have to deal with it she unfair she has favorites she is unequal she is racist she tries to be friend with some employees not professional she insultive towards employees shes an awful choice for running a establishment she's very unprofessional and unfit for her position as a gm Melissa Harris in Rockingham nc highway 74 even customers noticed her absences as a gm and would ask her name to file complaints with corporate she's just a bad fit all around I've seen her refuse to cook food for servers customers because she sent her cook home and was overwhelmed and mad at her other employees for her mistakes her boyfriend Dennis who is also a manager gets talked to like pure trash I've witnessed her in this mans face with her teeth gritted cursing him she needs to go before she destroys that restaurant further

So I am currently working at this location. I am not Putting my name out there or anyone else in the name out there. But if corporate knows who this person /owner of this franchise is Then I hope they do their research and get someone to do a undercover eat in our something But I have been working for this. Ihop at this location for sometime . It was taken over by a new owner/franchiseee. He is currently the owner/ manager at the same time. Because he does not wanna pay someone manager wage. We have lost well. I have lost I know for a fact many Repeating customers since he has started at this location.due to his kitchen employees that he brought over from his other Supposedly ihop location. He has in South somewhere, Alabama or Louisiana, I think.Also, all the servers that are working currently at this location are doing other job descriptions then what servers should only be doing due to not wanting to Pay more then server wage For example, theirs no hostess ,bus boys. Manger to go order person He is never there, but when we have a issue. He says to text him if there's an issue. He blames us if there's a problem even if it's not our fault. And it's his fault he does not admit fault you can get the hint Anyways
We just started to be a 24 hour location. Only on the weekends the servers that worked over night were promised $**.00/hour and were not paid $xx.**/hour. He promises all these things to these employees & when it comes down to it
The conversation he ignores it or Leave the restaurant or ignores the text messages says I'm too busy. He says it's his way or the highway basically. He does not care about the law.us servers/employees Are afraid to confront him due to being fired bc We picked a job like this for a reason because we get paid Daily And he has other employees stealing from the restaurants or stealing from the customers. Putting their own tips on the checks and no one is confronted or fired . He ignores it, give the in customer some excuse. He says something will be done but nothing ever gets done. He does not do anything. We have sone employees coming in high as a kite he dont care but it hurts me n other customers He has his wife working as a server. But she's getting paid something else. He's using ihop's money to open up. Another restaurant that he is currently opening up very shortly in a location nearby. I would like something done if possible. Because there's a possibility a lawsuit. But I don't wanna go to that. Thanks for reading hope something gets done from Anonymous employee at.

My daughter works at the Ihop on Dysart and Van Buren here in Avondale,Az and the manager Peter not sure his last name but hes older then my daughter and harasses her everyday and a lot of other girls there im sure that as a manager he needs to keep it professional and the main manager as his son(Javier) and daughter in-law (Diana) working there in the mornings and they get to do whatever they want walk out on a shift or they dont even have to come into work and they dont get in trouble for it somethings not right here if i knew my daughter would be dealing with people like this then i dont want her to work here. Noel is from corporate and good friends with Francisco sje knows how things work but turns her head when ghings ho wrong this place is horrible.

Afte over 3 years of service. My son was was out on suspension. Never got a call back. Take my advice. Eat at Danny's. This place changes managemen/employees as often as people change their socks. The suspension was mostly "hearsay." I guess from other disgruntled employees.

I am a recently hired employee and would like to bring some things to your attention about some issues and concerns as well. to start I am and have not been very pleased with the training whatsoever since I started, secondly I a don't think or feel like I am treated with respect on a professional and personal level. I am needing to keep this job for as long as possible so I keep my mouth closed and my comments to myself because they don't seem to want to hear what I have to say. they tend to think I should know about things, treat me as though I don't know how to do things, think I am not doing my job right and then when I try to do what I was trained they seem to get the impression that I am not paying attention to what I am hired to do, they have told me that I have been doing a good job but then they tell me different other times. there has been one female that gets a little to close sometimes when no one is around and takes things out of my hand and basically does my job for me. I want to learn but without the unacceptable and unprofessional attitude and not only that but when I got a skylight paycard a few weeks ago I have yet to use it and I have only been able to activate it with the temporary card and when I was able to activate it the lady I that told me it was ready to use did not speak a word of English. I would like much more respect from everyone. the managers, also think they can get aways with the attitude.

I know someone who was recently terminated, in my opinion wrongfully, we all know there are stupid people out there that just love to create problems where there is none. this corp. listens to these idiot people and can't tell that these ---holes just do what they do for the hell of it. I for one will never go there again, they treat there people like c--p!!!

I have been employed by IHOPS Hillsborough,Tx,I'm in training, the woman that trained me took all my tip money, told me I have to order a meal for myself and they would take it out of my check, I wanted to take the meal home she told I couldn't. What the hell is going on. I am not getting an hourly wage.

I have recently been employed at the Walnut Creek International House of Pancakes and I am thinking of bringing a harassment suit against this establishment. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over thirty years now. My last job was at a German Restaurant were I was the manager and touched every aspect of the restaurant. I would still be working at the establishment however the owners husband passed away and they decided to close the restaurant. I am having a hard time conveying all the abuse I suffered in the very short time I was there. The assistant manager is only 19 and the general manager is 25. I was forced to endue an almost 4 week training period where I was allowed after 2 weeks to have 2 tables ones that people did not like to sit at. Then to add insult to injury one of the employee's asked my boss if he could have my table and they gave him my table even though he had five other tables. I don't like to stand around so I spent most of my shifts doing everyone's side-work and busing their tables. In the mean time I heard the general manager not correcting her employee's but insulting them. I put on the meal tag that the order was to go and she made the food and put the order on plates and her explanation was I took my sweet time coming over to explain the ticket (even though I was at the computer putting in an order) I then saw the assistant manager talking to the cook in an inappropriate manner yelling at him as though she was going to fight him. Even though these things kept happening I would come each week with a hope that things would get better. To add insult to injury I was only scheduled 3 days a week and would only wind up working 2 maybe 3 hour shifts less then 10 hours a week. When the General Manager gave her two week notice I sighed with relief but the abuse was bad when she was there and continued through the assistant manager. The general manager told me that I needed to tip the expediter more money and then later denied me the tip that the host forgot to put on my credit card slip. Every shift my station was allowed to be hijacked by another server and I was left to do side-work and bus tables for the duration. I went onto Yelp and read the reviews and the assistant manager got bad reviews as recently as this Wed. She takes all of the good shifts and will not share which leads to bad business because you can't give good service by yourself when the restaurant is busy. The complaint was based on nobody coming to the front to sit or take orders for over 20 minutes so they called the phone and when the phone rang she finally came out. I went into work today and I had not even been there 5 minutes before she started in on me telling me not to do my side work but to go bus tables. Then when I actually got a table the server that has been allowed to steal my tables began to steal them again. I would have spoken with the new general manager before I left but she was to busy. I just had enough and walked out of the job. I could not take one more insult or one more day of not being allowed to make money and was not going to be allowed to make any due to the sabotaging of my station. I feel like I was hired as less then a busboy that was not even going to be tipped. If you want to know why the business gets bad reviews its because you have romper room running it. I would appreciate a response and I think that maybe the running of this restaurant should be done by somebody that has maturity. The cooks that I spoke with say they need their job so they take it. Other servers that have been there a longer time do not get the appropriate stations and treatment they deserve. This little girls friends get the best of everything she doesn't take. An investigation of this restaurant and this so called assistant manager should be put back down into a serving position and not left in a position of power which she obviously uses not to the restaurants advantage.

I was recently fired as a ihop employee, I not mad or bitter because I really didn't like that fact of all u have to go through just to make sure your guest have the right meal but since I got fired I still havent receive my pay checks and wondering why I work a job coach and some of the way central avenue ran their store steal hour from their employee but didn't want to take a break so instead of your 44 hour check you have a 30 hour check and since I got fired I been calling trying to get asnwer and nothing happened

I am a recent employee of IHOP Bowling Green, KY ... and it seems that they like finding excuses not to pay their employees.My pay week was the 6th of this month,and supposedly the GM didn't submit my hours til i mentioned to him on April 15th, since then.. nothing but excuses..I worked hard to earn that check.. It's time that they face up and pay me what they owe.. Oh, and they find ways not to give an employee the swipe card.. so lucky me, i kept track of my hours..

As a former ihop employee I wouldn't suggest to anyone to work there. The management skills are horrible. People get a little authority and just do what they please. They make you watch a video about relationships in the workplace but the general manager and a cook are dating. They fired me because a table walked out. The general manager saw when I put the ticket in but somehow the cooks never got it . How is that my fault? They will never succeed in the business because they fire people everyday for nothing. Worst business I've ever worked at !!
