I called to cancel my Business Class flight 8 days before the departure date and was told full refund and given a case number and would receive an email confirming. No email called back 5 days later (still before departure date case # was not submitted received another case number (#2) and told full refund again. Disputed charge w/CC company Iberia has reapplied the charge. Worst airline and customer service DO NOT Fly with IBERIA Did not fly with them and will Never fly with them.
